His Divine Holiness shared many powerful truths, cognitions and also explained the effect that time has on the body. He explained the difference between a thought and the mind, and shared that the mind is nothing but a small edge of awareness of this moment, everything else is a thought. The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism concluded the session with a powerful meditation technique to catch the mind, where He used a combination of sounds made by clapping, clicking and snapping the fingers sending huge waves of energy to all present. These ancient techniques can only be used by Masters of this ancient, sacred, Vedic tradition where thousands can be initiated into these various states and experience higher levels of consciousness, and superconscious breakthroughs. “The mind is the tip of awareness that’s reading all these thoughts, scanning, classifying, re insisting, re-inventing.” | His Divine Holiness shared many powerful truths, cognitions and also explained the effect that time has on the body.
