Original Verse:

"यावन्-निरोध-सामर्थ्यं कर्षकः कुम्भको द्विधा ॥ १०० ॥"

"दीर्घः सूक्ष्मो भवेच्-छ्वासः कर्षके कुम्भके कृते ॥ १०३ ॥"

Transliteration:

"yāvan-nirodha-sāmarthyaṃ karṣakaḥ kumbhako dvidhā ॥ 100 ॥"

"dīrghaḥ sūkṣmo bhavec-chvāsaḥ karṣake kumbhake kṛte ॥ 103 ॥"


Translation:

"According to the capacity of retention, Karṣaka-Kumbhaka is two-fold. "
