The Region of Omusati, the third populated region in the Northern Part of Namibia and the United States of KAILASA, the revival of the Ancient Enlightened Hindu Civilizational Nation enter into bilateral relations - emphasizing their similar values on cultural understanding, Religious Freedom and Other Rights (Sarvaswathantratwa), eradication of hunger, youth leadership, holistic health and education initiatives, exchanges to educate citizens, environmental stewardship and sustainable living; and early child development, woman empowerment and poverty eradication, sustainable living and agriculture.

Omusati is one of the fourteen regions of Namibia, with Outapi as the capital. Omusati is the Oshiwambo word for Mopani tree, the primary species in this area. This is primarily an agricultural region and an attractive destination for tourists. The Omusati Region offers captivating features such as the Ruacana Falls, one of the largest waterfalls in Africa, a variety of accommodation and safari opportunities, and unspoiled landscapes featuring diverse flora and fauna. Omusati region is home to a heterogeneous mix of cultural groups from different parts of Africa, Asia and Europe and with their distinct values and traditions give the Namibia society a unique character.
