+ | Nirvanic, nirvanic layer. It’s a very subtle difference. This layer almost doesn’t exist, almost it is an Atman. But the last step, what is the way to explore this last step? What is the way to bring out the energy from this last step? What is the way to penetrate this last step? Totally cutting yourself from the past; no evolution, only revolution. No evolution, only revolution. It is the moment when seed takes the decision to sprout. The seed is sprouting, the last moment the seed will have a agony, it is called dark night of the soul. The last moment you take the decision to take the jump, you take the decision to go beyond. You take the decision with your all your consciousness, with your whole energy to go beyond the body and mind, to drop all the old conditionings. | ||

+ | Yesterday somebody was asking Me, method to undo the whole thing. Can you make me again seven year. This is the method. When you know all your old things are conditioning, just read once more what you have written, is the life worth living? Is this the life worth living. Just so much of desires in the out of blue which has no base and so much of sufferings, so much of guilt, so much of pain. Only one layer of joy, that also through the pain. Only one layer of joy that also through the layers of pain. Look at the whole past, actually almost for everybody I can say, though 100%. Anybody who says my past is gold, my past is golden? No. For everybody past is more like a wound which needs to be operated or thrown out from the being. When you decide consciously to drop the past you actually can drop the past. Understand the few things you can verily drop the past. It is simply conditioning; when you understand it is a conditioning cant you drop it? When you, if you, as long as you think it is you, you can’t drop it. When you understand it is somebody else who has been forced on you, you can verily drop it, It is simple conditioning. When you decide to drop, when you decide to stop, you can simply verily drop. We are going to drop; anybody who doesn’t want to drop and keep it, can decide 😃. No it is option only, how can I decide for you to… whether to drop or not. If anybody really feels like ‘No, no, no, Swamiji it is perfectly alright, I can carry on, can decide. | ||

+ | Participant: So Swamiji when you say drop is it psychological connection is dropped, there’s no emotion with all the bad things | ||
+ | HDH: Yes. Psychological. Simply psychologically, when you psychologically drop even physically the whole things changes. It can be simply be dropped. Because when you share, you emotionally also drop. Open confession is called a great technique to cross the nirvanic body. To drop the conditionings. Have you heard of the story of Valmiki? Valmiki is a great saint, respected saint. One of the great epics of India is written by him. He is the great author and he is a rishi. He underwent this open convention, open confession. He has done all sorts of criminal activities and all sorts of sins. At one time, the Narada encountered Valmiki and asked, “What are your doing, do you know?” Valmiki told, “I am perfectly alright.” Then Narada says, “None of your family people will share your sins, go and ask.” He goes and asks everybody. Nobody is ready to share his sins. Finally he came and confesses everything to Narada. When he confessed something has broken in him, something has transformed his life, something has touched him. Then Narada initiates him, blesses him, then the hunter dies and Valmiki is born. | ||

+ | You have attained the fruit of writing. You see, when you write like this, many understandings descend on you. That is just for those understandings we make you write. You come up on so many new understandings, so many new dimensions. You see, if I would have taught him that these are all self created, people will think, ‘Oh Swami is making fun of our pains.’ But when you understand, it becomes a great understanding. So I create a situation in which you can understand, the understanding can happen to you. If I say readymade solution what you think, ‘aah alright, anyhow we have come these two days let us listen what he says.’ But when it happens to you, the understanding, it stays with your permanently, it stays with you totally - ‘it is all self created.’ There is no right, no wrong in the existence. Only one thing which makes you totally blissful, not joyful, which makes you blissful, will make always others also blissful, that is what is right, that’s all. There is no right, no wrong. Whenever it is joyful it is different, when it is blissful it will make others also blissful. If it makes you only blissful and others sorrow, then you understand it is joyful not blissful, it is only joy not bliss. There is a subtle difference. Whatever makes you joyful, the path of ananda, the path of bliss, that only is right. Simply live with bliss that is the right thing. To come to this conclusions only we are searching, searching, searching. That is what I wanted every conclusion to come from your side. I am churning the milk ocean, one side devil and the other side devas. Of course not surely here. 😃 | ||

+ | Participant: How to conduct ourselves before a Maha purush/Mahatma? | ||
+ | HDH: Feel the deep love that’s all. Feel a deep love in front of the Master that is enough, nothing else is needed. Nothing else needs to be done; there is no other code or conduct to be conducted. Many people come and tell Me, many people come in front of Me, they do all sorts of that “adi vinaya durtha lakshana”, adi vinaya durtha lakshana means showing too much of humility but I can always see, the fellows who show too much of humility only cunning fellows. Real innocent people, they do not even bother; they come and directly sit in the seat in which I am sitting, just next to Me. And I always found, these people, they are not only good to Me, they are good to everybody. But the people who behave all sorts of show, I’ve always seen, they know only how to act, never how to be. So there’s no need to know how to act; just be, that’s enough. | ||
+ | At least real Master never asks all these things. In our ashram we have a chair, even in the laughing temple, everywhere people come, I give always chair for the people , they sit and talk to Me. Some of the, who is a so called math adhipathi actually called Me. Because he is an elderly man I also went, ‘Oh, he is calling let Me go and give My respects.’ Then he advised Me, “I heard that you touch the peoples feet and heal whenever somebody comes with a leg pain or the problem with the leg” You will see that automatically a old poor lady every day morning hundreds of people come for healing, the villagers, old poor lady, people who are sick, people who can’t go to the hospital or people who are allergic for the medicines. People who are not healed by the, people with whom the medicines have not worked. So many people will come. I will just get down from My seat and hold their hands, hold their legs and heal. So he heard about it and he sent a word and he called Me and told, “What, I heard that you get down from your that peetam”, peetam means it is like a throne, seat. It is a throne on which I sit and heal the people, do the healing or anything. It is called dhyanapeetam, that is the seat. | ||

You should not give equal chair for the people. These are all will reduce the grade of the peeta or matha, mutt.” All these things he was advising. Just I told him only one word, “Just because of My compassion and love and the healing I got the peetam, not the peetam has got Me.” I got the peetam because of My love and compassion and the healing, not because of any rules and regulations, not because of any this foolish things. So not only now, I will continue to be like this, don’t be hold on to that seat or the peetam or the throne. It is just the people who are so called people, only they create all these rules and all these regulations and all these, what to say the, dead, dry, dull rituals. | ||

+ | A small strory, Ramana Maharishi’s life. One foreigner went to Ramanashram and he was trying to sit, because he had a knee pain he tried to put a small stool and sit on that. Some of the disciples shouted, “Oh you cannot sit in front of Bhagwan on a stool. You have to sit only on the ground.” Bhagwan just showed his hand up and laughed. Above on the roof, it’s a thatched roof, on that one stick, one monkey was sitting just exactly on the head of the Bhagawan, “What can you do about this monkey, he is just sitting right on my head.” | ||

You see when you have that tears of love, tears of gratitude in your eyes, that is the real thing, that is the real way to conduct yourself in the presence of the Master, nothing else. | ||

+ | HDH: Ah that’s ah you raised, those things you see when it is done consciously, they have a great result. It again and again and again makes you remember the great truths, because remembrance is a great thing which is necessary for your life, for your being. | ||

+ | HDH: He just kills you, your whole past is killed, your whole past is destroyed. That is what I am going to do now. When you are ready it can simply happen even consciously. The whole past will be killed, you will be nobody; you will not be the same person as you entered inside. If you are the same person as you entered inside - money back. 😃 You see if you really understand now all these things whatever is taught and whatever is spoken, will you be the same person when you go back? No, you will never be the same person, you cannot be the same person. So naturally that is what they call, when you meet the Master you are reborn, “dwija” second born. | ||
+ | There are three types of garbha, one is the moola garbha, bhugarbha, the garbha which is carried in the womb, ordinary garbha, you give birth to kid, you give birth to a child. Next is hridgharba, hrudaya garbha. If you carry a great ideology in your heart you give birth to a book or a painting. Rabindranath Tagore’s Geetanjali, Ravi Verma’s paintings, they are all from hridgarbha, hrudaya garbha. If you carry the Master’s presence or the mediation in the sahasrara you give birth to yourself jnanagarbha. So the Master just totally destroys your past, totally makes you drop from the past and makes you start living as a new being. A total disconnection from the past only can help you to grow; no question of evolution, it is only revolution. Evolution can never happen, only revolution can do anything. So just drop from your past, decide totally consciously drop from your past and simply start living the new way of life never tell, ‘Oh I understand everything, I do not know how to put the whole thing in practice’, no. Simply throw the old personality, don’t respect him, don’t respect the old habits, don’t respect the old body, don’t respect the old mind, don’t respect the old conditionings. Simply decide this is the way I am going to live tomorrow onwards, this is the way I will live, over. | ||

+ | A small story, which is a very powerful story. Once there was a rat in a palace of a king. So he wants to kill that rat. One day he called a soldier to kill that rat. When the soldier entered the room, suddenly from somehow that rat jumped on his face, so he lost his balance, got frightened and ran away, ran out of the room and started shouting to the king, “No, no, no king it is too big, it cannot be killed, I don’t think the rat can be killed by anybody, I am totally shaken.” And seeing the frightened feeling or the shivering shape of the soldier, king got frightened. ‘Oh this rat is something totally different. I do not know what to do.’ Then the palace cat was called and ordered, ‘Go and kill that rat.’ But for the palace cat also the soldier told, “You see, don't think it is ordinary rat, I went and totally I was shaken. I have come back. So be careful.” Anyhow the palace cat got ready with all his paraphernalia, after having two three days of exercise and went to the gym, having special diet 😃 So the final day came for the fight. It entered the room. Again the rat jumped on the cat's face and cat totally got frightened and lost its balance and ran away, came out. So now the rat has become challenge for the whole country; even the palace cat could not do anything about it. So they announced in the whole country, anybody who kills that rat will be given a special prize. So every cat was brought, but every cat knows that palace cat itself could not do anything. So two-three cats went inside and tried, came out. | ||
+ | A village old man had one cat. He said why not let me tell my cat, he asked the cat, “Will you do?” He said “Why not? Let us go.” He brought the cat; the cat was looking very thin, lean. Of course this man has nothing to feed the cat. So he let the cat inside. The cat went, simply killed the rat and came out. The king asked the cat “how did you do? Even palace cat could not do. You are such a, how did you have the courage” and all this that things, they have just pampered the cat and asked how did you do. The cat said, “What? I am a cat, simply I can catch the rat, over. I am a cat, it is my nature to kill the rat, over.” | ||

+ | So simply your bothering about the things only makes the things worse. It is you who pours the negativity. Decide you are a cat, you can kill the rat; nothing, nothing more than that. Don’t bother about old experiences, you always think, “No, last time also I tried to stop smoking but nothing worked, I think this time I do not know how will be, the same thing only is going to happen, maybe.” Don’t have all those past things, even that is past. Even the idea, ‘last time I failed’ is also a past. Drop, cut from the very root, drop from the very root. Even the idea that you have failed is nothing but the past. | ||

+ | Somebody came and told Me, “Swamiji, in last one year alone 27 times I stopped smoking”, it is just the past. Of course it is you who give energy to it, not past has got energy. Past is just dead, it is you who decide. | ||
+ | There is a great technique in the Vedanta to cut yourself from the past. It is the ritual done at the time of sanyas. Don’t worry I am not going to give sanyas to you all, but the portion of ritual done at the time of sanyas, at the time of the sanyas, the last layer… See actually this last layer, cosmic layer needs a total disconnection from the past and when you have finished all these seven layers, the final touch will be given by the Master’s grace. Actually that is what happens, when you put your whole effort, finally Master gives his grace. When you open, throw everything, the master will be there to heal the things. When you undergo all these seven layers the final touch is by the Masters grace. Now, this… we are going to have only these two sessions. Session of cutting down from the past and the Masters grace. | ||
+ | One thing ma, when you are totally satisfied you will not ask for the other, you will not need the other. Of course you will give your love or the feeling or the being to the other but you will not crave for the other. Even the other is there or not you will be totally joyful, ecstatic. When the other is there you will share your being, when the other is not there you are perfectly alright. But as long as you feel the necessity for the other, be very clear, neither you are satisfied nor he is satisfied. Many, many, many women undergo this. Many don’t express child abuse. Many women even in India, many women undergo, nobody speaks. These elderly people, adults, don’t have any other way or means to catharsis their emotions. They just go on use the kids and how much this disturbs the kids they don’t understand. It is almost psychologically, no not killing, handicapped, they are making them handicapped. Killing is no problem, once for all finished… making them psychologically handicapped. | ||

+ | Alright., the Masters love, the greatest medicine which can heal the past, the Masters grace which can really heal the total past which can totally cut yourself from the past and give you the new birth, the reborn – dwija . At the time of sanyas, a homa, a fire ritual is done, I’ll try to explain, to cut totally yourself from the past. That’s actually a, the ultimate initiation. The last initiation. Let Me explain the whole initiation. | ||
+ | First the mantras are chanted which means “I am burning all my past, my ideas of relationship, my ideas about the desires, my ideas about the worries, my ideas about the depression, my ideas about the rajas, rajas means the aggressiveness, all my ideas one by one they narrate and they just burn the whole thing into the fire. Once they finish the burning, they feel so refreshed; actually it happens. When you do it consciously, it just happens, totally you are cleansed, you are out of it. When you finished burning, when you are cut from the past totally… and there is a one more, there are few rules, once that final ritual is over in the sanyas, the traditional sanyas, even the paste or brush which you used yesterday will not be used. + | Let Me explain about My sanyas. I had My sanyas in the bank of Ganges, Ganga in Calcutta. The man who gave sanyas is not enlightened but the man of high tapas, a very elderly person. Maybe I think when I met him he was 93, he passed away, he passed away in six months. I think I am the last person who received sanyas from him, maybe few, one or two more. Elderly man who is continuously used to do tapas, the meditation. | ||
+ | According to sanyas ritual, we take bath in the Ganga, first we do the fire homa, burning everything and then just we take bath in Ganga and come without any clothes just a, as we are born, then when we come and fall at the feet of the master, he just gives a this robe, this cloth, he puts one robe around the hip and blesses us with a new name, the new name - to signify the past is dead, you are no more a old person, they get the new name, they are given a new name. | ||
+ | See, the new identity, the new name does miracles because you totally disconnect yourself from the past. Continuously remembering that new name has got a great effect, has got the great feeling. It just totally makes you feel you are new born; you are somebody who is new. You are totally somebody who is really fresh and alive. | ||

+ | So now let Me explain the mantras. You will all burn, you are going to do that. Actually we are going to burn all your past, all your desires, all your worries, all your guilt, all your pain, all your so called joys; every layers I’ll just burn. Consciously totally put it in the fire, you will see you are cut, the whole past is cut. You totally disconnect yourself from the past; really, this is the way to come out of the cosmic layer. All the… the nirvanic layer, all the seven layers. Finally, the final touch, the Master’s grace or the Masters blessings. I think we will enter into the meditation, when we finish the meditation then we’ll see about the next step. | ||

+ | It means… there are so many things included in this. Let Me give you what actually you wanted, because in this they say the, let us purify the whole world, let us purify the whole universe. Of course when you are purified the whole world is purified. Understand you are going to cut from, disconnect yourself from the past, consciously, totally. Don’t think how imagination can work for me. Imagination can do miracles. Sit for few minutes and imagine all your wounds, all your suffering, all your guilt, all your pain, all your tears, all your joy, whatever your had, all your desires, all your karmas. In the color of black bring it to the papers which you have in your hands. | ||
+ | If you want now you can sit and read the whole thing once so that it will be easy for you to remember. One by one, when you read, relive with you, just relive the pain, relive the desire, relive the guilt, relive the past. | ||
+ | From first line to last line read by yourself, read it for you, relive the whole past. The gist of your whole life. Just as you undergo before your death, undergo totally from desire, guilt, pain and pleasure. One by one from first step to last step, first undergo all the desires, then undergo all the guilt, then undergo all the pain, then undergo all the pleasures. Relive every moment vividly, as deeply as possible. Only when you leave the karmas, it can leave you. Otherwise it will be a just a hangover in you. When you really live it… Reliving is relieving. So take your own time, put all your emotion and imagination. Relive the whole thing step by step, one by one. Very slowly, as slowly as possible, as deeply as possible. No urgency, take your own time and live it, only then you can really leave it. Live totally all the desires, all the guilt, bring back and live with full emotion. Relive the whole scene, undo it and live the moments of pain, live the moments of pleasure, undergo deeply. Have the notebook in your hand. Whatever you have lived, feel the whole negativity or the karma is collected in the notebook. Once you have lived, feel it is already in the notebook. So when you finish the meditation, the whole past should be in the notebook. Start. | ||

+ | We’ll start on the next layer. Next layer is the closest, greatest friend, worry, and depression. Let us work on the layer of blackhole. Have you heard of that phenomena? In Veda, in Rigveda, very clearly the phenomena of blackhole is mentioned. You need to understand few things on darkness, then you’ll be able to enter into the core meditation. You see, each and everyone of us, by our own nature, we have a layer of darkness around us. This body is called etheric body the layer of darkness around our being. Can you, you see, whenever your energy is up your body is ready, you feel excited, you enjoy the world everything. Whenever your body needs a rest, automatically mind is pulled down and inserted into the etheric body. It’s like a cell when it is just discharged, that cell is taken out inserted into the recharger. The recharging time, the recharging time, there is a, a particular time for recharging. Same way, after your rounding or excitement, after your enjoyment your mind will be automatically pulled because your body needs the rest and it’ll be inserted in the etheric body, into your darkness, but you don’t want to rest in the darkness. What you want to do? Continuously you want to jump around. | ||

+ | When you fight with the darkness, when you don't want to rest in the darkness, till you get recharged that recharging period of half an hour or one hour, when you fight with the darkness, you create side-effects which is called depression and worry. The depression is a natural phenomena which is supposed to happen, it’s actually rest. The nature gives you the rest. Nature gives rest to your energy. If you really get depressed, you [technical glitch] technique of how to really get excited. A man who can’t get depressed can never get excited, understand. | ||

+ | If you know how to travel with the low mood, low curve, then you’ll know how to fly with the high mood. If you don’t know how to travel with the low curve, low mood, you will never be able to go to the peak of the high mood also. Darkness is the etheric body. Darkness is the place where (technical glitch) Darkness is the place where you get rejuvenated. | ||

+ | Darkness, darkness is the layer which we are going to work. Darkness is the layer from which actually you receive energy. Why the sleeping is so refreshing? It totally refreshes your body. You are actually plugged inserted into the etheric body, inserted into the darkness. There is a layer of darkness; it is called Kala/karana Shareera, the etheric body, darkness layer. Two things happens when you cooperate with the darkness. One thing: you don’t resist with depression. You don’t create depression at all. Depression can never depress you, if you simply depress the depression. | ||

+ | As long as you resist with it only, it is depression. When you allow it, it is a rest. It’s a deep rest. It is just, you are with yourself. If you don’t want to be there, but you’ll be pulled to be in that mood, then you fight with it, then you name it depression, worry, suffering, everything… only when you don’t want to be in that mood. Whenever you are called, whenever you are summoned, come and be there. Many times you will be summoned even in your house! You will be in the office, suddenly you will have a call, “come immediately, to the home.” Whenever you are summoned, simply oger, obey the order, then you will not have any problem. Just know how to travel with the depression, with the darkness. Even the depression word is a very condemning word. | ||

+ | HDH: Ah, you see, whenever you have a weekend, you just go around, enjoy everything. Everything is over. When you come to the house or when you uh, get up for the next day, next day morning your body and the mind will have the hangover, it will feel like as if it wants to rest. It doesn’t wants to move anywhere. It just wants to lie down, rest. Your mind doesn’t want to work. But what you do? You forcibly say: “No, let us go and enjoy something more, something else.” When you forcibly bring it out, without inserting or letting yourself in the etheric body, etheric body is the, like a recharger, recharger. Just exactly the same philosophy. Cell getting discharged and it’ll be just removed and put inside for recharging. But the cell is not ready to wait even until the time it get, gets recharged. It just again wants to jump into the toy and play with the toy. | ||

+ | So, when you don’t let the recharging happen, when you just resist with the recharging process, then what you create is depression. If you don’t resist and if you allow the process to happen for few moments, then depression will drop you. You see, once the battery is charged, it’ll be simply thrown out. Then you will have the total energy to have the ultimate excitement. Ah yes. | ||

+ | HDH: No, it differs. The time differs for every person. Time differs for every person. But once you know the knack of how to cooperate the charging process, then the time will reduce, the quality will improve. The time will reduce, the quality will improve. So it is the knack, to cooperate, the method to cooperate with the darkness. See, this is the darkness, the ultimate darkness. If you allow yourself to be recharged for a few minutes, you will come out of the depression. If you allow yourself to be recharged, if you cooperate with this darkness, you will come out of the sleep. If you totally work on the darkness you will come out of the death; because all these 3 are the same expression or same, ah what to say the name of the darkness. | ||

+ | Understand, depression, sleep… depression, deep sleep, death, all these 3 things, are the outcome of the same darkness layer. If you know how to work with the darkness in the ordinary life, the depression will disappear. The low curve will be very small. The, ah in your regular life, the sleep - the quantity will reduce and the quality will become deep. The third thing, very death, the fear of death or the death experience as you think will disappear. You will not fall in coma before you die. You will, you can consciously die. As on now, 99% of us die only falling in coma. It is the worst death you can have. Falling in coma and dying. It is a high pain, don’t think coma means you don’t have the pain. You have the pain, from outside you don’t feel the pain, inside it will be excruciating. You see, when the pain becomes too much, you have your own inbuilt system of pain-killer to make you forget the pain. That is the coma system. Coma is the inbuilt pain-killer system. Am I right? | ||

And that guy suddenly called his wife: “Bring coffee.” The wife came and told: “There is no sugar, no milk, nothing is in the house.” Then this fellow got, got up and gave a good kick to her. “What you fool, you don’t know how to behave, how to treat the guests. You don’t have anything. What is this, is this the way to receive my friend? Is this the way to take care of him? Is this the way to treat the guest?” He started shouting and beating. She started weeping and wailing. Of course, must be that lady of old age… olden time. | ||

So your mind itself will not work, your mind itself will not be active; unless your mind is blacked, you cannot, your body will not be blacked, you will not let your body to be blacked. So your mind will be pulled and inserted into the blackhole, the darkness layer, the etheric body layer. That is the moment if you resist with that moments, then you think, “Oh, I have depression.” You create depression by thinking that you have depression. If you don’t resist with that moment, that you will simply go inside and come out with full energy and rejuvenate, rejuvenated feeling. So it will be more like a rest, than the depression. | ||

Let the husband become the father of the wife.” At some moments you need to become more like a mother, more like a father, understandings other, understanding the other’s problems. You see, for that you need to understand your problems. Only when you can forgive you, you can forgive others. Only when you accept you, you can accept others. Only when you understand your problems, you can understand others problems. At those times naturally the other one should be more like a father or the mother. | ||

Nirvanic, nirvanic layer. It’s a very subtle difference. This layer almost doesn’t exist, almost it is an Atman. But the last step, what is the way to explore this last step? What is the way to bring out the energy from this last step? What is the way to penetrate this last step? Totally cutting yourself from the past; no evolution, only revolution. No evolution, only revolution. It is the moment when seed takes the decision to sprout. The seed is sprouting, the last moment the seed will have a agony, it is called dark night of the soul. The last moment you take the decision to take the jump, you take the decision to go beyond. You take the decision with your all your consciousness, with your whole energy to go beyond the body and mind, to drop all the old conditionings.

Yesterday somebody was asking Me, method to undo the whole thing. Can you make me again seven year. This is the method. When you know all your old things are conditioning, just read once more what you have written, is the life worth living? Is this the life worth living. Just so much of desires in the out of blue which has no base and so much of sufferings, so much of guilt, so much of pain. Only one layer of joy, that also through the pain. Only one layer of joy that also through the layers of pain. Look at the whole past, actually almost for everybody I can say, though 100%. Anybody who says my past is gold, my past is golden? No. For everybody past is more like a wound which needs to be operated or thrown out from the being. When you decide consciously to drop the past you actually can drop the past. Understand the few things you can verily drop the past. It is simply conditioning; when you understand it is a conditioning cant you drop it? When you, if you, as long as you think it is you, you can’t drop it. When you understand it is somebody else who has been forced on you, you can verily drop it, It is simple conditioning. When you decide to drop, when you decide to stop, you can simply verily drop. We are going to drop; anybody who doesn’t want to drop and keep it, can decide 😃. No it is option only, how can I decide for you to… whether to drop or not. If anybody really feels like ‘No, no, no, Swamiji it is perfectly alright, I can carry on, can decide.

Participant: So Swamiji when you say drop is it psychological connection is dropped, there’s no emotion with all the bad things HDH: Yes. Psychological. Simply psychologically, when you psychologically drop even physically the whole things changes. It can be simply be dropped. Because when you share, you emotionally also drop. Open confession is called a great technique to cross the nirvanic body. To drop the conditionings. Have you heard of the story of Valmiki? Valmiki is a great saint, respected saint. One of the great epics of India is written by him. He is the great author and he is a rishi. He underwent this open convention, open confession. He has done all sorts of criminal activities and all sorts of sins. At one time, the Narada encountered Valmiki and asked, “What are your doing, do you know?” Valmiki told, “I am perfectly alright.” Then Narada says, “None of your family people will share your sins, go and ask.” He goes and asks everybody. Nobody is ready to share his sins. Finally he came and confesses everything to Narada. When he confessed something has broken in him, something has transformed his life, something has touched him. Then Narada initiates him, blesses him, then the hunter dies and Valmiki is born. I can say at least twenty to thirty masters have been created by this open confession. People who have confessed, they have grown out of the thing. People who have just kept it inside they lived their own way.

You have attained the fruit of writing. You see, when you write like this, many understandings descend on you. That is just for those understandings we make you write. You come up on so many new understandings, so many new dimensions. You see, if I would have taught him that these are all self created, people will think, ‘Oh Swami is making fun of our pains.’ But when you understand, it becomes a great understanding. So I create a situation in which you can understand, the understanding can happen to you. If I say readymade solution what you think, ‘aah alright, anyhow we have come these two days let us listen what he says.’ But when it happens to you, the understanding, it stays with your permanently, it stays with you totally - ‘it is all self created.’ There is no right, no wrong in the existence. Only one thing which makes you totally blissful, not joyful, which makes you blissful, will make always others also blissful, that is what is right, that’s all. There is no right, no wrong. Whenever it is joyful it is different, when it is blissful it will make others also blissful. If it makes you only blissful and others sorrow, then you understand it is joyful not blissful, it is only joy not bliss. There is a subtle difference. Whatever makes you joyful, the path of ananda, the path of bliss, that only is right. Simply live with bliss that is the right thing. To come to this conclusions only we are searching, searching, searching. That is what I wanted every conclusion to come from your side. I am churning the milk ocean, one side devil and the other side devas. Of course not surely here. 😃 Participant: Somewhere Swami I heard, right is right, then left, left….. HDH: For you or for me. 😃 Participant: Swami one of us attended NSP, we don’t have any problem with anybody else HDH: When you have really taken the things inside, when you have dropped the conditionings and you have taken things inside.

Participant: How to conduct ourselves before a Maha purush/Mahatma? HDH: Feel the deep love that’s all. Feel a deep love in front of the Master that is enough, nothing else is needed. Nothing else needs to be done; there is no other code or conduct to be conducted. Many people come and tell Me, many people come in front of Me, they do all sorts of that “adi vinaya durtha lakshana”, adi vinaya durtha lakshana means showing too much of humility but I can always see, the fellows who show too much of humility only cunning fellows. Real innocent people, they do not even bother; they come and directly sit in the seat in which I am sitting, just next to Me. And I always found, these people, they are not only good to Me, they are good to everybody. But the people who behave all sorts of show, I’ve always seen, they know only how to act, never how to be. So there’s no need to know how to act; just be, that’s enough. At least real Master never asks all these things. In our ashram we have a chair, even in the laughing temple, everywhere people come, I give always chair for the people , they sit and talk to Me. Some of the, who is a so called math adhipathi actually called Me. Because he is an elderly man I also went, ‘Oh, he is calling let Me go and give My respects.’ Then he advised Me, “I heard that you touch the peoples feet and heal whenever somebody comes with a leg pain or the problem with the leg” You will see that automatically a old poor lady every day morning hundreds of people come for healing, the villagers, old poor lady, people who are sick, people who can’t go to the hospital or people who are allergic for the medicines. People who are not healed by the, people with whom the medicines have not worked. So many people will come. I will just get down from My seat and hold their hands, hold their legs and heal. So he heard about it and he sent a word and he called Me and told, “What, I heard that you get down from your that peetam”, peetam means it is like a throne, seat. It is a throne on which I sit and heal the people, do the healing or anything. It is called dhyanapeetam, that is the seat. So “I heard that you get down from the peetam and touch the peoples feet to heal. We are not supposed to do. It is according to the rules it is prohibited. You should not give equal chair for the people. These are all will reduce the grade of the peeta or matha, mutt.” All these things he was advising. Just I told him only one word, “Just because of My compassion and love and the healing I got the peetam, not the peetam has got Me.” I got the peetam because of My love and compassion and the healing, not because of any rules and regulations, not because of any this foolish things. So not only now, I will continue to be like this, don’t be hold on to that seat or the peetam or the throne. It is just the people who are so called people, only they create all these rules and all these regulations and all these, what to say the, dead, dry, dull rituals.

A small strory, Ramana Maharishi’s life. One foreigner went to Ramanashram and he was trying to sit, because he had a knee pain he tried to put a small stool and sit on that. Some of the disciples shouted, “Oh you cannot sit in front of Bhagwan on a stool. You have to sit only on the ground.” Bhagwan just showed his hand up and laughed. Above on the roof, it’s a thatched roof, on that one stick, one monkey was sitting just exactly on the head of the Bhagawan, “What can you do about this monkey, he is just sitting right on my head.” So, all this codes and methods of conducting all these things are just foolishness. I don’t see any juice in it. You see when you have that tears of love, tears of gratitude in your eyes, that is the real thing, that is the real way to conduct yourself in the presence of the Master, nothing else. Participant: So these mantras that they say “Bhagwan Para Brahma” HDH: Ah that’s ah you raised, those things you see when it is done consciously, they have a great result. It again and again and again makes you remember the great truths, because remembrance is a great thing which is necessary for your life, for your being.

Participant: Yesterday you were saying that the ring master is like…… HDH: He just kills you, your whole past is killed, your whole past is destroyed. That is what I am going to do now. When you are ready it can simply happen even consciously. The whole past will be killed, you will be nobody; you will not be the same person as you entered inside. If you are the same person as you entered inside - money back. 😃 You see if you really understand now all these things whatever is taught and whatever is spoken, will you be the same person when you go back? No, you will never be the same person, you cannot be the same person. So naturally that is what they call, when you meet the Master you are reborn, “dwija” second born. There are three types of garbha, one is the moola garbha, bhugarbha, the garbha which is carried in the womb, ordinary garbha, you give birth to kid, you give birth to a child. Next is hridgharba, hrudaya garbha. If you carry a great ideology in your heart you give birth to a book or a painting. Rabindranath Tagore’s Geetanjali, Ravi Verma’s paintings, they are all from hridgarbha, hrudaya garbha. If you carry the Master’s presence or the mediation in the sahasrara you give birth to yourself jnanagarbha. So the Master just totally destroys your past, totally makes you drop from the past and makes you start living as a new being. A total disconnection from the past only can help you to grow; no question of evolution, it is only revolution. Evolution can never happen, only revolution can do anything. So just drop from your past, decide totally consciously drop from your past and simply start living the new way of life never tell, ‘Oh I understand everything, I do not know how to put the whole thing in practice’, no. Simply throw the old personality, don’t respect him, don’t respect the old habits, don’t respect the old body, don’t respect the old mind, don’t respect the old conditionings. Simply decide this is the way I am going to live tomorrow onwards, this is the way I will live, over.

A small story, which is a very powerful story. Once there was a rat in a palace of a king. So he wants to kill that rat. One day he called a soldier to kill that rat. When the soldier entered the room, suddenly from somehow that rat jumped on his face, so he lost his balance, got frightened and ran away, ran out of the room and started shouting to the king, “No, no, no king it is too big, it cannot be killed, I don’t think the rat can be killed by anybody, I am totally shaken.” And seeing the frightened feeling or the shivering shape of the soldier, king got frightened. ‘Oh this rat is something totally different. I do not know what to do.’ Then the palace cat was called and ordered, ‘Go and kill that rat.’ But for the palace cat also the soldier told, “You see, don't think it is ordinary rat, I went and totally I was shaken. I have come back. So be careful.” Anyhow the palace cat got ready with all his paraphernalia, after having two three days of exercise and went to the gym, having special diet 😃 So the final day came for the fight. It entered the room. Again the rat jumped on the cat's face and cat totally got frightened and lost its balance and ran away, came out. So now the rat has become challenge for the whole country; even the palace cat could not do anything about it. So they announced in the whole country, anybody who kills that rat will be given a special prize. So every cat was brought, but every cat knows that palace cat itself could not do anything. So two-three cats went inside and tried, came out. A village old man had one cat. He said why not let me tell my cat, he asked the cat, “Will you do?” He said “Why not? Let us go.” He brought the cat; the cat was looking very thin, lean. Of course this man has nothing to feed the cat. So he let the cat inside. The cat went, simply killed the rat and came out. The king asked the cat “how did you do? Even palace cat could not do. You are such a, how did you have the courage” and all this that things, they have just pampered the cat and asked how did you do. The cat said, “What? I am a cat, simply I can catch the rat, over. I am a cat, it is my nature to kill the rat, over.”

So simply your bothering about the things only makes the things worse. It is you who pours the negativity. Decide you are a cat, you can kill the rat; nothing, nothing more than that. Don’t bother about old experiences, you always think, “No, last time also I tried to stop smoking but nothing worked, I think this time I do not know how will be, the same thing only is going to happen, maybe.” Don’t have all those past things, even that is past. Even the idea, ‘last time I failed’ is also a past. Drop, cut from the very root, drop from the very root. Even the idea that you have failed is nothing but the past.

Somebody came and told Me, “Swamiji, in last one year alone 27 times I stopped smoking”, it is just the past. Of course it is you who give energy to it, not past has got energy. Past is just dead, it is you who decide. There is a great technique in the Vedanta to cut yourself from the past. It is the ritual done at the time of sanyas. Don’t worry I am not going to give sanyas to you all, but the portion of ritual done at the time of sanyas, at the time of the sanyas, the last layer… See actually this last layer, cosmic layer needs a total disconnection from the past and when you have finished all these seven layers, the final touch will be given by the Master’s grace. Actually that is what happens, when you put your whole effort, finally Master gives his grace. When you open, throw everything, the master will be there to heal the things. When you undergo all these seven layers the final touch is by the Masters grace. Now, this… we are going to have only these two sessions. Session of cutting down from the past and the Masters grace. One thing ma, when you are totally satisfied you will not ask for the other, you will not need the other. Of course you will give your love or the feeling or the being to the other but you will not crave for the other. Even the other is there or not you will be totally joyful, ecstatic. When the other is there you will share your being, when the other is not there you are perfectly alright. But as long as you feel the necessity for the other, be very clear, neither you are satisfied nor he is satisfied. Many, many, many women undergo this. Many don’t express child abuse. Many women even in India, many women undergo, nobody speaks. These elderly people, adults, don’t have any other way or means to catharsis their emotions. They just go on use the kids and how much this disturbs the kids they don’t understand. It is almost psychologically, no not killing, handicapped, they are making them handicapped. Killing is no problem, once for all finished… making them psychologically handicapped.

Alright., the Masters love, the greatest medicine which can heal the past, the Masters grace which can really heal the total past which can totally cut yourself from the past and give you the new birth, the reborn – dwija . At the time of sanyas, a homa, a fire ritual is done, I’ll try to explain, to cut totally yourself from the past. That’s actually a, the ultimate initiation. The last initiation. Let Me explain the whole initiation. First the mantras are chanted which means “I am burning all my past, my ideas of relationship, my ideas about the desires, my ideas about the worries, my ideas about the depression, my ideas about the rajas, rajas means the aggressiveness, all my ideas one by one they narrate and they just burn the whole thing into the fire. Once they finish the burning, they feel so refreshed; actually it happens. When you do it consciously, it just happens, totally you are cleansed, you are out of it. When you finished burning, when you are cut from the past totally… and there is a one more, there are few rules, once that final ritual is over in the sanyas, the traditional sanyas, even the paste or brush which you used yesterday will not be used. Let Me explain about My sanyas. I had My sanyas in the bank of Ganges, Ganga in Calcutta. The man who gave sanyas is not enlightened but the man of high tapas, a very elderly person. Maybe I think when I met him he was 93, he passed away, he passed away in six months. I think I am the last person who received sanyas from him, maybe few, one or two more. Elderly man who is continuously used to do tapas, the meditation. According to sanyas ritual, we take bath in the Ganga, first we do the fire homa, burning everything and then just we take bath in Ganga and come without any clothes just a, as we are born, then when we come and fall at the feet of the master, he just gives a this robe, this cloth, he puts one robe around the hip and blesses us with a new name, the new name - to signify the past is dead, you are no more a old person, they get the new name, they are given a new name. See, the new identity, the new name does miracles because you totally disconnect yourself from the past. Continuously remembering that new name has got a great effect, has got the great feeling. It just totally makes you feel you are new born; you are somebody who is new. You are totally somebody who is really fresh and alive.

So now let Me explain the mantras. You will all burn, you are going to do that. Actually we are going to burn all your past, all your desires, all your worries, all your guilt, all your pain, all your so called joys; every layers I’ll just burn. Consciously totally put it in the fire, you will see you are cut, the whole past is cut. You totally disconnect yourself from the past; really, this is the way to come out of the cosmic layer. All the… the nirvanic layer, all the seven layers. Finally, the final touch, the Master’s grace or the Masters blessings. I think we will enter into the meditation, when we finish the meditation then we’ll see about the next step. I am going to read few mantras, then I will explain, then I will give you the instruction. It means… there are so many things included in this. Let Me give you what actually you wanted, because in this they say the, let us purify the whole world, let us purify the whole universe. Of course when you are purified the whole world is purified. Understand you are going to cut from, disconnect yourself from the past, consciously, totally. Don’t think how imagination can work for me. Imagination can do miracles. Sit for few minutes and imagine all your wounds, all your suffering, all your guilt, all your pain, all your tears, all your joy, whatever your had, all your desires, all your karmas. In the color of black bring it to the papers which you have in your hands. If you want now you can sit and read the whole thing once so that it will be easy for you to remember. One by one, when you read, relive with you, just relive the pain, relive the desire, relive the guilt, relive the past. From first line to last line read by yourself, read it for you, relive the whole past. The gist of your whole life. Just as you undergo before your death, undergo totally from desire, guilt, pain and pleasure. One by one from first step to last step, first undergo all the desires, then undergo all the guilt, then undergo all the pain, then undergo all the pleasures. Relive every moment vividly, as deeply as possible. Only when you leave the karmas, it can leave you. Otherwise it will be a just a hangover in you. When you really live it… Reliving is relieving. So take your own time, put all your emotion and imagination. Relive the whole thing step by step, one by one. Very slowly, as slowly as possible, as deeply as possible. No urgency, take your own time and live it, only then you can really leave it. Live totally all the desires, all the guilt, bring back and live with full emotion. Relive the whole scene, undo it and live the moments of pain, live the moments of pleasure, undergo deeply. Have the notebook in your hand. Whatever you have lived, feel the whole negativity or the karma is collected in the notebook. Once you have lived, feel it is already in the notebook. So when you finish the meditation, the whole past should be in the notebook. Start. My blessings.

We’ll start on the next layer. Next layer is the closest, greatest friend, worry, and depression. Let us work on the layer of blackhole. Have you heard of that phenomena? In Veda, in Rigveda, very clearly the phenomena of blackhole is mentioned. You need to understand few things on darkness, then you’ll be able to enter into the core meditation. You see, each and everyone of us, by our own nature, we have a layer of darkness around us. This body is called etheric body the layer of darkness around our being. Can you, you see, whenever your energy is up your body is ready, you feel excited, you enjoy the world everything. Whenever your body needs a rest, automatically mind is pulled down and inserted into the etheric body. It’s like a cell when it is just discharged, that cell is taken out inserted into the recharger. The recharging time, the recharging time, there is a, a particular time for recharging. Same way, after your rounding or excitement, after your enjoyment your mind will be automatically pulled because your body needs the rest and it’ll be inserted in the etheric body, into your darkness, but you don’t want to rest in the darkness. What you want to do? Continuously you want to jump around.

When you fight with the darkness, when you don't want to rest in the darkness, till you get recharged that recharging period of half an hour or one hour, when you fight with the darkness, you create side-effects which is called depression and worry. The depression is a natural phenomena which is supposed to happen, it’s actually rest. The nature gives you the rest. Nature gives rest to your energy. If you really get depressed, you [technical glitch] technique of how to really get excited. A man who can’t get depressed can never get excited, understand.

If you know how to travel with the low mood, low curve, then you’ll know how to fly with the high mood. If you don’t know how to travel with the low curve, low mood, you will never be able to go to the peak of the high mood also. Darkness is the etheric body. Darkness is the place where (technical glitch) Darkness is the place where you get rejuvenated.

Darkness, darkness is the layer which we are going to work. Darkness is the layer from which actually you receive energy. Why the sleeping is so refreshing? It totally refreshes your body. You are actually plugged inserted into the etheric body, inserted into the darkness. There is a layer of darkness; it is called Kala/karana Shareera, the etheric body, darkness layer. Two things happens when you cooperate with the darkness. One thing: you don’t resist with depression. You don’t create depression at all. Depression can never depress you, if you simply depress the depression.

As long as you resist with it only, it is depression. When you allow it, it is a rest. It’s a deep rest. It is just, you are with yourself. If you don’t want to be there, but you’ll be pulled to be in that mood, then you fight with it, then you name it depression, worry, suffering, everything… only when you don’t want to be in that mood. Whenever you are called, whenever you are summoned, come and be there. Many times you will be summoned even in your house! You will be in the office, suddenly you will have a call, “come immediately, to the home.” Whenever you are summoned, simply oger, obey the order, then you will not have any problem. Just know how to travel with the depression, with the darkness. Even the depression word is a very condemning word.
Participant: Can you explain it with one example Swami?
HDH: Ah, you see, whenever you have a weekend, you just go around, enjoy everything. Everything is over. When you come to the house or when you uh, get up for the next day, next day morning your body and the mind will have the hangover, it will feel like as if it wants to rest. It doesn’t wants to move anywhere. It just wants to lie down, rest. Your mind doesn’t want to work. But what you do? You forcibly say: “No, let us go and enjoy something more, something else.” When you forcibly bring it out, without inserting or letting yourself in the etheric body, etheric body is the, like a recharger, recharger. Just exactly the same philosophy. Cell getting discharged and it’ll be just removed and put inside for recharging. But the cell is not ready to wait even until the time it get, gets recharged. It just again wants to jump into the toy and play with the toy.
So, when you don’t let the recharging happen, when you just resist with the recharging process, then what you create is depression. If you don’t resist and if you allow the process to happen for few moments, then depression will drop you. You see, once the battery is charged, it’ll be simply thrown out. Then you will have the total energy to have the ultimate excitement. Ah yes.
Participant: Is there a way to reduce the recharging things? Is there a way to reduce the time of this recharging periods. Is every person different in terms of non…

HDH: No, it differs. The time differs for every person. Time differs for every person. But once you know the knack of how to cooperate the charging process, then the time will reduce, the quality will improve. The time will reduce, the quality will improve. So it is the knack, to cooperate, the method to cooperate with the darkness. See, this is the darkness, the ultimate darkness. If you allow yourself to be recharged for a few minutes, you will come out of the depression. If you allow yourself to be recharged, if you cooperate with this darkness, you will come out of the sleep. If you totally work on the darkness you will come out of the death; because all these 3 are the same expression or same, ah what to say the name of the darkness.

Understand, depression, sleep… depression, deep sleep, death, all these 3 things, are the outcome of the same darkness layer. If you know how to work with the darkness in the ordinary life, the depression will disappear. The low curve will be very small. The, ah in your regular life, the sleep - the quantity will reduce and the quality will become deep. The third thing, very death, the fear of death or the death experience as you think will disappear. You will not fall in coma before you die. You will, you can consciously die. As on now, 99% of us die only falling in coma. It is the worst death you can have. Falling in coma and dying. It is a high pain, don’t think coma means you don’t have the pain. You have the pain, from outside you don’t feel the pain, inside it will be excruciating. You see, when the pain becomes too much, you have your own inbuilt system of pain-killer to make you forget the pain. That is the coma system. Coma is the inbuilt pain-killer system. Am I right?

Ah, you see, why do you condemn so much about the laziness? You have a very deep hatred towards laziness. If you actually stop hating the laziness, laziness will disappear from you. You see, when some guest comes to your house, if you do everything this, that, front, back you are running around here and there, you are preparing all the things, you do everything. Will he leave? He will never but if you just don’t care at all what will happen? Naturally…

A small story 😃 Once our Moork went to his friend’s house. The friend is very … ah cunning fellow but diplomatic. Diplomacy and cunningness goes hand in hand. Can always find the people who are innocent, they will never be diplomatic. They do not know what is diplomacy and all these things. But cunning guys, they know the diplomacy. Athi vinayam doortha lakshanam. There is a Sanskrit proverb. Athi vinayam doortha lakshanam. The cunning fellows they know the diplomacy. That guy, he somehow wants to drive away our moork. And that guy suddenly called his wife: “Bring coffee.” The wife came and told: “There is no sugar, no milk, nothing is in the house.” Then this fellow got, got up and gave a good kick to her. “What you fool, you don’t know how to behave, how to treat the guests. You don’t have anything. What is this, is this the way to receive my friend? Is this the way to take care of him? Is this the way to treat the guest?” He started shouting and beating. She started weeping and wailing. Of course, must be that lady of old age… olden time.

You see, uh, this guy started beating, she started weeping. Then that Moork felt “oh, she” he said “No, no, sorry, sorry, don’t worry, just because of me only all this problem. Don’t worry. It is time for me also, I am also, I am also supposed to go for another one function. Let me go.” He just started moving towards the outside. Somehow he just went out. Then the, this guy told: “See, did I do a right drama and sent him out?” She said: “No, no, no, no, I only wept properly and sent him out.” This fellow said: “You see I acted as if I have beaten you and he has ran away.” She said: “No, no, no, no, I acted as if I am crying, that’s why he ran away. That fellow, the guy who has gone out, he came inside and started telling: “You see, I acted as if I have gone but I have come back!!!! 😃
You beat as if you beat. She cries as if she cries. This fellow goes as if he goes and comes back. Whenever you don’t take care of the guest, he simply disappears. The same way, when laziness comes, don’t mind, don’t too much pamper him or don’t even resist him. Just don’t bother. Don’t even have the, drop the idea that you are lazy. If it is there, let it be there, if it is not there, let it not be there. Then you will see it disappears.
Participant: So should we get up from the bed or not? 😃

HDH: Don’t get up from the bed. Don’t get up from the bed, but don’t continuously brood over.
Participant: I am not really clear with the process of recharging. I mean physically.
HDH: Physically, when you are excited ma, your other layer energy works. Whenever your body needs the uh, rest, but if your mind is continuing the excited mood, your body cannot rest, you will not allow your mind to rest, your body to rest. So your mind itself will be pulled inside and inserted into the etheric layer, the darkness layer. So your mind itself will not work, your mind itself will not be active; unless your mind is blacked, you cannot, your body will not be blacked, you will not let your body to be blacked. So your mind will be pulled and inserted into the blackhole, the darkness layer, the etheric body layer. That is the moment if you resist with that moments, then you think, “Oh, I have depression.” You create depression by thinking that you have depression. If you don’t resist with that moment, that you will simply go inside and come out with full energy and rejuvenate, rejuvenated feeling. So it will be more like a rest, than the depression.
Participant: So what if husband and wife, they are different.. Yeah the body tells them you know at different stage; husband can do more but wife is not able to keep up.

HDH: Ah you see, at those times, each one should act like a mother to other. Mother to other. There’s a beautiful, uh, sloka, which is chanted at the time of marriage. Most of you doesn’t know what you chant at the time of marriage.
Participant: Nobody knows.
HDH: Nobody knows. That’s what only purohits get married, never husbands; only that guys, they put the mangalsutra, never the husbands. Because these fellows don’t even know what they are chanting and don’t even understand what they are doing. There is a Mantra, which says, “Let the wife become the mother of the husband. Let the husband become the father of the wife.” At some moments you need to become more like a mother, more like a father, understandings other, understanding the other’s problems. You see, for that you need to understand your problems. Only when you can forgive you, you can forgive others. Only when you accept you, you can accept others. Only when you understand your problems, you can understand others problems. At those times naturally the other one should be more like a father or the mother.

Now let us enter into the layer of darkness, the etheric body. No, no band. Second session only band, because you need to throw out all the other colors from your mind. Do one thing. Please listen, I think you can now see the instructions, see the way in which I am doing. You need to chant ooooo. Let me show you ‘OOOO….’ You will continuously push the air out as much as possible. Don’t breathe in, continuously push all the air out as deeply as possible, then again start pushing the air out. Your body will breathe by it - yourself, by itself. Let me show you ‘OOO’…’OOO’…’OOO’…

In that small gap which I gave, body took the air by itself. So you put all your effort just to throw out the air, throw out everything with that ‘OOO’ sound. O-O-O ‘OOO’ sound. Throw the things out totally. When I say stop, after stopping, I’ll just guide you into meditation. You’ll be made to meditate inside a cave, you will visualize a cave, a dark cave, inside that you’ll be sitting and meditating. You’ll be meditating in meditation so layer into the layer. Then you’ll be able to enter into the layer of darkness. So please sit with your eyes closed. All lights switch off. Now you can tie the ribbons.

Visualize a deep forest. A big deep forest, center of the forest a big mountain. In that mountain there's a deep dark cave. You are sitting inside the cave; visualize all the four walls of the cave. It's a cave in one rock, see the ceiling of the cave is also rock. Just a deep darkness; soothing, relaxing, joyful, darkness. Comfortable darkness. You feel totally comfortable and secured with that darkness. You are alone sitting and meditating. Feel the darkness is covered by darkness.

Just darkness is covered by darkness. Darkness is totally drowned in darkness. You are just in your mother's womb, the same comfortable darkness. Feeling of utter relaxation, utter rest. No responsibilities, total comfortable peaceful darkness. You're sitting inside the dark cave and meditating on the darkness. Feel the cave. Visualize yourself inside the cave. Visualize, you are comfortably sitting and meditating in the deep darkness.

Let your whole being vibrate with that one mantra, darkness. Except that one word darkness no other word should be there in your mind. Feel in your navel center, feel in your navel the only one word darkness, the darkness, the darkness. Visualize very clearly you are sitting inside a forest, in a mountain cave; inside the cave you are sitting and meditating on darkness. You have just connected to the darkness of the universe, the darkness from which the universe is born. Darkness of your mother's womb from which you are born. You are just filled with that alive darkness, comfortable, joyful darkness, peaceful darkness. No other thought, just darkness. Become the darkness, feel the whole thing is just darkness. Your body has disappeared in darkness.

Penetrate into the deeper and deeper layer of darkness. Just become thick dark, pitch dark; except darkness nothing else. Total dark, the whole space is filled with deep darkness. It is much more intense, it is much more dense than Earth itself. Just taste the experience of deep peaceful darkness. Touch the core of darkness, meditate on the deepest core of darkness. It is just darkness. You are breathing the darkness in, filling the darkness in. You are breathing out the darkness.

AUM Shanti, Shanti, Shantihi. Relax. You can open your eyes. Please this next half an hour also try to spend just with darkness. Carry the darkness in you, the soothing healing darkness, the darkness of the mother's womb, Darkness of the deep comfort, rest, relaxation and darkness of no responsibility. Darkness of freedom. Just carry this darkness of rest with you, carry this silence allow this darkness to work in you, its more energy.

Sit for few minutes and imagine all your wounds, all your suffering, all your guilt, all your pain, all your tears, all your joy, whatever your had, all your desires, all your karmas. In the color of black bring it to the papers which you have in your hands. If you want now you can sit and read the whole thing once so that it will be easy for you to remember. One by one, when you read, relive with you, just relive the pain, relive the desire, relive the guilt, relive the past. From first line to last line read by yourself, read it for you, relive the whole past. The gist of your whole life.

Just as you undergo before your death, undergo totally from desire, guilt, pain and pleasure. One by one from first step to last step, first undergo all the desires, then undergo all the guilt, then undergo all the pain, then undergo all the pleasures. Relive every moment vividly, as deeply as possible. Only when you leave the karmas, it can leave you. Otherwise it will be a just a hangover in you. When you really live it… Reliving is relieving. So take your own time, put all your emotion and imagination. Relive the whole thing step by step, one by one. Very slowly, as slowly as possible, as deeply as possible. No urgency, take your own time and live it, only then you can really leave it. Live totally all the desires, all the guilt, bring back and live with full emotion. Relive the whole scene, undo it and live the moments of pain, live the moments of pleasure, undergo deeply. Have the notebook in your hand. Whatever you have lived, feel the whole negativity or the karma is collected in the notebook. Once you have lived, feel it is already in the notebook.
