Original Verse:
"बाह्याभ्यन्तर-देशेषु सञ्चार-ज्ञनतोऽथवा |
मात्रासंख्या-श्वाससंख्या क्षणे यद्-अवधारणे ॥ २०५ ॥
ईश्वर-पर्णिधानेन कुम्भको यत्र वर्द्धते |
एकमेरुर्-मृडेनोक्तो रहस्यं सर्व-योगिनाम् ॥ २०६ ॥"
Transliteration:
"bāhyābhyantara-deśeṣu sañcāra-jñanato'thavā |
mātrāsaṃkhyā-śvāsasaṃkhyā kṣaṇe yad-avadhāraṇe ॥ 205 ॥
īśvara-parṇidhānena kumbhako yatra varddhate |
ekamerur-mṛḍenokto rahasyaṃ sarva-Yoginām ॥ 206 ॥"
Translation:
