This sacred utsavam marked a highly significant moment in the Hindu calendar: the transit of Bhagavan Shanishwara (Saturn) from Kumbha Rashi (Aquarius) to Meena Rashi (Pisces), often referred to as Shani Peyerchi. Dedicated to invoking the grace of the planetary deity, the rituals included powerful Abhishekam and specialized offerings like ELLU VILAKKU to ensure alignment and grace for devotees.
