Original Verse
"भेकानामासनं योगं निजवक्षसि सम्मुखम्। निधाय पादयुगलं स्कन्धे बाहु पदोपरि॥२३.६३॥ ध्यायेद्धि चित्पदं भ्रान्त्मासनस्थः सुखाय च। यदि सर्वाङ्गमुत्तोल्य गगने खेचरासनम्॥२३.६४॥"
Transliteration
"bhekānāmāsanaṃ Yogaṃ nijavakṣasi sammukham। nidhāya pādayugalaṃ skandhe bāhu padopari॥23.63॥ dhyāyeddhi citpadaṃ bhrāntmāsanasthaḥ sukhāya ca। yadi sarvāṅgamuttolya gagane khecarāsanam॥23.64॥

Translation
"For bhekāsana Yoga place both the feet facing each other on the chest effortlessly; Then keep both arms on the shoulders around the feet in front. (While this āsana is being done) concentrate on the supreme consciousness looking upwards to attain bliss for the disillusioned one sitting in this āsana. If all the body parts are raised upwards uniformly, it becomes khecarāsana. (23.63, 64) The aforesaid mahābhekāsana give the practitioner all siddhis (Yogic powers); He who practises it while chanting the mahāmantra, acquires ultimate knowledge here. (23.65)"
