Transliteration

ekapädamatho kaëöhe utthäpyaikaà ca daëòavat ॥ karau sampuöitau kåtvä ekapädaà taducyate ॥64॥


Translation

Having placed one leg over the neck, the other leg is raised up like a stick. Then hands are folded on the chest. This is called ekapada. 64

Steps/Technique

1.Sit on the floor

2. Place one leg over the neck

3. Stretch the other leg on the ground

4.Palms together in front of the heart
