Continuing with the same theme from yesterday, Paramahamsa Nithyananda explained more about past lives.  Dr.Ian Stevenson, a renowned psychotherapist says "missing or malformed limbs are caused by 'traumatic death' in past lives. Missing limbs are often carried over from past life amputations where the entire limb was removed. Malformed limbs are often carried over from wounds inflicted during past lives.

Reincarnation theory is neither based on all men being equal nor on all men being unequal. It is standing on what is so that what we want can be created and achieved. This carrying the wounds without accepting means you'll have an agitated response to the reality presented to you. That is responsible for your wounds being carried to next life. Paramahamsa Nithyananda said any personal pain that happened in you -- accept, look into it. Any idea you carry about social injustice, inequality -- accept it. I am not saying keep quiet. I am saying accept and look in. Don't be agitated. An agitated person will never win. Agitation means you've already lost the game.

Accept, look into any wound or pain that happened in you physically or emotionally, even socially, dharmically. Whatever it may be accepted and look in. This was today's message to heal your past life and open a new future.

An abstract from www.healpastlives.com by Ellen Mogensen -- she relates the past life with the diseases of the body in the present life. She says, "The most common birth defects are heart-related. Those in their past lives who did not love themselves or others enough will contract heart defects at birth."

Nithyananda accepts what she is talking about. He has found that strong intellectuals will have problems with their liver also.

Next, she said, "Spine defects are the 2nd most common birth defects. Those in their past life who used their abundant energy to hurt or control others will contract spinal defects at birth!" Again, Paramahamsa Nithyananda accepts what she is talking about. She further says, "Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disorder of nervous system that impairs individual motor skills, speech and also sleep, mood, etc. Idiopathic (means unknown cause) Parkinson's disease occurs due to our past life connections. Two reasons are:

1) Mental Supremacy: Parkinson's disease sufferers in past lives focused on their mental development to the exclusion of their physical & emotional development. For example, some higher-level yoginis ignore their body's suffering, blowing out hips, knees, ankles in pursuit of spiritual enlightenment. The mission over the body caused by mental supremacy in past lives creates this disease now.

Nithyananda has a solution for Parkinson's disease. It is the schedule followed at the ashram:  Intense physical activity in the morning for two hours and extraordinary fulfilling intense joyful nightlife. He said he will take care of our mental development. The morning session from 5 to 8 should be body-based, evening from 5 to 8 intellectual mind-based, and night emotion-based. Any community which does not have these 3 will have Parkinson's disease. These 3 should be a compulsory part of life.

2) Emotional suppression -- the bottled up emotional suppression in past life. For example, bureaucrats who suppress the revulsion they have over their actions and brutal acts of torture required by the government. This creates emotions and mood symptoms of Parkinson's disease now.

Avatar Paramahamsa Nithyananda's message was clear: heal yourself now, or have to live with the effects of it in this life, and many more to come.
