We‘ll enter into the, today’s technique. You’ll see the, today’s technique is the answer for this question. There are a few more questions. All of them are related to the today’s technique in a different way. I’ll answer all of them when I’m talking on today’s technique. Let’s enter into today’s sutra.

Oh God again, Shiva is dropping one more new and clear bomb. Yesterday, what Mahadeva spoke, today he’s speaking the after effect of that initiation. It’s like a, this again Ananda Sutra. Neither you need to practice at a particular time, nor you need to practice whole day. Just need to understand, like yesterday’s sutra. Like yesterday’s sutra need to understand, and with that understanding, face the life. Or when that understanding happens, the naturally your desires and everything will start getting rearranged. You’ll lose respect for your fears. Your fears cannot frighten you. That is the problem and your desires cannot shake you. When your desires cannot shake you, fears cannot frighten you. A new kind of a rearrangement will start happening in your life. That rearrangement, when that rearrangement starts happening inside you, cooperating with that rearrangement. Today is all about the cooperation.

He’s saying, how we stop the cooperation and how we are expected to cooperate. That is the whole essence of today’s Sutra. Past attachment for body aside. Realizing I am everywhere. Understand, the yesterday’s sutra is like a psychological revolution. An inner revolution. Understanding the mind forms the base of the I. When you just understand that one thing, automatically you will lose respect for mind. Not only the wealth, even what you think as your fears, your desires, your, whatever you think as you. Now the whole problem is, what you think as you, you think it is yours. Then go on running behind it. Mahadeva taught us, it is not ours. It is not ours. That is the first click, first initiation.

Here, Mahadeva is giving a very beautiful one more click, initiation to continue to add on to go deeper. See when that initiation happens, when you come down from that initiation. What will be the only problem or disturbance which will take you away from that initiation? Or Living Enlightenment is attachment to your body or other bodies. Understand, when you need some other body or your body to express your desire, or when you need to be away from some other body from your own body because of your fear. This initiation or Living Enlightenment, you come down from it. You start Living Enlightenment. Very strong subtle thing. Please put your attention and energy. When you have attachment to your body or some other body, this is two thing.

An, and the another two thing is fear and desire. See, desire for your body and desire for other body. Fear of your own body and fear about other body being around you. Fear about other bodies being around you, you will try to away, be away from them.  That is the fight. That is the war, violence, whatever. Fear of your own body is fear of disease and fear of being ugly.  These things are fear of your own body.  Whether it is attachment or fear of.  Both related to your own body. If you can put it aside for few weeks. Till this initiation gets settles in you.

All he’s doing today is adding some more fire. He is just saying, don’t relax from the Living Enlightenment. The click which you had, the initiation which you had, the clarity which you had, live with that. Continue to have it. Don’t rest from it. What all the reasons can bring you down from that initiation, he’s describing. The attachment, straight first attachment to your body and attachment to another one body.

See, attachment to another one body means, whenever you need to throw your engrams, throw your desires out, your desires are anger.  If you need a body to throw your desires or anger, that is relationship. Deciding clearly, I will not throw my desires or anger on other body.  I will throw it only in the sky.  I’ll release it to the nature. I’ll be only releasing them all to the aloneness. Completely, independently without depending on any person is what I call Sannyas. Sannyas means, deciding not to throw the attachment, not to throw the desires or the anger on other person.

You may ask, how is it possible to release it in the air? Mahadeva is giving, already in the earlier sutras he has given a beautiful technique. Even for throwing your anger and lust into the air. He says a simple visualization of that person and expressing all those energies, emotions through your body, can completely heal you. Understand, when you are releasing your anger your lust into the air, you will not be dependent on the other person. You will only be overflowing on the other person. As of now, the if you are expecting the other person to be there for releasing your anger or lust. Not only you will become dependent on that person, because you’re dependent on that person, you’ll carry more violence and vengeance towards that person. That is why the spouse becomes an intimate enemy. Intimate but enemy, because you feel everywhere you're able to stand on your own. Here you have to bend. You feel here you have to answer.  Here you have to be responsible. Here you have to be little lower than what you are or what you show to everybody.

Small story, one guy comes back very late to the house. Late night around four o’clock.  Maybe next day early morning. The moment she opens the door, she asks, do you know what is time? This guy says, “Oh it is too early, just ten thirty night”. She says “No, see the alarm clock. It’s four o’clock. Practically early morning. Too late!” and this guy starts shouting. “What, you are trusting the rotten twenty dollar alarm and not the husband who is standing in front of you? Your trust for the twenty dollar alarm is more than your trust for the living person who is in front of you.”.

Sometime, the trust for the alarm clock, rotten alarm clock is more deeper than the trust for the person. You can’t tolerate it. You’ll say, “what, then you are believing the clock, not me”. But logically she has to believe the clock. She has to believe the clock.  Life, many time, brings you back to the reality, but you feel the difficulty to accept the reality. And naturally, the other person becomes intimate enemy.

(00:29) Let's enter into the next Sutra: Thinking nothing will limit itself be unlimited. Its again. (00:50) I feel every Sutra is a bomb! Every Sutra is a strong message. I think still many of you have not even come out of yesterday Sutra. Still many of you have not come out of yesterday Sutra. I feel that more and more if I add, ofcourse, person who can digest will really digest. Person who feels it is too much may not invibe even one sutra, that is why I am taking little time. Last Sutra was also very strong Sutra, but I have to slowly dilute it so that you will have more time. Till you settle down, from that Sutra. Till you internalize that Sutra. But anyhow here I can’t avoid because it’s really strong Sutra. (01:55) Thinking nothing, thinking nothing will limited, self be unlimited understand. (02:10) Constantly you are thinking something which can be grasped by you, including enlightenment. (02:22) Somebody goes to Ramana Maharishi and ask: “Bhagavan you are enlightened, by remembering an enlightened person, thinking an enlightened person what will I get?” He said: “You will get enlighten.” Then he asked: “I thinking, I think about you continuously but I'm not becoming enlightened.” Bhagavan says: “Who says you are thinking about, thinking of me you are thinking about me! Understand. You are having your own idea about me and thinking about that”. The master, the presence of the master can never be thought about. He says “think about something which you can't think. (03:15) It’s very, important thing to understand in Zen there is a Sutra they will give you a cone, cone is nothing but sutra. Zen cone. One Zen cone is there. Think of your face which was there before your birth. Understand, think of your face which was there before your birth. What will you think? Sit an try to think, what will I think. You can't. Even if they said think of your face after your death, you will think something. Your old face and something like ghost No! Think of your face before your birth. (04:07) Actually, anything which you can think about, will enrich your mind, will engage your mind, will add more entertainment. At least few moment, if you can try to think something which you can't think, means just tearing the mind to pieces. It is literally like. (04:39) Hiranyakashipu, a great demon. How Narasimha killed him. He just tore the Manipuraka. He just tore the navel of Hiranyakashipu, the demon and killed him. Exactly the same process, that. Hiranyakashipu being killed by Narasimha is nothing but this Sutra. (5:06) If you try to think of something which can’t be thought, the nothing. Suddenly, you will see Narasimha will appear inside you and tear you to pieces. It’s like a mind will be torn to pieces. You experience that truth. (05:28) How to think of nothing? It’s very strange. Whatever I say now how to think of nothing again will be one more thinking. We will start thinking about it. Then how to do? What to do? Try to think of something too big, bigger than this planet, bigger this stars, bigger then this cosmos. Just stretch, stretch, stretch. Suddenly you will see as if your mind is hitting on a wall. Is stuck on a wall. It’s not able to do anything. 06:20 Mahadeva says: “continue”. When you feel the mind is not able to move anywhere, mind is not able to anything, think anything further. Anything bigger than that. Anything. Just think of that nothing. (06:42) It looks very funny, the initial level. It will really look crazy, how can I think of nothing? Whatever you think is useless. Only when you understand that you will really start thinking of nothing. (07:04) Now again and again you have some hope. One corner, one corner of you. You have some hope, some idea. Anything which you think gives you some hope, gives you some idea. It maybe wrong hope, it maybe from the wrong side, it maybe from the wrong understanding. Many people say I can do it from wrong understanding. (07:39) A small story. “One lady she is working in the circus, she is a lion tamer, tamer. She just plays with the lion, whatever she says the lion does. The whole audience, group was shouting, applauding, what she was doing. Actually she kept a small sugar cake on her tongue, lion came and just picked that cake and went. It just comes pick up that sugar cake and goes. It is too much and that lion obays that command just so obediently, it was just surprising. All the fellows were applauding in the audience. One guy was sitting very straight, very silent, OK kind of a look. She looks at him and says: “what do you think? You think you can do this?” He says: “ Surely, when lion can do why not me.” Understand. He says he can do but from the wrong side! When lion can do, why not me! (09:04) Whenever your mind brings hope, from right side or wrong side. It continuously brings hope. Bringing hope is the way your mind possesses you and keeps itself alive. (09:23) Here Mahadeva says: “thinking nothing”. Actually, if you do this, if you try this. Is again I can say Ananda Sutra, it is not Nithya Sutra. You don’t have to internalize and do it every morning, do something, No! You have to only remember. Means, allow it. Continuously every time between every two thought you come back to that nothing. Just see every thought happening in you in the gap you come back to the nothing. Then again something, then come back to nothing. Again something, then come back to nothing. Again something. It goes on and on and on. All you need to do is, now you mother the thinking so much that gap, that nothing become too short. Understand. If you are thinking for one second, you come back to no thinking for one second. If you are again thinking for one second, you come back to no thinking for one second. Between every thought you come back to your center. Thoughts are not moving horizontally, they are happening vertically. Means here is your base, every time you come back to your center. From here only to start and come back, then start, come back. Means, everytime you come back to nothing, come back to nothing. Understand, be very clear, between every thinking you are coming back to nothing. This clarity is enough. Now you will start giving importance to that nothing. All you need to do is shift the importance to nothing. As on now, your importance is always to the thinking. Now shift the importance to nothing. Just see; yes there was a gap, yes there was a gap, yes there was a gap. Be aware, remember that nothingness, that gap which happens between every thought is the now as of now always remember the thought and forget about the gap. Just shift that atten, attention, shift the attention to the gap and forget about the thought. Then naturally you will not allow the further and further of expansion of thinking. You will be centered on that nothing. (12:32) Understand. When Mahadeva says “think of nothing” do not think it is impossible. If it was impossible Mahadeva doesn’t have to tell. If it is impractical he will never talk. One thing, this technique is for a person who is really evolved, who is really evolved. Who has really seen sometimes at least, at least few moments of silence in himself? Maybe if hundred persons try this technique only one or two, only one or two it will click. I’m talking about it so that it will be on record, it will be on record and with whoever it click let it click. (13:26) Thinking of nothing is what I call choiceless awareness. A pure, choiceless, simple awareness. Neither thinking of past, or future or even the present. Just changing, shifting your attention to that gap, shifting your attention to that nothing. That is the essence of this Sutra. Mahadeva says “shift your attention to nothing”. Suddenly you will see you will become unlimited self. You will become unlimited being. Shifting the gap to the nothing. You do not have to do anything except a simple attention shift. Simple attention shift. Usually your attention will be always on the thought because thought is so enchanting. Every though which raises in you is so promising, it is giving you so many different kinds of promises. It says I will do this, I will do this, I will give you this, I will give you that, come on fellow do this. Let us have that, have this. Worse than the election promises from politicians! Even that one or two by mistake it may get fulfilled. But this never ever can get fulfilled. Think of nothing. (15:16) I’ve seen poor guys sometime, they will get connected and feel connected with the master but they are filled so much with this thoughts and they are so mesmerizing, so enchanting, they can’t stay with the master and mind will create all possible difficulties and problems. Actually, the original fight is not between you and your mind, it’s between me and your mind. The original fight is between me and your mind, not between you and your mind. You are not that intelligened or powerful to fight with your mind. Your mind only takes your support once in a while. It asks for your support “please stand for me” and as long as you dont stand for your mind that is enough else I will take care. Only when you stand for your mind I can't do anything because dharmicaly we have an ethics. Enlightened masters do have ethics and we have a code of conducts. We will not interfere into the freedom of somebody who does not want enlightenment. We will not interfere in your freedom the moment you try to, you consciously decide you will support your mind. Actually the fight is between me and your mind. Which side you want to stand that side will win, that’s all. As long as you stand for my side, I can continue the fight on behalf of you. Only when you give the power of authority to me. Not otherwise. Not otherwise. We have our own ethics. (17:06) People ask me “Swamiji give me the promise, even when I resist you, you should not leave me.” I tell them “no, that can not be done.” That is the only thing enlightened person can not do. The individual freedom is respected so much, the individual decision is respected so much I cannot do anything when you don’t want. No. That is the only reason why so many people was feeling connected and try but missing, not able to catch. Not able to become enlightened. If you are able to maintain that one thing - giving GPA to the master, the power of attorney or standing for his side, nothing else is needed. I have come with enough of tools and weapon to remove your mind, the brains tumor. All you need is allowing me to work. Which side you stand. The nothingness is the constant gap. If you stand for that side suddenly you will see, the shift of attention towards the nothingness just makes you unlimited. Makes you unlimited. (18:39) Many people come and stay around me, feel connected, the click happens, initiation happens, they work. When the initiation happens, when that love is there they ask me “Swamiji even when I leave you should take care of me”. I tell them “no, that cannot be, that cannot be.” Sometime if they leave, some one or two persons leave I remember them, I remind them. Not only I remember them, I tell them “you see, you have asked me at that time, I told you it cannot be done. Now I have one responsibility to remind you that, you can decide.” (19:17) I was seeing, unfortunately poor guys many miss. If it their decision is to miss I cannot do anything. You have freedom to be in bondage. That is the greatness, that is the freedom God has given you. You have freedom to be in bondage. (19:38) Understand, shifting the attention to the gap, to the nothing will suddenly liberate you, will suddenly unlimit you. (19:51) This technique cannot be done at particular time, should not be done at particular time, constantly shifting the attention, constantly living it. That is why I say this Ananda Sutra. It is Ananda Sutra. Nithya Sutra means internalizing and practising whole day, Dhyana Sutra means internalising and practicing a particular point of time in your life, day to day routine. Ananda Sutra means internalizing and just living. This is Ananda Sutra. Internalise, shift attention to the nothing, to the silence. Continuously you will see you will unlimit yourself and you will liberate yourself.


(20:48) Sutra male very simple, very simple. Try, live, you will see the power of it. Key looks very simple, only when you open you will understand how big doors it can open. What size doors it can open. Before using do not decide. If you decide before trying, before using, you will miss it. (21:14) Maybe this technique is created for the generations yet to happen. This is what meditation for future humanity. Understand. Try, there is every possibility it can click. You may be the future humanity. If you are ahead of your time, all of us think, always we think we are ahead of our time. If you are ahead of your time, this may click with you, this may show you the truth. Let you achieve and radiate the eternal bliss, Nithyananda. Thank you. (22:02)

Leaving Home For Sanyas

(00:27) Whoever shows you the reality becomes the center of, or a target of, your anger. That is why from the time immemorial Masters are speaking only to the people who are seeking. Many people ask me: “Swamiji whatever you are speaking is such an Ultimate Truth. You know, Enlightenment is Ultimate, why don't you give it to everybody?” I tell them you know, Enlightenment means showing the Truth as it is to you, and naturally I have acquire too many persons and I have to be careful. (01:09) I have to show the Truth only to the person who really wants, who is really in need. Not to, everybody else because, many people are happy with the lies with what they have and I have no right to disturb. I'm telling them: “Wake up, no” They will ask: “Why should it we, if you are not getting sleep, why are you disturbing our sleep? If you are not getting sleep, why are you waking, disturbing our sleep?” So, I have to speak only to the person who is seeking, speaking only to the person who is seeking, because showing the Truth leads to anger. When the other person shows you, your own reality, naturally you will not be able to, tolerate, will not be able to, digest. Understand, having another one body just to express your anger, you’re lust, naturally the other person will show you the reality, it’ll be hurting. Here Mahadeva says: “Stop that, stop that. Let you know the method, technique of releasing everything in the air.” Mahadeva is already given the technique to release your anger, in the air, to release your lust in the, air, to the sky directly and I have spoken on it, you can, try the method. He says: “Not having attachment to the other body will slowly take away the attachment to your body also.” Now, all you need to do: Realize, remember, just remember and realize, only the attachment to the body will bring you out of the living enlightenment, push that aside. (03:19) Understand, there are two traditions: One, completely living inside the body, the other one, completely pushing the attachment of the body away, both seems contradicting, but they are not, they are complementing. The person, who is attached to his body will never live inside his body, he will be always jumping to other bodies which are just like his body. Understand, whenever you give life, to the projector, always the scenes will be changing your attention will go to the scene. Whenever you give life to this body, you will start experiencing this world. The attachment to this body does not stop with this body gives life to this world, practically you give life to this whole plane. So when Mahadeva says that, remove the attachment from this body, he means come back to your center, stop seeing this whole plane. When you are attached to the dream body you see the dream, when you are attached to the waking body will see the waking state, attachment to the body is not just attachment to the body, it is the power to see that whole world. So when you remove the attachment from this body you will stop seeing this whole world. You will see, different world, different space. Understand, love for the body is different, attachment for the body is different. Person who is attached to the body will not be centered on the body, he will be always going around. Body is just an utility, it's like you’re putting your luggage in the lounge and going around having sightseeing, doing sightseeing. Your luggage, karmas will be in this body, in this body, but you will be just going around and enjoying other things, but staying inside your body means, completely resting inside your system, being aware of whatever is happening, being aware of, whatever is happening, there is a big difference, don't think both are contradicting each other both are, complementing each other. Here what Mahadeva says is, just toss certain aside, move the attachment to your body aside.

(6:00) One more thing, when you move the attachment to the body aside you will realize you are everywhere, you are everywhere. I tell you, when you move the attachment to the body out, you will not feel the pleasure just in the five points of your body, you will feel the same intense pleasure all over the body. As on now, the tip of the eyes when the visions scenes come in contact with the tip, you feel the pleasure of seeing, tip of the nose when the smell comes in contact with that point, you feel the pleasure of smell, tip of the tongue, when it comes in contact with the food you feel the pleasure of taste, tip of the ears when it comes to contact with the music, you feel the pleasure of listening, tip of the genital organs, when it comes in contact with the other touch, you feel the pleasure of, touch. You feel the pleasure only in this five point, five tip. When you relax and toss the attachment of the body aside, suddenly, you will feel, every point in your body, becomes pleasure point, every point in your body starts radiating pleasure, because, as on now you’re condition, condition to use your body only for that five points, when you push this aside, your attachment will die and Awareness will grow. Only when attachment dies, Awareness will awaken, Awareness will grow. Suddenly you will see, every tip, every point, becomes a pleasure point.

(7:45) Mahadeva says: “I am realizing, I am everywhere, one who is everywhere, is joyous.” Actually, when you push the attachment, your body aside. You will see you are in everybody the only disturbance for you not feeling that you are everywhere, is you're too much attachment to this one body. If you really felt the deep love, in love with Master, or deity, or even if your kids or wife anybody just sit with a person a sit with deity, put your hand under person and just be in relaxed awareness see you will not be able to find the boundary between this body and that body. When you are in love you expand that is why you became more joyous. Now if I want more body through which you can enjoy, if you are in love deeply so many bodies you will feel with all those bodies you are connected, you are connected, this technique you can easily practice in murtis, stone because the idols will not have any problem, a feeling connected with you, but with human beings very little problem you need the other person also to be in love with you, with idols no problem the moment you are in love they will be in love. With the deities it is easy with a living person if both of you are in love, just touch and feel suddenly you see the boundary has become weak the boundary has expanded, it can never have fun by attachment when it is attachment you will only be waiting and seeing they think what can I get out of the person how can I add little more pleasure by the person being around me how can I have something more from the person you will be just waiting to get something out of the person but only when you are in love, deeply in love suddenly you will see you don't wait to get anything out of the person, the boundary is expanded the boundary has become more, you became loving you become, everywhere that is why I always tell people the person is more and more loving in love feels is everywhere and feels joyous.

(11:00) Understand, today one more Sutra Mahadeva is speaking the same thing in a deeper way today actually giving like a things that you need to know after-effects of initiation. After initiation what you need to know, that's exactly Mahadeva is teaching. So, understand the essence of this technique the essence of this Sutra toss attachment for body aside realizing and everywhere and one who is everywhere is joyous, one who is everywhere is joyous, means you will not be addicted to anything else, even if he drinks he will not be addicted, even if it touches he will not be addicted, even if he eats, he will not be addicted not being addicted but able to play all that game is what Mahadeva calls freedom. I'm not saying he can drink all I'm saying is not being addicted is that real liberation. Here, small story one guy after drinking comes out of the bar and suddenly beats a faster the religious preacher that guy says what is this? I thought you were a religious man what are you doing you are coming out of the bar fully drunk, don't you see drinking is devil, drinking is drink is for the devil and drinking is devilish. It Is devil inviting you. Next time when devil invites you don't go, say no. And this guy just looks up and says yes Father I wanted to say no to devil but he may feel offended and may stop inviting me again, he may stop inviting me again.

(13:20) Understand, addiction means you continuously wanted that devil will be inviting you again continuously you are waiting the invitation to happen again the addiction is waiting for invitation. Here Mahadeva says the person who feels everywhere will be joyous, will not be waiting for any invitation. if you are waiting for any invitation be very clear, you are addicted. Even for money, newspaper, if you are waiting, you are addicted, if you are just waiting to listen to the news, you are addicted, if you are waiting for any invitation, you are addicted, relax from it. Mahadeva says a person who feels joyous, person who feels everywhere, he will be joyous. So, a sense of this technique is toss attachment for body aside, push all the addiction aside and allow that initiation to sink in you more and more, deeper and deeper and live enlightened.
