Title:

What You Need to be a Leader || Part 1 || Initiation into Powerful Cognitions

Description:

Venue: Singapore, Southeast Asia In this video Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam explains that there is both the 'status' and 'state' of a leader. Status of a leader is granted by society. State of a leader is related to the individual; it comes from within. Unless we obtain the state of leader, we will only be a manager, not a leader. All problems encountered as a leader happens because we have achieved the status of leader but not the state. HDH says when we are able to respond spontaneously without the load of the past, we experience the state of a leader. What prevents us from responding spontaneously are engrams, or engraved memories from our past that can distort or disturb our decision-making capacity. HDH shares a technique to silence the engrams so that we can take decisions beyond our engrams and experience leadership consciousness.

I welcome you all. I’ll spend few minutes today explaining the basic truth of what, what I want to explain is a wisdom from yoga science. After the, after the explanation, I’ll request some questions from you all. We’ll analyze the concepts through the questions. Then we will have a small technique to experience the truth of what I’m expressing. So, as a three part we’ll do. First I’ll try to explain the basic concept, the truth. Then we will have Question-Answers. Then we’ll have a technique to experience the intellectual understanding.

[00:01:11]

First, few words about this ‘Leader Consciousness’. What do I mean by the word ‘leader consciousness?’ See, we all work to achieve the status of the leader, but we forget something called ‘state of the leader’. Status of the leader is related to society. If there are so many people under you, you become leader. Status is not something related to you. State is something related to you. Status comes from the society. State comes from within. Unless we achieve the state, just achieving status will harm you and others.

[00:01:58]

See, all problems in the corporate world, in the personal level or the interpersonal level. The personal level - stress, too much of depression, unnecessary worries, insecurity, everything. And the interpersonal level - the back biting, politics or whatever problems we have the relationship level - everything is just because we achieve the status without achieving the state; without achieving the state, we just achieve the status. Then all the problems just follows us. What do I mean by the word ‘state?’ What do I mean by the word ‘leader’, ‘leader consciousness?’ The power to respond spontaneously, the power to live every moment, the power to live in this moment, power to process information and take decisions. I always tell people: “Responding spontaneously is real responsibility.” When you are able to respond spontaneously without the load of the past, you will be the leader; you will be able to lead your life.

[00:03:26]

First thing, leader is not a person who manages things. Manager is different, leader is different. If you are just having the status of the leader without the state, you’ll be managing. You’ll be just holding on to your seat. You'll be trying hard to catch your seat and to keep people under you. But leading is totally different. Leader consciousness is totally different. Let Me give you a simple explanation or a presentation from yoga science - how our mind works, how we can achieve the ‘leader consciousness.’ Then we’ll analyse this concept through your questions.

[00:04:14]

Let Me explain how we receive information through our senses and process it and take decisions. <<Powerpoint presentation following>> First you see something through your eyes. I’m taking the example of eye. You can replace it with the ear or nose or touch or anything. Any sense. I’m speaking, I’m taking the example of eye. You see something through the eye. The next step, the information goes to a part called ‘Chakshu’. In Sanskrit we call it as ‘Chakshu’, just like DSP - Digital Signal Processor - in computer. How the, see the, if you get a picture in web camera, the whole scene is converted into digital signals. Just like that, whatever you see or hear is converted into bio-signals in our system. That file only can be par, processed. Whether it’s a audio or ah, seen or anything. In the computer first it will be converted into digital signal. Digital signal file only can be used for any processing.

[00:05:30]

Same way, whatever you see, is converted as a bio-signal in ‘Chakshu.’ In Sanskrit we call that part as ‘Chakhu’ just like ‘DSP’. And the next, from DSP file moves to a portion called ‘Chitta’, just like memory. The file goes to memory. In memory what we do, we start the process of elimination. We start analysing: “This is not. This is not. This is not.” For example, now you’re seeing Me. The, this scene, let us take, take the example of this scene: You are seeing Me. First this pictures is taken by your eyes; the eyes are tran, ahh, transfering the material to DSP. [In] The DSP, it is converted into a bio-signal, and the file goes to memory. Memory starts the elimination process. First it says: “This is not a tree. This is not a stone. This is not a animal.” The elimination process happens. Then the file moves to the mind - ‘manas’. We call in Sanskrit ‘manas’. The file goes to the mind. In the mind the identification process starts: “This is it. This is it.” You start identifying “He is a human being. He’s a young man. He’s taking session on yoga. He is teaching us meditation.” Identification starts.

[00:07:07]

After the identity the whole process, this, till this end the process is conscious. Till this end the process is conscious. After the identification the file goes to ego. After the identification file goes to ego. Ego, ego decides: “What am I supposed to do, if, at this moment? What way am I connected? What am I supposed to do?” That decision is taken by the ego. Ego says, if your past experiences with some yoga teacher or meditation teacher, if it is very happy or a blissful experience, if you’re satisfied, your ego says: “Yes, sit and listen.” If your past experience with some other teacher is not good, if you're not happy with them, immediately your ego says: “No, no. This is not for me. Let’s move. This is not for me. What you are supposed to do, that decision is taken by ego.

[00:08:16]

See, the fire moves from eye to the Chakshu, DSP. From DSP to memory. Memory does the elimination process. From memory it goes to mind. Mind starts identifying. From mind it goes to ego. In the ego you start deciding, what am I supposed to do? What am, how I am supposed to respond at this situation?” And once the ego decides, you start executing, you start deciding. If the process is simple like this, there will not be any problem. But process is complicated, when you start storing past memories, the engraved memories. Sometime, if you are hurt by somebody who was wearing white dress, even that can just come up.

[00:09:12]

For example, if you are hurt by somebody in a particular place. When you cross that area next time, even if that person is not there, the same feeling, the same depression will raise in you. When you are suffering with engrams, when you are suffering with engraved memory, you will not be able to take the decision so straight. The files which is just getting processed in your unconscious, will get twisted. Constantly you’ll be taking different kind of decisions.

[00:09:48]

See, intellectually if you analyze, you know smoking is injurious to health. Whatever data you collect through your senses, you know smoking is injurious to health. In the, according to your memory or mind, you know smoking is not good for your health. But suddenly the file takes a quantum leap to ego. From ego command comes: “Let me smoke.” Immediately you start smoking. Why the decision taken by conscious mind is opposed by the unconscious zone? When the file takes a quantum leap from mind to ego, when a file takes a quantum leap from mind to ego, your engraved memories also play a role in your decision. If you decide in a very blind way without the engraved memories, your life will be completely conscious. You will have the ‘leader consciousness.’

[00:10:53]

If your decision making is affected by your engraved memory, you create more and more suffering for you and for others. Consciously you know smoking is injurious, but suddenly you decide from unconsciousness. A small story: One person came to Me and he told: “Swamiji, one week ago I read a book which says, which explains how smoking disturbs our health, smoking disturbs our mental setup, everything. From then I dropped.” I asked: “Oh, that’s nice. You dropped smoking?” “No, no, Swamiji, I dropped reading like this confusing books. I just don’t want to read these confusing books.” When you are caught with the engrams, the decision by your conscious mind and the decision by unconscious mind will be totally different.

[00:11:53]

The engrams takes away your intelligence. The engrams twists your decisions. When the engrams are more, it’s like a file passing through so many tables. Each person puts his signature, writes his opinion. By the time file reaches the ego, ego is completely confused. What decision it should take, it doesn’t know. Constantly, if all the files have to move through the engram, you will never be able to decide. You will never be able to decide. Naturally, you will be suffering with dilemma and stress. As on now, the time taken for this process, means, ah, time taken for the file to move from DSP to memory, memory to mind, this process, this processing time - TP, conscious process, time taken for the quantum leap, unconscious process.

[00:13:06]

Actually the, this zone, this unconscious zone only creates all difficulties in our being. Only this creates more and more difficulty. This time is a TQ, time taken for the quantum leap. If you are suffering too many engrams, if you have too many engrams in your unconsciousness, naturally, this time, the time taken for the quantum leap will be more.

[00:13:41]

Because the file has to move from table to table. Each engram is equivalent to a table. By the time the file comes to your table, you write your opinion and the file goes to the next table. That engram writes, he writes his opinion. Each one writes their opinion. By the time that file reaches the CEO, first thing, the file will be delayed. Next thing, CEO will become completely confused. The time taken for this quantum leap will be more. If this [unconscious processing time] is more than this [conscious processing time], you are in instinct level, just an animal level; you are in animal level.

[00:14:25]

And one more thing. We always think that instinct means, immediately we take decision. No! In instinct you suffer. Only in intuition you take immediate decisions. In instinct level you don’t take immediate decisions. Even if you take, you will not be deciding. You will be just throwing your responsibility. Deciding quickly and behaving responsibly is intuition. Just deciding without responsibility, is what? Instinct. You decide, but you don’t bother about the result. The instinct level, you have, you take more time for process than the conscious process. The unconscious process takes more time than the conscious process itself. So this is, if this time is more, the unconscious process time is more, you are in instinct level. If the unconscious process time is equal to the conscious processing time, you are in intellectual level. You are in the level of man. If the unconscious processing time, if it is less than the conscious processing time, you are in intuition level.

[00:15:51]

We speak so much about intuitive management. Constantly we are hearing the word ‘intuitive management’, but unless you remove your engrams, you will not be able to experience what I call ‘intuition.’ One more thing: We always think, “is it really, something we call intuition, exist? Is it possible?” Let me give you a small example: Somebody asked Me in one meditation program: “Swamiji, ah, many time when I enter some place, new place, suddenly I feel I have seen that place, I know that place. After a few minutes I can say everything clearly, what is there, in which room and whole thing. When I go and see, it is there really as I felt. And at some party sometime, suddenly I feel after some 5 minutes, somebody is going to come, something is going to happen, and it really happens. When I get a call, when my telephone rings, suddenly I remember somebody’s name. When I pick up the phone I see that person is there on the line. Like this many things happen in my life. Why? How?” Then I asked that group: “How many of you have experienced this at least once in your life? Let us see in this group. How many of you experienced something like this at least once in your life? See, in that group also I saw at least 80% of the people raising their hand. Here also again you can see 80%. If something happens in somebody's life once, rarely, you can say it's a coincidence. But when it happens in 80% of the people’s life, how can we say it is coincidence? We can’t say it is coincidence.

[00:17:47]

There is something called ‘intuition.’ There is something called ‘intuition.’ How you experience the intuition at some moment, then why you are not able to experience that always? Wherever your engrams are active, whenever your engrams are active, you’ll not be able to experience that intuition. At some point, suddenly even without your knowledge, the engrams are silenced. If you are in a deep fear or if you are completely threatened, even your basic existence is threatened, or if you are completely relaxed, in a high energy or in a complete relaxation, both the times, your engrams will not work. Your engrams will stop working.

[00:18:41]

When your engrams stop working, you experience that intuition. You experience the intuition. This is the basic theory from yoga, yoga science. Now we will see a simple technique, to silence the engrams or to take decisions beyond the engrams. Before entering into the technique, I’ll spend few minutes answering your questions. Because it’s a too complicated theory. Only with questions you can analyze it, you will be able to internalize this understanding. I’ll be happy to receive your questions.

[00:19:21]

Participant: “Can you give us an example of an engram?” HDH: Engram? For example, you are sitting in a beach, somebody has abused you, or disrespected you. After 2 years you come back to the beach again, neither that person is there nor the same atmosphere is there, but you will have that same feeling. Even if you try to avoid, you will have that same mood. Somehow you will feel like you don’t want to sit there. The beach is no way responsible, but somehow you associate that experience with that place.

[00:20:00]

Like this so many things. For example, when you are, when you have a disease, if you are admitted to hospital, after that whenever you go through that hospital, that same memory will rise in you. That is why we associate experience with places, experiences with people, experiences with things. Next time, when you have the same thing, you will not have a same experience. Even joy, sweet. When you taste the sweet first time, your experience is different. And the next time your experience is different. But you try to create the same engram and you expect the same thing from that situation.

[00:00:16]

But this engraved memories create so much of trouble for you. It is like a, your major decisions, even your major decisions are disturbed by these ingrams. And you take many decisions just out of this engrams and suffer. And moreover, your creativity is disturbed by these engraved memories.

[00:00:40]

You don’t decide spontaneously, you carry a memory, you carry engrams. Based on that engrams you decide. Based on that engrams your decisions are made. Participant: I don’t understand why responding to memories or engrams is a bad thing.” HDH: That’s beautiful. Why should it be a bad thing? I don’t say it’s a bad thing, you will be dead. Constantly if you are reacting to the present based on the past, you will never be creative. You will not progress in your life. See, first thing: The present is not past, but your reaction to the present will be just like a reaction to the past. Then naturally you will not be able to fit, you will not be able to update yourself. You will not be able to grow. You will be just reacting in the same way. You will be reacting or responding in a very same pattern. You will not be able to expand yourself. You will not be able to go further. Some, there is nothing called bad. I don't say it is a sin or something bad, not in that way. But you will not be able to raise yourself. You will be thinking in a same old pattern. You will not be able to update yourself. That’s what I say. Mmh.

[00:02:02]

Participant: “It seems like there is a fine line between useful engrams and non useful engrams?” HDH: Ah, one more thing: There is no such engram called ‘useful engrams.’ Participant: “Oh, ok.” HDH: All engrams, all engrams are only dead. Living directly to the present, living directly to this moment is the only useful thing. For example ma, take this situation: You sitting with Me. If you already had some good experiences with some other teacher also, that will not be useful for this moment. You will judge Me only based on your past experience. So, you will not be able to listen to Me completely. You will not be open to Me. You will not, if you had a bad experience, you will not even sit here. You will say: “Bye, this is not for me, this is not, I am not this type.” If you had some good experience, even the good experience will not help you to completely to be present here. You will be expecting what you had earlier. You will not be able to directly respond to this situation.

[00:03:06]

So, no engram is good engram. Living completely consciously, responding spontaneously to this moment. One more thing, because of this engrams, you start creating a belief systems; not only in the religious level, even the day to day level. We are all living with some belief systems. The moment you start creating a belief system, the communication stops. Communication completely stops. You can see in your life, only 6 months you live with your husband or wife. Within that 6 month you create an idea about her or him. After the 6 months you live only with your image, your idea, you don’t live with her. Whatever she does, you project only according to your idea. Whatever he does, you project only according to your idea. You don’t live with persons, you live only with dead images. When you start creating a belief system, communication stops completely. All our problems in the interpersonal level or decision making, it is just because of these engraved memories. Participant: “What is the difference between memory and engraved memory?” HDH: Yes, ahh. Participant: “Can you give an example of each?” HDH: Yes, you see, memory is something like a plain memory. You see this scene. That’s all. There is no other emotional attachment attached with this memory. You see this flower, over. But, if you have the emotional attachment to this flower, positively or negatively, then it becomes engraved memory.

[00:04:54]

Emotional attachment to that memory becomes engraved memory. For example, if somebody gives you a rose, instead directly enjoying the rose, you start bringing the memory all the roses which you presented, whether it is refused or it is accepted, all those memories starts going, ah, going around. And you miss the rose, you miss the beauty of the rose. At every movement in your life, especially in the corporate setup, you need to live with lot of memory. The problem is, when you create engrams, you will not be able to handle your memory. It is like ah, engrams are like high resolution pictures. If you start stor… storing high resolution pictures, you will not be able to store word documents, you will not be able to process word documents. Actually, the less engram, more memory you will have. The more engram, less memory. If you have the problem of forgetting things, be very clear, you have too many engrams; because, your heart is completely filled with high resolution pictures, you won’t have space for handling word data or the ordinary memories. Person with less engram will be able to have a sharp memory. He will recollect things, he will be able to process it much more easily.

[00:06:28]

Storing things without emotional attachment, is what I call memory. Storing your memory with emotional attachment is engrams. Engrams complicate your mental setup. Constantly you are in stress. One more ah, there are so many simple things, very simple things can disturb your whole routine. Like, there’s, there are some people, who are, who have a lot of sentiments, morning when they open their computer, if it doesn't open, they decide: “Today is going to be hell.” You have some engrams when you sit in the chair, some feeling or first person whom you meet, you associate that person with some engrams. And you think: “Oh God! Today I met him, over. My day is... Today morning itself this happened. What will happen to me, I don’t know.” Constantly you are suffering with these engrams.

[00:07:27]

What I am saying: If you are ahh, if you consciously analyze, you can understand, at least 80% of your time and energy is wasted in these engrams. I can say, at least 80%. If you know your mind, if you have spent at least little bit of time analysing yourself, if you have really given little bit of time to develop yourself, you will be able to understand what I mean by the word ‘engrams’ and how you suffer with these engraved memories.

[00:08:00]

One more thing, now the scientists are saying constantly our body is getting updated, our body is healing itself. But when you bring back your, ahh, past memory engrams, when your, your engraved memories again and again you bring the same kind of body. Ahh, recently I read a beautiful book, ‘Biology of Belief.’ One great doctor and research scholar, he says, in the biology we all, we believe that DNA or cells only they manage our system. But he says after 30 years of research, not only DNA and cells are not managing your body, your belief system guides the DNA and cells. Whatever you believe, whatever you think you are, only that guides your DNA and cells. And moreover he says, that ah, structure does not monitor the function, function monitors the structure. It’s an important... structure does not monitor the function, function monitors the structure.

[00:09:22]

It is a very, ah, surprising or a amazing breakthrough, but he is able to prove structure does not monitor the function, only function monitors the structure. He says, whatever you believe, your belief system only designs your whole sys.. whole structure. Even your body can be healed when you are out of these engrams. You can heal your body if you can come out of this engrams. For example, in the young age if your mother has taught you, “Don’t go in the rain. If you go in the rain, you will have cough, you will have cold.” If you, if that becomes engraved memory in you, even if you see a rain through window, you will start sneezing. You don’t have to feel the rain, experience rain, just see the rain through window, you will start sneezing. The engraved memories are so deep, it disturbs even your physical health. Coming out of engrams, liberating yourself from the engrams even can heal you. It can even heal you physically.

[00:10:34]

Participant: “We often talk about learning from our mistakes, our past mistakes or others’ mistakes. Aren't those also in a way engrams? How do you, how do you explain?” HDH: One thing, ah, it can be understood from two angles. First thing, whenever you learn from past experiences, you never store those engrams. If you are constantly brooding over the past mistakes, only then you store them as engrams. If you just learn, you don’t have emotional attachment to it. But if you are constantly brooding over, if you are constantly suffering, only then that becomes engram. You can see in your life. One more thing, to tell you honestly, we never learn from our past mistakes. We only.. we may do the same mistake in a different angle, that's all. But we never learn from our past mistake. One more thing, intelligence is no way related to past. Intelligence is no way related to past.

[00:11:39]

Let Me give you a small example. Learning from experiences means, first you put your hand in the fire created by matchstick, and you say, “Oh, matchstick fire burns.” Then you put your hand in the cigarette, then you say “Oh, cigarette fire burns”. Then you put your hand in the charcoal fire, “Oh, charcoal fire burns.” Then you put your hand in the oven “Oven fire burns.” By the time you come to a clarity through experience “all fire burns”, your body will be ready to be burnt, you will become old. Learning from mistakes, learning from past is something like a long process. It will never be successful.

[00:12:22]

One more, one more thing: Doing all mistakes and learning you don’t have time. You don’t have time; you don’t have time to do all the mistakes and learn. So, learning from past mistakes is not a right lesson. According to Me that is not a right understanding. It may be good morality, but not a lifestyle. Morality is different and lifestyle is different. So, learning from past mistake and all those things are good lessons to learn in the young age, but not for practicality.

[00:12:56]

Learning should be quantum, completely quantum. Keep your intelligence alive and respond to the moment. That's all. You can never learn from the past. One more thing, even if you learn from the past, you will be doing little better than that. Little better than past is not our life. Life is supposed to be quantum. Updating is not going to work, only quantum leap is going to work in future. Updating is the old word, I don’t think updating is the right word for the future. For future quantum jump, quantum leap, that is the only way.

[00:13:41]

See, updating your intelligence, learning from past, all these things are nice words to cheat yourself or postpone the growth. We can use all these nice words and hide our mistake. This is a nice word to use in front of your boss, not to your consciousness.

[00:14:00]

Participant: “How do you recognize when you are living in the moment?” HDH: Or, ah, suffering with engrams. If you have this question itself, be very clear, you are suffering with engrams. A person who is living in this moment, not only he will not have this question, he will have a complete clarity. See, that clarity, intelligence is such, not only you will have it, you know you have it. That’s all. If you have the doubt, be very clear it is not there. People come and ask Me: “Swamiji, how to know, whether I am intelligent or not?” Be very clear, as long as you have this question, you are only intellectual, you are not intelligent. Intelligence is self shining, not only you will have it, you know you will have it. When you have it, you know it. Now, when you have this doubt be very clear, you are suffering between the engrams. Engrams create dilemma. If you have dilemma, be very clear, you have engrams. Any other question?

[00:15:15]

Participant: “I am a little confused because we are encouraged to erase engrams. But engrams seem to constitute the unconscious state?” HDH: You see, if there is no, if you remove all the engrams, this time will be very less; you will be able to take straight decisions. Your files will not be tortured. The files, the file from the mind doesn't have to go through so many tables. The quantum leap will be very easy. As on now, the quantum leap takes too much of time. See, you can see, there are so many files, you have a clear data, but you are not ready to decide, you are suffering with dilemma because of the engrams. Even after having so many clear data, you are not able to decide, means you are suffering with engram. When there is no engram, straight away you will be able to decide. You see, as on now, to take one decision, that file has to go through 300 engrams. It means it takes at least 3 days. Sometime we never decide. We postpone decision making.

[00:16:32]

One important thing, postponing decision making also is one more decision. We forget that. We forget, postponing decision making also is one more decision. When you suffer with engram, you decide not to decide. You are in dilemma. When you, when you have less engrams the decision is quick and straightforward, more straight. And one more thing, when you don’t have engrams, you have the deep satisfaction that you lived your life. You are, you will be very clear and integrated. With engrams, you will be like a schizofrenia, pulling… being pulled and pushed.

[00:17:19]

Now I think we can see a simple technique, to work on our unconscious layer, to work on our engrams, to silence our engrams. It’s like we activate this conscious zone and give little rest to the unconscious zone. Just giving little rest to the unconscious zone. See, constantly your unconscious is active, even when you are sitting here, your mind is constantly judging what is happening here. You are not ready to directly respond. Constantly you have something or other going on. That’s what I call ‘Inner Chattering.’ The Inner Chattering. Inner Chattering means, even when you don’t have any file to process consciously, the unconscious engrams will be automatically coming up. You will be suffering with them. You can see, even if you close all your senses, close your eyes and close your ears and close your nose and all your senses, even then simply something will be going on inside, like a volcano. Means, just the engrams are jumping and taking your energy.

[00:18:41]

Now, you will have, we will do a simple technique to give a little rest to your engrams, so that you can directly receive the file and process it. If somebody is interested in living without engrams, you can use this technique in your regular life. It’s just a 20 minute technique to silence your mind or awaken the intuition. Awakening the intuition means again reducing the engrams. The less number of engrams, the more strong, deeper intuition.

Title:

What You Need to be a Leader || Part 3 || Initiation into Powerful Cognitions

Description:

Name Of The Convention: Initiation Into Powerful Cognitions Session on: Leader consciousness Date: 19 January 2006 Venue: Singapore, Southeast Asia

In this video Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam explains that there is both the 'status' and 'state' of a leader.

[00:00:16]

So let Me explain the technique. It's like 4 steps. First thing: Closing your eyes. When I say close your eyes, I don't mean just closing the eyelids. Usually you know only closing the eyelids. After closing the eyelids also you can see so many things going inside your mind. That’s what I call the ‘engrams.’ Now, when you close your eyes, you'll be doing a simple technique to stop that constant inner chattering, constant inner visualization or this engrams moment. Just visualize as if your, both the, both your eyeballs have become like a stone ball. Just tighten your eyeballs. If you create little stress or the little tight, ah, feeling on the eyeballs, the inside visualisations will start coming down.

[00:01:17]

This is the first step. I think better I’ll explain the technique step by step, then you can practice, then we’ll enter into the technique. The second step: Create a deep humming sound. So that your inner chattering will be completely relaxed. Your inner chattering and the humming sound are completely against each other. If you can create a deep humming sound in you... actually in the yoga system we say, there are energy centers in our body. This humming sound will activate those energy centres. Naturally, your inner chattering will be nullified. Your inner chattering will be silenced. You’ll have clear, silenced setup of unconsciousness. 20 minutes of inner ch, the 20 minutes of humming. After the 20 minutes of humming, just be relaxed for 5-6 minutes. Just sit with yourself. Last 5-6 minutes you will see, your whole being is alive but no engrams are active. No engrams are taking your being over. As on now, constantly engrams will be taking you over. Constantly engrams will be raising and falling, raising and falling, raising and falling. That last five minutes you will see, the raising of the engrams is lot less. You’ll be able to just sit with yourself. Sitting with yourself is a great freedom. Sitting with yourself is a great freedom. As on now, we miss that important dimension of our life. We can sit with anybody. We can’t sit with ourself. This will make you to sit with yourself.

[00:03:15]

Let Me repeat the instruction. Just 3 instruction: Sitting straight, closing your eyes and humming for 20 minutes. Silent sitting for last 5 minutes is the next thing. If you have any doubt in the technique, very simple technique, which can silence your inner chattering, reduce the number of engraved memory. We’ll start. Please be seated. Sit straight. Please, close your eyes.

[00:03:55]

>>Meditation in progress>> Visualize both your eyeballs have become like a stone. Start humming as intensely as possible, as loudly as possible, as deeply as possible. >>Humming music is playing>>

[00:05:19]

Just relax. Let your eyes be closed. Just sit for a few minutes. >>Relaxation music - Banyan tree meditation - is playing>> [Meditation in progress]
