Original Verse

"पग उलाटा मोडी बैसै पगा का माहिला गुलफ कूला पाषता लगावै पछै पगथल्या का पिष्टि हाथा स्यौ मोडि जाघा बारिली कानी आणी पगथली पीष्टि लगावै मेढ उपरि पग की आगुली अग्र मिलावै"

Transliteration

"paga ulāṭā moḍī baisai pagā kā māhilā gulapha kūlā pāṣatā lagāvai pachai pagathalyā kā piṣṭi hāthā syau moḍi jāghā bārilī kānī āṇī pagathalī pīṣṭi lagāvai meḍha upari paga kī āgulī agra milāvai

Translation

"Bring the soles of feet together and heels together and touch the toes at the navel. Place the hands on knees. Fix the eyes at the tip of nose."
