Original Verse:

"आरम्भकोक्तं सकलं भवेन्मनोमलाधाधातुमलाः प्रयान्ति ।

पुमर्थता लाघवमंगके भवेत् सत्वस्थितिः प्राणजयेऽग्निदीपनम् ॥३ ॥"

"अपान एषो विजितो विधत्ते घतिद्वयं धारणतोऽपरकाये ।

प्रवेशसामर्थ्यमलं करोति पातालयानं क्षतरोहणाद्यम् ॥ ६ ॥"


Transliteration:

"ārambhakoktaṁ sakalaṁ bhavenmanomalādhādhātumalāḥ prayānti |

pumarthatā lāghavamaṁgake bhavet satvasthitiḥ prāṇajaye'gnidīpanam ॥3 ॥"

"apāna eṣo vijito vidhatte ghatidvayaṁ dhāraṇato'parakāye |

praveśasāmarthyamalaṁ karoti pātālayānaṁ kṣatarohaṇādyam ॥ 6 ॥"


Translation: All the benefits mentioned in arambha state would occur. Impurities of the mind and dhatus would disappear. Strength and lightness of the body is experienced. One atttains achievements of life. One will be established in satva (Self) gaining control over prana and enhancing bodily fire.
