Yoga-rahasya VI. 8,10
Transliteration
"idänéà garbhiëénäà yogäbhyäso yathä laghu | sukhaprasavaläbhäya procyate präktane pathi ॥ daëòapadmabharadväjavéravajrasamäni tu | äsanäni sadä kuryät sudérghaiù recapürakaiù ॥ "
Translation
It is a simple cross-legged position wherein one sits on ground by keeping the body straight. One is supposed to practice prolonged recaka and puraka.
Instruction
1. Sit in comfortable possition by crossing the legs. 2. Keep the body straight. 3. Practice pranayama in this position.
