HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam has been following the traditional spiritual fast as practiced in the Samayapuram Mariamman Temple called Pachai Pattani Vratam.
Today at 9am IST, the temple rituals were completed and The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam also broke the fast with the Maheshwara Puja - a traditional offering of food to the departed souls in order to bring them to completion, where The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam accepts the Pinda Darpana offered by devotees and liberates the departed souls.
