This is Sahaja-Kumbhaka narrated by Śri-kṛttivāsa (Śiva).
With the practice of this Sahaja-Kumbhaka, one gets purification of the nāḍīs, health, longevity, hearing of the mystical sounds and removal of all the blemishes."
2-"Practice of Karsaka Kumbhaka renders the breathing prolonged and subtle. One retains breathing naturally without force. This is auspicious Sahaja Kumbhaka."
3-"With the practice of Sahaja Kumbhaka, one gets purification of the nadis, health, happiness, longetivity, hearing of the mystical sounds and removal of the sins."
