1:24 I welcome you all with my love and respects. Today I am so happy with this Arunachala’s prasadam. Our Arunachaleshwara temple chief priest has come here today with the prasadam. Actually I am more happy than when they, when the Colombo university decided to give a doctorate to me. Two days before I received that news. Today I am more happy than the doctorate news.

2:16 Today my message is supposed to be the Kundalini shakthi your secret key to success. But I will say few words on Arunachala first. See each kshetra, the temple, energy centre, has some password; that’s a right thing; some password to access the energy installed in that kshetra. See each kshetra, each temple is a energy circuit, energy mandala, created by some enlightened being. For example the Palani is the energy circuit created by great siddha called Bogar. Bogar and his guru Dandapani Swamigal both of them lived there. That’s a kshetra created by Bogar, the energy circuit; and Tanjore temple - the energy circuit created by a siddhar called Karurar, Tirupathi - enlightened master called Konganavar.

3:29 So each temple is energy circuit created by an enlightened master. And always near the garbha mandir of that temple that Master’s Samadhi will be there because that is the energy circuit. Even if you go to Tanjavore just behind the temple the Karurar Samadhi will be there. In Palani just near the Subrahmanya sannidhi the Bohar’s tomb; the Samadhi will be there. You see tomb is not the right word. Tomb is a place where the dead bodies are kept after mummified but the Samadhi is the place where the body which is no more required to do what they want is kept. Understand there is two different, big difference. Tomb is a place where the body is no more useful is kept. Samadhi is a place where the body no more required is kept. No more useful is different and no more required is different. No more useful means dead, but no more required means whatever they want to do they have done and they can go on doing what they want to do without that body. That’s what we call Samadhi.

4:49 All the great kshetras is great incarnation’s, Avatara purusha’s, siddha’s, energy field; the sacred energy mandala, energy circle, energy circuit created by them. I can go on giving you thousands of examples. Thousands of energy mandalas exist in the Bharat. That is why the whole Bharat is an energy mandala practically. I was doing the other day research. Even with so much of corruption you should know India is the lowest crime rate in the whole world, lowest crime rate; recorded and unrecorded crime and lowest number of people die in any natural calamity only in India; lowest number of people in natural calamities like a heavy rain, heavy flood, heavy tsunami, earthquake; lowest nature made calamities; because the energy centers, the energy mandalas; they protect.

6:11 So each energy mandala has a password. To access the energy of Chidambaram you need to physically go and have darshan, then that is the password you will have the access to the energy. To access the energy of the Thiruvarur, in Thiruvarur that Tamil Nadu there is a place, kshetra, Thiruvarur. If you take birth, your body physical body has to happen there, then you will have the access. That’s a password to have the access to that energy mandala. That’s a key, secret key to access the Thiruvarur’s energy and Varanasi, if you leave the body there, that is the secret key to access the energy of Varanasi and get enlightened, get liberated.

7:05 So each energy field, energy mandala has a secret key to access that power. But I tell you, the most easy password, most easy password, easy key, for example you can’t take birth in Thiruvarur once more, already your birth is over. You can’t, you can’t even plan to die in Varanasi. I have seen hundreds of sadhus who go and stay there spend twenty years to die in Varanasi. They will have some cough, cold, knee pain and they will be taken to a hospital which is just outside Varanasi and they will die there. I have seen…. unless Kaalabhairava allows you can’t die in Varanasi. Hundreds of people….. old people or the sadhus they go and live in Varanasi for twenty years waiting for death, just simple cough or cold, fever, they will go to some hospital which is just outside the boundary of Varanasi, die there. So you can’t wait for the death in Varanasi, too difficult password.

8:27 And same way Chidambaram, handicap people may not be able to go; so password which may be difficult for at least 10% of the population. Some way if you are handicapped; visually or physically or even mentally; if I have to add the mentally handicap people it will not be just 10% it will be more than that.

8:56 I tell you, of course there is one password, universal password, the Arunachala’s password, to access the energy, the energy mandala of Arunachaleshwara. Arunachaleshwara kshetra was the energy mandala created by Arunagiri Yogeeshwara, a great siddha, great Mahapurusha, incarnation of Shiva Himself. Even in Arunachala temple also just behind the temple his jeeva samadhi is there still and most easiest password designed to access the energy mandala is Arunachala’s password; nothing….. just remember; smaranaat Arunachalam. The moment you remember you have access to the energy mandala; the energy circle; the energy of Arunachala kshetra. The moment you remember he is there. You don’t need to take birth, you don’t need to live there, you don’t need to die there, you don’t need you don’t even need to go and visit there. Just remember.

10:23 Understand even naasthikaas, even the atheists can do this. Even for wrong reason you remember you are liberated. Even for the wrong reason, whether right reason or wrong reason, smaranaat Arunachalam; just remember you are liberated. The very remembrance connects you with that highest possible energy, the Arunachaleshwara; the living energy mandala, energy circle, spiritual incubator.

11:10 Just like every energy field has a password the password to access the energy of your own energy field, this body, you see Gita says kshetra, your body is also a kshetra. It is an energy field. You just do not know the key or the password. The password to access the energy of your own energy field, energy mandala, your own body, is kundalini shakthi. Yes I brought it. Just like so many techniques, methods, process to access the different energy fields in the world, kundalini is the key, password to access the energy field of your own body; the kshetra. Bhagvad Gita, there is a beautiful chapter called kshetra kshetragna vipaaga yoha. Science of that kshetra, field and knower of the field, kshetragna, the kundalini is the key.

12:38 What is kundalini exactly? In all of you the huge unimaginable potential energy which stays in the form of the non mechanical parts of the brain. Just because you have human body don’t expect all parts of your brain is functioning. The brain which is related to lungs is functioning, the brain which is related to heart is functioning, the brain which is related to liver is functioning. Whatever organs are alive and active in your body, the parts of the brain which controls those organs and parts of the body is alive and active. But that does not mean all parts of your brain are active.

13:41 The facts and scientific researches say, even for Einstein only one three percent of the brain was active, just one three; the modern day scientific rishi who can just put the whole thing together. Each Einstein’s article when I write, when I read I can very clearly connect it to some shloka or sukta of the Upanishads. Just day before yesterday I was reading an article in the you tube where he says, the whole thing is, whatever is, is already definite and already ended, already orchestrated by the force, which our concept or logic cannot grasp; so clear, very clear. Even his brain is only one three percent active; thirteen percent. So just because we have human brain that does not mean our whole brain is alive and active.

15:12 Awakening non mechanical parts of the brain is what we call awakening the kundalini shakthi. There is a intense potential seed energy residing at the root of your spine which is awakened through the proper process. I can call it the potential bio energy. Through the proper process when it is awakened your whole body, whole brain, whole mind, becomes alive and you have access to the energy field, the energy mandala of your own body, energy circle of your own body.

16:03 There is a great lady saint who knows the science of sacred feminine in Tamil Nadu. Her name was Avvayar; very great saint. She gives the whole science of kundalini in her stotra towards Ganesha. She sings beautiful verses on Ganesha. In that, very beautifully she describes the science of kundalini. Just through the process of air how to awaken the fire of kundalini shakthi in your body and experience the ultimate success in the outer world and in the inner world. If your non mechanical parts of the brain is awakened the first side effect of it will be the huge outer world success, not as a main effect, side effect. The main effect will be enlightenment itself. The science which she describes is what we are practicing in the name of Shambavi.

So we will get into the shambavi, the process of vyana, awakening the kundalini shakthi and let you all experience and radiate enlightenment. -Prayer. Welcome.
-Today’s subject – Your mind creates your world. Again & again & again, all spiritual traditions and all scientists after einsteen – if you write the spiritual history in humanity it has to be divided before shankara, after shankara – there is no philosophy which can reject shankara. You can accept him or reject him, you can’t avoid him. Because this man by the age of 32 years oh god revolutionized Hinduism. You don’t know what hindus were doing, eating, dressing, thinking about world, God nobody knows. So whatever we know as Vedic tradition, as Hindu dharma is a gift from Shankara. It is he who organized the whole thing.
-All spiritual historians or spiritual philosophists should be segregated as before Shankara and after shankara. And same way scientists as  before einsteen & after einsteen. All of them accept this one truth what we call the participatory universe – the universe you start participating, the universe alters. There is a zen beautiful zen koan – if there is nobody in a forest and then if a tree falls in the forest, will it make a sound? If all the tree community believes that it should make a sound, it will. I don’t think it is that way. There are tons of research on participatory universe. It is you who is giving power to the whole research or you who is deciding the result of the research. I can give you tons of references. Just today I was going through some of the articles to give you some references.
-I will give you few links so that in free time you can do research and study. I will give the spiritual side of this participatory theory. Just one eg. The photons when they are kept in a closed space, if a human DNA is added, immd they come to a discipline. They are actually in chaos till then. The moement human DNA is added, it becomes in order. But even after the DNA is removed, they just remain in a disciplined way. Means simple human DNA can completely change the photons feel themselves. When you are added into the research, the result is different. This whole cosmos is a constant r&d going on. Everyday, cosmos tries new new things, maybe new new dresses ☺
-Every incident, every happening is a dress. Cosmos is trying. The whole cosmos is a huge development. Participation of you changes the outcome. If you look with a deep love, wow. Otherwise why unnecessarily – is it necessary? So the whole cosmos is a great R&D. it is constantly trying new new costumes, new makeup and it is enjoying itself. Upanishad tells beautifully about this. All of you are an expansion of cosmos to celebrate its own existence. Whenever you feel like celebrating, you are breathing, you are alive understand, just those few moments you are one with cosmos, you are enlightened. Any moment you celebrate your existence, what a being I am! Even if you celebrate only once also, don’t fear. I can guarantee, that mood is phosphorous for bio memories. If phosphorous is kept in cotton what will happen even tons of cotton can get burnt  - that one moment is enough to liberate you at death. Whatever you feel – if you feel as body, mind, consciousness, wow this worthy of existence and celebration – even once if you live – no sin will be counted, nothing will be counted. Becos when you leave the body, any tons of cotton you may have – all your karmas, sin, punya, everything is cotton. Tons of cotton you can have but one chunk phosphorous is enuf. So few moments of wow I can celebrate my existence is enuf. If you want to be happy during life do it,  else don’t bother, jeevan mukti is already guaranteed. This phosphorous will just boil away all the bio memories and there will be no birth.
-Participating with the universe in this celebration mood is what we call LILA. Lila means participating with the universe with this celebration mood. Because cosmos is constantly doing R&D, when you participate with this celebrative mood it becomes ecstasy else it will be irritation. I have seen people who will be angry with whole universe. So much suffering. Poor fellows. Those people when they die become inert, unconscious stone kind of beings.
-Let’s enter into the sutra -
-This is what is Sanyas, celebrating with cosmos, participating with the universe with the mood of celebration. If you don’t have the mood of celebration just disappear! ☺
-Very beautifully one great Tamil saint Manikyavahir sings – so many janmas he describes birds, stones, tree, human beings, gods, rakshasas, munis, rishis all kinds of birth. Immovable material universe in this universe I have seen all bodies, all births. It is enough. Oh ultimate truth! Today I am liberated just because I saw your feet. I offer myself at your feet. You reside in me as the uncreated sound – Omkara in my heart! When you awaken vyana in your system, you will awaken intense love. The whole body will feel the love. When the body feels the love, vyana is awakened. By now you know how vyana feels in your eyes, tongue, whole body.
-Whenever the udana gets awakened, this area (on face around eyes and cheeks) inside will feel so sweet & tasty. With vyana, the throat area will be sweet. The sweetness will grow and penetrate that is the udana. But you have to master the vyana only then udana will happen. When vyana happens, slowly it will increase in sweetness. When it crosses the throat area, you will see the whole are is literally getting packed. With vyana – love, with udana – bliss. Without developing vyana it is waste to live in human body. Human body is so sacred and beautiful. The whole human society can be so joyful ecstatic but these fools don’t get it. Still we need to be currency based civilization. Let us take oath, before we leave the body, we make the society be agriculture based civilization.
-If you guys do it, I promise I will come back once more! Really. Whatever I am talking is not just idea, it is existential reality. Even your bodies are so corrupted. If you can give kids at young age, they will express this bliss 120% more than you.
-One day in a very old monastery in Italy. The head of the monastery is seen crying profusely. One junior monk came and asked why are your crying. From there only they make copies. This place was storing the scripture. This guys said today morning only I saw the original scripture out of which 1000s of copies are made. Then why are you crying. The original copy says – celebrate and the print reads celebate. Then the junior says let’s tell the world now ..no I lived my life, let them live!
-A right leader is a person eventhough he put on the seat with the chaos, he should put all his energies slowly slowly undo the chaos on which he is sitting and at least expect the next generation to be in a much better way than he happened. I am also maintaining a certain chaos but I am constantly working to undo it so that the next generation does not have it. Chaos carries a weight of unconsc. Just like how a dirty tank carries mud, the mud is powerful and harmful for person who is cleaning tank.
-Let our next generation learn all the science of participatory universe, science of samaana, vyana, udana, so much joy can be there in the universe. All of you know love can be awakened just by simple physical process.  You may find it not simple because your body is so corrupted. The vyana sessions you had last 2 days can be successfully given to a child within 2 to 3 hours.
-The intense sweetness you feel in the throat and the air gets accumulated inside your mouth with deep saliva. We started vyana y’day till now. Whatever is happening in you, the maximum peak experience among this 300, that can be reproduced in a child before he is physicall matured between 2-3 hours. 2 muhurtha (1 ½ hr) is enough to reproduce that experience. If this can somehow be inculcated, world be so joyful. We will not have people storing so much grain, medicine and leaving countries dying for food and medicine. We will not have medicine based system which is so violent sucking whole humanity. Weapon ind, currecy based, money based medical research ind, these are the 2-3 modern day demons.

-The R&D in medical field should be reward based. If you create something and you get royalty, you will create something which will sort of sorting out, sort of not sorting out and will give you revenue continuously. It will give a BIG promise of sorting out, but not sorting out. I think if it is reward based, not royalty based, it will be a total different shift. So the conscious break through has to happen in all these fields. Human consc should learn this lesson of participatory universe so that we can create new humanity, new consciousness.

-Seer, the consciousness is pure and it is just power of seeing. It is pure but it sees through the mind. Whatever is being seen is seen through the mind.

-The keyword in this whole sutra is drashta drishi maatra suddha api pratyaya anupashya. The keyword is anupashyaha -  means – appears as if seen.  You are the seer which is pure intelligence which is unchangeable just extraordinary consciousness, awareness. But because you are using this changing   mind, it feels as if you are seeing. I can just go on & on & on ☺ sometime I feel I should go on & on so that I give more clarity so that whole world can understand. Sometime I feel like transmit the experience.
-Words are nothing but substitute for the transmission of inspiration which is done through the body language. When you go on infusing awareness into the system, suddenly you will see there is nobody inside. Simply it is a body, matter happening. You are like a lightening happening. You are not even inside. You are the ceter happening. You are the huge consciousness, shining sun. inside you there is a small mirror which is fortunately turned towards the sun. that reflection thinks it is the sun. you are not actually inside this body, your body is the mirror. The reflection only is inside the body. Suddenly the refelecftion feels I am inside the body. People ask me where is Ananda gandha swamiji? It is everything. Gate to ananda gandha is below anahata. It is everything.
-Our priest informed me even Shankara word which uses, he uses it differently. Shankara alone is using in Vishwanatha stotram, and another in Kanakadhara stotram – that also he uses different  meaning.
-Ananda gandha is everything. Imagine in a huge consc sun, a small mirror is inside and it reflects. -Just add more & more & more awareness into your seer. Who is seeing, smelling, listening, perceiving. You will experience seer without the changing intellect.
