A 4 day experiential meditation program called Nithyananda Spurana Program (NSP) was conducted by His Holiness from May 24th to May 27th 2004 at Bengaluru Aadheenam. The program helps you to transform your understanding of life and death, learn to overcome all your fears and your insecurities, let go of guilt and painful memories, be healed of sleep disorders and experience the joy of spontaneous living.
