Original Verse:

"स्व-स्व-स्थानात् समाकृष्य पिण्डीकृत्य हृद्-अम्बुजे

वह्नीङ्श्-च ब्रह्मरन्ध्रान्तः नमनात् सर्वजिद् भवेत् ॥ ७२ ॥"


Transliteration:

"sva-sva-sthānāt samākṛṣya piṇḍīkṛtya hṛd-ambuje

vahnīṅś-ca brahmarandhrāntaḥ namanāt sarvajid bhavet ॥ 72 ॥"


Translation:

"By taking vahni (Kuṇḍalinī along with prāṇa) from respective places, condensing it in the lotus of the heart and uniting into Brahma-randhra, one gains control over all the vāyus."
