पर्यङ्कं तत्समाख्यातं यथसंस्थाम् यथास्थितिः |


Transliteration

paryaṅkaṁ tatsamākhyātaṁ yathasaṁsthām yathāsthitiḥ |


Translation

A posture convenient to the ease of one’s own physical and mental state is known as yathasanistha (i.e sukhasana)

Instruction

"1. Sit with the spine straight in the way that body and mind are comfortable. 2. Can use any props like a block or pillow to elevate the hips if needed. "
