In a recent Satsang, His Holiness reveals the space we can enter during the Rudra Abhishekam by declaring to Sadashiva:

“‘O Sadāshiva! I know You are the Source of Everything. You are Everything, and You are in this lingam. You are in this body. You are the Source for both. Let me connect with You. Let You reveal Yourself to me. Let me be in the bhaava samadhi of You, Shivoham.’

In that half hour of Rudrabhishekam, you will just enter into that bhaava samadhi of Shivoham (‘I am Shiva’). Bhaava samadhi, embodied state of Consciousness, will awaken amazing doors of life to you.”

“The knowledge and understanding of these 11 dimensions, even if it is only intellectual and not experiential, makes redundant much of the suffering caused to you by others, and also the suffering you cause to others.
