Today's 81st Sutra from chapter 2nd 30th verse is " Ahima Satya Asateya Brahmacarya Aparigrahah Yama". The literal translation is "Non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, continence, and non-possessiveness are called Yama"

Coining His message with the topic -- Hidden Truths about Laws of Life", Nithyananda dealt first on the laws of life. He expanded, "Loss of life does not mean only death. It also means living in unawareness. Even though one is living, life is a loss. If you are living and life is a loss, that is what I call depression. Every day, your life should add deeper levels of consciousness and awareness. If you are getting caught in deeper and deeper crutches and ruts, then understand you are going in the opposite way."

First, he described Yama - It is defined as flow, law and the very force that makes the whole thing flow as per the law. Emphasizing on an important truth on Yama, 'the law and the force which makes the whole thing flow in law are one and the same. Judiciary and execution, and law enforcement are one and the same in cosmos. When these become different, then corruption comes. That is why country law suffers but cosmic law never suffers nor creates suffering."

He came upon beautiful research that clearly proves that you do not act because of your mental setups or beliefs. Research says that you just do not know why you act in the way you acted. The decision to act and the action both happen simultaneously in oneself without any logic behind it.

He explains, "that is the reason why in Vedic Tradition altering the consciousness is given so much importance because law and action both come from there. This is individual Inner Awakening (Pratyagatma Chaitanya Jagrata). Then the person who is acting in you and making a decision in you is conscious. This means your consciousness is responsible for your very action. Understand, your body and mind are not in control of your consciousness. If you think it is so, you are fear-based person. However, if you think your body and mind are in love with consciousness, you become a spiritual being."

Yama in Sanskrit language is not just law. It is also the energy that executes the law. Law and execution are not two different energies. That is why Patanjali says Yama has to happen, not practiced. Otherwise, one struggles with law and execution and that leads to depression and schizophrenia

Understanding about Yama will change the way you live the deeper truths that form this Yama.

December 12, 2010 Welcome. Prayer. hidden truths about laws of life! If you don’t understand laws of life you will have loss of life. If you understand laws of life naturally life will not be lost to you. Sometime life itself becomes a big loss when you don’t understand the laws of life. Not only losing life something like death or paralyzed but you are living but it is a big loss to your consciousness means depressed, going in wrong direction without awareness. Then you are living but the whole thing is loss. Life is a loss! If you are living and life is a loss it is a most dangerous thing. That is what I call depression or going in wrong direction. Everyday your life should be adding something more & more and leading you to the deeper & deeper truths and higher & higher consciousness. If that is not happening then you are losing life. If more & more clutches & deeper ruts you are getting into, then you are going in minus! Let us enter into today’s sutras Ahimsa satya asteya brahmacharya aparigraha yamaaha! 81st sutra – 2nd chapter 30th verse. The whole world is in this one sutra. Ahimsa satya asteya brahmacharya aparigraha yamaaha! Vivekananda – non killing, truthfulness, non stealing ,continence and non receiving are called yama Prabhavananda – yama is abstention from harming others, from falsehood, from theft from incontinence and from greed Satchit – yama consists of non violence, truthfulness, non stealing ,continence and non-greed. First of all I wanted to express an important truth about Yama. The word is very powerful. In Sanskrit it has so many meanings – 1. Flow, 2. Law, 3. The very force which makes the whole thing flow as per the law. I wanted all of you to understand an important truth. Please understand, law and the force which makes the whole thing to flow in law are one and the same. Judiciary and execution and law enforcement everything is one & the same in cosmos. When all these things become separate that is where the corruption comes. That is why all country laws suffer. Cosmic law never creates suffering. I was doing some research 2, 3 days before. A very beautiful research which clearly proves you do not act because of your mental set ups or beliefs. Please understand, very clearly they are proving with tons & tons of evidence. You do not act in certain way just because of your mental set up or habit or even your belief. They say you just do not know why you behave that way. Just micro milli seconds before the action, the decision is taken. Otherwise the decision to act and action both simultaneously happen in your system without any logical back ground or understanding or logic behind it! That is why in the vedic tradition we always give importance to altering the consciousness the very source of which action and decision to act erupt spontaneously. If you only believe in action, you go on try to change your actions and land in depression. That is why all societies, laws which do not grow consciously end in disease. First thing to be done is the individual inner awakening has to happen. Then the person who is making decision in you and acting in you will be in pure consciousness. No danger from your actions can come to you or others. Please understand, yama in Sanskrit language is not just law. One meaning of the word yama is law the other one is the energy which executes the law. The concept of our masters understanding the original truth – law and execution are not 2 different energies. As long as you think they are, you will have a constant conflict. That is why I say yama should happen not practiced. Whoever tries to practice without raising their awareness are in difficulty. These are the solutions. If you understand the yama all of you know that yama means the lord of death means lord of law who executes all the law and the flow. You need to have the clear understanding about the ultimate truths that human beings are beyond body and based in consciousness. If you don’t have that ultimate understanding, you will always understand law and execution as two things. Because it is like if you think you are only body, you will understand the word yama as law. Because you don’t understand there is a space which is responsible for law & execution. Only if you understand there is a space for law & execution simultaneiously you will be able to understand this word in a broader and deeper understand. Otherwise if you understand the word yama as a law it is a very mediocre understanding and translation. You need to understand it is not just law and the execution power. And this research which I was studying very clearly proves you do not act just because of your habits or beliefs or earlier decisions. NO. there is no logical, logical, logical logic. Just the decision and actions happens without any gap spontaneously in you and you just do it. It happens. Means the consciousness is responsible for your every action! Even though he is not directly involved, he is responsible for your every action. Because your body and mind is in so much love with your consciousness, not in control but in love with your consciousness. If you think your body and mind is because of your consciousness and it is responsible for what you do you are a fear based person. if your body and mind is in love with your consciousness and you just do what your consciousness wants even though it is not directly involved then you are a spiritual being. The ultimate truth is your action and decision to do the action happens spontaneously without even micro milli second gap in you and gets executed. After that, you can do post mortem to either justify or feel guilty. But the truth is both are one and the same it just expresses spontaneously. There are some mediocre minds which can go on repeating the same syllabus same subject for any number of times. But they cannot come up with some new new understandings and truths every day. There are some masters who can break the logic everyday! Blow off the mind. Shape the people. Everyday which comes out of them is one big step towards the higher consciousness. But the problem is they will not be able to do the same set of programs. There are some rare individuals who can play both the games where he can take off the mind, boil the whole being, every time he opens the mouth, you drop your mouth! Something new! You always think wow he cannot take us further higher deeper. But you are there. Next day he takes you one grade higher. The same way tremendous patience to take people through the same set of programs without feeling tired or bored. Because the mind which continuously reveals new things, will feel bored to conduct same type of programs. The mind which conducts the same programs will not be able to open and share new explosive things. People ask me how do you manage these 2 swamiji. Understand, when I share great truths, revelations raising you everyday higher & higher in the morning satsang, I am myself. Just I am radiating raising the whole human consciousness continuously. When I conduct the program, again I am very clear the program is same for me but not for people who sit in front of me. There I am doing it for you. When I am clear I am doing it for you, I just see every session opening your brain and raising you. Morning satsang I am expressing how I am raising – by this I mean enlightenment is ultimate but not final. The ultimate exploding on human consciousness is the morning satsant. Creating the N effect verbally & physically on the human consciousness is morning satsang. The classes are creating the same N effect on a small group. So there I am more centered on you. Every person after every session raises, raises, raises. So naturally it is not same for me again. But if you don’t know the person is raising, if you are not that conscious then the program will be same, boring, dull. I tell you I am not interested in just producing some set of teachers who will go and sit and repeat the same type of program and come back. NO. I am actually working on creating the Acharyas who can sit and conduct satsangs. Means everyday something new, new, new they will open up and reveal. People ask me somehow we are not able to produce large number of teacher. Because neither me nor my sangha is mediocre. Still we are not able to freeze our first level program LBP. Because everyday we are developing, developing for last 10 years! Because we understand the law and power which executes the law both are same from the super consciousness state expressing itself simultaneously and spontaneously. Understanding about yama as I shared now, will completely change your understanding about how to live those great truths describe as yama. I will explain the deeper truths that is expressed in this sutra in a deeper way in the next satsang. I have one story to explain the truth of today’s message – Boy asks father. Dad, what is politics? Dad says – I have all money so I am the management. – so you call me Mom – governor, maid – working class, you are the people, baby brother – future. Do you understand now son? Son says I don’t still understand dad. Conversation ends. Boy wakes up that baby brother is crying. He goes and sees mom is asleep. Goes to the maid but she is there in bed with his dad. He bangs on the door and no one can hear him. Next day he goes to dad and says I understand politics now The management is screwing the working class while the government is fast asleep. The people are being ignored and the future is full of shit! As long as you will understand the law and the execution of law as 2 different things you will have this kind of politics Antother story - Old couple had a son still living with them. Parents worried about him. They decided to test. They took a 10 dollar bill bible and a bottle of whisky and put it in the front room. They hid to check him. They thought if he takes 10$ son will be businessman, Son arrived took 10$ bill slid it in his pocket, took the bible looked thru and took it and then opened Our son is going to be a politician! Another one A politician was campaigning in rural area. Politician saw a young man milking a cow and was about to approach him. Grandfather calls from inside hut – ramu get inside. who is that person you are talking to? A politician grandpa. Then get the cow also inside! First thing is human beings need to experience higher states of consciousness then law & order will be in order. Blessings!
