In this video, Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam begins by shedding some light on the eighth and final limb of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras: Samadhi.Swamiji speaks on emotional intelligence and explains the relationship between our three main strengths and the significance of maintaining ‘Sama’, or #balance, in our lives. His Divine Holiness goes on to state that we must find the ‘middle ground’, and explains how we can balance our head and our heart, our intellect and emotions. Swamiji also shares some pearls of #wisdom on how our external atmospheres can subtly start to affect the way we see ourselves, and encourages us to celebrate our uniqueness.
