With the blessings of THE SUPREME PONTIFF OF HINDUISM (SPH), BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM — the ultimate manifestation, Paramavatara of Paramashiva — KAILASA HOUSTON USA celebrated the auspicious SHANI JAYANTHI CELEBRATIONS on Saturday, March 29, 2025. This sacred utsavam marked the important astronomical event of Saturn’s Transit (Shani Peyerchi) as Bhagavan Shanishwara moved from Kumbha Rashi (Aquarius) to Meena Rashi (Pisces). Devotees participated in dedicated Hindu rituals, including the SPH Bhoga Murthy Abhishekam and special offerings to the Navagrahas, such as Ellu Vilakku. The event manifested the divine grace of THE SPH, enabling the 5 participants and 5 volunteers to connect with the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva, strengthening KAILASA's mission of reviving the ancient enlightened Sanatana Hindu civilization globally.

SHANI JAYANTHI CELEBRATIONS 🌚🪐

The SHANI JAYANTHI CELEBRATIONS were observed by KAILASA Houston on the auspicious day marking a significant astronomical event known as Shani Peyerchi, or Saturn's Transit. This ritual commemorated the movement of Bhagavan Shanishwara (Saturn) from Kumbha Rashi (Aquarius) to Meena Rashi (Pisces). In accordance with ancient Hindu traditions and the guidance of THE SPH, these rituals are essential for harmonizing the planetary influences and receiving the protective grace of the Divine during major celestial shifts.

The proceedings centered around intense devotional practices dedicated to the ultimate manifestation of Paramashiva, THE SPH BHAGAVAN SRI NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM. The highlight was the sacred SPH Bhoga Murthy Abhishekam & Archana, where devotees offered traditional oblations and worship to the deity of THE SPH. Complementing this, special offerings were meticulously performed for the Navagrahas (nine planetary deities), including the dedication of Ellu Vilakku (sesame oil lamps). These practices are vital components of the Hindu sciences dedicated to managing consciousness and manifesting solutions to life’s challenges, connecting the individual directly to the source of enlightenment.

The sacred utsavam saw the dedicated involvement of 5 volunteers, working diligently to create the sacred space for the rituals, and 5 participants who offered their sincere prayers for the well-being of themselves and all beings. Through these practices, conducted with integrity and devotion, participants experienced the profound blessing and protection of THE SPH, enabling them to connect with the state, space, powers, being and superconsciousness of Paramashiva.
