"नोभ्याम्-आरं समाकृष्य कुण्डलयाः पार्श्वयोः क्षिपेत्

गच्छता तिष्ठता श्वस-धारणं न बलाद्-यदा

अनिशं सहजः कुम्भः प्रोक्तः श्रि-कृत्तिवाससा ॥ १०४ ॥

नाडीशुद्धिं तथारोग्यं सुसुखं दीर्घ-जीवनम्

नादश्रुतिः पाप-नाशः सहजाभ्यासतो भवेत् ॥ १०५ ॥"

"कर्षके प्रविहिते किल कुम्भे श्वासको भवति दीर्घतरोऽणुः ॥ नो बलात् स्थितिगतौ श्वसनस्य संधृतिः स सहजः शुभकुम्भः ॥ २४ ॥"

"nobhyām-āraṃ samākṛṣya kuṇḍalayāḥ pārśvayoḥ kṣipet

gacchatā tiṣṭhatā śvasa-dhāraṇaṃ na balād-yadā

aniśaṃ sahajaḥ kumbhaḥ proktaḥ śri-kṛttivāsasā ॥ 104 ॥

nāḍīśuddhiṃ tathārogyaṃ susukhaṃ dīrgha-jīvanam

nādaśrutiḥ pāpa-nāśaḥ sahajābhyāsato bhavet ॥ 105 ॥"

"karṣake pravihite kila kumbhe śvāsako bhavati dīrghataro'ṇuḥ ॥ no balāt sthitigatau śvasanasya saṃdhṛtiḥ sa sahajaḥ śubhakumbhaḥ ॥ 24 ॥"
