Paramahamsa Nithyananda personally training Balasants of Nithyananda [[Gurukul]] in Shivastambha Yoga - an ancient and intense form of Yoga performed on a pole, which has been revealed by Sadashiva Himself in the Shaiva [[Agamas]]. Paramahamsa Nithyananda is guiding and nurturing these young Yogis in His own breathing space, preparing them for international Shivastambha (Mallakhamba) tournaments and competitions.
