 | Your mind has got two parts: talking to others and talking to yourself. Many times you can see your mind is, you are talking to yourself. Talking to yourself is what we call inner chattering. Inner chattering is like an automated program. It goes on continuously even without your knowledge. Many times the inner program gets corrupted and repeats the same line even you don’t want. Have you seen a gramophone record which is been repaired or which the needle has gone! If the needle has gone, if the gramophone record has got disturbed same line will be repeated continuously without even your knowledge or without your permission your mind will be repeating the same line. That is what we call worry. So, worry is nothing but a habit. It is just a continuous thinking, remembering the same thought which was no use.

If you can alter you are going to alter, even if you can’t alter the same words will be continuously repeating in your mind. It’s like a habit. Morning if you have the habit of having the coffee at 8 o’clock the moment the clock says 8 o'clock your mind will ask coffee. Sameway in your mind also if you.. if you are habituated for worrying around 9 o’clock worrying about office, evening 6 o'clock worrying about the house if you are habituated even if you don’t have office even in the weekend days you will be worrying exactly on the same time. You will have the low energy and the low mood. Because of the habit. The habit is what is worry. Starting time due to some outer reasons you start worrying. The starting time due to some reasons you start worrying. After some time you master that art of worrying you don't need any outside reason. So, you find some reason or you create your own reason. Mind as such is nothing but worries. Even if there is no worry, you start thinking what will happen tomorrow. So, worry becomes the mental structure of the mind.

 | The thoughts starts from only naval center. Your worrying thoughts disturbs the naval chakra. If the naval chakra is disturbed more worries are created. Whenever you suppress anger, violence, vengeance the manipuraka gets disturbed. So whatever you suppress it directly goes and attacks the naval center. In your office if you suppress some anger, in your house if you suppress your violent mood, whenever you suppress any desires, any emotion it attacks only the naval center. Only when you throw it out only when you release it in the air, only you vomit it out the naval center is cleansed. Most of the time your boss vomits on you. You vomit on your wife, your wife vomits on the kids. Kids on the pet animal, pet animal comes and bites you.

 | So it goes like a circle goes on, goes on. Anger is vomited from one person to other person and one person to other person. Here is a meditation technique not to vomit on anybody else just to release it in the air. Before entering into the meditation we spent few minutes for your questions on this subject worry.
 | Participant: This meditation that will be taught is for not entering into worry. But if we are already worried does it work to get out of that state?
 | Swamiji: Already worried means you are suppressed. All those things will come out. It will release from worrying mood.
 | Participant: She wants to know the example you gave about the boss and his wife is also similar to a case when a women is pregnant and the baby is connected to umbilical cord and the both parents fight and if that transfers to that child and that child will…

 | Swamiji: Not only the parents fights, all the mothers thoughts are imbibed by the child. Child’s body is prepared based on mother’s mind. In that nine months whatever she thinks goes into the body of the child. That is why in Indian purana, there is a purana Prahalada story. The young boy who has become a Krishna’s devotee. In this story it is said even when he was in the mother’s womb when her when she was pregnant carrying him she used to listen to stories of Krishna from a sage called Narada. Even now in India it is a practice if a lady is pregnant she has to read Gita and Tulsi Ramayana. Even when they have the physical relationship sexual contact they meditate so the kid which is created will be more alive and spiritual. So that the kid will be more intelligent and it is always true the, in India the spiritual community, the community which is holding the spiritual knowledge their kids are always bright than the other kids. Because of their energy.

 | Participant: She wants to know about controlling thoughts whenever you have a thought but you don’t want but it keeps coming repeatedly what you should do?
 | Swamiji: This meditation will elevate the energy so much that the whole thoughts will be under the awareness.
 | Participant: She wants to know if anger is more of another form of worry?
 | Swamiji: It’s more… it is actually a byproduct of manipuraka and swadhisthana. It has no direct connection with any chakra. Because of the too much corrupted naval and too much of afraid, the fear of swadhisthana both expresses as anger.
 | Participant: Is guilt is from this chakra.
 | Swamiji: No guilt is actually again byproduct of mooladhara chakra sex energy.
 | Participant: If you keep the retain or the stress during the life seizure of the baby or how does the process of the clean and the stress works?
 | Swamiji: One thing once you awaken the chakra automatically the thought process gets cleaned. The clean thought process again cleanses the chakra. Then the chakra becomes more clean and the thought process becomes more clean. It’s like a circle. Once you start cleaning thought process become clean and the clean thought process that cleanses the manipuraka and cleanses the thought process becomes more clean and more clean, more clean, more and more clean. Now it is dirty, dirty, more and more dirty. It is going in this line. Now we are just turning in this line. This meditation is to throw away your anger, violence and negative emotions. Let Me explain the technique then you can start doing.
