The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, expounded on the Cosmic Principle [[Purusha]], during the everyday live public talk - [[Nithyananda Satsang]]. In this talk entitled [[The Existence Of Purusha Neither Gets Deluded Nor Gets Covered By Dvandva]], The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism defined Purusha as that existence which is in [[Brahmanda]], [[KAILASA]], and [[Paramashiva]] and that also exists in you. He also shared that any [[Dvandva]], any dualities such as good-bad, right-wrong, are not against each other, but both are against reality itself. Subsequently, know that your existence and Paramashiva’s are both one and the same so you can’t be diverted or deluded by dvandva. He gave a practice when falling asleep to remember this one truth, the existence of Paramashiva in [[KAILASA]], [[Maha KAILASA]], and my existence, what I remember as me now, both existences are the same Purusha.. "இத்தியான சத்சங்கத்தில், பகவான் நித்யானந்த பரமசிவம் அவர்கள், இறையனார் பரமசிவன் அருளிய சமாதி நிலையை உணரும் சக்திவாய்ந்த த்யான நுட்பத்தை அருள்கிறார். இந்த பிரபஞ்சத்தின் இருப்பும் உங்களின் இருப்பும் ஒன்றை, உங்களுக்குள் இருக்கும் அந்த புருஷன் இருமைக்குள் ஈடுபடுவது இல்லை. ப்ரம்மாண்டத்தில் இருக்கும் இருப்பு சக்திதான் உங்களின் பிண்டாண்டத்திலும் இருக்கின்றது, இந்த சத்தியத்தை இரவு உறங்குமுன் தியானியுங்கள். உறங்குமும் மிதமான அளவு உணவு எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, கடுக்காய்பொடி எடுத்துக்கொண்டு உங்கள் வயறு எந்த அளவிற்கு காலியாக வைத்திருக்க முடியுமோ அந்த அளவிற்கு காலியாக வையுங்கள். உறங்கும் முன் சிறு நிமிடங்கள், 'இந்த பிரபஞ்சத்தின் இருப்பு சக்தியும், எனக்குள் இருக்கும் இருப்பு சக்தியும் ஒன்றே' என்ற சத்தியத்தை ஒருமுறை உங்களுக்குள் ஆழ்ந்து உணருங்கள். நீங்கள் மஹாகைலாயம் வரை விரிந்து சோறுங்குவதை அப்படியே உணர்வீர்கள். உங்கள் தூக்கம் சமாதியாக இருக்கும்- என்ற சக்திவாய்ந்த நுட்பத்தை அருளினார்."
