Kundalini Shakthi means extraordinary potential energy hidden in us. This energy which reside in everyone of us and when awakened, takes us to a different plane of existence. He goes on to give the tattva of life and divine inspiration that Whatever happens is auspicious. And gives us one of the important benefits of meditation - to feel that everything is settled in you.
