Title:

Sound of Prana - The subtlest mantra versus Mantra Chanting

Description:

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled, "Accept and Transcend the Oneness", Swamiji answers a question about repeating mantras versus giving awareness to the sound of the Prana "Ham Sam". Prana is the sound created by your very consciousness. Prana is subtler than any mantra because to bring any mantra to life you have to bring the mind to life. With the Ham Sa mantra, you do not need to create the sound. Just by being silent you will see that automatically the sound of the Ham Sa mantra is being created.
