Transliteration

muktapadmäsanaà kåtvä uttänaçayanaïcaret | kürparäbhyäà çiroveñöya matsyäsanantu rogahä ॥21॥

Translation

"In the position of mukta padmasana bring the elbows of both hands around the head and lie flat on the floor."
