I welcome you all for the Inner Awakening program. Actually today we start the program... I gave the first two-three days for jet lag, settling down and Shivaratri waking up.

Let me put it in simple straight forward raw words. Human beings as you are, you are just a bunch of patterns, thought currents, compulsive thought currents, compulsive behaviour patterns which I call incompletions. Understand, we are actually a bunch of compulsive thought currents and compulsive behaviour patterns.... with a strong belief that these compulsive thought currents and compulsive behaviour patterns are us. Please understand, your actions can never be separated from you, and your reactions can never be part of you. The problem is you act... and you don’t want to be responsible for your actions. And you always think all your reactions are you. Please understand your reactions are not you. They are a bunch of compulsive behavior patterns or compulsive thought currents. Your reactions are not you. Unfortunately, you think your reactions are cute and your ability to react is your freedom. No, Really! You think your ability to shout, scream, react, overact all this is your freedom. If you don’t react you are controlled or suppressed. Understand, your reactions are a bunch of compulsive thought currents, compulsive behavioral patterns. The good news I have, it can be completed... means, you can get rid of them. The great news I have - when you get rid of them you manifest multiple extraordinary powers. Understand, all compulsive behavior patterns are powerlessness, all conscious behaviors are powerful.

Powers are nothing but conscious behaviors. Things are in front of you, you want to see through the third eye, your conscious decision becomes power. What stops you manifesting power... is your obsessive, compulsive thought currents and behavior patterns. Anything is compulsive is wrong, even if it looks like good in the initial level, in the beginning, level. Anything conscious raises you to the higher and higher levels of Reality. This whole program, this 21days... I am going to use the technology given by Sadashiva to remove all the obsessive thought currents, compulsive thought currents... and obsessive behaviour patterns and compulsive behaviour patterns in you including food and sleep, including food and sleep. Understand you are, you are going to enjoy special food - recipes directly given by Sadashiva 60,000 years before. Please understand, even a pickle you are eating in the morning breakfast precisely follows, including the salt level given by Sadashiva in Bhaga Shastra 60000 years before especially for power manifestation. So I request.... all the food served here not only they are organic, no chemicals any form - whether fertilizer or pesticides - no chemical is used in growing, preserving and reaching it out to here... everything is organic. We are highly integrated to Sadashiva’s instructions.

Morning Yoga you do, please understand, the Yoga you are doing here is not stretching the body... Sadashiva gives a set of muscle awakening techniques to awaken your muscles, which are frozen due to compulsive muscle memory. For example, morning you get up with certain thought current, you go to wash room with certain thought current and you get into your car, go to office, if you see your whole day, there are only few muscles you use and there are many muscles you don’t even remember they exist, you don’t even remember them, they exist. You are so busy in your obsessive thought currents, the compulsive behaviour patterns, many of you don’t even know, many muscles exist in you. Sadashiva gives a set of exercise to awaken all those muscles. And today you would have had a light Yoga; from tomorrow you will be put on a pole. I don’t know whether how many of know that. ☺ Men will be put on a pole and women will be put on a rope. Don’t worry, you do not need to worry and it will be very smooth. You will not even feel it’s difficult. It is very, it’s done a very systematic way as Sadashiva has instructed, to awaken all the muscles you have... to introduce your body to you. That is one of the important thing need to be done, introducing your body to you. The Yoga you are doing, is specifically aimed at breaking all your compulsive muscle memories. See, your muscles do have memories. That is why, the people who are driving every day, if you are driving from your house to office and office to home every day, sometimes only after reaching the home you remember you started from your office. But you drove... no accident, you drove. Just like car can be automatic gear, your muscle memory can be in automatic gear. Sometimes it is beneficiary, sometimes it becomes compulsive behaviour patterns. Your muscles need to become conscious, your digestive system need to become conscious.

Please understand, the Yoga you practice or the food you eat or the turmeric you apply on your forehead, the red powder which you apply, it is a processed turmeric. Your third eye is decalcified through this turmeric, please understand. Your third eye is just like other two eyes... it has chords and rods... I don’t know how many of you are doctors; if you are doctors you will understand what I am saying. Just like this eyes, the third eye physically has chords - C-H-O-R-D, rods -R-O-D. Unfortunately, the fluoride toxifies the third eye. Fluoride gets into your system in multiple level. Fluoridation of the humanity is the worst conspiracy going on all over the world to keep you dull. Without fluoride you will become warriors. Understand, fluoride is official neurotoxin, but mixed in your food, in you tooth paste, in your drinking water. Not only drinking fluoride is dangerous, even taking bath in the fluoridated water is dangerous. Understand, fluoride has a capacity to penetrate your skin, and calcify your third eye. Enough of scientific researches’ are available in the internet, very well known, very standard research works - 40% of the fluoride can penetrate into your body just by taking bath, in the fluoridated water. For example, if 1ml fluoride is in your bathing water, 40% of it can get in just by taking bath. Not, you don’t even have to drink. This processed turmeric which you are applying, red colour, it’s a turmeric; turmeric is the best antidote for fluoride. That is why rubbing that turmeric. Especially in the night time if you rub and leave it, see... especially in India men don’t want to wear this (gestures towards the kumkum on His forehead) it looks like a bindi and they have their own culture. I don’t know. So, if you don’t want to wear in the day time, its ok. In the night time rub it on the third eye and fall asleep, the fluoride toxification and calcification happened due to the fluoride, will be... you will be detoxified and decalcification will happen; and if you are from a city where your bathing water is fluoridated, I will strongly recommend, we will also make it available here our Vaidya Sarovar. See, this Shiva Linga is made of medicines. You take bath in this water, the water flows through that Shiva Linga, we actually pump water on the Shiva Linga and when that water comes out take bath; at least once in two three days. In the breaks, noon breaks, I will ask them to switch on. If you take bath in that water the detoxification happens throughout the skin. It is built specially for detoxification. This Shiva Linga in Vaidya Sarovar is built for detoxification. You can apply turmeric and Haritaki powder on your skin, Haritaki powder and turmeric both have the capacity to penetrate your skin and detoxify your body. So, everything we are doing here, whether morning Yoga, or your food, everything is aiming at breaking your obsessive compulsive thought currents and behaviour patterns and detoxifying you, awakening your powers.

And I commit with you before you leave the programme you will manifest at least one power; comfortably... comfortably at least one! Actually once the third is awakened it always comes with multiple powers, it will not be one. I am saying minimum. Surely you will manifest multiple powers. This means I need to thoroughly detoxify your body from all the toxifications accumulated. Awaken all the muscle memories - frozen, unconscious, that compulsive behaviour memory patterns need to be broken. Awakening need to happen in physical, physiological, psychological, neurological, in all four levels ...I am working. The whole programme is designed from the science of Sadashiva. I also want to tell you please understand, I experienced whatever I am teaching you. But I am not the inventor, I have experienced. So, I am responsible for what I am teaching, but the inventor is Sadashiva. The tradition which is at least 60,000 years old, the whole science is from that tradition. It’s called Agama, Veda Agama. It is the source book of the... I can say around 6 various traditions - Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism, the Modern day Hinduism - all these traditions are from that original source Veda and Agamas. From that source book I brought this technology. My only contribution is, I experienced and I have placed it; the permutation combination is My contribution. Organising it and make it alive - that is My contribution.

Even the morning Kirtan dancing, use that time to churn your stomach, the steps are designed purposely as per Sadashiva’s instruction. Please understand, Sadashiva gives 108 steps, those 108 steps are only used in the morning, even in the Kirtan. If you see the Balasants dancing, those are 108 steps; all the 108 will work on your core muscle, to churn the core muscle. It’s actually a very beautiful way of cleaning up and detoxifying the system. If you have studied little about the Bharata Shastra given by Sadashiva, there are 108 tandava postures, that 108 is only used in the morning Kirtan. So, if you see the Balasants and learn the steps and practice that is also a very powerful Yoga directly given by Sadashiva. Please understand, one more thing I want to tell you, we are completely integrated to original scriptures. Even if you ask about the pickle you’re given in the morning I can give you the original verse - from which scripture, which chapter and how it is made. And same way the dancing postures done in the Kirtan or the Yoga you do in the morning or now what I said about this processed turmeric, about everything or the white thread you’re wearing, even the size of the thread, everything I can give you the original scriptural reference; because, we are highly integrated to the original Science.

The whole programme aims at completing all your incompletions and making you manifest higher possibilities and powers. Understand, when I utter the word possibility, that is like a, if you can bend only up to your knees, now you can bend up to your toes. If you can sit only for half an hour, you can sit comfortably 10 hours. These are all possibilities. Powers means, you can see only through two eyes, now you can see through third eye. Those are powers. I commit with you I will awaken all the powers and all the possibilities in you. This whole programme is aimed at that. It is designed step by step to lead you into that experience. Now first thing I want to do, helping you to complete with all the obsessive thought currents or obsessive behaviour patterns you have. For example, I will give you an example. Sometimes night... evening 6 o’clock means you will be in depression. Why? Even, you don’t know. You will have that low mood. Morning 9 o’clock means restlessness, even if you don’t go to office, even if it is holiday, you will have that same restlessness. Morning 10 o’clock means - after seeing the boss, talking to him 10 minutes, having shoulder pain - It’s called decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is the most stupid thing a human being can have. I call them, imaginary diseases.

In America how they promote this medicines, you should see the any, any pharmaceutical company ads if you see, you will really feel you have that disease. You may have, may not have knee pain, may, may not have back pain, you may have just congestion once in while or regularly, the diagnosis they say, end of the whole world will be diagnosed under that. Consult your doctor immediately, you will immediately pick up the phone call. Pick up the phone and call... for the fellow who is waiting to confirm yes, yes you have that sickness. Psychiatry is the worst way human beings are kept under slavery. Most cheapest way of keeping human beings under the slavery. Do you know eating healthy is one of the official disorders? How many of you know that? Eating healthy is one of the official disorders as per Psychiatry! Know you have not, how many of you know that? It’s just recently three months before declared as a disorder. Almost all human’s emotions are declared as disorders. So, you go on eat more than a breakfast, pills. Breakfast 100gm, pills 200gm ☺ becomes your lifestyle! If you have this thought currents like morning 7o’clock suddenly restless, night 7o’clock you don’t know why but depressed. These kind of thought currents are only I am calling compulsive thought currents. Same way compulsive behaviour patterns - like the moment that kind of thought currents come you will scratch your head or you can’t be without cup of coffee or you can’t be without drinking alcohol, you can’t be without smoking, you have to run and scream, you will burst or you will collapse - these are only I call compulsive behaviour patterns. I am giving you example, now you can understand how much is inside. There are tons. Today first session in the programme, I am going to help you to complete all these, and get rid of all these. You may think “Is it possible?” I have a good news, it is possible. And I also want to tell you I have done it successfully for lakhs of people, not just thousands, for lakhs.

I want you to take few minutes to pen down all the incompletions you have and I give the assurance nobody else is going to read other than you. So, you can write freely. Listen, please listen, I want you to sit and spend few minutes with yourself, what are all the things compelling you and you are not... Please listen, take few minutes, just indulge with yourself. Dig out all the incompletions. Listen carefully, when I use the word incompletion what I mean, I will describe - Past thought currents, patterns, compulsive behaviour patterns, compulsive behaviour thought currents sitting in your present and not letting you live your future. It can be as simple as chewing the bubble-gum all the time, or as complicated as having multiple thought currents at a time... multiple chaotic thought currents at a time. So, it can be anything. It can be related to pleasures, it can be related to pains, it can be related to anxieties. But there is no logic behind this compulsive thought currents and behaviour patterns. How many of you understand you just become illogical when that enters into you? Raise your hand let me see. That is a truth, that is the truth. So, let us spend few minutes pen down all the thought currents you have, obsessive compulsive thought currents and obsessive compulsive behaviour patterns. The moment you see your mother-in-law your kundalini is awakened. ☺ No! Especially Indian mother-in-law, daughter-in-law stories were, great to hear. ☺ Few minutes pen down, then I will help you to complete it. Pen down elaborately, so you understand well.
