Transliteration
prathama sayana südho sésa keçaké sandhi su däkhai | kachu sésa uradha kara räkhai | bahura pagathalé aisai täëai gagana diça samukha kari öhäne ॥158॥ vämapädapari dachipäda vämatari dharai | dou pädaké äëöé karai ॥159॥ punaha päda ké äëöé jémaëau phaëo ju joé | väma pagathalé pari dhare soé ॥ bahura päda ucaukau tänai goòau dachi sésaòhi änai | sésa keçaké sändhi su däkhe kachu sésa uradha kara räkhai ॥ bahuri pagathalé aise täëeà gaganadiçä samamukha kariöhäne | dou hätha mäthädisi dhäre bhüsauà lagiväm urdha pasäre | chédé räkhi aìguré more véïchékä mukha jyo kari chore ॥ cibuka kaëöhaküpa meà räkhe bhohanamadhi driñöi ko däkhe | udaramäàhi äma hoya jeté yä äsanasau näsai teté ॥162॥ mäöé ko paläöhé karé jo kadäci koi khäya | tinako upajyo roga saba yä äsana tai jäya ॥163॥
Translation
Lie supine on floor. Draw the pair of feet closer and arrange right foot over left and lock them. Raise legs and head and bring right knee close to head. Raise hands over the head straight and bend fingers imitating front portion of a scorpion. Fix the chin on throat and apply Jalandhara Bandha. Direct the gaze between eyebrows.
