"वायुं पुटाभ्यामथ धारयेच्चिरं प्रपूरितं योगिवरोऽनुरेच् सयेत् । प्राणानिलः स्यादिति शश्वदभ्यासतो जितः पूरककुम्भरेचकैः ॥२॥"

Transliteration:
