Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that it is even today used as a personal transformation guide. Steps to be followed:
Asana (posture): BHADRA ASANA (source: GHERANDA SAMHITA, UPADESHA 2, VERSES 9 & 10)
Technique:

  1. Settle in this posture for 30 seconds
  2. In this asana, perform JAALANDHARA BANDHA (source: GHERANDA SAMHITA, UPADESHA 3, VERSE 12) 21 times.
  3. Next, stand and perform UDDEEYAANA BANDHA (source: GHERANDA SAMHITA, UPADESHA 3, VERSE 10) 21 times
  4. Next, in Bhadra asana, perform AGNEE SOMA KUMBHAKA (source: KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI, VERSE 87) 21 times.
  5. In this asana, perform VYAANA KUMBHAKA (source: KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI, VERSE 66) 21 times.
  6. In this asana, perform DAKSHINAAVARTA CHAKRA KUMBHAKA (source: KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI, VERSE 107,108) 21 times
