Now we will work on one important Siddhi, means the extraordinary power called Ishitva, means in english roughly it can be translated as a leadership consciousness. In Sanskrit, we say Ishitva: ability to be above, ability to be a controller, ability to be a hero. You see, the leadership is understood in two way: One, status which comes by politicking or pulling somebody down, so many ways. In the corporate field you can become a leader, in political way you can… political field, you can become a leader. In so many ways, in so many places. In social level you can become a leader. By influence you can become a leader. So many ways, so many people become leader in the outer world. There is something apart from the status, what I call, state of a leader, leadership consciousness. When you have that consciousness of a leader, nobody can pull you down from that post.

How many... how many criminals and cunning fellows tried to pull Me down from this post. They are not able to. They thought…you see, usually if somebody is charged, at least he loses his post temporarily but here, nothing is been taken away from Me and it is only growing and growing, expanding. Anyhow, when you are in Ishitva, established in leadership consciousness, I can say, nobody can take away the space you are in. Not only the inner world, even in the outer world, nobody can take it away. Nobody can take it away. It becomes… you see, whatever is your qualification, you attract right things for that around you.

So many people tried to take over this organization and when My disciples asked Me, “Swamiji, what will happen if they take away?” “Don't bother. Organization is just extension of My personality. Wherever I sit and breathe, just breathe, in one year, I will just create bigger than this organization, that's all.” Understand, it is just extension of My personality. This is not adding glory to Me, My fragrance is this organization, as My side effect. See, whenever you go and sit wherever, you add your smell to that air. Same way, I came down and I am sitting here. One of the way My smell gets added to this planet earth is this organization. It is My smell. Nobody can take it away. Even if somebody tries to take away some properties, in just I can say less than a year, wherever I sit and breathe, organization will grow around.

You will have that tremendous clarity. Ishitva means beyond insecurity, complete leadership over your existence. I can tell you, this is one of the most extraordinary and easily attainable siddhi. It is actually a siddhi, understand, means extraordinary power means where your brain does not lose the balance and the clarity about your existence and how you fit with the Whole. Please understand, clarity about your existence and how your existence is fitting with the Whole is leadership consciousness. If you just know how your existence fits with the Whole, you will be a leader simply by your life.
 +
 +

 +
 +
In that eight siddhis… you see, in the eight siddhis, levitation is the first siddhi. Anima, Laghima, Mahima, Garima all these things are the.... Anima, Mahima, Laghima, Garima these four are the first siddhis. Then there are next four: Prapti, Ishitva, Vashitva, I think Prakamya: these four. These are the second siddhis. Ishitva is the last siddhi because after the Ishitva, any increase in your frequency, you become completely enlightened. You just disappear into the Cosmos. Please understand, I am giving you the science of siddhis, extraordinary powers. The more and more joyful you become, more and more extraordinary powers expresses through you, that's all because being joyful raises your frequency.
 +
 +
(06:54)
 +
 +
That is why, I told her also, “Just be joyful, relaxed way for one or two days. You will see that it has started expressing in a extraordinary way than it was expressing how when you were in Oman.” It is the Whole... She asked Me yesterday in Energy Darshan, “What should I do, Swamiji, to prepare me, to be a more solid channel for You?” I said, “Nothing, just be blissful, that's all.” You see, even your levitation is all about being blissful. See how you feel something like a child inside when that levitation happens. Actually levitation itself has no direct use but the joy you experience, that non-mechanical parts of the brain which gets awakened.... See, when the Kundalini, from the root when it goes and hits the brain, Sahasrara, the joy you experience and the non-mechanical parts getting awakened, that is the essence of the whole game. For that only you experience… for that only the levitation becomes meaningful. Otherwise just jumping, what is there? So finally it gets expressed in your health, in your wealth, in your life, quality of life, in your fulfilled feeling, in your relationships, in everything.
 +

 +
 +
I can tell you really. I will not tell usually in front of My ashramites. I can tell you, many of them are not there. Only two-three are there. After I gave them the initiation into this levitation, the quality of their work and quality of their lifestyle and quality of the understanding among them has just, I can say, ten times increased, ten times increased. It is not a joke! See, it is not a joke to create a community of two hundred people. Two hundred people are full time staying here and at least another thousand people who are…who are not doing anything else except our work, traveling around, staying in different places. So, around… I can say, thousand two hundred people don't have any other work except My mission, full timers. It is not a joke to make them all live together, come with up the clear understanding.
 +
 +
(09:23)
 +
 +
If you are running a factory with twenty workers, you will understand. Just twenty workers. Nothing more than twenty is enough to give you headache and it is a huge... I can say, it is much more than a village because in village, village may have thousand people but they are not all working for one concept, one ideology but here, all thousand two hundred are focused on one mission. All thousand two hundred is one consciousness. This has happened in such a strong way after I initiated them into this levitation, ino this Kundalini Awakening. So it is just a joy. If you want to ask Me, “How can I have the benefit more and more of all these things?,” this is the one basic instruction: be more and more joyful. You will exceed more and more extraordinary powers and siddhis and energies expressed through your system. That's all, nothing else. That is the only instruction I gave her yesterday. Nothing, simply be joyful. More and more be joyful, relaxed and settled.
 +
 +
(10:53)
 +
 +
When you are relaxed only, all these extraordinary powers expresses, not otherwise. Not in fear, insecurity, tension, suffering, suffocation. No, just be relaxed. This is like a flowering. Ishitva is one of the flowering happening in you. Ishitva is one of the great siddhi happening in you. Like levitation, it is a siddhi but it happens just in your brain. The quality of the Ishitva will express in your life through the quality of your life, how you suddenly lift yourself in the fulfillment of who you are, with what you identify. For example, if you identify yourself as a corporate manager, suddenly you will express extraordinary Ishitva, leadership there. If you identify yourself as a doctor, suddenly you will express intense Ishitva, leadership through that profession. In every way you identify yourself, you will express extraordinary leadership consciousness. Not just wealth, wealth will be the side effect. In every line, in every line you will express.
 +
 +
(12:27)
 +
 +
So I really feel you need to look in and experience, express leadership consciousness. Any human being should have right to education, RTE of this science. This all basic science how to express leadership consciousness. One more thing, in the status of a leader, always there is a fighting, only one can be. In the state of a leader, everyone can be leader. You don't need a slave to be a leader. In Ishitva, you are just a leader out of your quality. I don't need disciples for Me to be a Guru. Even if there is nobody around Me, I will be sitting and singing My song to the trees, hills, plants and rivers. I will be radiating My Ishitva.
 +
 +
(13:38)
 +
 +
So understand, leadership consciousness is awakening of extraordinary capabilities of your brain and making you realize who you are and where you fit with the Whole. If you just don't fit with the Whole, realize who you are, you are Jeevanmuktha, means left the body. You are an enlightened being without body. If you know who you are and fit where you are, how you are with the Cosmos, you are in Ishitva means leadership consciousness. So all enlightened beings invariably have to be a leader. That is one of the basic quality an enlightened being expresses. Understand, if you find somebody without leadership qualities, forget about him. He is not enlightened. An enlightened being has to basically breathe leadership qualities. It is one of the important siddhis gets awakened in your system when your Kundalini is awakened.

First time this is the time for Inner Awakening I went and I sat, went through each session and using maximum of time and see that the all best things are added and shared with you guys. One, I wanted to upgrade the whole program to help more to all of you. Second, I wanted to prove all these things scientifically. I am venturing into the next step of identifying different physical parts of areas of the brain which is connected to the extraordinary powers and capacities and proving that these parts get really awakened and hyperactivity happens in that area when you go through these processes and literally you are radiating. When I say the hyperactivity, you should understand in the right angle. That word is used in a wrong way. Hyperactivities means enhanced activity.

First step: List down the areas of your life you can express leadership means like in your family, in your office, in your job, in your wealth management or in your hobby. Sometime you may be connected to some tennis club, cricket club, hobbies. What all the places… or you may be connected to some non-profit organization. What all the areas you think you can express leadership? What all the areas you think you have a scope of improving your leadership skills like being a orator, ability to express in words who you are, ability to express in actions who you are.

Just these two, pen down. Then I will lead you to the deeper. First I want you to understand the leadership, the practical purposes, practical utility of being a leader in your inner space. Come on, tell Me how many of you discovered something new you can do and express your leadership now when you penned down, raise your hand. Come out and express, share what all you think you can do. You don’t need to tell Me how you are going to do. That I will tell you. You just tell Me what you want to do, what do you think you can do. You see, at some point you need to lose the fact or the idea you are having. It is not fact, the idea you are having your identity is solid. It is not. It is liquid. Only when you understand it is liquid, you will have the confidence you can create as you want newly.

So many have actually picked up. So many are able to handle. Some of them actually did it in a very beautiful, smooth way, especially these kids. I am so happy for these kids. These six-seven people, they do not even have the fear that I am dismantling their identity. They don't even know I am able to beautifully assemble. See, what fear you are carrying every time when you come for Energy Darshan, these guys did not have, even have from first day, day one. Just simply they know He does good for us in the inner space itself, inner consciousness itself. Kind of a understanding that your identity is not solid makes the whole thing very easy. You can create as you want quickly. Then we can go to the next lesson. Next, next, next, next, next.

I am really seeing every Inner Awakening I am making more and more compact. You see, last Inner Awakening.... see, last to previous, what I could teach in twenty one days, last time I taught already almost in ten days. Now I can say, I have come down to six days. So now more and more time means the more and more deeper, detailed, stronger things. It is like a depending on the maturity of the person. We can just go next, next, next, next, next because there is so much can be done. There are so many dimensions of you can become a flower. So many things can become a fulfilled or I can say the complete. Come on.

Participant: I cannot identify the areas where I am a leader. So I left at my people’s skills and the way I relate to people and how I present myself and draw information from others as well and simultaneously how successful I have been in business. On the same note I said I am done with the corporate life. What would I like to do in the future is, be a leader of momentum. That's what I like to do.

Swamiji: You see, every dimension I wanted to offer something to the world. This one dimension, still I am not able to start. I wanted a group of people to become management gurus. I am not interested that they should be under My organization. Some of you guys should pick up all the ideas I am teaching. In your own language start teaching in various parts of the world. See, I am like a ocean, too much. You take something which strongly clicks with you. You can't replicate all the things which I am teaching in these twenty one days. Nobody can replicate. I can... But there are some things which has completely clicked with you which you can assemble and create two-three days programs, workshops. Go round and start teaching. Have your own brand. You don't even need to mention My name. Just be management guru. You will bring so much of respect and life to Vedic tradition because whatever I am teaching is from the Vedic source. You don't need to mention My name but mention the vedic tradition name. Give the credit to the Vedic tradition. I will really be happy if some of you guys become management gurus. At least I wanted some thousand management gurus based on this Gita and Vedic tradition and whatever I am teaching. Hope you will be one. You all can think in your life.
 +
 +
(08:59)
 +
 +
See, apart from your regular job, you can start doing weekend workshops. Two day. You put your own way whatever you learnt or I expressed. You can just revolutionize the corporate world. Don't stop you drinking this nectar. Sprinkle at least on few people. Just like I have a huge wing of healers and teachers, satsang centers, I really feel and of course, I don't expect these corporate gurus to be under My label. If you guys wanted to be under My label, great, no problem but if you are interested in doing something on your own, do it. Nothing wrong. Let these ideas reach more and more people and places. People and places and you sprinkle this nectar on more and more people. See, when you give like this two day workshop, you may not be able to completely enlighten them forever and all but what you teach maybe creating three week’s effect. That itself is a great. It is not a joke. If somebody is highly enthusiastic and energetic for three weeks, it is a great contribution you added to them. Come on, anybody else? What all you guys feel you can do?

Participant: Same thing what You are telling, same thing was going on in my inner space, Swamiji. I just want to be an Acharya. The way You express, like that means when we speak something, it should hit the other person’s being like I don't want to sit and take notes or refer some books and all. The truth what I imbibe from You should become my bio-memory like when I speak something it should hit the other being.
 +
 +
Swamiji: See, just if you sit and listen to what I am talking in awareness, you can see the words I am using is moving your being you see.
 +
 +
(11:05)
 +
 +
Participant: We can literally feel, Swamiji
 +
 +
Swamiji: Literally the words I am uttering, “God! He is hitting on the right spot.” And all of you should know I don't know English till eight years before. I picked up English just like that. It is a mystery. Forget about it. That's different part. If you see My discourses nine years, eight years before, I come… you understand… we talk… that's all. No, when I first went to US, they wanted to have a translator. Even I wanted to have a translator. My first discourse was supposed to be in San Jose, public discourse. Some thirty people gathered. They wanted to have a translator that they ask Me you speak in Tamil better. We will have a translator. I also said, alright, one day previous to My discourse. That day morning I got up from My bed and said, “No, I am going to speak on My own.”
 +
The organizers said, “No, Swamiji. We have told too much about You to people. We promoted You too much.
 +
I said, “Nothing doing. I am going to talk.”
 +
 +
(12:25)
 +
 +
Simply I started, that's all. That is My first speech in English in San Jose. First time I spoke in English coherently or think… I think I have spoken coherently. Before that, one or two ASPs I tried in Bangalore. Nothing worked out. I used to have one devotee who will supply English sentence for Me. I will ask again and again and talk. That is the way I was managing. That also just few people, one or two and like a home grown, home grown papaya, home grown pumpkin. Whatever you have grown in your home you put it in a garage sale. That is the way I started. Whole mission I have started like a garage sale. Just chewing these great truths again and again. Manana - internalizing, applying makes Nididhyasana, expression, radiation.
 +
 +
(13:37)
 +
 +
Participant: My longing desire is to become an Acharya, Swamiji.
 +
 +
Swamiji: No, to be an Acharya Ma, first thing the word Acharya means the person who is teaching what he is practicing. Guru does not need to practice what he is teaching but an Acharya needs to practice. So go on internalizing what you are teaching. That's enough.
 +
 +
(14:03)
 +
 +
Participant: I was thinking of workplace as an opportunity. One thing I did notice at workplace, it is not just leadership but also probably follower qualities. So it was unclear to me…
 +
 +
Swamiji: No, no, no, a perfect follower is a perfect leader.
 +
 +
Participant: So You are basically saying that both the qualities are one and essentially one flowers the other one.
 +
 +
Swamiji: That's all.
 +
 +
(14:35)
 +
 +
Participant: I never thought of myself as a leader as such like even all of my friends say. I can’t be a leader because I am not very strong but then somehow when it comes to You I have to take Your name, I don’t know from where it comes like one guy who saw the first levitation video on youtube and he told me, “I think somebody morphed that video.” I don’t know from where I was like, “O, so the scandal wasn't morphed? This was morphed?” That guy, forget bringing up Your name, he tells all his friends in advance this girl is a devotee
 +
 +
Swamiji: Tell them that is morphed, this is not. Come on.
 +
 +
Participant: So like I mean when it basically comes to Your name, I can… it is not just yelling at him, like I get this power I don’t know where…
 +
Swamiji: I think you see, the power you have when you talk about Me is love for Me. That should become love for My teachings also. Then you will become a leader, that's all.
 +
 +
(15:32)
 +
 +
Participant: Like last year I was thinking maybe I could do thesis research in…
 +
Swamiji: We can start a program called friendship transformation. So kids can have their own facebook, their own orkut, twitter and all that. Inspire other kids and friends for transformation and same way, we can create a set of concepts and ideas Ma, upload it in the website. Anybody wants to develop their own management course from this, you develop on your own and teach. We only request you to give credit to the Vedic tradition, not to Me. No need to..... If you feel somewhere using My name will help your brand, use it. If you feel that is not going to help you, then use Vedic tradition’s name but sprinkle this nectar on people's… on people. So much can be contributed.
 +
 +
(16:24)
 +
 +
You see, you don't even need to talk about enlightenment and all that. Just the practical truths which you learnt in these twenty one days which you are going to be learning. Concepts on wealth, you can have one session on wealth. Whatever if I have spoken hundred ideas, you will remember at least forty-fifty those wealth concept and this relationship and leadership ideas. Just these great truths, pick it up and share with the world. Sprinkle this nectar. I can say, that will be the one of the greatest service you will do to the society and to the Vedic tradition. You can make money. You don't need to give free. We are missing vedic tradition based management gurus. I feel if we need to keep the tradition, Vedic tradition alive, we need at least thousand management gurus based on vedic tradition who are cool guys with jeans and t-shirt, going around. So, I think we need more and more management gurus.
 +
 +
(17:35)
 +
 +
Okay, start that's all. Starting... starting is 50% job done. Now suddenly two days before I decided and declared to My group, “Every month I am going to do Inner Awakening.”
 +
 +
They said, “No, no, Swamiji, how will we inspire and get people enrolled?”
 +
 +
I said, “I don't bother about that. Bringing people, I don't care. I am every month I am fixing date. I will come to the Chit Sabha morning and sit and start talking about Inner Awakening sessions, that's all. If there are people sitting in front of Me, they can go through the process. Otherwise I am going to come and sit and start the class. That's it.”
 +
 +
You will see now. From July after the Kailash Yatra every month Inner Awakening I have decided and declaring. Simply you will see at least hundred-two hundred people will be sitting. It is just we doing. So there are so many people in need. I have decided every month Inner Awakening.

It is not that because you had some habit for twenty five years, you can't change it. It is not that because the room was in darkness for thousand years, you can't light it. One candle is enough to destroy thousand year of darkness... thousand years of darkness.
 +
 +
First these five instructions. Listen. First listen. You are programmed. This is the first truth I want you to know.
 +
 +
Second, your weakness, strength, everything that you consider as you is nothing but the result of your engrams- second truth. I am making it a simple straight point.
 +
 +
Third, your cognition defines the way you look at any situation and your response to it. Your cognition defines the way you look at any situation and your response to it.
 +
 +
Third, all you need to get is that your identity is not real. It is just built up over the years based on the conditioning you received from parents, teachers and society. It is all you know, I am putting in a very straight line. Leadership begins with leading yourself. Leadership is to first be free of the constraints imposed by your identity. Understand, leadership starts with you being leader of yourself: Ishitva.
 +
 +
(02:01)
 +
 +
Now I want you to sit and pen down these basic things. All your strengths. Each strength, for each strength you write, get a example, understand. When you say I have the capacity of oration, orating, then write an example at least some few hundred people should have mesmerized, hypnotized by your words for half an hour or twenty minutes or at least few people were just mesmerized by your words. Write situations and one more thing you need to know, you are not born with any strength, you created it. So first write all your strengths and come up with examples. Second, write all your weaknesses and same way, weakness also, you are not born with weaknesses, you created it. Come up with examples. So do this. Then we will go to the next step.

Come on. Any of you guys wanted to share some of your strength and weakness so that I will throw more light, give you deeper insights.
 +

Participant: I sent it across as a question which is with respect to time management. What happened was when in the introduction to ASP, we speak on responsibility and taking on responsibility first deciding to shoulder a responsibility with Existence providing the energy for it and actually inspiration has come from the manner in which You were handling the whole thing in Tamilnadu and everyday probably it was just two hours of sleep and You are in one place one day and next place the Kalpataru and another. It was amazing the manner in which things are happening and I said a single person who is traveling so much and conducting so many, it not very difficult for us also to take on something like that and work. You took on BSP. You took on the Pregnancy program which happened two weekends and also the review sessions of yoga and they refused to teach yoga. That is why I am refused to teach yoga for pregnant women unless I took a diploma program there. So I took on the diploma program to learn the pregnancy yoga and that was like two days a week which was occupying my time and then morning to evening was my clinic and then in the end which I was very keen to do. So the whole thing I planned on a big,  huge thing where I feel probably there is somewhere a degree of unfulfillment inside. I just felt if You could let us know how we can handle time.
 +
 +
(06:27)
 +
 +
Swamiji: I think there is a beautiful proverb in Tamil, Ma. (Swamiji tells a proverb in Tamil). I will tell in English. Without reducing the load, go on grinding yourself with that same load. You will fall into the time routine within a month. That is what I do. I do not reduce My responsibilities. I go on and on and on and on and first one or two program I miss and mess little bit, unable to match it up but in ten days, I am seeing I am up. See, it is like a small vessel, you pour little more. Only in the beginning, it overflows. We have a vessel which accommodates. And having patience till that accommodation happens is what is hard work. After that, it is smart work. See, now I am telling you guys, I am picking up every month Inner Awakening but that will not reduce any of My work or contribution in any departments or My regular routine. I will manage. That's all.
 +
 +
(07:57)
 +
 +
Participant: And another question. I want You to share the cosmic laws on debts and grabbing, taking another person's wealth. What cosmos….
 +
 +
Swamiji: I can say, grabbing another person's thing does not let you enjoy that. That is the first thing. Second, simply it will be grabbed from you. When it is grabbed from you, whatever you grabbed, more will be grabbed from you, what you made also. That is where the difficulty is.
 +
 +
(08:39)
 +
 +
Participant: My strength is, if I am convinced on anything I will put hundred percent effort and energy in it and either succeed or see the end of it. I will learn. Either I will win or learn. The biggest weakness I have is, I can't relate to the.. the average society or average people. If they are too smart or too…I mean, not average. Below average, above average, I can manage but average society is impossible for me to deal with or you know, relate. That is the weakness.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Great!
 +
 +
Participant: Any solution, Swamiji?
 +
 +
Swamiji: I don't think not able to manage the middle is a weakness. I think it is your… you can take it as a one of the strength itself. See, working with the high class if you are able to manage, then work with that, that's all. You don't need to worry about it. See, all does not need to work with middle class. I can say that you knowing this is only strength for you.

 +
Participant: But most of the time we run in to the average people. That is where…day-to-day life…

 +
Swamiji: Oh! To tell you from My insight, the average, handling with the average and all these things does not have like a readymade solution. It is the other parts of your intelligence which is awakened comes to your rescue when you are handling that situation. There is no standard solution.
 +
 +
Participant: Struggle some more... Swamiji, other thing which is not related to this, anytime I have a click, my body like just now…
 +
 +
Swamiji: That is like a… one… always when you have a strong click, Kundalini awakens one unit. Whenever you have a strong click from the master, one unit of the Kundalini gets awakened.

Participant: Swamiji, eight year before, I was a farmer in the field of computer science area. I discovered that I had the ability to explain whatever I understand with browsing or everything. I can put someone in a situation that he can verify by himself that he understand. Never say maximum things, always minimum things.

Swamiji: So this is what you feel as your strength?

Swamiji: Great! What do you feel as your weakness?

Swamiji: That is it. Come on.
 +
See, when you say you can't manage people, it basically starts with you can't manage your own life. If you can manage you, you can manage anybody because after all, all of them are more numbers of you. If you can handle one, you can handle two. If you can handle two, you can handle three. It is the problem of handling one.

Participant: Swamiji, strength I feel that I am more sincere in whatever I do and I am integrated also and my weakness, first of all I am not sure whether it is my weakness or not. I found out during one of these process only here that I keep on justifying my thoughts like for example, if I think that okay, I think like that because this is like that. I put on some logic and I keeps on justifying the way I think or whatever I think and I don't know. I am not even sure whether it is a strength or a weakness and second thing is…
 +
 +
Swamiji: See, keep on justifying to others about you can be strength but if you are keeping on justifying yourself to yourself, it is a weakness.

 +
Participant: Then how can I overcome that, Swamiji?

 +
Swamiji: Just be more aware, that's all. Be little more intelligent. Arey, when you know the fire is burning how will you say, “O, I know fire is burning, Swamiji. How can I stop putting my finger?” Just be intelligent. Come on or get burnt. Over! Life is compassionate enough to punish you so that you can learn.

 +
(03:08)
 +
 +
Participant: That also I have learnt and one more thing, Swamiji, I get quite angry and frustrated when I am in low mood or when I am in pain. That becomes difficult to control me at that time. Even myself I cannot handle that. I get very angry.
 +
 +
Swamiji: I think you should be strongly threatened by some of the people with whom you get angry. With whom you get angry basically? Husband?
 +
 +
Participant: Yeah
 +
 +
Swamiji: That is the intimate enemy, poor fellow! No, intimate enemy is the husband or your wife, most intimate enemy. See, your anger and all is a very calculated, accounted emotion. There is no such thing as uncontrolled. Come on, do you express the same anger to your boss?
 +
 +
Participant: No
 +
 +
Swamiji: Will you dare to express that to Me?
 +
 +
Participant: No
 +
 +
(04:03)
 +
 +
Swamiji: I'll kick you out. Your husband will not kick you out. That is where the problem is! He is putting up. Be very clear, emotion… I am defining emotion. Emotion is nothing but one step freedom to express your logical thoughts, that's all. You say, “No, no, no. It is uncontrollable anger.” It is not. If you know the after effect is going to be drastic, simply you keep quiet. You are not uncontrollable. It is a wrong word you are having inside you. No, that is enough. The whole problem will be solved. It is actually your arrogance. It goes on feeding you the idea you have uncontrollable emotions. It is not. All emotions are clearly calculated, clearly controlled. All emotions. Come on, what do you mean? You are a person who is living. How can you say I get angry and break my husband's head? When you are sure he is going to keep quiet, you go on playing all the game justifying yourself, “I have uncontrollable anger. What can I do?” What do you mean?
 +
 +
(05:49)
 +
 +
You see, you always tell, “Please bear with me when I lose my temper.” Tell from today your whole family and team, “Please don't bear with me when I lose my temper. Please don't bear with me when I lose my cool. Bang me back so I will become properly accounting.” See, when you are banged back, what will you do next time? No, that is a simple logic. The anger management is very easy. Never ask for apology for your anger explosions. Instead of saying bear with me when I am angry. I am a good person at heart and all, say very clearly, “Don't bear with me when I am angry. I am not basically a good person at heart. So what I am expressing is me. Please you take whatever action you need to take. Let us hit each other with all our full might.” That's all, nothing else.
 +
 +
(06:57)
 +
 +
No, really I am telling you, straightaway you will transform yourself within a week. Anger management within a week. Just change these statements. Go and put a board, “Please don't bear with me. I am not interested in saying I am a good person at heart, once in a while I lose my temper.” These are all the things you use in your life. “I may lose temper but I am very good person at my heart and please bear with me. I am not a such bad person as you think.” All.... you have all these patching up, the healing mechanism and that medicine, bandage and everything. Just change all that. “I am a bad person. Be very clear. When I shout, I really mean and I don't have any good at heart and I am only shouting when I lose my temper. Don't bear with me. Let us be straight and have our fist tight all the time. If I am tightening, you also tighten.” Then within a week your anger will be transformed. You don't need any anger management course. It is all cheating. All anger management course and all your theories you have, “I am sometime uncontrollably emotional but otherwise I am good at heart. I am a good person.” Relax, every fool says this same word. Tell Me, is there any of you, even a single person who has not used this word, “I am very good at heart. Once in a while I lose my control but I am very good at my heart.” Ask, come on. But you use for others? Then?
 +
 +
(08:51)
 +
 +
You understand, it is a universal method of cheating. So be very clear, “When I get angry I am really violent, rude, arrogant and I do all cunning plans behind your back how to put you down. I am not good person at heart and all.” Make it very clear. Tell people around you, “How I behave, that is the way I am.” Simply you will transform within a week, that's all. Arey, you are not enlightened. Inside you have a whole compassion and flowing energy and outside you are using sharp words. Relax! That is My game. That is our game. Don't get into our business. When you shout, you are bad. You are nasty. Be very clear. So, let the people who live with you know that you are dirty, that's all. Then everything will be transformed. The inner space can be filled with some other energy, the outer action can be representing something else can happen only in enlightened being. Never with a normal person. So relax. Come on. I can say it is an important truth on anger management because so many people are suffering not having right idea about anger management. Put some two-three photos of people like this showing.(Swamiji making faces as if angry)
 +
 +
(10:45)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, I have for my strength people have told me, my managers mostly work related, they told me I can get along with teams to finish the work if I want to and…
 +
 +
Swamiji: That is a great strength actually. That is... I can say that is one of the spiritual qualities: the ability to get along with team, ability to read their greed and insecurities. You see, each one of you have a Deva and Asura. Asura is the insecurity emotion; Deva is the greed to create more. So, if you can study your Asura and Deva, you will be able to study somebody else’s Asura and Deva and churn. Over! You will have Amrita, nothing else.
 +
 +
(11:41)
 +
Participant: But I have a weakness which is, I tend to give up when there is conflict. So I start a work, I start some project. In the most recent example, I prepared a project, made a bunch of slides, colorful slides, everything. I showed the second page. Somebody said something. I said, “That’s it! I am done.”
 +
 +
Swamiji: No. That is what is I can say, you need to learn this lesson from the scandals and rumors around Me. See, how many fellows have tried to talk what all! Not a single iota of thought crossed My inner space that I should give up. When they are screaming, shouting I said, “Ok, ok, I will give up,” thinking, "Fellows, come on, I will handle you guys later on.” You understand, so be very clear. Whenever people throw ideas at you,...see, two thing: when you run an organization, you should always be bothered about feedback but when it comes to your personal faiths, beliefs and strengths, you should just don't bother... you should not bother about anything.
 +
 +
Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.
 +
 +
(13:04)
 +
 +
Swamiji: You understand what I am saying? When you run an organization, always have feedback like a company, multinational team and all that. When it comes to your strength, simply don't bother. All the attackers happened to destroy My strength, simply they failed, simply these fools failed. They are not able to do anything. See, a man whose strength is lost can't sit for twelve hours a day in front of people and go on inspiring them. They utterly failed because they tried to attack Me. They thought they can attack Me and they lost the game.
 +
 +
Participant: But You are enlightened, we are not. We are ordinary people.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Come on, you are expected to be Me. That is the reason you are here. That is why you are here, I am here. Not to put Me in somewhere and then in the sky and okay, he is there, you are there, okay. No. In Tamil, the worship word has…worship and following both words have a same word- Valipadu. Valipadu, Valipadudalum. Worshiping and following should be one and the same. If you are just worshiping, then something is seriously wrong.
 +
 +
Participant: Also Swamiji, can You talk about somebody else asked a question, what is the cosmic law for debt?
 +
 +
Swamiji: Yes, as I said, if you are taking from others, cheating and too much will be taken away from you.
 +
 +
Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.
 +
 +
(14:57)
 +
 +
Participant: Okay, my strength is determination and perseverance seeking truth. I had a very significant eating disorder as a teenager. Fitness trainers or therapists I went to didn't have a name for or even work on it and I finally figured out a way on my own to get over and was better. I had been tuning with the idea reading a book because I have a big stack of journals for a score of ideas that I wrote and I was repeating these recently and I was shocked how many wonderful insights and truths that I had then that should be shared and I was scared to write the book because I am very disorganized as I wrote it in one of those notes and in a chaotic world in my work but I feel energized to write that. The other thing is that at work, I have no trouble being plain, kind and to the point about truth in my personal life with friends and other people in groups and it is very difficult for me to say something like You are doing…You are saying something as compassionate but butXXXX. That’s what I needed back in my earlier days and I can do it for myself but it is very difficult for me to say to somebody else this, this, this. Even though that’s what they need. XXXaffect them I am hurting them by not telling them these things XXX
 +
 +
Swamiji: I think you understood. You yourself gave the solution also.
 +
 +
(17:05)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, my weakness is that I have got friends who work in my company and they have been friends, family friends and during the time if they do things wrong I can't fire them. I feel really uncomfortable and I never listen and get on with the work that they do and I can't inspire them or motivate them at work because I feel that can be lot more friction.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Okay, I understand. Come on.
 +
 +
(17:45)
 +
 +
Participant: My strength is working with people. For me it is very easy no matter they are very smart or they are really dumb. I can work with them and things work out somehow. I know that. Any project, is going to workout. It has to. There is no other way and my weak point is procrastinate. I am a big procrastinator. I wait until the last minute and I will stay up all night but people don't know that. It looks on time presented always properly but that is my big weakness.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Come on.
 +
 +
(18:28)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, first of all I would like to thank You for getting a space for me to attend almost all the programs since 2003 and I am really grateful that You again created a space to attend IA. Why I am saying this is because when You are talking about valipadu. I just know couple of things like my strength is courage and patience. The example is one of the politician he grabbed my land. He is very powerful. A lot of life threats he gave to my family, myself, everything. I just came, sat in front of Your photo, just prayed and I relaxed.
 +
 +
Swamiji: The patience
 +
 +
Participant: Yes. Almost four months later by law what I have to do I just continued doing that. After four-five months, he almost came on his knees to buy that land. At the end, he paid thrice the amount of the land.
 +
Swamiji: I understand. Patience. Exactly what is happening with Me. Now all the fellows who attacked us or persecuted us, tried to destroy us are shivering seeing the way I am standing up. What this fellow is taking Vishwaroopa! I was just keeping quiet doing My meditation and classes. Why unnecessary put your foot on the resting Hanuman’s tail? When he wakes up, he doesn't do much. He just wags his tail, that's all, clears two-three nations.

Swamiji: Come on
 +
 +
Participant: Swami, the strength I found was I have deep trust in spirituality and I love my profession as well. The major weaknesses I realise that ego is playing a major role in my life in all parts of the aspects like personal life, work, like for example, I clearly know that I should not interfere in my husband's decisions on his career and progress but I still do it. Knowing it, I am still doing it. Also in the profession as such if I have some failure, then I feel very deeply hurt which means that I am very proud whenever I get success, so. Having known that, I am still really not able to totally come out of it.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Now you know. See, when you know your problems, one good thing is, either you can change or when you suffer, know that you are suffering because you have not changed. That's it.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Tell Me what you want to tell.
 +
 +
(01:29)
 +
 +
Participant: I guess about things what I am good at is I am good with concepts that allow me to quickly grasp the main ideas, principles and another thing I am good at is holistic approach to problem solving, ability to find the root cause. As far as people, I know how to get things going quickly in a team. So, everybody works together and things go smoothly, all that and I am better with concepts than with details. I hate details. And the thing that I need Your clue. I think I am bad is public speaking of course which I think has to do with maybe difficulties organising quickly and clarity. So, that’s one of course and maybe that I can’t reach people well and quick. So, do You have a clue for that?
 +
 +
(02:58)
 +
 +
Participant: Swami, my biggest strength is Yourself, Swami.
 +
 +
Swamiji: And what is weakness?
 +
 +
Participant: Like… no, no. I want to just tell an example like suppose if they give me any responsibility and give a short time I will just tell, my Swamy told to take responsibility. I will do it. I don't even know how I will work day and night and finish it. That is how I could come even for the Inner Awakening finishing a lot of things. Weakness I think I don't tell others that you are wrong means sometimes it is necessary in the profession to do.
 +
 +
Swamiji: Not sometime, all the time, be very clear. Calling spade as a spade needs intelligence and courage.
 +
 +
Participant: I do that to my husband, Swami. All others I…
 +
 +
Swamiji: You will attract relationship which are matured who also call spade as a spade. You understand? See, you want to call spade as a spade but you don't want others to call spade as a spade. When you are ready to call spade as a spade, be ready to live with people who call spade as a spade. That's it. Come on.
 +
 +
(04:11)
 +
 +
Participant: Nithyanandam Swamiji, my strengths are strong. Technically I am a programmer. So whenever there is a solution that needs to be built, I can see the entire picture and you know, I love my family and I want to be..... I always try to be a good husband, a good father and a good son. My weaknesses are already covered by You. One is, no accounting for the money. Lakshmi puja is absent. That I will work on and then anger. You know temper sometimes comes up during work related…
 +
 +
Swamiji: As I said now, tell everybody, please don't put up with my anger. I am not a good person. Make them understand. Let us have a good fight.
 +
See, in these South Indian villages, every village will have a fight for the water, drinking water. Outside in the street, there will be a tap and these ladies morning, early morning they will come and they will start fighting for the water. Actually the water will be going waste and these two women will be fighting for two hours with their empty pots. End of the fight, water would have gone waste and both pots would have broken. You understand? But the very unfortunate thing is they will not beat each other. They will only... If you at least beat each other, second day you will not have fight. One will be in bed, hospital. So decide let us have a good fight. Then the problem is solved easily. (Swamiji speaks in Tamil) Come on, take some action. Either you beat me or I beat you.
 +
Come on.
 +
 +
(06:20)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, the strength depends upon our capacity to handle according to the circumstances, reasons and…
 +
 +
Swamiji: What you think as your strength?
 +
 +
Participant: My strength in the business and other things is okay, Sir but according here, writing is easy but coming and talking to You is…
 +
 +
Swamiji: Alright, (Swamiji laughs) I understood your strength and weakness. Come on, next.
 +
 +
(06:58)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, I always feel that my strength is when something is possible for the other person, why is that not possible by me? I always feel that in what way I am inferior than the other person? I always feel that I am capable of achieving something high in my life. (speaks in Tamil) I am not able to remember the whole but the last two lines are still there in my inner space, Swamiji. (Speaks in Tamil) So, that is still there in my inner space. That is what pulling me towards You again and again, Swamiji, like but whenever this thought comes, I feel that I am very egoistic.
 +
 +
Swamiji: No, no, no. Confidence is not ego. When the confidence hits other’s nose only it is ego. See, confidence from your heart till the tip of other’s nose is not ego. I am giving you the measurement of confidence, length of confidence. Confidence means from your heart till the other person's nose, it is confidence. Only when it pokes the other person's nose, it is ego. This is the law. So till it is reaching the other person's nose, it is not ego, it is confidence. Generalized things should be learnt once in a… just by once but the unique things has to be learnt only by unique incidences. You can't learn death. It has to be learnt only during the incident.
 +
 +
(08:42)
 +
 +
Participant: And the second strength is, as she was telling, my biggest strength is You, Swamiji, again. So whenever I feel very low or something like that, I used to think about You because You are telling me like I always used to think about My Guruji. If I am in Swamiji's place how will I respond?
 +
Swamiji: It is called Leela dhyana. Please understand, it is called Leela dhyana. I always used to do that. What Annamalai Swamigal will do in this space? I had Annamalai Swamigal as a great inspiration for Me. Any of you have seen him? He lived till ninety five. A great Paramahamsa, disciple of Ramana Maharshi, an ultimate disciple!
 +
 +
Actually once Bhagwan was taking bath and he called Annamalai Swamigal to clean the back. So in those days they will take a small brick and clean the back. No soap na? Brick only. Brick and Shikakai powder. Shikakai powder is what in English? Soap nut powder. So he was doing that. Bhagawan just turned and blew on his face. He became enlightened! Annamalai Swamigal became enlightened! And that… he was in that ecstasy. And maybe that body was jumping, unable to balance. Ramana Maharshi was standing with his stick. He gave his stick and told, “Just walk for some distance and sit.” He told in Tamil. (Swamiji speaks in Tamil) In Tamil, the word sit means establish yourself in Samadhi and squat, both has same meaning. So he took that word literally. He was walking with that stick for some distance maybe some hundred meter, and sat, established himself in Samadhi.
 +
 +
(10:57)
 +
 +
Next forty five years he did not move from that place. He just lived in the area. That's all. At the most, the devotees built a small bathroom for him nearby and the place where he sat, they built a room when he was sitting inside and at the most he will come out of that room and go to bathroom. In that ten-twenty feet, he will walk, that's all. That's it. And funny thing is, Ramana Maharshi left the body. He did not go to see his body. Guru's body is there in hundred meter. He did not go there. He said, Bhagwan's words. Literally he lived radiating enlightenment. Extraordinary. I always used to feel what he will do. Then immediately that is the life. That is the solution.
 +
 +
(11:59)
 +
 +
Once I was walking around Arunachala hill. Late night, Amavasya day. No light in those days. I was walking slowly. I was crossing that cremation ground, burial ground of Arunachala and suddenly I saw something in the road. I just saw, noticed just three-four feet before. I looked in. I saw it is a dead body which was not buried properly in the rain, came out and it is lying on the road and did not even have a fear stroke! Just felt, what Annamalai Swamigal will do in this situation? He will just walk around and go. When I was walking around and going, I saw one dog in corner sitting with a skull and eating that head of that dead body. He was eating. I looked in. He was busy with his work. He looked at Me. I was busy with My work, that's all! I walked. It is a very powerful process called Leela dhyana.
 +
 +
(13:15)
 +
 +
Participant: Swamiji, the main weakness…I have lot of weakness, Swamiji. Tamasic, short tempered but of course, I have got the awareness from You now how to handle it but why I am not able to overcome…
 +
 +
Swamiji: See actually short temper should not be handled by you. It should be handled by others. People around you should be told, “Handle me strongly.” Then whole thing will be solved.
 +
 +
Participant: I always feel, Swamiji, if I want to gain something in my life, I have to lose something. That is very strong in me, Swamiji. I don't know…
 +
 +
Swamiji: No, there is no such thing you have to lose something to gain something. Life is abundance, not business. Maybe some experiences will break that.
 +
 +
Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.

[00:21]

I welcome you all with My love and respects. I will continue on the yesterday’s sutra, in the 3rd chapter, 45th verse, Patanjali’s yoga sutras. Sthula-svarupa-sukshmanvayarthavattva-samyamad-bhuta-jayah Through samyama on the gross and the fine forms of elements, their essential traits, the inherence of the gunas in them and their contributing to the experience of the soul comes the mastery of the elements. This is Swami Vivekananda’s translation.

[01:15]

See in this sacred…. in this sutra there are three sacred secrets. One, falling in tune with the elements, connecting or conquering the elements or going beyond the elements. There are three components. Only this second component - like conquering and going beyond - only takes lot of time, too much of samyama. Too….. I can say that, meticulous practices are required. In the first level falling in tune does not need much meticulous practices. It can really help to change your life, transform your life. It can really add so much to you. I will give you more tips and methods and techniques for this first level like a falling in tune…. for that.

[02:37]

As I said yesterday ‘the world’ and ‘my world’, today I will give this as a home work for all the satsangis. Do it and come back. Sit and pen down wherever that ‘the world’ and ‘my world’ is not in tune - conflict, contradiction. Sit and pen down. When you are able to dig it out, the ‘the world’ and ‘my world’ the contradictions and conflicts, you will see exactly it boils down to some form of misunderstanding with elements; elements which are acting in your body. For example the fire element’s representation is there in your stomach. Water element’s representation is there in your blood. Earth element’s representation is your bone marrow and bone. Air energy’s representation is your breathing. Space energy’s representation is your thinking. So if you boil it down where the conflict is and if you do samyama just on that element, you will be conflict free.

[04:12]

So do this as a homework. Today I will stop just with this homework. Finish this homework and come back tomorrow. I will give you the methods of doing samyama on all the five so that you can experience that being in tune with the elements. So today with this homework I will let you guys do the homework and come back tomorrow. I will give you tomorrow five major samyama techniques to work on; Samyama on fire, Samyama on water, Samyama on earth, Samyama on air and Samyama on space; so that you can fall in tune.

[05:13]

Please understand through this samyamas you can’t conquer, you can fall in tune. You will receive information but you can’t change or conquer. I think even that much will be of a big help for you to live your life. So I bless you all. Understand the homework thoroughly. I want to give once more the instruction for homework. Sit and pen down all the conflict you have between ‘the world’ and ‘my world’. It will be huge 5000 page book. Pen down. It is good. Then classify them; the conflicts related to body - earth. Conflict related to blood circulation - some diseases like blood pressure, diabetes, all the blood related disease. Conflicts related to prana - air circulation. Conflicts related to the mind - space. So all five pen down and classify. Tomorrow I will guide you into the deeper solutions; solution samyamas.

[06:33]

I bless you all. Let you all achieve, experience, live, express, radiate and share the eternal bliss, Nithyananda. Thank you.

(02:00)

How many... how many criminals and cunning fellows tried to pull Me down from this post.

(03:08)

(04:25)

You will have that tremendous clarity. Ishitva means beyond insecurity, complete leadership over your existence. I can tell you, this is one of the most extraordinary and easily attainable siddhi. It is actually a siddhi, understand, means extraordinary power means where your brain does not lose the balance and the clarity about your existence and how you fit with the Whole. Please understand, clarity about your existence and how your existence is fitting with the Whole is leadership consciousness. If you just know how your existence fits with the Whole, you will be a leader simply by your life.

(05:55)

(06:54)

(08:25)

(09:23)

(10:53)

(12:27)

So I really feel you need to look in and experience, express leadership consciousness. Any human being should have right to education, RTE of this science. This all basic science how to express leadership consciousness. One more thing, in the status of a leader, always there is a fighting, only one can be. In the state of a leader, everyone can be leader. You don't need a slave to be a leader. In Ishitva, you are just a leader out of your quality. I don't need disciples for Me to be a Guru. Even if there is nobody around Me, I will be sitting and singing My song to the trees, hills, plants and rivers. I will be radiating My Ishitva.

(13:38)

(01:50)

First step: List down the areas of your life you can express leadership means like in your family, in your office, in your job, in your wealth management or in your hobby. Sometime you may be connected to some tennis club, cricket club, hobbies. What all the places… or you may be connected to some non-profit organization. What all the areas you think you can express leadership? What all the areas you think you have a scope of improving your leadership skills like being a orator, ability to express in words who you are, ability to express in actions who you are.

(02:53) to (03 24)

Music

(03:25)

(04:46)

(05:48)

I am really seeing every Inner Awakening I am making more and more compact. You see, last Inner Awakening.... see, last to previous, what I could teach in twenty one days, last time I taught already almost in ten days. Now I can say, I have come down to six days. So now more and more time means the more and more deeper, detailed, stronger things. It is like a depending on the maturity of the person. We can just go next, next, next, next, next because there is so much can be done. There are so many dimensions of you can become a flower. So many things can become a fulfilled or I can say the complete. Come on.

(06:47)

Participant: I cannot identify the areas where I am a leader. So I left at my people’s skills and the way I relate to people and how I present myself and draw information from others as well and simultaneously how successful I have been in business. On the same note I said I am done with the corporate life. What would I like to do in the future is, be a leader of momentum. That's what I like to do.

(07:12)

(08:59)

(10:32)

Participant: Same thing what You are telling, same thing was going on in my inner space, Swamiji. I just want to be an Acharya. The way You express, like that means when we speak something, it should hit the other person’s being like I don't want to sit and take notes or refer some books and all. The truth what I imbibe from You should become my bio-memory like when I speak something it should hit the other being.

Swamiji: See, just if you sit and listen to what I am talking in awareness, you can see the words I am using is moving your being you see.

(11:05)

Participant: We can literally feel, Swamiji

That day morning I got up from My bed and said, “No, I am going to speak on My own.” The organizers said, “No, Swamiji. We have told too much about You to people. We promoted You too much. I said, “Nothing doing. I am going to talk.”

(12:25)

(13:37)

Participant: My longing desire is to become an Acharya, Swamiji.

Swamiji: No, to be an Acharya Ma, first thing the word Acharya means the person who is teaching what he is practicing. Guru does not need to practice what he is teaching but an Acharya needs to practice. So go on internalizing what you are teaching. That's enough.

(14:03)

Participant: I was thinking of workplace as an opportunity. One thing I did notice at workplace, it is not just leadership but also probably follower qualities. So it was unclear to me…

Swamiji: No, no, no, a perfect follower is a perfect leader.

Participant: So You are basically saying that both the qualities are one and essentially one flowers the other one.

Swamiji: That's all.

(14:35)

Participant: I never thought of myself as a leader as such like even all of my friends say. I can’t be a leader because I am not very strong but then somehow when it comes to You I have to take Your name, I don’t know from where it comes like one guy who saw the first levitation video on youtube and he told me, “I think somebody morphed that video.” I don’t know from where I was like, “O, so the scandal wasn't morphed? This was morphed?” That guy, forget bringing up Your name, he tells all his friends in advance this girl is a devotee

Swamiji: Tell them that is morphed, this is not. Come on.

Participant: So like I mean when it basically comes to Your name, I can… it is not just yelling at him, like I get this power I don’t know where… Swamiji: I think you see, the power you have when you talk about Me is love for Me. That should become love for My teachings also. Then you will become a leader, that's all.

(15:32)

Participant: Like last year I was thinking maybe I could do thesis research in… Swamiji: We can start a program called friendship transformation.

(16:24)

(17:35)

Okay, start that's all. Starting... starting is 50% job done. Now suddenly two days before I decided and declared to My group, “Every month I am going to do Inner Awakening.”

They said, “No, no, Swamiji, how will we inspire and get people enrolled?”

That's it.”

First these five instructions. Listen. First listen. You are programmed. This is the first truth I want you to know.

Second, your weakness, strength, everything that you consider as you is nothing but the result of your engrams- second truth. I am making it a simple straight point.

Third, your cognition defines the way you look at any situation and your response to it. Your cognition defines the way you look at any situation and your response to it.

(02:01)

(03:16) to (04:50)

Meditation

(04:51)

Come on. Any of you guys wanted to share some of your strength and weakness so that I will throw more light, give you deeper insights.

(06:27)

That's all.

(07:57)

Participant: And another question. I want You to share the cosmic laws on debts and grabbing, taking another person's wealth. What cosmos….

Swamiji: I can say, grabbing another person's thing does not let you enjoy that. That is the first thing. Second, simply it will be grabbed from you. When it is grabbed from you, whatever you grabbed, more will be grabbed from you, what you made also. That is where the difficulty is.

(08:39)

Participant: My strength is, if I am convinced on anything I will put hundred percent effort and energy in it and either succeed or see the end of it. I will learn. Either I will win or learn. The biggest weakness I have is, I can't relate to the.. the average society or average people. If they are too smart or too…I mean, not average. Below average, above average, I can manage but average society is impossible for me to deal with or you know, relate. That is the weakness.

Swamiji: Great!

Participant: Any solution, Swamiji?

Swamiji: I don't think not able to manage the middle is a weakness. I think it is your… you can take it as a one of the strength itself. See, working with the high class if you are able to manage, then work with that, that's all. You don't need to worry about it. See, all does not need to work with middle class. I can say that you knowing this is only strength for you.

Participant: But most of the time we run in to the average people. That is where…day-to-day life…

Swamiji: Oh! To tell you from My insight, the average, handling with the average and all these things does not have like a readymade solution. It is the other parts of your intelligence which is awakened comes to your rescue when you are handling that situation. There is no standard solution.

Participant: Struggle some more... Swamiji, other thing which is not related to this, anytime I have a click, my body like just now…

Participant: Yes

Swamiji: Great! What do you feel as your weakness?

Participant: Weakness? I cannot manage for example, people.

Swamiji: For?

Participant: Manage people.

Swamiji: Okay, you can’t manage people.

Participant: Because I cannot manage myself before.

Swamiji: That is it. Come on. See, when you say you can't manage people, it basically starts with you can't manage your own life. If you can manage you, you can manage anybody because after all, all of them are more numbers of you. If you can handle one, you can handle two. If you can handle two, you can handle three. It is the problem of handling one.

(01:52)

Participant: Swamiji, strength I feel that I am more sincere in whatever I do and I am integrated also and my weakness, first of all I am not sure whether it is my weakness or not. I found out during one of these process only here that I keep on justifying my thoughts like for example, if I think that okay, I think like that because this is like that. I put on some logic and I keeps on justifying the way I think or whatever I think and I don't know. I am not even sure whether it is a strength or a weakness and second thing is…

Swamiji: See, keep on justifying to others about you can be strength but if you are keeping on justifying yourself to yourself, it is a weakness.

Participant: Then how can I overcome that, Swamiji?

Swamiji: Just be more aware, that's all. Be little more intelligent. Arey, when you know the fire is burning how will you say, “O, I know fire is burning, Swamiji. How can I stop putting my finger?” Just be intelligent. Come on or get burnt. Over! Life is compassionate enough to punish you so that you can learn.

(03:08)

Participant: That also I have learnt and one more thing, Swamiji, I get quite angry and frustrated when I am in low mood or when I am in pain. That becomes difficult to control me at that time. Even myself I cannot handle that. I get very angry.

Swamiji: I think you should be strongly threatened by some of the people with whom you get angry. With whom you get angry basically? Husband?

Participant: Yeah

Swamiji: That is the intimate enemy, poor fellow! No, intimate enemy is the husband or your wife, most intimate enemy. See, your anger and all is a very calculated, accounted emotion. There is no such thing as uncontrolled. Come on, do you express the same anger to your boss?

Participant: No

Swamiji: Will you dare to express that to Me?

Participant: No

(04:03)

(05:49)

(06:57)

Then?

(08:51)

(10:45)

Participant: Swamiji, I have for my strength people have told me, my managers mostly work related, they told me I can get along with teams to finish the work if I want to and…

(11:41) Participant: But I have a weakness which is, I tend to give up when there is conflict. So I start a work, I start some project. In the most recent example, I prepared a project, made a bunch of slides, colorful slides, everything. I showed the second page. Somebody said something. I said, “That’s it! I am done.”

Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.

(13:04)

Swamiji: You understand what I am saying? When you run an organization, always have feedback like a company, multinational team and all that. When it comes to your strength, simply don't bother. All the attackers happened to destroy My strength, simply they failed, simply these fools failed. They are not able to do anything. See, a man whose strength is lost can't sit for twelve hours a day in front of people and go on inspiring them. They utterly failed because they tried to attack Me. They thought they can attack Me and they lost the game.

Participant: But You are enlightened, we are not. We are ordinary people.

Participant: Also Swamiji, can You talk about somebody else asked a question, what is the cosmic law for debt?

Swamiji: Yes, as I said, if you are taking from others, cheating and too much will be taken away from you.

Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.

(14:57)

Swamiji: I think you understood. You yourself gave the solution also.

(17:05)

Participant: Swamiji, my weakness is that I have got friends who work in my company and they have been friends, family friends and during the time if they do things wrong I can't fire them. I feel really uncomfortable and I never listen and get on with the work that they do and I can't inspire them or motivate them at work because I feel that can be lot more friction.

Swamiji: Okay, I understand. Come on.

(17:45)

Participant: My strength is working with people. For me it is very easy no matter they are very smart or they are really dumb. I can work with them and things work out somehow. I know that. Any project, is going to workout. It has to. There is no other way and my weak point is procrastinate. I am a big procrastinator. I wait until the last minute and I will stay up all night but people don't know that. It looks on time presented always properly but that is my big weakness.

Swamiji: Come on.

(18:28)

Participant: Swamiji, first of all I would like to thank You for getting a space for me to attend almost all the programs since 2003 and I am really grateful that You again created a space to attend IA. Why I am saying this is because when You are talking about valipadu. I just know couple of things like my strength is courage and patience. The example is one of the politician he grabbed my land. He is very powerful. A lot of life threats he gave to my family, myself, everything. I just came, sat in front of Your photo, just prayed and I relaxed.

Swamiji: The patience

Participant: Yes. Almost four months later by law what I have to do I just continued doing that. After four-five months, he almost came on his knees to buy that land. At the end, he paid thrice the amount of the land.

Participant: Swami, the strength I found was I have deep trust in spirituality and I love my profession as well. The major weaknesses I realise that ego is playing a major role in my life in all parts of the aspects like personal life, work, like for example, I clearly know that I should not interfere in my husband's decisions on his career and progress but I still do it. Knowing it, I am still doing it. Also in the profession as such if I have some failure, then I feel very deeply hurt which means that I am very proud whenever I get success, so. Having known that, I am still really not able to totally come out of it.

Swamiji: Now you know. See, when you know your problems, one good thing is, either you can change or when you suffer, know that you are suffering because you have not changed. That's it.

Swamiji: Tell Me what you want to tell.

(01:29)

(02:58)

Participant: Swami, my biggest strength is Yourself, Swami.

Swamiji: And what is weakness?

Participant: Like… no, no. I want to just tell an example like suppose if they give me any responsibility and give a short time I will just tell, my Swamy told to take responsibility. I will do it. I don't even know how I will work day and night and finish it. That is how I could come even for the Inner Awakening finishing a lot of things. Weakness I think I don't tell others that you are wrong means sometimes it is necessary in the profession to do.

Swamiji: Not sometime, all the time, be very clear. Calling spade as a spade needs intelligence and courage.

Participant: I do that to my husband, Swami. All others I…

Swamiji: You will attract relationship which are matured who also call spade as a spade. You understand? See, you want to call spade as a spade but you don't want others to call spade as a spade. When you are ready to call spade as a spade, be ready to live with people who call spade as a spade. That's it. Come on.

(04:11)

Participant: Nithyanandam Swamiji, my strengths are strong. Technically I am a programmer. So whenever there is a solution that needs to be built, I can see the entire picture and you know, I love my family and I want to be..... I always try to be a good husband, a good father and a good son. My weaknesses are already covered by You. One is, no accounting for the money. Lakshmi puja is absent. That I will work on and then anger. You know temper sometimes comes up during work related…

Swamiji: As I said now, tell everybody, please don't put up with my anger. I am not a good person. Make them understand. Let us have a good fight. Come on.

(06:20)

Participant: Swamiji, the strength depends upon our capacity to handle according to the circumstances, reasons and…

Swamiji: What you think as your strength?

Participant: My strength in the business and other things is okay, Sir but according here, writing is easy but coming and talking to You is…

Swamiji: Alright, (Swamiji laughs) I understood your strength and weakness. Come on, next.

(06:58)

Participant: Swamiji, I always feel that my strength is when something is possible for the other person, why is that not possible by me? I always feel that in what way I am inferior than the other person? I always feel that I am capable of achieving something high in my life. (speaks in Tamil) I am not able to remember the whole but the last two lines are still there in my inner space, Swamiji. (Speaks in Tamil) So, that is still there in my inner space. That is what pulling me towards You again and again, Swamiji, like but whenever this thought comes, I feel that I am very egoistic.

(08:42)

Participant: And the second strength is, as she was telling, my biggest strength is You, Swamiji, again. So whenever I feel very low or something like that, I used to think about You because You are telling me like I always used to think about My Guruji. If I am in Swamiji's place how will I respond? Swamiji: It is called Leela dhyana. Please understand, it is called Leela dhyana. I always used to do that. What Annamalai Swamigal will do in this space? I had Annamalai Swamigal as a great inspiration for Me. Any of you have seen him? He lived till ninety five. A great Paramahamsa, disciple of Ramana Maharshi, an ultimate disciple!

(10:57)

(11:59)

(13:15)

Participant: Swamiji, the main weakness…I have lot of weakness, Swamiji. Tamasic, short tempered but of course, I have got the awareness from You now how to handle it but why I am not able to overcome…

Swamiji: See actually short temper should not be handled by you. It should be handled by others. People around you should be told, “Handle me strongly.” Then whole thing will be solved.

Participant: I always feel, Swamiji, if I want to gain something in my life, I have to lose something. That is very strong in me, Swamiji. I don't know…

Swamiji: No, there is no such thing you have to lose something to gain something. Life is abundance, not business. Maybe some experiences will break that.

Participant: Thank you, Swamiji.
