Description
On 5th May 2012, a landmark event in the history of Hinduism, as instructed by Devi Meenakshi and Lord Sundareshwara, the 292nd pontiff recognized His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda as an incarnation of Devi Meenakshi and Lord Sundareshwara and coronated Him as the 293rd pontiff of Sarvajna peeta, the world’s most ancient living Hindu religious organization.
The legendary and sacred Madurai Aadheenam has existed since time immemorial. It was revived 1500 years ago by the young incarnation Thiru Jnanasambandar, the visionary saint of South Indian Saiva Siddhanta. The Aadheenam is established in Madurai, one of the oldest cities in the world dating back since the time of Lord Sundareshwara and Devi Meenkshis presence on earth.
His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda walks among us today as the living incarnation of Devi Meenakshi. and Lord Sundareshwara.
