+ | I will try to share a few ideas on the science of enlighten management Lord Krishna’s way. Then we’ll try to internalize these ideas through questioning. Because unless we question, we won’t internalize. Let’s question those ideas and see what comes out of. It’s like a churning process, just like how the milky ocean was churned, whatever comes out, let’s share and enjoy. 😊 It’s time that spirituality is infused in the field of management. Not only in the field of management in all the field spirituality needs to be infused. All over the world the need for spirituality is been felt and wall street journalists writing about Bhagavad Gita. All over the world, the management gurus are turning towards the eastern ideas.
+ | |||
+ | (01:43) | ||
+ | |||
+ | The Gurus who are based in the east are well respected, received and the spiritual ideas are really not just heard it is been practised also. All over the world I’m seeing people are now really sincere about the spiritual ideas practising them because they really add something to you, they really contribute. And just last few years, I’m observing one more thing: people are not even going to the trekker kind of gurus. Ten, fifteen years ago, that was the trend. The trekkers use Yoga, all these Gita, all these ideas use and interpret in their own language. People are no longer going to these kind of gurus anymore. They want straight, authentic source, from the source.
+ | |||
+ | (02:48) | ||
+ | |||
+ | The problem is the people who are from the source they are not orators. They may be able to communicate but they are not orators. They can’t package it. But people are not bothering about the packaging now. They wanted the source, they are back to the source. I’ll try to share few ideas, few..few of My thoughts about Lord Krishna’s way of management. I can say in our tradition, Krishna is the ultimate manager. You can see His whole life was management. Everything, everything, He understood the dharma so perfectly. He has become the embodiment of dharma.
+ | Let Me define dharma: Dharma is a strong experience of conflict free inner space. Please understand. Dharma is an experience of conflict free inner space. Actually we carry two personalities, two identities. The identity which we show to the outer world, the identity which we present to the outer world as who we are or how we wanted people to understand us, how we want people to respect us, relate with us. That identity, that’s what we call ‘Ahamkar’ in sanskrit. It will always be more than what we are. What we present to the outer world, it will always be more than what we are.
+ | |||
+ | (04:25) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Please understand. Everyone of us are cooking our books. Everyone of us. No, it’s a basic truth. 😊 Everyone of us are cooking our books. The ahamkar, by its own nature will always be much more than what we are and we carry another one identity. What we believe as we, inside our inner space, that is called ‘Mamakar’. That will be always lower than what is. Please understand. The identity which you present to the outer world, how we want people to recognize us, to understand about us, how we want people should know about us, that is called ahamkar. It will always more than what we are - cooking books. And another one identity: what we believe as we are inside our inner space. When you are in your bedroom what you believe as you. When you are alone what you think about you, what you believe as you; that's what we call ‘mamakar’. It will always be lower than what you are.
+ | That is why constant struggle, guilt, trying to develop constant suffering, that’s what I call - hell. Hell is not geographical, it’s psychological. You don’t go to hell you carry with you. We don’t go to hell, we carry with us. 😊 Mamakar our life is nothing but a struggle between the ahamkar and mamakar. Mamakar trying to become ahankar is our life. That’s all.
+ | |||
+ | (06:13) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Please understand. Mamakar is always lower than what we are. Ahamkar is always more than what we are. So, constantly, we show to the outer world more than what we are. And constantly we believe ourself less than what we are. The struggle between these two is our life. When this struggle ends, when this conflict ends, when we live conflict free, we are in dharma. We are centered in dharma.
+ | Dharma is conflict free life, pure inner space where the conflict between ahamkar and mamakar does not exist. Suddenly you see, your whole life is different. You attract different situations in your life and you handle the situations in a completely different way. You can see that whole drama in Krishna’s life, the whole thing, I can say Krishna’s whole life if I have to describe in one line -’The pure romance with existence’.
+ | |||
+ | (07:32) | ||
+ | |||
+ | He was in the pure romance, even when He was in the war, when He was driving the chariot of Arjuna, He was in pure romance because He is established. Pure romance is what I call Bhakti. Romance without any form or name. Romance not directed towards one object, it was overflowing energy. When you are conflict free, when there is no conflict between ahamkar and mamakar, suddenly you know how to manage everything. The management can never be taught. That’s the truth. It can never be taught. But you can learn. It’s like swimming, swimming can never be taught but you can learn. Krishna's way of management can never be taught, it can be learnt. You can just say the expressions, few expressions of Krishna’s inner space, maybe you can fake it and make it. You can fake those few expressions and make the experience.
+ | |||
+ | (08:45) | ||
+ | |||
+ | That’s the only way we can pick up the science of Enlighten management. If you look little deep the Krishna’s life filled with conflicts, filled with complications, filled with problems. But He was a living example or I can say He is an experience of what is He expressed in Gita. Whatever He expressed - ‘Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana’. So many ideas He is expressing, He is an experience, He is an embodiment of all those expressions.
+ | If we can't, at least I can’t teach you all those expressions. Maybe if you catch any one expression and try to fake it. It...in the initial level, it will be like a faking only. That’s what we call practicing. Any practice is faking which is not there you are trying to practice. You are trying to practice, maybe by faking, you’ll make it. You will start experiencing it.
+ | |||
+ | (09:59) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Even one expression, if it leads you to the experience, you’ll be able to experience all the expressions. That is why I Am saying, “It can’t be taught. It can only be learnt”. You can’t teach all the dimensions of Krishna’s experience, expressions. Krishna is expressing so many wonderful ways. I don’t think we can teach all the expressions. Each incident if you pick up and study, you’ll see a different lesson and if you study after a few years, after you grow, you will see a different lesson. It’s like a…. the Krishna’s life and the teachings it has many different layers. Which...from which layer you start seeing, you connect. From that layer you’ll start understanding, you’ll relate with it, you will start experiencing. I’ll try to share the basic truth, the inner space of Krishna. Whatever I’ve experienced or I’ve understood, try….try to experiment with this idea, try to play with this idea. There’s every chance a new door can open inside your being, new experience can happen inside your being. Whatever is Krishna’s expressions, all those expressions can start expressing through your being.
+ | |||
+ | (11:36) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Just only one simple technique because there are so much to talk about Krishna, you can’t. The whole India is talking about Krishna for last five thousand years. They have not done anything else except talking about Krishna. The whole India, go to north India every street you will see Bhagavata katha, Bhagavata jnana vinaya going on. Whole India and nobody is able to impress the human consciousness like Krishna. I’ll try to express and explain one simple technique to reach that inner space of Krishna. Establishing yourself in dharma, establishing in the conflict free inner space As I was explaining you have two identities: one is ahamkar which you present to the outer world and one is mamakar which you believe as you. As I was telling one is always more than what we are, the other one is always lower than what we are, means both are illusory.
+ | |||
+ | (12:45) | ||
+ | |||
+ | They are not real, they are not real, they are not solid experience of you. Somehow you started believing in the ahamkar and mamakar as you. Continuously the thoughts which are happening inside us, you start connecting some thoughts and start giving meaning to it. For example if you believe your whole life is a suffering. Usually when I ask people, “How are you?” People say, “No, no, no, even my enemy should not suffer like me”. Everybody starts their biography, nobody in the world does suffered like me. If you start believing, even in that you want to be the peak. Even in suffering you want to be the peak. If you start believing your life is a suffering you wait for that kind of incidents to happen in your life. You don’t remember anything else except suffering. You’ll be just waiting. You create a shaft out of the talks and experience which happens in your life.
+ | |||
+ | (14:02) | ||
+ | |||
+ | So many incidents are happening in your life, so many things are happening in your life but you wait, you wait, pickup the only incidents which confirms your faith. Whatever you believe about you, the incidents or the thoughts or the ideas, or the experiences which confirms your belief. You pick up those thoughts and connect. You say, “Yes, you see I told you my life is suffering. Whatever I touch will go like this only. How many times I told see it’s happening”. You confirm again and again by picking up that kind of experiences and creating a shaft. That’s what I call pain shaft. We’ve very strong pain shaft in our being. You are waiting for pain. Please understand. We are all waiting for pain. We are just waiting for painful experiences. If it does not happen, we have painful memories in our stock, we take them and start cherishing. We have enough stock, we take them out and start cherishing.
+ | |||
+ | (15:20) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Whatever we believe as our life, as our being, we again and again reinforce, we again and again strengthen. You see the basic instinct is...basic instinct of human being is adding to whatever you believe as you. That’s why if we believe we are human beings, we create more human beings. Whatever we think as we, whatever we believe as we, we try to reproduce. Person who is in the field of the politics, he try to create, reproduce more politicians. Just like in spiritual life, he tries to create more and more spiritual people. Whatever you believe as you, you try to reproduce and you have a confidence anything reproduced by you will always be lower than you. So you feel superior by reproducing more and more pieces or things like you are in the space in which you are staying. If you believe your life is a suffering, constantly you attract this kind of thoughts, ideas, experiences and strengthen it. That’s what I call pain shaft.
+ | |||
+ | (16:42) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Sometimes, very rarely we believe our life is a joy, very rarely we believe our life is a joy by reading these positive thinking and all these kinds of books. Please understand, I’m not going to be teaching you positive thinking. No. I think, I’ve seen many time, after reading the books like - How to stop worrying, start living, one more worry you add how to stop worrying…. One more worry is added to our being. Till we read the book, we had ten worries, now we have eleventh worry. How to stop worrying? And positive thinking is impossible. Please understand. Krishna doesn’t talk, not only He doesn’t talk, He doesn't acknowledge positive thinking.
+ | Throughout the Gita the idea of positive thinking is never encouraged and in our Vedic science we never encourage positive thinking. No upanishad talks about positive thinking. Only the later some of the traditions have started talking positive thinking. It’s like the whole thinking is waste. There’s no such things as positive and negative. Either you are in a complete, conflict free inner space or you are in confusion. There is no question of positive thinking and I want you to know about this Dale Carnegie. How many of you have read this book that he has ...he wrote : “How to win friends and influence people” and “How to Stop worrying start living”. Dale Carnegie, how many of you read these books?
+ | |||
+ | (18:16) | ||
+ | |||
+ | I want you to know one more important truth. Next to bible his Book have been printed and sold. Next to bible means second messiah, practically. Next to Bible in that book “How to win friends and influence people”. He talks about how to avoid suicidal tendencies and another one book - how to win...how to start living and start... how to stop worrying and start living. In that book only he talks about how to come out of suicidal tendencies. In this book “How to win friends and influence people”, he talks about how to have a romantic, loving relationship with your wife. This is the main theme of these two book. Any of you read his biography? He committed suicide because he was not able to live with his wife. No, it’s the truth, it’s a fact. I’m shocked to see the second messiah; means he himself is not able to practice what he is teaching. Actually it’s very easy to become a philosopher in the west. All you need to do is talk about the problem in a very beautiful way.
+ | |||
+ | (19:30) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Explain, explain, explain in a very lucid, beautiful way about the problem, never give solution. See, When you talk about the problem which you experience in a very big way, you feel very comfortable. You feel very connected. Bch.. yes he knows what I’m going through but you never bother whether you have something for it, some solution. You feel very consoled. People want only consolation,they don’t want solution. Actually people want only consolation. They want to know that other person is also in the same plane. They want to know everybody understands what I'm going through. They want only support not solution. So if you want to become a philosopher very easy. Just talk beautiful, use all kinds of words to express the problem, to explain the problem. Never give solutions.
+ | |||
+ | (20:29) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Second thing: whatever you can’t practice, give a solution…. These two... enough. You will see, you become a big Philosopher. And third you need to hide that you are not able to practice. That’s another one thing. I think it is very easy. Only thing is you should not appear and give public lectures. Dale Carnegie is always afraid of giving public lectures. He says, “The people will find out I am not the person as I’m expressing myself in the book”. He was afraid. He says when people read my books, they have an idea about me. When they see and hear about...when they hear me directly, when they listen to me directly the idea changes. Because when you are sitting and talking, your body language will clearly express. That is why in our tradition, we never believed in reading. We always believed in hearing.
+ | |||
+ | (21:29) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Listening.. smruti...the shruti, sorry listening shruti. Listening is God in our tradition. Just listening. Listening means what? The person who is sitting and talking you know you can see his body language, whether he is confident about what he is talking. You can see whether he has experienced or not. I always tell people, it’s not what I’m talking, it is the confidence which I’m expressing in My body language. The courage which is being expressed in the eyes. That will take these words and give you a direct experience. There’s a beautiful expression, in the sanskrit. Three words: Shravana, Manana, Nididhyasana. Shravana means listening. Manana means contemplating, internalizing. Nididhyasana means expressing, living it. If you listen the truths from a Living Master, you don’t need the second step internalizing. The power of the Master, the power, the confidence which he radiates, when you listen, sitting the confidence, the energy, the courage which He radiates will directly make you internalize those words. You don’t need to internalize. He may not be expressing in a very polish language, his language will be very, he may be able to express his ideas. That’s all.
+ | |||
+ | (23:02) | ||
+ | |||
+ | That is why in Sanskrit we have something called ‘Ashapriyoga’. Rishis doesn’t have to obey the grammar. No grammar rule binds them. They can make any mistake and interpret anything in any way. It is called ashapriyoga because they are trying to express, which can’t be expressed. They’re trying to express subtle truths. So, language cannot be a one more disturbance for them. Expressing itself is a very big task. Their very body language will convey the truth, that itself is enough. Anyhow I’m not going to talk about positive thinking. Very rarely we believe life is a joy. Those moments again, the next problem immediately starts that, how long it is this going to stay? How long it is going to stay? And there is and... next immediate problem. See now if you felt some suffering, sadness or depression you never think, how long it is going to stay, it is going to go away. No. But when you feel the joy, and when you feel the conflict free inner space for a few moments, immediately you start thinking, bch I don’t know how long it is going to stay.
+ | |||
+ | (24:27) | ||
+ | |||
+ | So, you have a strong belief your inner space should be depressed. That is your nature. You feel comfortable with it. Sort of you started feeling connected to it. You feel that is your inner space. That is where you are supposed to be. You started thinking that is what is your nature. That is why when you feel a kind of a joy or bliss or ecstasy, some moments you feel in the life you start thinking, “No, no, no how long is it going to stay”. And we strongly believe if everything goes well today tomorrow is going to be worst day and we have very strong faith. We are very clear about it and we wait for some incident. If we don’t get any incident in our life, we open the newspaper and pick up from newspaper and we say, “No, no, no you see, I know, I know yesterday was so wonderful, so beautiful. I know today is going to be the worst day. Somehow I very strongly believe that, that is our nature. Anyhow whether you believe life is a pain shaft or joy shaft please understand both are lives. Because the shaft does not exist. It’s created by you. It’s created by you. Life is neither a pain shaft nor a joy shaft.
+ | |||
+ | (26:01) | ||
+ | |||
+ | It is. It is just conflict freeness. Conflict free inner space. Choicelessness is dharma. You can ask if I am choiceless how can I make decisions? It’s big problem it’s a.. “How can I make decisions?” And after all I am talking about management. Management every moment you need to take decisions. Please understand. What I am proposing may look impractical. One more thing I want to tell you if I am a sanyasi who is sitting in a forest and I am proposing, “Stop choosing; be in a choicelessness; be unclutched”. Then you can say “No, no he is a sanyasi, he is sitting in a forest, he has to live that dharma and he has to talk that dharma. It’s okay”. We can at least put up with it. Modern day we are all managing. We are all directly serving the society. Some way we are contributing. we maybe non-profit end of the day. But the whole day we are managing. Maybe the results are handed over to the society, given back to the society. But the whole day we are doing the same thing which you are doing. We have not done karma tyaga. We have done only karma phala tyaga. The results of the karma is sacrificed. But we have not done karma tyaga. We have not renounced the work itself. So, we are doing what you are doing everyday.
+ | |||
+ | (27:41) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Please understand. From My own experience I Am telling you all you need is a little courage to be in the conflict free inner space. The choiceless inner space. Suddenly you see something happens. That something only I am not able to verbalize and…. if we are able to verbalize that something long before we would have started selling Enlightenment. It’s such a strong shift in your inner space. I will try to explain this technique. Maybe you will be able to catch the truth. Catch the...catch what I am trying to express. The pain shaft or the joy shaft both are illusory, imagination which is not there which gives you the suffering or experience as if it is there. That’s what we call maya in sanskrit we have a word ‘yama iti maya’; which is not there but it makes you feel as if it is there. Which is not there but it gives you an experience of fear and greed as if it is there. This joy shaft and pain shaft both of them are not there. But which gives you the feeling as if it is there. Pain shaft gives you the fear you just want to break and come out of it. Joy shaft gives you the greed. You wanted it to be everlasting. It should be there forever. It creates fear and greed but which is not there. It’s not there but it creates fear and greed.
+ | |||
+ | (29:28) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Please understand. The wonderful technique to come out of it, I use the word ‘unclutching’. Just like a maha vakyas ‘aham Brahmasmi’ or ‘Tatvamasi’. Just like maha vakyas from vedic tradition I call this word as a maha vakya - unclutching. Continuously whatever is happening in you try to unclutch whatever you think is happening in you whether right or wrong or good or bad or anything. Please understand I talk from My own experience. The moment I use the word unclutching especially the people from the west of course we are all now mentally westerners only. Our mental setup or psychology maybe geographically we are in India but the eh.. basically what India is....is. Anyhow, the education system is western education system know best. Naturally we are placed on that education system we that kind of being. The anybody who is trying in the western education system gets the shock. They say, “What do You mean by unclutching Swamiji? What do You mean by relaxing into the choicelessness?” Please understand. I talk from My experience. Not only from My own experience I am working with thousands and thousands of disciples who are managers, who are in all fields from their experience also I tell you, when you unclutch, when you relax into the conflict free inner space suddenly your non mechanical parts of your brain is awakened.
+ | |||
+ | (31:12) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Awakening that non mechanical parts of your brain is what I call spiritual awakening. In sanskrit we use the word ‘dhee’ - pratyagatma chaitanya jagrata. Awakening the non mechanical parts of the brain. See if you’re living whatever is mechanical parts of your brain it will be functioning just by your very birth. Just because you are a human being it’ll function. First birth your physical birth it will start functioning. But if you learn the science of unclutching and relax into that silence the non mechanical parts of the brain is awakened. That’s what we call second birth ‘dvija’. Anybody who is initiated into the vedic science is called dvija -second birth. If you are initiated into the science of vedic transition we call that person as a divija, reborn.
+ | |||
+ | (32:16) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Because when you understand how to be in the space where there is no conflicts, how to be in the choicelessness the non mechanical parts of your brain is awakened - intuition. The modern day the intuitive management word has become very popular. They know only the word. We know the science. Please understand. They know only the word, we know the science. Awakening the non mechanical parts of the brain is what I call essence of this vedic science - The science of enlighten management. All you need is little courage. People ask Me, “No, no, no You say I should relax,” end of the session I will try to give you the simple technique this unclutching. I will try to give it as a technique you can practice it, anytime you need. All you need is a little courage to experiment with this technique. See any number of books, lectures cannot convince you that you can swim till you see somebody swimming. They can’t convince you, you will ask, “No, no, no how is it possible? How man can float on the water. It is impossible. No, no, no.” Let the lecturer say, “No, no move your right hand five times, move the left leg ten times.” No, you will say, “Here I’m moving twenty times but I can’t swim. I can’t float on the water.” No intellectual question can be answered about swimming.
+ | |||
+ | (34:00) | ||
+ | |||
+ | You cannot be convinced that you can float by answering the intellectual questions. You can only jump and experience. Sameway I cannot convince you you will be a better manger by relaxing into the silence. Because logically it doesn’t go. Our logic doesn't agree. What is this? I thought He will give some technique. He will some ideas how to make better decisions. He is telling us, “Be in silence. Be in choicelessness.” People always ask Me, “If I am unclutched, if I start living in choicelessness I will not work, I will not go to the job. I will just sleep.” I tell them, “How many days you can sleep? Come on tell Me, lie down, it's okay. How many days you can lie down in the bed? Not more than five, six days.” See, our body is made out of rajas, tamas and sattva. The tamas - inert feeling; rajas - restlessness, sattva - completely being balanced. Thirty three, thirty three, thirty three percent.
+ | Now you suppressed your tamas because of your restlessness. You did not give enough vacation or rest to your body. Maybe because of that when you unclutch, first few days you will feel tamasic. You may not be active. But I tell you once the tamas is exhausted in few days, just four - five days or five - six days suddenly you will see a new energy. You are totally balanced. You are working out of sattva. Waiting till the tamas exhaust and trusting the technique, living the technique even when the tamas is leaving your system is what I call tapas.
− | + | (36:05) | |
− | + | Waiting; waiting for the technique to express itself, waiting for the tech... truth to become reality in you that waiting it will not more than few days. Even if you feel lazy, tamasic, feeling like not doing anything, just relax into the choicelessness. I tell you and one more thing, I Am responsible for whatever I’m talking. I know the side effect, after effect and aftermath of this kind of teachings. I Am responsible for what I Am talking. Because I have experienced it. I’ve experimented it, all kinds of people, the different kinds of people. So, I tell you the essence of the science of enlighten management is unclutching and relaxing in the conflict free zone. I’m not even telling you to relax into that zone twenty four hours. I am telling whenever you remember, whenever you feel like it relax into the zone. It’s like whenever the suffering is too much, the torture is too much, whenever you feel suffocation you will remember, “Oh let me relax.” Whenever you remember, relax into the inner space.
− | + | (37:29) | |
− | + | I will give you the technique for how to relax into the inner space. How to rest into that inner space by unclutching. It’s a very simple method, very simple process. We don’t need to think, we don’t need to plan, we don’t need any qualification. It’s a very simple process, unclutching what we call nirvikalpa. In vedanta tradition we call that by using the word nirvikalpa. No- vikalpa without any vikalpa just being nirvikalpa. If you can relax into that inner space; into that conflict free inner space. Suddenly you will see the non mechanical parts of your brain awakening. You will start experiencing different kind of energy. That’s what we call in yogic tradition Kundalini Awakening, awakening the bio-energy, so many different words we use. See when you come to a balance suddenly you see a new light opening up. New experience happening. You don’t have to think, “No, no, no these are all only if it happens. Till then what will I do?” Please understand. It’s a very clear science, it’s a very clear science. I can say, I can clearly define please do this maximum only this many number of days are needed. This will be the experience. I can very clearly define it.
− | + | (39:13) | |
− | + | There is no need for any assumption, imagination. It’s a very clear straight forward science. All you need is little courage to experiment, play with it. In the north India I have seen, they...in the Agra area I spent nine years in walking length and breadth of India. In agra area I have seen hunters using this kind of a stick. They will put a small stick in a rope to catch birds. You may think how a bird can be caught just with this? See they will hang like this, they will hang between two trees. Bird will come and sit on one side. Immediately what will happen because of the weight it will turn. Because it turns now back….naturally bird will be hanging upside down. It will be holding the stick and hanging upside down. The poor bird can never understand if it let’s go, it can just fly. It thinks, “If I relax I may fall, I may break my head, I may die, I may suffer.” It will be just hanging. Hanging for hours and slowly the hunter will come, catch the bird and put it in the cage. Just like that bird which can’t understand if it let go it can just fly, escape.
− | + | (40:41) | |

+ | Same way we can’t understand intellectually if we relax from our mind we will become Pramahamsas. We can fly. We can just fly if we relax from the mind. See just how that bird feels, that stick is the security, the stick is the security. It doesn’t feel if it relaxes, it can fly. It feels, “No, no, no if I relax I may fall, break the head and die.” Have we heard...have we ever heard bird falling and dying? Please understand. The bird did not have...the foolish bird doesn’t have courage to relax and let go. Same way we don’t have courage to relax from our mind. We strongly believe….actually if you make your boss understand that you are important for the whole scene, if you are not there in the scene the whole thing will be collapsed. You can exploit him. Once he is convinced you can do whatever you want. Same way your mind has convinced you. The whole scene, now your mind says, “Unless I am there you can’t handle the scene.” You are convinced that your mind is an important factor, your mind is basic need. Then you are bound.
+ | |||
+ | [42:09] | ||
− | + | Please understand. You feel mind is a security. I tell you just like how that bird feels that mind is the security and hanging, the bird feels the stick is the security and it is hanging, hunter comes slowly and he takes away even from that stick. Same way whatever you feel as the security - the mind, we continuously hang. And the Yama, the death will come and he will take us away even from that. Please understand. Relax from it, you never fall, you will never disturb yourself, you will never break your head. You will just fly. You will become Pramahamsas. You will experience new inner space. Actually the bird which was caught like that but which had a courage, somehow maybe by accident or some reason it relaxed. And it understood it has not fallen, just flied, that bird is coming and now telling you relax. 😊 That bird is now coming and telling you now - Relax. I have not fallen, I have not broke My head. I only become Pramahamsa. So, relax you will only become Pramahamsa.

+ | Delegate: I was traveling in a two wheeler when I met with a road accident. So I still now don't have the confidence to travel in a bike. So whenever I go with my husband I feel that I am going to meet with an accident again. So that is the reason for..we always fight because of this.
+ | Swamiji: How many... how many years you traveled in the road last?
+ | Delegate: Yes even after the accident happened..
+ | Swamiji: No, no, how many years you traveled in the road means from your birth?
+ | Delegate: Obviously yes.
+ | Swamiji: But only one incident happened.
+ | Delegate: But that was a very major accident and..
+ | Swamiji: I understand ma I understand. I Am not assuring you it will not happen again. I Am not assuring you that. But what I Am saying just why don't you look. How many times you got into the vehicle see whenever we get into the vehicle not only you everybody has that feeling when you sit in the car or when you sit in the two wheeler, one thought, you have to suppress that thought and sit. If you have the courage to suppress that thought you are called fearless. If you don't have the courage to suppress that thought, you are person filled with fear. Otherwise the courageous person..see the exact incident itself cannot be managed but the inner space can be managed. I tell you when you actually manage the inner space, even the incidents suddenly start changing. It is esoteric. You may, may not believe that part, that is different. But even for your day to day life, when you can manage the inner space why not?
+ | It's a simple fact. See not only you, everybody has that thought. Tell Me who doesn't have that thought? When you get into the vehicle, when you sit in a car or when you sit in the two wheeler, one thought it will always crop. One thought..of an accident or some this kind of incident. One thought will always be there. See, fearlessness is not the absence of fear. It is the courage to handle the fear. There is no such thing as absence of fear. Fear is a basic instinct. As long as you are breathing, you will have fear. If you want to be fearless, only one space: cemetery - where you have nothing to lose. Only there you can be fearless. As long as you have something to lose, the fear is part of it. So fearlessness does not mean absence of fear. We are all striving to have that space of absence of fear. No it is simply impossible, which is not there. There is no inner, nobody's inner space there is nobody who has a inner space where the fear is absent. No. Fearlessness means courage to handle the fear, that's all. Not absence of fear. Just remember this one statement.

− | + | Delegate: Self to the outer world and something else to ourselves and one is an overestimation of ourselves and the other is an under estimation of ourselves. So, is there ..is there a via media where we know what we are?
+ | Swamiji: Via media. You see ma..one thing for via media..if you want via media decide for next ten days I will be in confusion about myself. Have the courage. I will not believe what I am presenting to the outer world. I will not believe what I am believing as me in the inner world. I will be in confusion; it’s okay. See we don't have courage to face that confusion. We want to hang on to something constantly. I tell you just ten days, not even eleven days, just ten days decide courageously. It will be little depressing and it will be a little shaking. It's okay, ten days I will be very strong. Let us see. Eleventh day I will not believe this Swami. I will believe what I want only. Ten days try to be in confusion. Suddenly you will settle down, kind of an inner space where you will not be bothered about the Ahamkara which you are projecting or Mamakara which you are believing. This confusion, going through this confusion is what I call Tapas. People are afraid of that ten days ma. People are afraid of that Tapas, that is why they want some pseudo idea about themselves. See you are not courageous enough to go through that confusion. If you just today, if you decide I will not believe what I am projecting to the outer world as me and I will not believe what I am believing as me in the inner world. I will not act based on these two ideas. Ten days my life will be in confusion, it's okay. I will not talk anything from those ideas, I will not do any action from those ideas, I will not move my body out of that two identities just for ten days. Decide.
− | + | (5:21) | |
− | + | It will be little shaking. Your day to day routine may be disturbed for ten days. It's okay. I say it is worthy. It's worthy. It's worthy. You will see a kind of a courage. Sometime people may completely feel connected and settled with that confusion. They will not even be bothered that they are confused. That courage is what I call you. Again and again Ramana Maharishi says beautifully, ask who am I, who am I, who am I. We made that as a Mantra. We start chanting who am I? Who am I? Who am I? Who am I? Who am I? It is not a question, it is a quest. Ten days decide: I will not act on the identity which we show which I show to the outer world or identity which I show to the inner world as me. I will not speak I will not act I will not do anything based on that identity. My relationships will have a little problem, my work will have little suffering, my daily routine may have little disturbance, it’s okay. Just ten days. Decide. You will suddenly see a different understanding happening about you, different clarity rising about you. I will not be able to verbalize that because you have to go through that. See I know what I Am, I can't tell you what you are. Just have the courage for that ten days, that's what I say Tapas. See all I can do is I can initiate you into Tapas. I can give you little confidence, courage to do Tapas. I can't give you the truth. It can't be taught but it can be learnt.
− | + | (07.02) | |
− | + | Delegate: Pranam Swamiji. I think today in the context of Krishna in Mahabharat, if you observe you know most of the time, He is silent.
+ | Swamiji: He is silent?
+ | Delegate: Other characters are doing some nonsense, because of that only He, I mean is able to do something. This is what I observed throughout the Mahabharat. Even in battlefield also. So do you mean to say that in management day to day in managing the day to day affairs, we should be like that?
+ | Swamiji: Two thing. Your understanding about Krishna, I Am not able to understand or I don't feel that is correct.
+ | Delegate: Maybe partially.
+ | Swamiji: Maybe partially. So second thing, I Am not saying, even if you have understood, what you said about Krishna is the truth, I am not saying imitate Krishna. No. Both. I am not saying both. All I can say..you see I should be responsible for whatever I am talking because I believe or I trust that you are going to practice whatever I am talking. So naturally I should be responsible. I can say only these words very strongly; practice this technique. Try to relax into the choicelessness. What I Am explaining, you will experience Krishna's inner space. This only I can say courageously. I don't have courage to tell what you understood about Krishna is right or even if it is right I don't have the courage to tell you please practice that.
+ | Delegate: Because mostly He played tricks only in the entire episode.
− | + | (08:27) | |
+ | |||
+ | Swamiji: No. I don't know. I don't want to use the word tricks. I can say when you are established in dharma, you may not follow what others or society calls it as dharma. You will have such a spontaneous decision but I can tell you it is out of pure sacrifice and love. I can't... I can't experience more love and sacrifice in anybody else's life than Krishna. Everything He sacrificed. He is able to sacrifice His identity and come and sit as a charioteer. Please understand. So if He has gained something out of the whole drama, whole scene we can say it’s a trick. So, I am not able to use the word trick. I can only use the word established in dharma and he played the whole game spontaneously. It's a pure, pure love and the pure sacrifice. So, I can't.. see we never understood Krishna in that way. We understood Krishna from the Western angle. See whatever we respect, first thing they did the moment they landed, they very clearly saw: these coolies cannot have strong respect about their culture and tradition. First abuse that. That is why Raasaleela was abused. Do you know the historical fact? Whole Raasleela happened within the age of ten? Krishna was not even ten. By ten, he left Vrindavan. Means what? It's a puppy love. Kids playing with each other. But how it is misrepresented and how it is abused? Understand. Just ten years kids and pure romance. See pure romance means just kids growing out of their…. just when the body gets matured, what response they will feel with each other, without any imaginations or fantasies added to their being. Pure romance. But how we understand Raasaleela? How we understand Krishna? It has nothing to do with pure romance. Totally distorted figure. Sameway the word trick or the word Krishna is the politician and all those things. It's an idea put into our head. See the pure sacrifice. Whole thing is sacrifice. It's a pure dharma, He was established in that pure dharmic consciousness. So, I am not able to attest your understanding about Krishna and even if it is right I won't prescribe. Please. I won't prescribe you to imitate.
+ | Devotee: One more thing Swamiji.
+ | Swamiji: I can only say this few words very strongly. I can .See one thing. Now whatever I am telling please add this technique to your life, just try for ten days. You will see the new opening in your brain. For all these words I am responsible. You can practice and I am available anytime. You can catch Me. And I know it is getting recorded. For all these words I am responsible. But I can't be responsible or I can't tell your understanding about Krishna is right or wrong or imitate that.
+ | |||
+ | (11:09) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Delegate: One more thing Swamiji.
+ | Swamiji: I can only say these very few words very strongly. I can .. see one thing now whatever I Am telling please add this technique to your life. Just try for ten days, you will see a new opening in your brain. For all these words I am responsible. You can practice and I am available anytime you can catch Me.
+ | Delegate: Alright. | ||
+ | Swamiji: And I know it is getting recorded.
+ | Delegate: Okay. | ||
+ | Swamiji: For all these words I am responsible. But I can’t be responsible, I can’t tell your idea.. your understanding about Krishna is right or wrong or imitate that.
+ | Delegate: One more thing Swamiji. My personal observation. Once again I may be wrong. Regarding this courage, I have seen in my life umpteen times, umpteen people. Those who are smoking, those who are having liquor, they seem to be more stronger than people who are having vegetarian or simple life. Why so?
+ | |||
+ | (12:06) | ||
+ | |||
+ | Swamiji: No. I am not promoting vegetarianism now and I am neither funded by any breweries to talk, to promote alcohol. So in My humble opinion, the vegetarianism, alcohol all these things doesn't have a direct relationship with your courage and all those things. With your courage or confidence or management skills and all those things. They don't have direct relationship. Usually when you..see..Two kinds of leaders are there. People who achieved the status, people who achieved the state. There are so many people who achieved the status by politicking. They have not achieved the state of the leadership. They are not having the leadership consciousness. They don't stay in the leader consciousness. Here what I am teaching is leader consciousness. When you achieve the leader consciousness, automatically non-veg drops you. You don't drop non-veg, non-veg drops you. Alcohol drops you. So, this kind of leaders are there and there are other kind of leaders who achieved the status but they may not have the state of the leader. They may not have the inner space of a leader. Maybe politicking. Or nobody else is there, just because of that emptiness, vacuum they have got their seat. So that kind of leaders, may have non-veg, may express courage. May have smoking. You cannot compare that scene. You cannot take that as a benchmark and say, “No, no, no, be vegetarians are not that courageous, that successful, not become that leaders.”
+ | So, it is a state and status. See I do not know the science of how to achieve the status of leader, that you have to ask people who achieved that way. I can only teach you how to achieve the state of a leader. I tell you one thing surely state follows the status. The status is followed by the state. I don't think status, after the status, state should come. But sometime after achieving the status, people when they see the depression, they work for the state. That happens but it's not compulsion but usually not only usually I can guarantee if the state is achieved, status follows. Because when the non mechanical parts of your brain is awakened, you just live in a different way. And one more thing: the untapped resource on the planet earth, the most valuable, untapped resources of the planet earth is human resource. Untapped resource. If the… if our inner conscious, inner space is awakened, we call it the Pratyagatma Chaitanya Jagruta, you will do totally different things. And you will look, your understanding will be totally different. So, when the state is achieved, status is inevitable. It has to follow.

+ | Delegate: Transformed many lives. Even in my case also, I learnt a lot from Dale Carnegie's books. How to win friends, inter personal skills and all by reading scriptures, by reading..
+ | Swamiji: But I don't say that is transformation. Please understand. That's not a transformation. That may be make-up..see inter personal skills and all is a makeup. It's a skin deep. That's not a transformation. Please don't use the word transformation. Transformation means your very way of living will be different. Your very way of feeling about you as you, will be different. I can be sure..
+ | Delegate: Positive thinking books, then Dale Carnegie's books.. it's really wonderful books and they transformed me.
+ | Swamiji: See have they..
+ | Delegate: Rather than this scriptures, whatever I read the Vedic scriptures or whatever it may be I read .. those thing did not help me..
+ | Swamiji: 2 things: the way you may not have read the Vedic scriptures with understanding. You might have read in a different language in a different situation. That is one thing. Second thing the.. what the Dale Carnegie books have done, maybe the skin deep make-up. I can't, I can't, surely I can't understand that that can give you transformation. Transformation is, see if Dale Carnegie books makes you feel you different means, you never had an idea about you. You always thought about you as from the opinions of the others. When the others opinions have changed, you start thinking that you have changed. But that is not the ultimate transformation. I tell you transformation exactly, you feeling yourself as different. The transformation is totally different. So maybe if it is your experience, I accept and I respect your experience. But I can say from My experience that is not the case.

I will try to share a few ideas on the science of enlighten management Lord Krishna’s way.
(01:43)
The Gurus who are based in the east are well respected, received and the spiritual ideas are really not just heard it is been practised also.
(02:48)
The problem is the people who are from the source they are not orators. Let Me define dharma: Dharma is a strong experience of conflict free inner space.
(04:25)
Please understand. That is why constant struggle, guilt, trying to develop constant suffering, that’s what I call - hell. Hell is not geographical, it’s psychological. You don’t go to hell you carry with you. We don’t go to hell, we carry with us. 😊 Mamakar our life is nothing but a struggle between the ahamkar and mamakar. Mamakar trying to become ahankar is our life. That’s all.
(06:13)
Please understand. Dharma is conflict free life, pure inner space where the conflict between ahamkar and mamakar does not exist. Suddenly you see, your whole life is different. You attract different situations in your life and you handle the situations in a completely different way. You can see that whole drama in Krishna’s life, the whole thing, I can say Krishna’s whole life if I have to describe in one line -’The pure romance with existence’.
(07:32)
He was in the pure romance, even when He was in the war, when He was driving the chariot of Arjuna, He was in pure romance because He is established.
(08:45)
That’s the only way we can pick up the science of Enlighten management. If we can't, at least I can’t teach you all those expressions. Maybe if you catch any one expression and try to fake it. It...in the initial level, it will be like a faking only. That’s what we call practicing. Any practice is faking which is not there you are trying to practice. You are trying to practice, maybe by faking, you’ll make it. You will start experiencing it.
(09:59)
Even one expression, if it leads you to the experience, you’ll be able to experience all the expressions.
(11:36)
Just only one simple technique because there are so much to talk about Krishna, you can’t.
(12:45)
They are not real, they are not real, they are not solid experience of you.
(14:02)
So many incidents are happening in your life, so many things are happening in your life but you wait, you wait, pickup the only incidents which confirms your faith.
(15:20)
Whatever we believe as our life, as our being, we again and again reinforce, we again and again strengthen.
(16:42)
Sometimes, very rarely we believe our life is a joy, very rarely we believe our life is a joy by reading these positive thinking and all these kinds of books. Throughout the Gita the idea of positive thinking is never encouraged and in our Vedic science we never encourage positive thinking.
(18:16)
I want you to know one more important truth.
(19:30)
Explain, explain, explain in a very lucid, beautiful way about the problem, never give solution.
(20:29)
Second thing: whatever you can’t practice, give a solution….
(21:29)
Listening.. smruti...the shruti, sorry listening shruti. That’s all.
(23:02)
That is why in Sanskrit we have something called ‘Ashapriyoga’.
(24:27)
So, you have a strong belief your inner space should be depressed.
(26:01)
It is.
(27:41)
Please understand.
(29:28)
Please understand.
(31:12)
Awakening that non mechanical parts of your brain is what I call spiritual awakening.
(32:16)
Because when you understand how to be in the space where there is no conflicts, how to be in the choicelessness the non mechanical parts of your brain is awakened - intuition.
(34:00)
You cannot be convinced that you can float by answering the intellectual questions. Now you suppressed your tamas because of your restlessness.
(36:05)
Waiting; waiting for the technique to express itself, waiting for the tech... truth to become reality in you that waiting it will not more than few days.
(37:29)
I will give you the technique for how to relax into the inner space.
(39:13)
There is no need for any assumption, imagination.
(40:41)
Same way we can’t understand intellectually if we relax from our mind we will become Pramahamsas.
[42:09]
Please understand.

Delegate: I was traveling in a two wheeler when I met with a road accident. So I still now don't have the confidence to travel in a bike. So whenever I go with my husband I feel that I am going to meet with an accident again. So that is the reason for..we always fight because of this. Swamiji: How many... how many years you traveled in the road last? Delegate: Yes even after the accident happened.. Swamiji: No, no, how many years you traveled in the road means from your birth? Delegate: Obviously yes. Swamiji: But only one incident happened. Delegate: But that was a very major accident and.. Swamiji: I understand ma I understand. It's a simple fact.
(03:18)
Delegate: Self to the outer world and something else to ourselves and one is an overestimation of ourselves and the other is an under estimation of ourselves. So, is there ..is there a via media where we know what we are? Swamiji: Via media. Decide.
(5:21)
It will be little shaking.
(07.02)
Delegate: Pranam Swamiji. I think today in the context of Krishna in Mahabharat, if you observe you know most of the time, He is silent. Swamiji: He is silent? Delegate: Other characters are doing some nonsense, because of that only He, I mean is able to do something. This is what I observed throughout the Mahabharat. Even in battlefield also. So do you mean to say that in management day to day in managing the day to day affairs, we should be like that? Swamiji: Two thing. Your understanding about Krishna, I Am not able to understand or I don't feel that is correct. Delegate: Maybe partially. Swamiji: Maybe partially. Delegate: Because mostly He played tricks only in the entire episode.
(08:27)
Swamiji: No. Devotee: One more thing Swamiji. Swamiji: I can only say this few words very strongly.
(11:09)
Delegate: One more thing Swamiji. Swamiji: I can only say these very few words very strongly. I can .. see one thing now whatever I Am telling please add this technique to your life. Just try for ten days, you will see a new opening in your brain. For all these words I am responsible. You can practice and I am available anytime you can catch Me. Delegate: Alright. Swamiji: And I know it is getting recorded. Delegate: Okay. Swamiji: For all these words I am responsible. But I can’t be responsible, I can’t tell your idea.. your understanding about Krishna is right or wrong or imitate that. Delegate: One more thing Swamiji. My personal observation. Once again I may be wrong. Regarding this courage, I have seen in my life umpteen times, umpteen people. Those who are smoking, those who are having liquor, they seem to be more stronger than people who are having vegetarian or simple life. Why so?
(12:06)
Swamiji: No. You cannot take that as a benchmark and say, “No, no, no, be vegetarians are not that courageous, that successful, not become that leaders.” So, it is a state and status.
(15:10)
Delegate: Transformed many lives. Even in my case also, I learnt a lot from Dale Carnegie's books. How to win friends, inter personal skills and all by reading scriptures, by reading.. Swamiji: But I don't say that is transformation. Delegate: Positive thinking books, then Dale Carnegie's books.. it's really wonderful books and they transformed me. Swamiji: See have they.. Delegate: Rather than this scriptures, whatever I read the Vedic scriptures or whatever it may be I read .. those thing did not help me.. Swamiji: 2 things: the way you may not have read the Vedic scriptures with understanding.
