Transliteration
bhadräsanaà sukhaà sthäpya viparéte tu dve pade ॥ anena yadi kuryäccaitat kämadahanaà bhavet ॥49॥
Translation
Comfortably adopt bhadrasana and place the toes turned backwards. This posture is kamadahana. 49
Steps/Technique
1. Sit with the sole of the feet together.
2. Turn the toes backwards and sit on the heels.
3. Stay upstraight.
