The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, expounded on the Cosmic Principle of Life Eternal during the everyday live public talk - Nithyananda Satsang. In this talk entitled [[You Are Eternal], The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism revealed that the more your thought currents and strategies for your life are aligned, with the understanding you are going to be here forever, more and more you will become joyful, blissful and aligned to the truth. He explained that when He is giving the powerful cognition initiation, He is saying “You Are Eternal”, but when you meditate you should say “I am Eternal,” , Ahambrahmasmi.

Today His Divine Holiness gave the homework to sit and contemplate on the great truth ‘You are Eternal’, then pen down 25 points where you think you are not eternal. After penning that down sit and decide ‘you are Eternal’ and with that powerful cognition, try to move the matter. Then share your manifesting power experience .

I welcome you all with love and respects. I welcome all the devotees, disciples, samajis, satsangis, Sri Mahants, Mahants, Thanedar, Kotharis, visitors, viewers, sitting with us all over the world ... with my love and respects. All the ashrams, Kailaasas, temples, aadheenams, Sarvajnapeetha Yajamans, Karthas, everyone, I welcome all of you … with my love and blessings.

Last few days, I am conducting unique satsang where I am giving powerful cognitions, teachings, and then spending time with each sangha and chit-chatting with them. It’s all completely, it’s like a real kitcheedee ... where the personal relationship and the powerful cognitions, everything is enjoyed. That’s a real Shaivism. See real Shaivism is all fun. Absolutely life positive! It’s extremely life positive. And … exciting, inspiring, alive, enlightening.

See today, the powerful cognition I want to reveal to all of you, I want all of you to contemplate this, and, start manifesting powers. Let more and more of your thought currents and strategies be about the life eternal. Means more and more about consciousness, and, you are going to be existing forever. Not this small small silly jealousy. See, if you decide you are going to be alive only as long as your human body is alive, then you are caught! Caught in this Bhu Mandala, means that planet earth. From there starts all the sufferings - jealousy, anger - why I have less pleasures and luxuries when I am working so hard? And why I have so more suffering? Why me? See actually once you come to the conclusion, you are going to be alive only as long as your body is going to be alive - you are caught. Now all kinds of … ignorant thought current will start flourishing in you. Then you will be waiting to get hurt, understand, that is the worst part. The waiting to get hurt is the worst part!

Be inform you are going to be existing forever. Please understand, this is really really truth; keeping Kalabhairava as a witness, I am get… telling you this truth. The more and more your thought currents are aligned, your strategies for your life is aligned with the understanding you are going to be here forever, more and more you will become joyful, blissful. Actually more and more you will be aligned to the truth. Listen carefully: please understand, … if I teach you that you are going to be eternal, … that is the greatest good thing I can do to you. Every time you remember you are going to be eternal - you conquer a disease, you conquer a negative pattern, you detox yourself. And very important thing, you make your body rejuvenate itself, understand. The Mother of the Cosmos is called Bala in Hindu tradition. Mother of the Cosmos is Bala because she constantly rejuvenates herself. Parashakti is called as Bala in Hindu tradition. Because She knows She is eternal. Understand, you are eternal.

Listen, I’ll repeat. You do not die when your frame dies. I am repeating the basic truth. Not as a moral teaching. Earlier you would have heard this: “we are eternal” maybe as a spiritual teaching or so many things. Now I am giving this as a powerful cognition which can make you manifest powers. You are eternal. Look inside whatever is not eternal, can go away, change, is not you. Sit with this powerful cognition. Not only your Third Eye will be awakened, so many powers will start manifesting in you. All the matter, which is not going to be eternal will become your servant. You can move not only the coconut, your boss head itself. Just like moving the coconut, you can move your boss head. You can play with anything. Understand.

Today all of you sit with this one powerful cognition: I am eternal. So all the other things, actually this a biggest boon: “Oh, then anything changes” - all your anger, pain, jealousy, nothing is you. All that has no root over you, understand! They may be like a parasite but it can be just cut. The moment you stop supplying blood and energy to them, they will just dry and fall out. Listen. Just listen, internalise this one powerful cognition. You will become Parashakti, rejuvenating yourself - Bala. That’s why Devi, Cosmic Mother is called Bala. Understand, remember this one truth: you are eternal. Whatever is not eternal is not you. Incompletion: that is not eternal, then it is not you. Anger: it is not eternal, then it is not you. Ups and downs: it is not eternal, then it is not you. Jealousy: it’s not eternal, then it is not you.

Last few days continuously I am getting messages and posts in the Facebook: “Ah, Swamiji has forgotten us.” “Swamiji has forgotten me.” “Do you remember me?” “Have you forgotten me?” Ayy, actually I remember real you! I always remember you. You need to remember me to receive me to you. I am always available. I am like a Prana, life force, so I am available for all of you. You need to breathe in. You need to inhale.

You are eternal. You are eternal. You are eternal. Today, sit and spend ten minutes, if you are eternal, then what all is not you and what all is you. At least there are twenty five things which is not you but you think which is you sitting inside you. List them out. List them out. You will understand, they are all not you. You understanding what all is not you, is too important. Actually when you understand what all is not you, tremendous inner healing starts happening, ... tremendous peace starts settling in you. If you start operating from that understanding - you are eternal, so much of energy, strength, powerfulness will manifest in you.

I tell you, when you start manifesting powers, ... nobody can hire you and pay you. You decide your value. You name the number. Nobody can number you; nobody can put a worth on you. If you understand you are consciousness, eternal - nobody can put a number for you, value for you. You name the number. You are beyond any value. You will see ... this as a reality in your life. I am telling you cherishing - you are eternal, is good even for your career breakthrough. Cherishing the truth - you are eternal - is good for your health, good for your mental health, good for your career breakthrough, good for earning more wealth. Of course, it is good for your Enlightenment. You are eternal, anything which is not eternal is not you. You are eternal and anything which is not eternal is not you. Actually every day when I settled down from Samadhi, what is it that explodes in my system, I am coming and sharing with all of you.

Next ... these few months till coming Jayanti, I am going to be sharing many important points of Cosmic Constitution of Kailaasa, The Kailaasa Constitution. And you can all also send emails, if you want anything to be added in the practical executive components of Kailaasa, Constitution at Kailaasa. You can send your … suggestions, valuable inputs. If your suggestions and ideas and inputs are taken, you will be acknowledged for that part and given gratitude, acknowledged. So you are free to send anything you feel like adding into the constitutional structure of Kailaasa. Kailaasa Constitution is going to be three layer. One, direct Shastra Pramana, Veda-Agama Shastra Pramana - that nobody can change; it is directly downloaded from Paramashiva and verbatim. The second component is great truths are downloaded and verbalised for the sake of the modern world. That is done with the help of one team of devotees, disciples. The third part is you can all give the execution part, ideas, thought currents, … suggestions, anything you want to add. So whatever is taken and added, … you will be acknowledged with gratitude. Today’s powerful cognition is … you are eternal. You are eternal. Today I wanted all of you to do this homework. First, sit and contemplate on the great truth - you are eternal. Then pen down what all you think you are but which is not eternal - your delusions which you consider as you. List at least twenty five points; twenty five: like your anger, your ups and downs, your deep fears, your pain, your possessiveness - all these are not you but you think it is you. Pen down all of that. Then sit and decide - you are eternal, with that try move the matter which is ephemeral, which is not eternal, and, put your experiences of the power manifestation through this powerful cognition - put all the three in the Facebook and share.

I tell you, listen: whenever you manifest a power through a powerful cognition, that powerful cognition becomes your life. It becomes so strong in you, even while you are leaving the body, you will be in the powerful cognition and reach Kailaasa! Any one powerful cognition is enough to take you to Kailaasa. Listen carefully: any one powerful cognition is enough to take you to Kailaasa. Meenakshi went all the way to Kailaasa, just with one powerful cognition. When She assumed the body, She was given that one powerful cognition - You are Parashakti. That’s all. Just that one powerful cognition, She went straight up to Kailaasa! Bulldozed everyone, finished everyone. She did not go by begging, praying and all. Whoever came on the way, She finished everyone. Up to Nandi, She finished! In front of Paramashiva when She stood, She suddenly realised She is one with Him and He is one with Her. That is when She settled down. That is when She settled down.

I’ll try to translate. I do not know whether I can translate. It’s a too colloquial expression of Meenakshi meeting Sundareshwara, Paramashiva in Kailaasa.

Even now, the … when I try to describe Kailaasa, like a energy attack, the bliss attack happening inside my system. You all may know panic attack. You all may know fear stroke. I should say this bliss attack is, the Kailaasa energy attack is ten thousand times more powerful than any panic attack. When you have the panic attack, you get nervous breakdown. When you get Kailash attack, energy attack - you become enlightened. Extremely awakened. Every time when the bliss pours inside you, … you feel so much of confidence - confidence on life, confidence on eternal truth. Like how my Gurukul kids, the moment I call their name, the way they feel confident. The way the life gets infused into them! I tell you, I am giving you this example, that is the way life gets infused in me, the moment I remember Kailaasa. The moment I remember Kailaasa or Paramashiva - life gets infused in me! Like how the moment I call the name my kids, get life infused in them.

I’ll just gave you one example. One of the greatest … life energy explosion, means the Paramashiva landing on the planet earth recently happened is the Courtyard power manifestation sessions. If you have been witness to that, be very clear you are blessed extremely! That Courtyard power manifestation session has terrorised all the demons, devils and negative elements. At once they have thought, “Oh, God! What is going on?! He is really bringing Paramashiva to planet earth!” Soon I am going to start the Courtyard sessions. Not just online, physical; very soon. Even when I describe Kailaasa, the kind of the life gets infused into my system. Oh!

I tell you, … fundamentally human beings go through lots of ups and downs, and insecurities, fears, mood swings. Remembering the powerful cognitions - you are … eternal, makes you enlighten just like that; heals all your inner pains, awakens your Kundalini Shakti, raises your energy.

The name Meenakshi has three meanings. Her eyes are like fish. Her … eyes are like a star. Mean, in Tamil has two meanings: one - fish, another one - star, vinmeen. The shape of the fish but shining - power of the star. Through that, She makes all of us blossom, flower. So these three meanings put together is called Meenakshi. Meenakshi, means who has a eyes in the shape of fish but powerful like a star, rules - makes all of us manifest Her just through the eyes - seeing, Nayana Deeksha, is Meenakshi. So Nayana Deeksha of Meenakshi is too important. Not just we seeing the Guru, seen by the Guru. Guru seeing us. That is too important.

There is so much of powerful energy of Kailaasa … manifesting everywhere. Actually I can see very clearly, I can just download the ideas directly into all of you without even talking.

It’s almost not possible, because, when I go and stay, my whole team has to stay. Now the property we have inside the Madurai is too small for the whole team to stay. So, naturally I have to stay in the property you gave only in Thiruparankundram. So the property you gave is going to become my home … in Madurai.

So the essence of today’s satsang is you are eternal. You are eternal. Start doing power manifestation with this one powerful cognition for next twenty four hours. Ana... update all your experiences in the Facebook. I’ll start guiding you all from today directly into power manifestation. See when you manifest powers, you will have so much of Paramashivatva space inside, Oneness inside - all doubts will disappear. People will be afraid to spread rumours and try to poison you. Tsk! See, even people trying to poison, they will first test the waters. If you are having little incompletion, fear, guilt or pain, only then they will continue to talk, abuse. If they know you are complete, overflowing with powerfulness and Paramashivatva - they will just keep quiet and go.

Yes, all of you please understand: see I tell you, if you are able to do one good thing, gaining confidence from that, and making more and more powerful cognitions, more and more powers - this is called virtuous circle. Because you are not able to do one good thing, losing confidence and failing, failing, collapsing more and more, is called vicious circle. Understand, let your life be virtuous circle, not vicious circle.

Today, all of you do the power manifestation with that great truth. You are eternal means, when, see when I am saying, I say, “You are eternal - Tat Tvam Asi.” When you say, you should say, “I am eternal - Aham Brahmasmi.” Understand, when I say, I am telling, “You are eternal - Tat Tvam Asi.” When you say, you should say, “Aham Brahmasmi. I am the Ultimate.” Please listen once more. Please listen once more. When I am giving you the powerful cognition, initiation, I am saying, “You are eternal.” But when you meditate, you should hold as, “I am eternal.” Means, “Aham Brahmasmi.” Guru tells you, “Tat Tvam Asi” but you should meditate on “Aham Brahmasmi. I am eternal, Paramashivoham, Nithyananda Paramashivoham.” So repeat the Mahavakya and remember - I am eternal, means you, whom you feel as you - you are eternal. Do this and manifest powers, and then … put your experiences and updates.

இத்தியான சத்சங்கத்தில் பகவான் நித்யானந்த பரமசிவம் அவர்கள் அன்னை மீனாட்சி எவ்வாறு தன் படைகளுடன் திருக்கைலையாம் சென்று அனைவரையும் வென்றாள். பரமசிவனை தரிசித்த மாத்திரத்தில் தான் யார் என்பதையும் உணர்ந்து, ஈசனை மதுரைக்கு எழுந்தருள வேண்டினாள் என்பதன் தமக்கே உரிய அழகிய மதுரை தமிழில் திருவாய்மொழிந்தருளியிருக்கின்றார்.
