In this introductory discourse delivered at the 2nd Inner Awakening program in Bidadi on June 18, 2009, Swamiji talks about being intense and physically available. He teaches us that it is much easier to give enlightenment to those who are body based than those who are mind based. Swamiji delivered yet another breakthrough message during this session - he says that working directly with the muscle memory and not with the mind is the easier way to liberation or Jivan Mukthi. The next Inner Awakening program will take place in Bidadi, Benguluru from December 2-23, 2009

Swamiji goes on to tell us that both fulfillment and unfulfillment are independent of your outside world - they are from within!
