HDH Nithyananda Paramahamsa answers the questions: What is happiness? and How do we progress spiritually without a guru? He says there are only two things: suffering and bliss and that we mistakenly attribute the space between sorrow as happiness. He also explains that it does not matter if you are with your Guru daily or afar. It is intense seeking which is important.
