गच्छता तिष्ठता श्वस-धारणं न बलाद्-यदा
अनिशं सहजः कुम्भः प्रोक्तः श्रि-कृत्तिवाससा ॥ १०४ ॥
नाडीशुद्धिं तथारोग्यं सुसुखं दीर्घ-जीवनम्
नादश्रुतिः पाप-नाशः सहजाभ्यासतो भवेत् ॥ १०५ ॥"
