Transliteration
"phodyäsana
doü hätha paga bähara änai goòätarai kägasé öhänai | aìguñöa piëòalé lagatä dharai caraëa ubhai akäsadisé kare | puñöiru külä dharaté lävai udarasaìkoca ürdha öhaharävai | goòä sésabhi thambhana karai iha vidhi phodyäsana dharai ॥ 123 ॥

Translation
Sit with legs extended on ground. Slowly raise legs upward by catching hold of calves with two hands. By contracting the abdomen, raise the head up towards the knees.
Instruction
1. Be seated with legs stretched on the ground. 2. Slowly raise the legs upward by catching hold of thighs behind the knees. 3. Contract the abdomen and extend the legs. 4. Bring the head towards the knees
