Only when you put your whole effort, the real experience can happen; it can be a life transforming experience. Never think you have come for a weekend vacation. If it is just a weekend vacation, understand why 26 people are following Me. | ||

And there are some people who are attending fourth, fifth program. Yes, fourth program. How many are fourth and fifth? Yes, hm. These are all fourth. I think Keeth here knows much more than Me, because he comes everywhere. Keeth comes for every program. | ||

+ | Understand, I will start with a small story. One guy fell sick. He asked one of his colleague ‘please suggest a doctor’. The college suggested ‘Here is the doctor Phil go to him surely he will heal you. He will heal you but he is very costly. For first visit he charges 500 dollars, for next visit onwards you need to have 100 dollar. Even though he is little costly he will heal you.’ This guy wanted to go to the same doctor but somehow save little money also. So, he went to the same doctor and told, “Doctor, I have come back.” The doctor was not even duped for a minute. He quickly diagnosed him and told, “Please follow the same perception which I gave you last time.” When you want to retain something, hold something you will not get the total result. So understand, only when you put your whole effort you get the total result. Water becomes steam only in 100th degree never in 99.9. So if you say Swamiji I put 90% effort, that is not going to work. Please be very clear 90% effort is not going to reap 90% result. Either you get the result or you miss the game. Here only win or lose that's all. No between. Please be very clear either you win or you lose. So no “I put 80% result Swamiji; I put 90% result Swamiji.” No. So put your whole effort. | ||

Even, you see, I have a crew member, people who travel with Me continuously; even they thought before I came to the States… In India only ASP I conduct. I don't conduct everyday discourses. They thought Swami has memorised this discourse, and he speaks the same thing everywhere. But only coming to the States they understood, “Oh! Swamiji can speak even in different subjects.” So, don't think I am speaking the same thing because nothing else can be spoken. | ||

+ | These are the cream of My wisdom. That is why I am using the same words and same ideas. If you really open up your being and listen you will understand the different layers of meanings. Don't think the words have got the same meaning. If you have grown up, if you have become matured, same word will give you a different meaning. My discourse, if you listen first time you will understand in one way, if you listen second time you will understand in a different way. If you listen continuously you will come up on new, new meaning. Many people come and report to Me, “Swamiji, I know that is the same audio CD I am listening, but many times I feel that I have missed something. Something new is clicking, some more new understanding is dawning on me. Something new is happening to me.” So understand, never think just because your attending sixth time, seventh time you know everything. Then you will feel only bored. So, don't join the bored club or bored members or bored committee. Understand very clearly, everything has got something new. Depending on your growth words will also give new meaning. You will have different meaning. | ||

+ | So be very clear at least this time don't miss. At least this time don't miss, catch. Never think you know already. Everything is new, unknown and I am going to especially do this new twists, so that you will not have the idea that I know. Because there are almost 50% people are who attended. So be very clear this will not be your usual; either techniques or discourse anything may change at any time. So attend fully. Don't think “Oh, we know this we can miss one session.” Because now it has become Ramayana Mahabharata; you know the whole story. Even if you miss one session nothing wrong. You see, I have seen in India the reciting the Ramayanam is a great merit. The Preacher will be sitting and continuously reciting and the people will be sitting and sleeping because the whole crowd knows the story. Rama only is going to the forest and Sita will be kidnapped and Hanuman will go to Lanka. Again Rama will go to Lanka. Ravana will be killed. Rama will get into the throne. The whole story everybody knows. Even we miss one session it’s not much, nothing much is lost. It's not a big thing. Everybody knows the whole story. Even if we miss one session nothing much will be lost… like a TV serial. One day if you miss the story nothing will be lost. Next day onwards you can pick up. People who are doing second or third time for them it will almost become like a TV serial. Don't think it is TV serial. So, it is going to be totally different experience. | ||

+ | And, in meditation nothing is old. Everyday meditation is something new; because every day you are exploring a different dimension, different depth of your Being. You are going deeper and deeper. If you feel every day your meditation is same don't meditate. Really I tell you if you feel that every day your meditation is same something seriously wrong is happening. Then you have not got the right technique. Your mind is cheating you. If you really meditate, everyday meditation will be totally new. How can even meditation be old ? It can never become. Put your effort totally. Sit as if you are sitting for the first time. Then you will understand lot more new things. You will listen lot more new things. | ||

+ | Three ways you can relate with Me in this class. Three ways you can use this class. | ||
+ | Intellectually, if you attend this as a intellectual session you will get enough of knowledge. But that is not enough. You may get enough of knowledge but knowledge itself is not enough. Just intellectual knowledge is not going to help you. Sometimes it is dangerous. Because your head will become more heavy. Head weight is the greatest danger can happen to a human being. Knowing without knowing is what I call head weight. Thinking that you know, without knowing, without having the experience, just having the thought that you have experience. So understand, knowing without knowing is no way going to help you. Just an intellectual knowledge is not enough. | ||

+ | Second with a little bit of effort half of some way little this and little that. Again then you may have one experience in some one meditation. But that also is not going to help you. If you get one experience in one meditation it's not worthy spending two days. One experience, after going from here for one week or ten days you will be in the high mood; even that is not enough. Put your whole effort 100% you will see these two days will become a life transforming experience. You may think, “How can this transform my life, just in two days”? See these 26 guys. Talk to them after this class, there will be a interval, talk with 26 guys. When they came what they thought, after attending what happened. Talk to them, share their experience, then you will understand it can really transform your life. | ||

+ | I have seen many people coming and telling Me after the program. “Swamiji, I never thought it is such a great thing. If I would have known little bit it's a great program I would have put my effort little more. Then I would have had some more result. When I came, I took it very lightly Swamiji.” Because when you see My age, I am very clear & very open, frank.. When you see My age it is very difficult to accept as a Guru or a Master or a Swami and Second thing even if you accept, “Okay he must have studied here and there, 😀 speaking very nicely.” So, never think first way, never think the second way. Of course if you think in the first way and second way it is not I am going to miss something, it is you who are going to miss something. I never give this type of introduction in the first session. First session, I always be very light and without touching much I leave. But this time I thought I should be very clear giving introduction because when you miss introduction, you miss the whole thing. | ||

Even now your mind will be telling, “Alright, this Swami says let us believe.” That's all. But if you really understand, if you really talk to these people who have done this two days course, talk to them. And few guys who have done ASP at least talk to two persons who are newcomers. Just share what you had, what experience you had. What you thought when you came, what you thought when you left - that two is enough. So that they will be inspired to put their effort. But everywhere I am tired of listening the same story. When they come, they come with all their head, intellect fighting with Me. When they go, ‘I should have been little more understanding Swamiji. I should have dropped my head little earlier then I would have had some more experience.” So don't miss. | ||

+ | One thing, these guys even if they have missed they have come here, at least Ohio last program is here. If you miss now, there is no more program. Actually directly I am going back to Brazil and Bangalore. So, you cannot even take chance, “Let me go there and attend.” You cannot even take the second chance. So, don't take chance, put your whole effort. At least these guys had a chance they could come, second time. For you no second time is possible. So, put your whole effort. So that you go to the deepest levels of your being. You get a solid experience which can transform your life. Just to have the Intellectual knowledge you don't need to come here all the way. Sit in front of computer without sleeping, that is more than enough. That is more than enough but that is not totally going to help you. Even here if you just sit with little bit of alertness you will have the intellectual knowledge. Of course people who are sleeping for them I have a special story. | ||

+ | Small story. May not be for your sake, at least for My sake please don’t sleep. You may ask why? Yesterday I was telling; A bus driver and a priest both of them died and went to have the judgement. Saint Peter gave the judgement. He sent bus driver to heaven and the preacher to Hell. The preacher asked for justification. “Give me justification otherwise I will sue you.” Must be from America. 😊 Anyhow, the preacher asked for justification. Saint Peter said, “You see here up in the heaven we don't bother what you do. We bother only what is the result.” When this guy drove people were all praying for their life. When you were preaching people were all sleeping. So, if you sleep when I go there I will get the hell. So, may not be for your sake, at least for my sake don't sleep. Sit totally and listen. | ||

+ | Somebody came and told Me, “Swamiji, my wife is not listening to my words at all.” Then what do you mean by the word wife. The very word means, not only she will not listen, she will have her own views. If she listens whatever you say, then take her immediately to psychiatric doctor. She needs treatment. Something seriously wrong; take her to the doctor, she needs treatment. | ||

+ | So, naturally, mind means it will wonder. You know, don't bother ‘my mind is wandering here, wandering there’. Whatever effort you can put, put it totally. That's all. I am not telling you to be perfect. I am telling you to be total. When you meditate, put your whole effort every moment. Sometimes you will forget you are supposed to meditate and your mind will be wandering somewhere. When you remember, don't have guilt, immediately bring the mind and fix it, that's all. Immediately bring the mind and fix it. Don't worry that, “My mind has gone here, my mind has gone there. Oh I am not cut for meditation, I am not trained for meditation.” | ||

+ | Don't decide before starting itself. Put your whole effort, don't bother about perfection. Perfection cannot happen but totality can happen. So, put your total 100% effort, nothing else is necessary. I always tell one more thing, whenever we listen something to do with our body, the physical things, medical things… If you go to a doctor, the doctor says ‘if you have pain in knee it may be the symptom of arthritis. If you have continuous pain in the neck it may be the symptom of spondylitis.’ Immediately what you do? Even if you don't have neck pain you just check once. May not be touching the hand just mentally you check. Do I really have or not. You diagnose yourself mentally. When it is a physical things you diagnose yourself, you compare with yourself, you work with yourself. If it is a spiritual thing if you go to a spiritual discourse, that Swami says ‘you must have little bit of adjustment and compassion in your life only then you can be happy’, what immediately you think, ‘My husband should listen all these things.’ ‘My wife needs this advice.’ ‘I should bring my mother in law next time to the class.’ | ||

+ | Whenever it is a spiritual thing immediately you think of the other person. You don't compare with yourself. I have seen many people, everyone comes and complains to Me about the other. “He is doing like that Swamiji, He is doing like this Swamiji.” The common way I will tell. Arrey understand don't possess Me, don't be too much possessive, don't be violent with others, see the divine in everybody. Just I will finish My discourse immediately they will come and tell Me, “Swamiji, I am seeing divine in him but only he is not seeing in me.” If you really see the divine in the other person will you complain about him? Never, you will never complain. People always think I am speaking for the next person, I am speaking to the next person. Please be very clear, I am not speaking to the person who is sitting left to you or who is sitting right to you or who is sitting back side you or who is sitting in front of you. I am speaking exactly to you. I am speaking exactly to you. So, whatever I say compare with yourself. If you feel it is not applicable to you, then raise your hands and talk to Me directly. Don't think, “Oh, this is a generalised statement. I think this is not for me. I am not so bad as Swamiji says. I am little bad, that's true, but not so bad.” 😀 | ||

+ | Once Mulla Nasrudin was weeping; his wife was in the death bed. He started weeping, “Oh you are leaving me and going away, what will I do”? He started weeping, “You are leaving me and going way, what will I do?” She started shouting even in the time of death bed. She is in the death bed, any moment she may die. But she started shouting, “You fellow I can't belive you. I know you. Don't weep like crocodile.” The crocodile shows that is weeping but never weeps. “Don’t weep like crocodile. I know the moment I die, you fool, you will marry once more.” Nasrudin says, “I agree I am a fool but I am not so fool to do the same mistake once more.” We always think we are not so fool. We are not so much; we are little bit, but we are not so much. Never think… there is only two category in the world - Buddha or buddhu. Buddha or buddhu, Shiva or Shava. That’s all. Buddhu means murkh, the fool. Either you are enlightened or you are a fool, no between category. So, don’t satisfy yourself that you are middle category. Don’t satisfy yourself as a between category. Either you are enlightened or fool. So, understand that there is no middle category, in between. So don't think you are middle. But all of us, almost every one of us, 99.99% of us think we are middle category. No, I am not enlightened that is true. But I am not last category. I am middle category. We always think we are middle category. | ||

+ | Don't think you are middle. Be very clear where you stand. At least you can start your next steps. Just understand and look into yourself with every statement. Don't look into others. These are the few things. Just three things - | ||

+ | 2) Put your whole effort and understand whether you are first time or second to put the whole effort. If your are first time put 100% effort, if you are second time put 120% effort. Because your mind has become now matured even to leave a meditation. Meditation is like a pesticide. And you know agriculture people they say if the pesticide has not died, if the insects .. the insects have not died for the first time pesticide, they start learning how to live eating the pesticide. So, next time you need little more dose. So, people who are attending second time they become mastered even the meditation. You have won even the Buddha, you have conquered the Buddha. Even Buddha’s cannot do anything to you. So, now you need to put little more effort. The dose, the pesticide dose has to be increased little more. If you have become enlightened there is no need for you to come for the second course. So, you have come here surely because you have not yet become. So, don't think you have got the whole 100% first time. So, put your whole effort totally into every meditation. | ||

+ | And mind and meditation is just like mother-in -law, daughter-in-law. They cannot stay together. It’s ultimate law. It’s ultimate law. Whenever your mind possesses you, your meditation will never happen. Whenever meditation possesses you mind will never be there. So, I tell you when you meditate don't let your mind come in; don't let your mind come in. Your mind will tell, “No, no, no, I am feeling giddy. I may faint, I may fall.” Don't bother if you fall, we are here to take care. Volunteers are here to take care. I know that I am in a county where law suits are common. So, all techniques are fool proof techniques. Nothing wrong will happen to you. Nothing wrong will happen to you. There are thousands and thousands of people who have practised this technique. | ||

+ | I think this is 54th or 55th ASP in one year. Last one year I do ASP only in weekends. Only one year over. Almost every weekend, one year, one city. Last year January I started and one year three months. Almost practically every weekend I am having a programs. All over the world thousands of people have practised this meditation. The only side side effect they have seen is bliss and the growth, spiritual growth. No other side effect or after effect. So put your whole effort. Don't bother your mind will try all its best - I have knee pain. I have back pain. I think I have little headache. Let me practice next meditation - These all will be the tactics of your mind. Don't listen to it, don't believe it. So, put your effort so that your whole being is boiled. Actually it is an alchemy process. It is just an alchemy process. Some of the dirt will be removed from you. Some of the positive things will be added to you. And the boiling process will be done. It is almost an alchemy process. So don't worry about it. Put your whole effort you will see that you are transformed. | ||

+ | The next thing, you can all introduce yourself to each other. Then we will start the meditations. You may ask why we should introduce ourself to each other. Because next two days you are going to be here, there. Somebody may be sitting next to, somebody may be sitting in front of you. Somebody may be unknown persons, new persons will be sitting in front of you, next to you. If you do not know the other, you will feel little uncomfortable. I have always seen, whenever I tell them, ‘please close your eyes and tie the ribbon’ they will just look here and there. Whether he has closed the eyes or whether she has closed the eyes. There are some guys will stand up and see whether everybody else have closed eyes or not. If you are known the next person, if you are already known to each other, you will not have uneasiness, you will not have discomfort. You will be able to close your eyes immediately and tie the ribbon. That is the reason I tell you, go around, introduce yourself to each other. Please introduce yourself to everyone. | ||

+ | Let you take this slip. Please see the slip. There are seven points mentioned in that slip. These are called seven energy centres. Just if you read the name that is enough. I will read out from below, muladhara, swadistana, manipuraka, anahata, vishuddhi, ajna, sahasrara. You don't need to remember the names, don't worry about it. Just understand, that is enough. I will give you the english names, please write down the english names; then it will be easy to follow. | ||

+ | In all the religion, these energy centres are mentioned in different ways. In every religion the mentioning of this energy centre exists, including christian theology. Even in the christian theology mentioning of these energy centres are there; may not be in the Bible directly but in theology it is there. Almost all the Mystics, they speak about this energy centre. | ||

+ | The modern day Kirlian photography, just like a X-ray, there is a Kirlian photography. In Russia they use this Kirlian photography as a diagnostic system. Anybody who knows about the Kirlian photography, who heard about it? Just like X-ray they photograph your aura body, your etheric body, the subtle body. By photographing the subtle body, six months ago they are able to diagnose fatal diseases like cancer; just by photographing you. Just by photographing they are able to diagnose the disease six months earlier. Not one day or two day, six months earlier. Actually any disease happens to you physically only after happening in energy wise, six months ago they are able to diagnose the problems. Through this Kirlian photography they proved the existence of Chakras. When a person meditates, the chakras get expanded. When a person is stressed or worried, the chakras get shrunk. It is very clearly proved. | ||

+ | Each and every one of your energy centres are related to some particular emotion. For example love is related to your heart centre. You may ask how? Around the world in all the culture, in all the language, love and heart are used as synonyms. Love and heart are used as synonyms; not only in English language in every language. Any of you who knows some language in which love and heart is not synonymous? You can tell Me. Because more than 50-60 language I referred; in every language it is synonymous. Love-heart two words are used as a synonymous. It is not that God has created the language… all languages in one day, translation packages, and dropped in one one country. No. Every language is developed, different languages are developed by different person in different place, in different country, in different situation. Then why love and the heart these two words are synonymous in all the language, in all tradition? There is some more deep connection between these two, love and heart. | ||

+ | If you see some of your childhood friend suddenly, surprisingly you see him or her, after 20 years with whom you have a loving memories, suddenly you will feel something is happening in this region, something will be coming up. That is what is love. Many people come and tell Me, “Swamiji, the moment I see you I start weeping.” Many people weep “Oh again.” Some weep out of love that is different. When you see somebody with whom you have loving memories, cherished memories, joyful memories, just your heart overflows. You can feel exactly in this region something happening. How many of you have felt, when you meet somebody, when you see somebody after long time that something will be happening here? | ||

+ | People who are attending second time please give chance for the first time. Let them all relate with Me. You can very clearly feel that something is happening in the Anahata region. I always tell love is a peacemaker. If you have a peace maker you don't need pacemaker. When you don't have peace maker you need pacemaker. Love is a emotion which is related to the anahata centre, heart chakra, heart chakra. Worry or depression is related to naval. You can always see. | ||

+ | Understand totally in the heart, that is more than enough. If you take the notes you will miss My discourse because My speed is such you will never be able to capture. Ask the people who are with Me for more than two years. People who attended 40 ASP’s. I think My PRO and all they attended 40 ASP, 40 ASP they attended. Ask them if they can take notes or anything. No. So, it is impossible don’t try to take notes. When you try to take notes you will miss lot of things. So, just take inside, that is more than enough. Just understand that's more than enough. Whenever you don't understand your free to raise any question. It is not that you should continuously listen. You can just ask question you don't have to feel, “Oh, I will be asking crazy questions.” All questions are crazy, be very clear. All questions are foolish. So, there is no such thing separately crazy question or foolish question. So, you are free to ask question. If you don't question also don't think you look like a intelligent guy. So, we always think ‘if I ask question I may look like fool.’ But most of the time when you don't question, you actually not look like, you act like fool. We actually do that. | ||

+ | A small story. One guy went to bar. There one salesman was standing, sales representative. He was dressed up in a very smart way. This guy was very much impressed seeing his dress. He also wants to have same type of dress. He went near that salesman and asked what is this shoes ? What shoes they are? What shoes are they? This guy replied crocodile shoes. Immediately this guy, he didn’t understand, not only he didn’t understand, he doesn’t want to show that he has not understood. He chould have at least asked one word ‘What it means ? Where I will get it?’ He didn't ask any clarification; he dosen’t want to show that he is ignorant. He went to the next person, one of his friend and asked, what is crocodile? The friend said, “Oh, that is an animal which lives in the river. If you go to brazil you may get it. This guy sold his old ford car and whatever savings he had and took a ticket flight, went to the Brazil, caught hold of a tourist guide. With his help somehow he went inside the jungle, started travelling inside the jungle. And somehow he managed to get a boat also, and he was travelling in a river, he was just rowing in a river. Suddenly tourist guy shouted ‘Eh here is a crocodile, here is a crocodile.’ Took out his big knife, jumped into the river, had a big fight. Almost he was lost but somehow he managed to kill that crocodile. And managed to pull it out of the river. After pulling it out he just turned the crocodile and shouted, “Oh, there is no shoes on this crocodile.” | ||

+ | If you miss one point, if you would have raised one question… . If he has raised one question, if he asked only once ‘what is crocodile shoes?’, the whole journey would not have been there. If you miss one point, you miss one thing, the whole thing will be lost. So, I tell you whenever you have doubt, don't think if you ask some question you will look like a fool. If you don't ask only then… if you ask you may look like a fool but if you don't ask you may act like a fool. Looking like a fool or acting like a fool, what is best you decide. Looking like a fool is much better than acting like a fool. So, whenever you don’t understand anything stop and directly question. There is no need to just record, don’t just take the notes. Understand. You will see that the notes is taken in your heart. And one more thing even if you miss the laugh, miss the joke, don't miss the laughter. 🙂There are many guys who are just sitting and watching Me, and some guys ‘I know this joke already’ | ||

+ | One more small story. One big intellectual, philosophy professor. As you all know, the philosophical professors are My favourites. There is a possibility. When the person who records the history writes the Purana if he has got his own understanding it might have entered into the incident. Either the incident is not totally recorded in all the…. from all the angle or the incident is insertion. This type of justification may help but otherwise if the incident is true it can never be justified in any way. Anyway the incident can’t be justified as it is. | ||

+ | I tell you, if you cannot be sensitive to your wife with whom you lived so many years, who followed you to the forest and who was with you continuously, and this Sita if she would have thought she would have stayed with Ravana and she would have been much more comfortable, much more happy, much more joyful. She would have had all sorts of luxuries but she never did that. She never even thought about it. She never even imagined. And that time the kingdom of Ayodhya is very small. And kingdom of Ravana is too big. She would have been a Queen of three worlds. So, no way this incident can be justified. There may be some other possibilities that this dobhi would have commented and Sita would have got totally upset or disturbed by this comment. If the incident is true we cannot do anything except blaming Rama. Except blaming Rama. We must be honest. Let’s not support him just because we have vested interest on him. If you hold on to principle you will reach the state of enlightenment. If you hold on to personality there is every chance of missing it. So, don’t hold on to personality, don’t justify the persons. Don’t bend the principal for the sake of persons. Bend the person for the sake of principal. | ||

Now just suddenly went to Himalayas and came back and started repeating some mantra and you are not even speaking to me.” Again he was keeping silent. “Fellow, it's not worth living with you. Let me leave you. I am going to move away from you. I am divorcing you.” She shouted and packed her luggage and she was about to leave. Again she asked, “At least one more chance I am giving you. I have decided I am leaving you. Tell me what are you repeating. What is the thing is happening?” The moment she left, this guy said, “Wow, I never thought that mantra will work so quickly.” 😊 | ||

Have at least a cartoon or nickname so that only you understand. Everyday at least once you remember - these all the people who can depress you. They have got the potential power to depress you. Don’t think you are loving. How much you are eating others head, only if you ask others, they will tell you. Just go and talk to your husband. Then you will understand how much you eat his head. Whatever you do in the name of love, if you go and talk to their kids, then you will understand how much you are eating their head. | ||

Only when you bother about your being, only then your health and the others health can be maintained. So now, let us work on the Anahata chakra, the heart center, to center yourself into the being. It’s a beautiful meditation technique from Tibetan Buddhism. Let Me explain this technique, then you will start doing. Any of you who have not done this Maha Mantra meditation, raise your hands. Oh there are so many. | ||

When you close your eyes, you see all these things inside TV. Inside there is a TV going on. You see everything in inside TV. Don’t do that. When I say close your eyes, I wanted you to shut the visualization ocean. I wanted you to shut the visualization or seeing the things inside. How to do that? - Whenever you close your eyes, you can always see the eyeballs will be slowly moving. The movements of the eyeballs will be there. Don’t do that. Just give pressure from inside, so that the eyeballs movement stops. Feel, visualize as if both eyeballs have become like a stone, just for sixty seconds, not more than that. Just for sixty seconds, feel both eyeballs have become like a stone. | ||

Let your lips be closed, just do the humming from the navel center, from the deep stomach. Let Me show you how to do. Whether you breathe by nose or the mouth, don’t bother. But do it as lengthily as possible, as loudly as possible, and as deeply as possible. | ||
+ | Feel your body is an empty vessel and vibrate it totally. Your hands may tremble and your eyes may pour tears, the cough may come out. Don’t bother about anything. Let your hands tremble. Vibrate so much, so that your whole energy can be centered on your heart. Twenty minutes put your whole effort and hum. And next ten minutes sit silently, concentrate on the heart center. In this region, concentrate, just feel that music is coming from here. You would be listening to music. That music is happening from this place. Just concentrate in this region. Not very tightly, relaxed way feel that region. | ||

You can visualize as if you are an empty vessel and vibrate, that’s more than enough. | ||

+ | Mani puraka. Mani means the diamond. Puraka means kept inside. Actually the diamond is kept inside this lotus. There is a beautiful mantra in Buddhism - ‘mani padmeham’. It means the jewel in the lotus, diamond in the lotus. That denotes this manipuraka chakra only. In this chakra, there is a beautiful wealth. Treasure is inside, but it is covered with mud. If you work on this chakra and open up this chakra, it will become tremendous energetic. And not only it will become energetic, if this chakra opens, you will have the intuition, power of intuition. No. Today if I do all negative things, maybe when the time of leaving death, birth, leaving the body, I make get some shapa or I may get some - punishment. Don’t think. Negative thoughts doesn’t wait. Negative thoughts not only affects the psychology,iIt directly affects the physiology. When you eat, don’t think you digest only your food. You digest your thoughts also. Don’t think only the food which you have taken in works on your body. The thoughts also are working on your body. Continuously your thoughts are working on your body. That is why the people who do the meditation camp, they get healed. So many of our devotees, they come and tell me, ‘Swamiji I had this problem, it has disappeared. I had that problem, it has disappeared, I have been healed. I’ve become alright.’ How can it be? Because when your thought system is changed, when your thinking system is organised, then naturally your physiology also becomes alright. Let us go to Anand Vimal. Where is Anand Vimal? Ah yes. Worry is nothing but continuously repeating particular words, even without your knowledge, words which create shrinking feeling in you. + | We have two kinds of talking: one is talking to other, another one is talking to yourself. Talking to yourself only is called inner chattering. In the inner chattering, without even your control, some portions are continuously repeating the same word. It just gets depressed. When the system is corrupted, when a portion of your program is corrupted, you repeat the same words continuously, to yourself, without even your knowledge or control. The same thought continues to come up again, and again and again. How much you try to take it out, you will not be able to. The moment you are playing, enjoying, you will forget. The moment you finish your play, enjoy, come and sit, immediately it starts. doiiiiii. Tambura shruti come to the same tune. Your mind is back to your tune. That becomes a basic tune in your mind. Again come back to same doiiiiii. When you do some work or some job, you forget for few minutes and you feel you are away from it. But the moment you rest, again, you fall to the same ditch. | ||

+ | The inner chattering, when it becomes totally corrupted, the inner chattering when it gets totally disturbed, the inner chattering when its flow is not happening like a river... Your inner chattering is like a river. But whenever it never flows and when it stops and it becomes a whirlpool, you are just pulled inside. If you fall in the river, you can save yourself always. If you are caught in the whirlpool, never; because you will be just sucked inside. It’s like a tornado. Tornado means up ↑, whirlpool sucks in. The inner chattering, when it is disturbed, when it is not a flow, when it is not a river, then it just disturbs you. You have something called inner chattering from your navel, actually inner chattering starts only from the navel. If your navel is disturbed, your inner chattering gets corrupted. If your inner chattering is corrupted, your navel gets disturbed. Both are very closely associated to each other. | ||
+ | If the lake is poisoned, the water will be, the pipeline will be poison water. If the pipeline is poisoned, the lake will be poisoned. You can do in the both either way. First lake can be poisoned and then the whole water supply will be poisoned. Water will be full of poison. If you poison the pipeline, you see, the water supply, maybe the water only goes in this way, but in the thought it goes in the two way. If you thoughts are corrupted, corrupted, it corrupts the navel chakra. | ||

So many times you have to suppress. By suppressing, suppressing, suppressing, you make your navel totally corrupted. | ||

If you have the wounded or disturbed navel center, you will have pain throughout the body. All your pain is rooted only in navel center. All your pain, not only stomach troubles, even the pain is related to navel center only. If the navel center is disturbed, only then you get the pain. | ||

+ | It is the worry which is the deep root, which is the reason for all pains. The continuous, disturbed inner chattering is what I call worry. Disturbed inner chattering is what is the worry. If your inner chattering is clean, you will never feel like getting out of the inner chattering. Because your inner chattering is so disturbed, you always want to somehow, silence your mind. We always think, ‘Suddenly if God switches off our mind, that will be the greatest gift, that will be the great relaxation.’ Because it is continuously torturing you, you want to somehow escape. The method or the trials to escape… many, many, many methods, people have tried to escape from their inner chattering. One is continuously drinking, continuously eating. All these things are actually by product or side effect of the disturbance of navel chakra. People actually when they are not able to live with themself, just to forget them only, they drink. And just to forget them only, they continuously eat. | ||

+ | Obesity is very closely associated to the depression. Obesity and depression is very closely associated. When you feel empty, depressed inside, you continuously tend to eat and fill yourself. + | Continuous collected worries, that only disturbs the navel center. That only disturbs your inner chattering. | ||

+ | We cannot express all our anger, all our suppressed violence, on anywhere and everywhere. That is why, it just gets suppressed and gets… it goes and disturbs the navel center. There is a beautiful meditation technique to work on the navel center, to break your inner chattering, to open the Pandora box. You are all… don’t think you are all sitting on a chair or you are sitting on a carpet. You are sitting on a, on a volcano, big volcano is there inside. You have suppressed all your vengeance, emotions, everything; you are sitting on that. That is why, a small stone, just a small stone is enough to frame you up. One small incident is enough. You are just waiting on whom you will jump. Just waiting, ready. The moment you get some chance, you jump on him, or her, just waiting for every minute, waiting for every moment. | ||

+ | Understand, neither expressing on somebody is going to help, nor suppressing in your system is going to help. If you express it on somebody, what will happen? They will again shout at you. It will create only the Karma chakra, the chain of Karma, link of Karmas. Even if they can’t express it on you, they will go and express it on somebody else. Your boss shouts at you. You yell at your wife, your wife dumps it on the kids, kids go and disturb the pets. Pet comes and bites you. There is a circle. Pets come and bite you. There is the circle, it’s going on. Everybody is throwing up on others. Throwing on others is not going to help you. Neither throwing on others is going to help you, nor suppressing it with you is going to help you. Then, what is the solution? Let us release it in the air. Release it in the air. This is the technique called Manipurika Shuddhi Kriya to release your emotions into the air, to release your violence and vengeance into the air. Everyone of us has got violence inside. Don’t think you don’t have. Anybody who says I don’t have, ‘I don’t have any suppression or repression’, come and sit here. | ||

+ | One guy told Me, “Swamiji I don’t, really I don’t have… me and my wife, we both never fight with each other.” I was very shocked, surprised. I asked him how, how is it possible? How do you manage it? He said, “The moment I got married, I stopped speaking.” The moment I got married, I stopped speaking. Over. Maybe there’s a chance in that way, to keep quiet. One guy came and told Me, “Swamiji, last one week I have not spoken with my wife.” I asked him. “Why, why ? Are you mad at her?” “No, I am afraid of interrupting her.” You may be keeping quiet in that way but never think you don’t have. We have enough of stuff inside. We have enough of stuff inside. | ||

+ | The moment you close your eyes, you can immediately remember only the people who disturbed you, who cheated you, who exploited you, who gave money to you and asking back and who took money from you and not giving back. Only these guys come in the mind. Only these guys appear in your being. So understand, neither expressing it on others is going to help, nor suppressing it in your system is going to help. When you suppress, you disturb yourself. When you express, you disturb others. That’s what happens. When you express, you shout at everybody, you yell at everybody. When you suppress on you, you disturb your Manipuraka. And now they say a special type of acid is released when you get angry; a chemical is released in your system. So if you continuously suppress, your being becomes just like a acid tub. You are continuously taking bath in acid tub. | ||

+ | SWAMIJI: That’s. He raised a beautiful thing, subject. Now, there’s one more research. Tigers never attack human beings if they are not afraid. Tigers are actually not against human beings. But when you get afraid, frightened, when you are frightened when you see the tiger, you release a smell. Tigers don’t like that smell actually. They say if you just stay, without getting frightened in front of a tiger, it never gets… it never gets disturbed or it never attacks you. Of course research scholars, they are proving. That’s why, the way they handle in the zoos. If you don’t get frightened, they never attack you. When you get frightened, you release a chemical, you release a smell. They’re afraid of… they don’t like that smell. That is the reason they attack you. Not only, actually, Vivekananda once faced the tiger. Not only the tiger did not attack him, and it simply went away. Because he never, he was never frightened. He was there as it is. So it is your fear, just like this fear, the worry also, the anger also releases a chemical in you. Neither expressing on somebody is going to help, nor suppressing in your system is going to help. Then what is the way ? Release it in the air. | ||

+ | There is a meditation technique to release your anger, violence, vengeance in the air, to cleanse the Manipuraka. It’s like vomiting out. | ||
+ | In the Yoga system, two kinds of vomiting. One is, one is literally vomiting, really vomiting the food. After eating, they will make a special kind of water with salt. It’s a Kriya. It’s a Kriya to cleanse your navel. Physiologically they will cleanse. They will.. you will be made to drink that water and then you will vomit. Your body will become so clean and so fresh. You will be surprised. You will never feel so fresh. It will be cleansed thoroughly. That is actually only physiological level. Now, we are going to do it in psychological level. Cleaning your navel and cleaning the Manipuraka. Cleaning the navel is different. Cleaning the navel center is different. Cleaning the navel is like vomiting, simple vomiting. Cleaning the navel center is emotional vomiting. Now we are going to do the emotional vomiting. How to do? | ||

+ | The meditation technique says. Talk in the language which you don’t know. That’s all. That is what the meditation technique says. When you are asked to speak except the languages which you know, your mind stops and emotions start working. It’s like, you see, big volcano is there, inside. You put a cover, on that you are sitting. The cover is inner chattering. The verbalization is, the languages which you know is the cover. When you remove the verbalization, the languages which you know, simply the emotion starts coming out. The volcano erupts out. You can throw all your emotions out. When you throw your emotions out, the navel center is totally cleansed. Psychological vomiting happens. | ||

+ | HDH: Yes! Babies do this meditation, that is why they are so graceful. I always, every ASP I ask, nobody has answered. I always ask: “Have you seen a ugly baby?” Have you seen… all over the world, you see, in all countries, have you seen a single kid who is ugly? Have you seen a single grown up man who is beautiful? 😀 | ||

+ | When they are, when you are a kid, you maintain your navel center. Navel center is the in charge of your aura body. If your navel is empty, pure, beautiful, you have a special grace around you. Kids will practice two techniques. One is that blabbering. Once you feed them and put them in the cradle, immediately they will start shouting and kicking the legs, vahhyannn, something they will be shouting. That actually cleanses their Manipuraka. It helps them to digest the food. It activates the navel center. That’s one something. And second thing, the spinning, whirling. Only if your navel is pure, you can whirl. If your navel is not pure, if you whirl, you will get dizziness. The pita will increase. You will fall. Many people try to imitate my dancing. After three whirling [Swamiji gestures with hand as if falling down]😀 after three spinning 😀. New, new people could not understand what I speak. Many I have seen, they try to spin. He also tried and fallen. | ||

+ | When your navel center is pure, only then you can spin or whirl. Kids, you can see, they will whirl like anything and they will never feel giddy. Of course, we are not going to practise the second technique. We will practise the first. First, let us do the psychological vomiting. Let us cleanse the navel center. Let Me give the instruction for the meditation. First one minute, you will concentrate on the navel center. Then, just start creating some sound, as if you are fighting and throwing away your anger. Bring all your intimate enemies and kill them and start fighting with them. Just create as much sound as possible, as deeply as possible, as loud as possible. Creating sound opens the navel chakra. Creating sound shakes the inner chattering. Creating sounds shakes the inner chattering. Only one condition, you cannot stop for any reason. You cannot stop for, till the meditation is over. Till the meditation is over you cannot stop. Continue… and in the starting, you need to act as if you are acting, as if you are acting. After few minutes you will see really your emotions are getting flooded out. Your emotions are getting released. | ||

+ | HDH: Anger, guilt, everything, mood, disturbs the Manipuraka, navel. You see inverted anger is guilt. Anger standing in sirsasana is guilt. | ||

+ | HDH: Guilt, just guilt, you will start weeping. Guilt will come out as a tear. Tears. | ||
+ | Participant: Do I call out the people I have hurt? | ||
+ | SWAMIJI: Ah yes. You see, one thing. When the guilt comes up, you will see that automatically the self-pity, the anger on yourself comes. And that will, that will ooze out as a tear. That will come out as tears. | ||
+ | Participant: But when you call out names, are we using something…? | ||
+ | HDH: No, no language. Just shout, shout the names, shout the sounds, that’s all. Don’t say the names or don’t say the things which you understand. The inner chattering will start working. Don’t allow the inner chattering to work. Continuously create sounds so that just emotions are released in the air. Understand the technique. You can fight, jump, scream, yell, roll, dance, anything, except beating the next person. Only you cannot harm the next person. Except that, you can do anything, yes. | ||

+ | HDH: Just create sounds, then you will see; just shout as much as possiblem, create, different, different kinds of sounds. Then you will see, automatically emotion opens up. See you will be man only as long as you have the inner chattering. You have mind. That is why manushya it is called; in Sanskrit they call… man who has got mind is manushya. When you throw away your mind, the animal portion will come up and you will become totally violent. I tell you to be utterly violent for few minutes so that you psychologically vomit it out. Otherwise you will be vomiting on everybody. Boss vomits on you. You vomit on your wife, your wife on the kids, kids on the pets, pets on you 😀 Circle. Same circle is happening. Each one is vomiting on others. You always feel you are hurt because your navel is hurt. | ||

I welcome you all with My love and Respects. Few basic things. First thing, put your whole effort in every meditation. Only when you put your whole effort, the real experience can happen; it can be a life transforming experience. Never think you have come for a weekend vacation. If it is just a weekend vacation, understand why 26 people are following Me. Swamiji asks: Did you raise your hand? A participant replies ‘Yes I did.’ Oh because you all are second. From all over… people who are attending first time please see, from all over the country 26 people have gathered here. And there are some people who are attending fourth, fifth program. Yes, fourth program. How many are fourth and fifth? Yes, hm. These are all fourth. I think Keeth here knows much more than Me, because he comes everywhere. Keeth comes for every program.

Understand, I will start with a small story. One guy fell sick. He asked one of his colleague ‘please suggest a doctor’. The college suggested ‘Here is the doctor Phil go to him surely he will heal you. He will heal you but he is very costly. For first visit he charges 500 dollars, for next visit onwards you need to have 100 dollar. Even though he is little costly he will heal you.’ This guy wanted to go to the same doctor but somehow save little money also. So, he went to the same doctor and told, “Doctor, I have come back.” The doctor was not even duped for a minute. He quickly diagnosed him and told, “Please follow the same perception which I gave you last time.” When you want to retain something, hold something you will not get the total result. So understand, only when you put your whole effort you get the total result. Water becomes steam only in 100th degree never in 99.9. So if you say Swamiji I put 90% effort, that is not going to work. Please be very clear 90% effort is not going to reap 90% result. Either you get the result or you miss the game. Here only win or lose that's all. No between. Please be very clear either you win or you lose. So no “I put 80% result Swamiji; I put 90% result Swamiji.” No. So put your whole effort.

People who are coming for second time, for them, now pease people who are attending first time, please don’t listen. Never think you know already. If you think you know already you will miss the whole show. If you really listen only then you will understand how much you are missing every time. I may be speaking same words. Sometimes just I will repeat exactly. Not even a word will be moved from here and there. It is not that I can't speak something new thing. People think that Swamiji has memorised all these. Even, you see, I have a crew member, people who travel with Me continuously; even they thought before I came to the States… In India only ASP I conduct. I don't conduct everyday discourses. They thought Swami has memorised this discourse, and he speaks the same thing everywhere. But only coming to the States they understood, “Oh! Swamiji can speak even in different subjects.” So, don't think I am speaking the same thing because nothing else can be spoken.

These are the cream of My wisdom. That is why I am using the same words and same ideas. If you really open up your being and listen you will understand the different layers of meanings. Don't think the words have got the same meaning. If you have grown up, if you have become matured, same word will give you a different meaning. My discourse, if you listen first time you will understand in one way, if you listen second time you will understand in a different way. If you listen continuously you will come up on new, new meaning. Many people come and report to Me, “Swamiji, I know that is the same audio CD I am listening, but many times I feel that I have missed something. Something new is clicking, some more new understanding is dawning on me. Something new is happening to me.” So understand, never think just because your attending sixth time, seventh time you know everything. Then you will feel only bored. So, don't join the bored club or bored members or bored committee. Understand very clearly, everything has got something new. Depending on your growth words will also give new meaning. You will have different meaning.

So be very clear at least this time don't miss. At least this time don't miss, catch. Never think you know already. Everything is new, unknown and I am going to especially do this new twists, so that you will not have the idea that I know. Because there are almost 50% people are who attended. So be very clear this will not be your usual; either techniques or discourse anything may change at any time. So attend fully. Don't think “Oh, we know this we can miss one session.” Because now it has become Ramayana Mahabharata; you know the whole story. Even if you miss one session nothing wrong. You see, I have seen in India the reciting the Ramayanam is a great merit. The Preacher will be sitting and continuously reciting and the people will be sitting and sleeping because the whole crowd knows the story. Rama only is going to the forest and Sita will be kidnapped and Hanuman will go to Lanka. Again Rama will go to Lanka. Ravana will be killed. Rama will get into the throne. The whole story everybody knows. Even we miss one session it’s not much, nothing much is lost. It's not a big thing. Everybody knows the whole story. Even if we miss one session nothing much will be lost… like a TV serial. One day if you miss the story nothing will be lost. Next day onwards you can pick up. People who are doing second or third time for them it will almost become like a TV serial. Don't think it is TV serial. So, it is going to be totally different experience.

And, in meditation nothing is old. Everyday meditation is something new; because every day you are exploring a different dimension, different depth of your Being. You are going deeper and deeper. If you feel every day your meditation is same don't meditate. Really I tell you if you feel that every day your meditation is same something seriously wrong is happening. Then you have not got the right technique. Your mind is cheating you. If you really meditate, everyday meditation will be totally new. How can even meditation be old ? It can never become. Put your effort totally. Sit as if you are sitting for the first time. Then you will understand lot more new things. You will listen lot more new things.

Three ways you can relate with Me in this class. Three ways you can use this class. Intellectually, if you attend this as a intellectual session you will get enough of knowledge. But that is not enough. You may get enough of knowledge but knowledge itself is not enough. Just intellectual knowledge is not going to help you. Sometimes it is dangerous. Because your head will become more heavy. Head weight is the greatest danger can happen to a human being. Knowing without knowing is what I call head weight. Thinking that you know, without knowing, without having the experience, just having the thought that you have experience. So understand, knowing without knowing is no way going to help you. Just an intellectual knowledge is not enough.

Second with a little bit of effort half of some way little this and little that. Again then you may have one experience in some one meditation. But that also is not going to help you. If you get one experience in one meditation it's not worthy spending two days. One experience, after going from here for one week or ten days you will be in the high mood; even that is not enough. Put your whole effort 100% you will see these two days will become a life transforming experience. You may think, “How can this transform my life, just in two days”? See these 26 guys. Talk to them after this class, there will be a interval, talk with 26 guys. When they came what they thought, after attending what happened. Talk to them, share their experience, then you will understand it can really transform your life.

I have seen many people coming and telling Me after the program. “Swamiji, I never thought it is such a great thing. If I would have known little bit it's a great program I would have put my effort little more. Then I would have had some more result. When I came, I took it very lightly Swamiji.” Because when you see My age, I am very clear & very open, frank.. When you see My age it is very difficult to accept as a Guru or a Master or a Swami and Second thing even if you accept, “Okay he must have studied here and there, 😀 speaking very nicely.” So, never think first way, never think the second way. Of course if you think in the first way and second way it is not I am going to miss something, it is you who are going to miss something. I never give this type of introduction in the first session. First session, I always be very light and without touching much I leave. But this time I thought I should be very clear giving introduction because when you miss introduction, you miss the whole thing.

If you miss the attitude of putting the whole effort, you will miss the whole thing. That is why I tell ,never think what these two days can transform. Even now your mind will be telling, “Alright, this Swami says let us believe.” That's all. But if you really understand, if you really talk to these people who have done this two days course, talk to them. And few guys who have done ASP at least talk to two persons who are newcomers. Just share what you had, what experience you had. What you thought when you came, what you thought when you left - that two is enough. So that they will be inspired to put their effort. But everywhere I am tired of listening the same story. When they come, they come with all their head, intellect fighting with Me. When they go, ‘I should have been little more understanding Swamiji. I should have dropped my head little earlier then I would have had some more experience.” So don't miss.

One thing, these guys even if they have missed they have come here, at least Ohio last program is here. If you miss now, there is no more program. Actually directly I am going back to Brazil and Bangalore. So, you cannot even take chance, “Let me go there and attend.” You cannot even take the second chance. So, don't take chance, put your whole effort. At least these guys had a chance they could come, second time. For you no second time is possible. So, put your whole effort. So that you go to the deepest levels of your being. You get a solid experience which can transform your life. Just to have the Intellectual knowledge you don't need to come here all the way. Sit in front of computer without sleeping, that is more than enough. That is more than enough but that is not totally going to help you. Even here if you just sit with little bit of alertness you will have the intellectual knowledge. Of course people who are sleeping for them I have a special story.

Small story. May not be for your sake, at least for My sake please don’t sleep. You may ask why? Yesterday I was telling; A bus driver and a priest both of them died and went to have the judgement. Saint Peter gave the judgement. He sent bus driver to heaven and the preacher to Hell. The preacher asked for justification. “Give me justification otherwise I will sue you.” Must be from America. 😊 Anyhow, the preacher asked for justification. Saint Peter said, “You see here up in the heaven we don't bother what you do. We bother only what is the result.” When this guy drove people were all praying for their life. When you were preaching people were all sleeping. So, if you sleep when I go there I will get the hell. So, may not be for your sake, at least for my sake don't sleep. Sit totally and listen.
Next thing again if you put half of effort, some Chakra will be open and some will be closed. So, there is some more danger, some more danger. That is why I tell you put your whole effort, don't bother ‘my mind is wondering here, my mind is wondering there’. Mind means it will wonder. Dont worry about it. The very nature this mind is wondering.

Somebody came and told Me, “Swamiji, my wife is not listening to my words at all.” Then what do you mean by the word wife. The very word means, not only she will not listen, she will have her own views. If she listens whatever you say, then take her immediately to psychiatric doctor. She needs treatment. Something seriously wrong; take her to the doctor, she needs treatment.
So, naturally, mind means it will wonder. You know, don't bother ‘my mind is wandering here, wandering there’. Whatever effort you can put, put it totally. That's all. I am not telling you to be perfect. I am telling you to be total. When you meditate, put your whole effort every moment. Sometimes you will forget you are supposed to meditate and your mind will be wandering somewhere. When you remember, don't have guilt, immediately bring the mind and fix it, that's all. Immediately bring the mind and fix it. Don't worry that, “My mind has gone here, my mind has gone there. Oh I am not cut for meditation, I am not trained for meditation.”

Don't decide before starting itself. Put your whole effort, don't bother about perfection. Perfection cannot happen but totality can happen. So, put your total 100% effort, nothing else is necessary. I always tell one more thing, whenever we listen something to do with our body, the physical things, medical things… If you go to a doctor, the doctor says ‘if you have pain in knee it may be the symptom of arthritis. If you have continuous pain in the neck it may be the symptom of spondylitis.’ Immediately what you do? Even if you don't have neck pain you just check once. May not be touching the hand just mentally you check. Do I really have or not. You diagnose yourself mentally. When it is a physical things you diagnose yourself, you compare with yourself, you work with yourself. If it is a spiritual thing if you go to a spiritual discourse, that Swami says ‘you must have little bit of adjustment and compassion in your life only then you can be happy’, what immediately you think, ‘My husband should listen all these things.’ ‘My wife needs this advice.’ ‘I should bring my mother in law next time to the class.’

Whenever it is a spiritual thing immediately you think of the other person. You don't compare with yourself. I have seen many people, everyone comes and complains to Me about the other. “He is doing like that Swamiji, He is doing like this Swamiji.” The common way I will tell. Arrey understand don't possess Me, don't be too much possessive, don't be violent with others, see the divine in everybody. Just I will finish My discourse immediately they will come and tell Me, “Swamiji, I am seeing divine in him but only he is not seeing in me.” If you really see the divine in the other person will you complain about him? Never, you will never complain. People always think I am speaking for the next person, I am speaking to the next person. Please be very clear, I am not speaking to the person who is sitting left to you or who is sitting right to you or who is sitting back side you or who is sitting in front of you. I am speaking exactly to you. I am speaking exactly to you. So, whatever I say compare with yourself. If you feel it is not applicable to you, then raise your hands and talk to Me directly. Don't think, “Oh, this is a generalised statement. I think this is not for me. I am not so bad as Swamiji says. I am little bad, that's true, but not so bad.” 😀

Once Mulla Nasrudin was weeping; his wife was in the death bed. He started weeping, “Oh you are leaving me and going away, what will I do”? He started weeping, “You are leaving me and going way, what will I do?” She started shouting even in the time of death bed. She is in the death bed, any moment she may die. But she started shouting, “You fellow I can't belive you. I know you. Don't weep like crocodile.” The crocodile shows that is weeping but never weeps. “Don’t weep like crocodile. I know the moment I die, you fool, you will marry once more.” Nasrudin says, “I agree I am a fool but I am not so fool to do the same mistake once more.” We always think we are not so fool. We are not so much; we are little bit, but we are not so much. Never think… there is only two category in the world - Buddha or buddhu. Buddha or buddhu, Shiva or Shava. That’s all. Buddhu means murkh, the fool. Either you are enlightened or you are a fool, no between category. So, don’t satisfy yourself that you are middle category. Don’t satisfy yourself as a between category. Either you are enlightened or fool. So, understand that there is no middle category, in between. So don't think you are middle. But all of us, almost every one of us, 99.99% of us think we are middle category. No, I am not enlightened that is true. But I am not last category. I am middle category. We always think we are middle category.

Don't think you are middle. Be very clear where you stand. At least you can start your next steps. Just understand and look into yourself with every statement. Don't look into others. These are the few things. Just three things - 1) I am speaking to you. 2) Put your whole effort and understand whether you are first time or second to put the whole effort. If your are first time put 100% effort, if you are second time put 120% effort. Because your mind has become now matured even to leave a meditation. Meditation is like a pesticide. And you know agriculture people they say if the pesticide has not died, if the insects .. the insects have not died for the first time pesticide, they start learning how to live eating the pesticide. So, next time you need little more dose. So, people who are attending second time they become mastered even the meditation. You have won even the Buddha, you have conquered the Buddha. Even Buddha’s cannot do anything to you. So, now you need to put little more effort. The dose, the pesticide dose has to be increased little more. If you have become enlightened there is no need for you to come for the second course. So, you have come here surely because you have not yet become. So, don't think you have got the whole 100% first time. So, put your whole effort totally into every meditation.

And mind and meditation is just like mother-in -law, daughter-in-law. They cannot stay together. It’s ultimate law. It’s ultimate law. Whenever your mind possesses you, your meditation will never happen. Whenever meditation possesses you mind will never be there. So, I tell you when you meditate don't let your mind come in; don't let your mind come in. Your mind will tell, “No, no, no, I am feeling giddy. I may faint, I may fall.” Don't bother if you fall, we are here to take care. Volunteers are here to take care. I know that I am in a county where law suits are common. So, all techniques are fool proof techniques. Nothing wrong will happen to you. Nothing wrong will happen to you. There are thousands and thousands of people who have practised this technique.

I think this is 54th or 55th ASP in one year. Last one year I do ASP only in weekends. Only one year over. Almost every weekend, one year, one city. Last year January I started and one year three months. Almost practically every weekend I am having a programs. All over the world thousands of people have practised this meditation. The only side side effect they have seen is bliss and the growth, spiritual growth. No other side effect or after effect. So put your whole effort. Don't bother your mind will try all its best - I have knee pain. I have back pain. I think I have little headache. Let me practice next meditation - These all will be the tactics of your mind. Don't listen to it, don't believe it. So, put your effort so that your whole being is boiled. Actually it is an alchemy process. It is just an alchemy process. Some of the dirt will be removed from you. Some of the positive things will be added to you. And the boiling process will be done. It is almost an alchemy process. So don't worry about it. Put your whole effort you will see that you are transformed.

The next thing, you can all introduce yourself to each other. Then we will start the meditations. You may ask why we should introduce ourself to each other. Because next two days you are going to be here, there. Somebody may be sitting next to, somebody may be sitting in front of you. Somebody may be unknown persons, new persons will be sitting in front of you, next to you. If you do not know the other, you will feel little uncomfortable. I have always seen, whenever I tell them, ‘please close your eyes and tie the ribbon’ they will just look here and there. Whether he has closed the eyes or whether she has closed the eyes. There are some guys will stand up and see whether everybody else have closed eyes or not. If you are known the next person, if you are already known to each other, you will not have uneasiness, you will not have discomfort. You will be able to close your eyes immediately and tie the ribbon. That is the reason I tell you, go around, introduce yourself to each other. Please introduce yourself to everyone.

Let you take this slip. Please see the slip. There are seven points mentioned in that slip. These are called seven energy centres. Just if you read the name that is enough. I will read out from below, muladhara, swadistana, manipuraka, anahata, vishuddhi, ajna, sahasrara. You don't need to remember the names, don't worry about it. Just understand, that is enough. I will give you the english names, please write down the english names; then it will be easy to follow. muladhara is the root centre. Swadisthana is spleen chakra. Don't think spleen is there, that is the way they use in english. Third naval centre. Next heart centre; Anahata is heart centre. Vishuddhi is throat centre. Ajna is brow centre. Sahasrara is crown centre. In all the religion, these energy centres are mentioned in different ways. In every religion the mentioning of this energy centre exists, including christian theology. Even in the christian theology mentioning of these energy centres are there; may not be in the Bible directly but in theology it is there. Almost all the Mystics, they speak about this energy centre.

The modern day Kirlian photography, just like a X-ray, there is a Kirlian photography. In Russia they use this Kirlian photography as a diagnostic system. Anybody who knows about the Kirlian photography, who heard about it? Just like X-ray they photograph your aura body, your etheric body, the subtle body. By photographing the subtle body, six months ago they are able to diagnose fatal diseases like cancer; just by photographing you. Just by photographing they are able to diagnose the disease six months earlier. Not one day or two day, six months earlier. Actually any disease happens to you physically only after happening in energy wise, six months ago they are able to diagnose the problems. Through this Kirlian photography they proved the existence of Chakras. When a person meditates, the chakras get expanded. When a person is stressed or worried, the chakras get shrunk. It is very clearly proved.

Each and every one of your energy centres are related to some particular emotion. For example love is related to your heart centre. You may ask how? Around the world in all the culture, in all the language, love and heart are used as synonyms. Love and heart are used as synonyms; not only in English language in every language. Any of you who knows some language in which love and heart is not synonymous? You can tell Me. Because more than 50-60 language I referred; in every language it is synonymous. Love-heart two words are used as a synonymous. It is not that God has created the language… all languages in one day, translation packages, and dropped in one one country. No. Every language is developed, different languages are developed by different person in different place, in different country, in different situation. Then why love and the heart these two words are synonymous in all the language, in all tradition? There is some more deep connection between these two, love and heart.

If you see some of your childhood friend suddenly, surprisingly you see him or her, after 20 years with whom you have a loving memories, suddenly you will feel something is happening in this region, something will be coming up. That is what is love. Many people come and tell Me, “Swamiji, the moment I see you I start weeping.” Many people weep “Oh again.” Some weep out of love that is different. When you see somebody with whom you have loving memories, cherished memories, joyful memories, just your heart overflows. You can feel exactly in this region something happening. How many of you have felt, when you meet somebody, when you see somebody after long time that something will be happening here?

People who are attending second time please give chance for the first time. Let them all relate with Me. You can very clearly feel that something is happening in the Anahata region. I always tell love is a peacemaker. If you have a peace maker you don't need pacemaker. When you don't have peace maker you need pacemaker. Love is a emotion which is related to the anahata centre, heart chakra, heart chakra. Worry or depression is related to naval. You can always see.
Understand totally in the heart, that is more than enough. If you take the notes you will miss My discourse because My speed is such you will never be able to capture. Ask the people who are with Me for more than two years. People who attended 40 ASP’s. I think My PRO and all they attended 40 ASP, 40 ASP they attended. Ask them if they can take notes or anything. No. So, it is impossible don’t try to take notes. When you try to take notes you will miss lot of things. So, just take inside, that is more than enough. Just understand that's more than enough. Whenever you don't understand your free to raise any question. It is not that you should continuously listen. You can just ask question you don't have to feel, “Oh, I will be asking crazy questions.” All questions are crazy, be very clear. All questions are foolish. So, there is no such thing separately crazy question or foolish question. So, you are free to ask question. If you don't question also don't think you look like a intelligent guy. So, we always think ‘if I ask question I may look like fool.’ But most of the time when you don't question, you actually not look like, you act like fool. We actually do that.

A small story. One guy went to bar. There one salesman was standing, sales representative. He was dressed up in a very smart way. This guy was very much impressed seeing his dress. He also wants to have same type of dress. He went near that salesman and asked what is this shoes ? What shoes they are? What shoes are they? This guy replied crocodile shoes. Immediately this guy, he didn’t understand, not only he didn’t understand, he doesn’t want to show that he has not understood. He chould have at least asked one word ‘What it means ? Where I will get it?’ He didn't ask any clarification; he dosen’t want to show that he is ignorant. He went to the next person, one of his friend and asked, what is crocodile? The friend said, “Oh, that is an animal which lives in the river. If you go to brazil you may get it. This guy sold his old ford car and whatever savings he had and took a ticket flight, went to the Brazil, caught hold of a tourist guide. With his help somehow he went inside the jungle, started travelling inside the jungle. And somehow he managed to get a boat also, and he was travelling in a river, he was just rowing in a river. Suddenly tourist guy shouted ‘Eh here is a crocodile, here is a crocodile.’ Took out his big knife, jumped into the river, had a big fight. Almost he was lost but somehow he managed to kill that crocodile. And managed to pull it out of the river. After pulling it out he just turned the crocodile and shouted, “Oh, there is no shoes on this crocodile.”

If you miss one point, if you would have raised one question… . If he has raised one question, if he asked only once ‘what is crocodile shoes?’, the whole journey would not have been there. If you miss one point, you miss one thing, the whole thing will be lost. So, I tell you whenever you have doubt, don't think if you ask some question you will look like a fool. If you don't ask only then… if you ask you may look like a fool but if you don't ask you may act like a fool. Looking like a fool or acting like a fool, what is best you decide. Looking like a fool is much better than acting like a fool. So, whenever you don’t understand anything stop and directly question. There is no need to just record, don’t just take the notes. Understand. You will see that the notes is taken in your heart. And one more thing even if you miss the laugh, miss the joke, don't miss the laughter. 🙂There are many guys who are just sitting and watching Me, and some guys ‘I know this joke already’

One more small story. One big intellectual, philosophy professor. As you all know, the philosophical professors are My favourites. One philosophy professor went to attend a discourse by one of his own student to see how he speaks. As soon as the student knows the professor is coming, he prepared too much for the discourse. He started giving the discourse. The discourse was so nice. The whole hall is enjoying, everybody is just bubbling, overflowing with the joy and everybody enjoyed. But throughout the discourse this guy had a long face. You know the philosophy professors how they keep their face. Long face. That guy kept a long face; not even once he acknowledged or smiled a little bit. This student is totally disappointed. What is this? I prepared so much, whole crowd is enjoying except this one man.
And after the discourse this student went near the professor and asked, “Sir, was it not good? Have you enjoyed it? How is my discourse?” “Oh! you simply prepared from one book. I know the whole discourse. You simply picked up from one book and repeated it. I know every word of your discourse is in that book.” This guy got shock. Then the professor challenged, “Tomorrow I will present that book to you. Tomorrow I will bring that book and give it to you. You can see by yourself the whole book, all your discourse, word by word it is there in that book.” The guy is shocked. Next day he received the book from the philosophy professor. Dictionary. 😀 The book is dictionary. These philosophy professors, they know how to make anything dull. Anything can be reduced to dullness.

If you think you know already you are also a philosophy professor. If you think you know already you are also philosophy professor. So, don’t miss the laughter even if you miss the joke. Granny is thinking I know all these jokes, how can I laugh? Don’t think, even if you miss the joke don’t miss the laughter.
People ask Me, “Swamiji, I don't know the language”, in India that is one problem. For English ASP Tamil people come and sit, for Tamil ASP English people come and sit; because getting seat is very difficult in India. Enrolling is very difficult, too much of crowd. So they ask Me, “Swamiji, I don’t know the language, what should I do”? If you don’t know the language then you are the right person to sit. When you don't know the language at least you are clear you don't understand. You know you don’t know, but If you know the language you don’t even know you don’t know. You understand half half, and you think that you know, that is the problem. So, even if you miss the joke, don't miss the laughter.

Nasarudin was telling a small joke to all of his friends on a cup of coffee. He messed the joke so much. He lost the punch line, nobody was able to understand, nobody could understand. He missed the joke. But somehow one guy started laughing uproariously. Good belly laughter. Others all are asking ‘What have you understood? Why are you laughing? Keep quiet.’ The guy who laughed, he told, ‘Laugh now itself otherwise he will tell the same joke once more.’ 😀 So, if you don’t laugh I will tell the same joke once more. People who have done ASP also understand, if you are not going to laugh I am going to tell the same joke once more.

Your worry and depression is very closely related to navel centre. Whenever you get some news which is shocking, which you are not able to bear, the first blow will be for stomach. You get the stomach upset. How many of you have you experienced? Yes, you get the first blow for stomach only and again you say ‘I can't digest it.’ This expression that ‘I can't digest’ exists in all the language. When you get some shocking news you exclaim “Oh, I can’t digest. I can’t stomach it,” exists in all the language. Worry is related to the naval centre. Each and every emotion is related to one-one chakra. If you use that emotion that chakra opens. If you abuse that emotion that chakra gets locked.
Emotion is the energy which puts the chakras into motion. The energy plus motion is emotion; which gives the energy for the chakras to move is emotion. Every emotion is very closely related to some one chakra. In our seven sessions we are going to have seven session in these two days. We will work on every chakra. The emotion related to that chakra. We will discuss about that emotion and a technique to awaken that chakra.
If that chakra gets awakened that emotion gets purified. If that emotion is purified that chakra gets awakened. It's like a circle. You can awaken the chakra and purify the emotion and purify the emotion and awaken the chakra. Both can happen. If this happens that happens, if that happens this happens. These two days every session we are going to first understand the emotion, how to purify it. Then do the meditation to awaken the chakra. Purifying the emotion, purifying the chakra. These two are the things that we are going to do in this whole course, whole day.

First we will work on anahata chakra - heart centre. The first energy centre is anahata chakra - heart centre. Chakra which is situated in this region. In the centre of the heart, not side, in the centre of the heart. Immediately always people ask Me, “Swamiji, I underwent bypass surgery, will the chakra be there as it is”? Even if your Heart is removed don’t worry the chakra will be there as it is. 😀 Chakra can never be removed by bypass surgery. The chakra will be there without being disturbed. It is up to your consciousness not the physical thing. It is a metaphysical energy.

I was telling you love is the emotion closely related to this chakra. Let us see what is love. I will take some of your help to understand what is love. Answer Me what you feel as a love. Please don’t bring all philosophical answers. I have always seen as soon as I ask what is love people tell ‘Selflessness. Swamiji’. Are you selfless? Is your love selfless love. Give Me the answer which is your experience, no philosophy. I know much more philosophy than you. If I start speaking philosophy… so give Me the practical answer. Because now we're here to work on the practical level. If you just want to know the philosophy, go to the web site and touch meditation; just type www.meditation.com three thousand websites open, not one or two. Three thousand websites are opening and you will get thoroughly confused. So, I am not here to talk any philosophy. I am here to talk only something practical. So, answer Me what you feel as love. Let us start with Nidhi Jackson. What do you think as love? Okay, if you say that somebody loves you what is the scale? … Alright when you love somebody what is the scale? Participant: Care? HDH: Care. Okay. Then let us go to Shalini. Participant: Inaudible HDH: hmm…… okay Mangala Venkatesh. Participant: Intense positive feeling within oneself HDH: Towards somebody or within oneself? Participant: Could be towards any object or person or anything. HDH: Doobi what is love? Participant: Feeling that I am around a person or animal in a good feeling that I have a connection.” HDH: Then Bongu Sudharsha Rao……. Okay. Participant: it's a feeling different in different situations… like with child it's a different feeling … with wife it's a different feeling, with God it's a different feeling; it's very difficult to express. I don't know the right word.

Hmmm, Okay, let Me put the whole thing in nutshell form and present. The best answer, down to earth answer is given by Nidhi. Caring - this is the only word which we directly understand. This is the only expression - if we love somebody we care for them. If somebody cares for us we say that they love us. That's all. Caring and attention is the only thing with which we can measure the love. All other things are just superficial words. This is the right, straightforward direct word - caring. When you care for somebody you say you love him. When somebody cares for you, you say he loves you.
But slowly, slowly, slowly how, what all the ways it gets degenerated. The feeling for caring others or the feeling of attending others or expecting that others should attend you. How it gets degenerated. How it locks your anahata. Most of the time attention need, asking for the others attention towards you becomes a… attention need becomes a big necessity. If you scan your life you will understand 80% of your actions are nothing but… not 80 I think 90. More than 90% of your deeds, your doings are just asking the others attention. In every step you ask the others attention. You want others attention. If they are not attending you sometimes you just force you to be attended. In every step if everybody attends you, you feel very good. If you are not attended you feel you are nobody.

Have you seen these kids, when the kids play they will throw something or they do something, then they will slowly turn and see your face. Whether you accept or acknowledge it or not. If you acknowledge, then they will go ahead. If you don’t, then immediately they will again look you back and sit silently. And some will start crying. Each one will respond in their own way. From the very young age you ask for others acknowledgement, certificate. Asking others acknowledgement, certificate, attention all these things, asking for the attention, asking for the others care or asking for others certificate. Our whole life you can see continuously is nothing but collecting certificates. From the very beginning, first collecting good certificate from the parents, then collecting good certificate from the teachers, then from the friends, then from the professors, then from husband, then from kids, then from grandkids, then from community. From everybody we want good certificates.

Whole life you can see, it is nothing but a long signature campaign. True, if you have a big notebook with you wherever you go you carry. You just immediately write I am a good person please sign it. I am a good son please sign it, good wife please sign it. Your life is nothing but a long signature campaign. When somebody is not signing you feel bad. If more persons sign you feel more good, your ego is pampered. You feel you are attended, you are cared. You feel good about yourself, that you are somebody. More and more people sign you feel you are bigger and bigger person. That is why in our life every step, every step we expect others' opinions, others certificate, others care, others attention.
If you seen the kids playing, they build castle with playing cards. Have you seen with the playing cards kids build a castle. They build buildings. Just like that you also build your personality with others certificate. At least kids are intelligent they build their castle with their own cards. You build your castle with others certificates. Any time any guy if he takes away his certificate what will happen? Whole castle collapses. And as long as you dance according to their tune only they will let their certificate to be with you. When you dance according to your own tune what will happen? Immediately certificate will be taken away. How long you can be dancing to everybody's tune. So, when you dance for your own tune, when you live on your own, immediately the certificate is taken away. Then if one person removes his certificate the whole personality collapses, tumbles down.
That is why, even if the person who is not certifying you, even if he is not directly involved in your life, the person who is commenting about you or not certifying you, even if he is not directly related to your day to day life you feel depressed. Just one guy on the road if he says, “Are you dog?” Immediately you bark at him and prove. If somebody asks ‘are you mad?’ You yell at him and prove. Any one word from one person can easily depress you.

If you think you are very sensitive person, if you think you are continuously getting disturbed, if you think that you are emotional person, be very clear, you are not emotional person, you are weak person. You allow so many persons to interfere in your life, if you allow so many persons to rule in your life, your anahata will never open. Heart opens only when you centre your whole energy on the heart.
People ask Me, “Swamiji, should we not live a compromised life. Should we not adjust ourselves?” Adjustment is different and compromise is different. Understand. Adjustment means you will never be disturbed by anybody's opinion. You are totally centred on you. Even after that you just adjust out of love and compassion with others. That is adjustment. Compromising means you are not solid about yourself. You yourself adjust by the others opinion. You are like a centipede with 100 legs. Centipede can move only with 100 legs. If one leg is taken away what will happen. It will fall. You are also emotional centipede, you need 100 persons with you. All the 100 should praise you. They should say, “Oh, don’t you know about him? He is such a good person. She is such a good person.” Everybody should pamper you, only then you feel like moving, otherwise you feel like drop dead.

If you just live based on others opinions, if you just live for the sake others, if you just live a compromised life, it is much worse than live dead. I tell you, physically being handicapped is nothing wrong, psychologically being handicapped is the worst thing. It is the worst thing. If you continuously bother about others opinion, you are physiologically handicapped. Any fool can put you in depression.
It's a homework, please all of you do it. Do this as a homework, small homework. When you go back just write how many persons can put you into depression in your life. Just write a list, it will not be big homework. I don’t think it is going to take ten days to write this. Half an hour if you sit you can write. If it takes more than half an hour, it is not worth writing. 🙂 Then you are in continuously depression, don't bother about the list. Half an hour is more than enough. Remember who all can put you in depression, who all has got the capacity to put you in depression. Then you can be sure you are slave of all of them. You are searching or asking for all these guys' certificates. You are behind their attention.
I tell you one thing, if a man gives his attention don't think he will simply give. He will give his attention only when you act as he wants. So, psychologically he will be ruling you. I have seen so many so called leaders. They are not leaders actually mass is leading them. These priests or the politicians both are actually not leaders. Don’t think they are leaders, mass is actually leading them, mass opinion leads them. It is not that they lead the mass. Mass opinion leads them. You are also… you think you are leader but mass opinion only leads you.

Actually God is a very intelligent person. You always think that you have your own will. He makes you think you have your own will but he guides in his own way. And women also, very intelligent. You may think that you are deciding, she will do such a way that you will think you are deciding authority and you will decide what she wants to decide 🙂. You will exactly decide only what she wants but you will have a clear conviction that you are the authority. It’s a very subtle way and most of the time you are ruled but you don't even know you are ruled. Make a list. Yes.

Participant: Why Rama sent Sita away after the fourteen years exile? Somebody, some person said something and he sent away Sita to forest. Swamiji: Yes it’s a right question. In Rama’s kingdom one dhobi commented about Sita’s purity. Then immediately Sita has been sent out of the kingdom. Participant: He is giving value to the person’s opinion. Swamiji: … that person's opinion. I tell you it's My honest feeling Rama is not enlightened. At least from this incident I can say he is simple King. He is not a human being, he is just a king. Whatever you may give the justification, at least from My experience I cannot accept this any judgement for this incident. Participant: He tested Sita? Swamiji: Yes, not only tested the Sita, disrespected Sita. There are many people who give many explanation. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, he is a king. He is supposed to be an ideal person. He is supposed to show the path for the whole society, for whole humanity. But somehow I am not able to digest this incident. So, whether it is a Rama or Kama mistake is mistake. So, from My point of view I can be sure Rama has done a surely a mistake. Just giving respect to….. Ah yes…

Participant: Rama is said to be an avatar … one of the avatars. Swamiji: Even if he is an avatar, if he has done a mistake means mistake only. We cannot justify it. We cannot justify it. If you go for justifying…. Participant: What was the reason behind? Swamiji: What was the reason? Tell Me.. Participant: Whether it could be the .. of the people so it came lessons to the people and that accordingly that aids people’s voices were heard and he cared everybody's happiness…. Swamiji: Oh everybody happiness then what about Sita’s happiness? Same person: He cared for people’s happiness not for his happiness. Swamiji: Oh, you see one thing, if you can’t care for your wife’s happiness how will you care about the other people's happiness. What are you talking ? Where is sensitivity? Participant: According to Ramayan.. Swamiji: So, where is sensitivity? I don’t think this incident can be justified.

You see it is not that I don't have devotion for Rama. Surely I know much close, much better about Rama than you all. I know him much more intimately than you all. It’s not that I have a disrespect for Rama. But this incident cannot be justified. I tell you one thing. There are few incidents, may be added to their life which did not happen. There is a possibility. When the person who records the history writes the Purana if he has got his own understanding it might have entered into the incident. Either the incident is not totally recorded in all the…. from all the angle or the incident is insertion. This type of justification may help but otherwise if the incident is true it can never be justified in any way. Anyway the incident can’t be justified as it is.
I tell you, if you cannot be sensitive to your wife with whom you lived so many years, who followed you to the forest and who was with you continuously, and this Sita if she would have thought she would have stayed with Ravana and she would have been much more comfortable, much more happy, much more joyful. She would have had all sorts of luxuries but she never did that. She never even thought about it. She never even imagined. And that time the kingdom of Ayodhya is very small. And kingdom of Ravana is too big. She would have been a Queen of three worlds. So, no way this incident can be justified. You can understand in two ways: either it is inserted by somebody who has not understood Rama or the incident is not totally recorded. There may be some other possibilities that this dobhi would have commented and Sita would have got totally upset or disturbed by this comment. Then Rama would have told ‘go and meditate, spend some time alone to grow out of these comments.’ If it is that case then okay, or if it is an insertion it is okay. If the incident is true we cannot do anything except blaming Rama. Except blaming Rama. We must be honest. Let’s not support him just because we have vested interest on him. If you hold on to principle you will reach the state of enlightenment. If you hold on to personality there is every chance of missing it. So, don’t hold on to personality, don’t justify the persons. Don’t bend the principal for the sake of persons. Bend the person for the sake of principal.

I always tell the people don’t hold on to Me. Hold on to My philosophy. Don’t catch Nithyananda, catch nithya ananda. If you catch Nithyananda that's not going to help you. Catch nithya ananda. Catch Nithyananda if he helps you to put you in nithya ananda. Catch Nithyananda if he helps you to guide towards nithya ananda. So, catch the principal. So, from My experience or from My view I can tell you, this incident cannot be justified. It is totally wrong. Then any fool dhobi will comment and you will just send your wife away to the forest? Surely wrong. Surely wrong, I think, then if that is the case, we will be waiting just for the dhobies!! 😀 which dhobi will comment… Let us somehow… 😀 If that becomes an ideal, then we are all waiting for dhobies.
Actually one day one devotee, I know that she is having problem with her husband. She purchased a big rudraksha mala and she went to the house with the big rudraksha mala. I asked her, “Hey! you are going with such big rudraksha mala are you not afraid your husband will run away.” She said, “I am waiting for that only Swamiji.” 😊 “I am waiting for that only.”

And one guy went to Himalayas and took mantra deeksha, took some mantra, came back to the house and started repeating it. Wife came and asked. “Hey what are you repeating”? He was not replying, just repeating. “Hey! You guy tell me what are you repeating? You went to Himalayas and came back and you are not even speaking to me. You are just sitting and repeating.” That guy did not reply. “Arrey you guy tell me what are you repeating, what for you are repeating?” This guy did not reply. She shouted at him and threw pillows on him. That guy did not even… Just he was repeating the mantra. She got totally frustrated and told, “You fellow all these years I was living with you. Now just suddenly went to Himalayas and came back and started repeating some mantra and you are not even speaking to me.” Again he was keeping silent. “Fellow, it's not worth living with you. Let me leave you. I am going to move away from you. I am divorcing you.” She shouted and packed her luggage and she was about to leave. Again she asked, “At least one more chance I am giving you. I have decided I am leaving you. Tell me what are you repeating. What is the thing is happening?” The moment she left, this guy said, “Wow, I never thought that mantra will work so quickly.” 😊

There is one great thing about the Truth. There is one great thing. If you become conscious, aware of Truth, it automatically changes your life. If you just understand that fire burns you, naturally you will not put your hand in the fire. Even in unconscious you will not put your hand in the fire. If you understand you are psychological slaves of all these guys, naturally you will see your personality will get integrated; because in every day, in every moment, you will remember that these are the guys, I am slave for them. So you will see, by and by, step by step… Just yesterday one devotee was telling Me. “Swamiji, suddenly for last three, four months I don’t feel connected to all my family. It is not that I don’t love them.” These is the very word she told me. “It’s not that I don’t love them. I love them, but somehow I don’t feel attracted. I don’t feel that continuously I bothering about them. Previously I used to everyday ring up and find out. Now I don’t feel like ringing up and finding out, but I love them. I am totally very detached. Is it right?” It’s really a good feeling. You are growing. You are really growing. You see. When the Anahata opens, when you center yourself, you will not continuously bother or worry about others. It is not that you will, you will hate them. You will love them. You will care for them. But you will be totally an individual. You will understand you are a total individual. You will first time respect yourself. You will have the dignity, the real self-esteem about yourself.

If you are continuously bothering means, don’t think you are loving them. You are bothering about their attention towards you. You care just so that they will care for you. It is a business contract. It’s just a bargain. You stand with a big begging bowl. Oh please give me your attention, give me your attention. And she is standing with a much bigger begging bowl. And both begging bowls hit each other everyday. Tak, tak. All the sounds which you hear in your house is nothing but the clashes of begging bowls. Clashes of begging bowls. Really when you love, you become totally detached; and then also you care, it’s not that you don’t care, but you are not slave.

Have a list in your bedroom very clearly. You can even, if you feel that my husband will read, my kids will read, you do one thing; you have a nickname for everybody and write that, that’s all. Have a small cartoon diagram for everybody. If your husband has got two big teeth, write ‘Teeth’. If your wife is very short, then have a small cartoon, of round . Have at least a cartoon or nickname so that only you understand. Everyday at least once you remember - these all the people who can depress you. They have got the potential power to depress you. You will see your personality gets strengthened. You are weak because you don’t know you are weak. The freedom has got its own intelligence. The truth has got its own capacity. The very moment you understand you are slave, you work for freedom. As long as you don’t understand you are slave, you never work for freedom. The moment you understand you are slave, you work for freedom. This will continuously remind you all these people can exploit you. If you are a slave of somebody psychologically, then verily they can exploit you. I tell you the fatal diseases come only when you have the low self-esteem and attention for… begging for others’ attention. If you can’t stand on your own leg, if you can’t stand independently, if you can’t center your energy in your own heart, only then you get all fatal diseases. All fatal diseases are caused if you can’t stand independently on your own feet. Don’t walk with a hundred legs, it means you are not walking, you’re crawling, not even crawling, rolling. If you walk with two legs, you are walking. If you are walking with a hundred legs, you are crawling. Understand whether you are walking or crawling. Write very clearly I am psychological slave of all these guys. And write very clear list of names, so that again and again your personality will be getting integrated. Understand this one thing: You see, the very simple understanding that you are psychological slaves of so many persons, will integrate you and you will start giving real love. When I checked that person, yesterday the person who spoke to me that ‘Swamiji I am losing the attachment to everybody.’ I just checked that person’s energy. The heart has started functioning so beautifully. The Anahata has become so integrated. The growth has started happen. I tell you, when you grow, even your detachment is a great service to others. If you don’t grow, even your attachment is a big possessiveness for others. You will be eating others head. Most of the time, in the name of love, you only eat others head. Don’t think you are loving. How much you are eating others head, only if you ask others, they will tell you. Just go and talk to your husband. Then you will understand how much you eat his head. Whatever you do in the name of love, if you go and talk to their kids, then you will understand how much you are eating their head.

If you really mature, integrate your energy, even your detachment will be such a beautiful help for them, others. You will understand everybody. If you are just very wildly possessive of others, then you will never bother about others good. You will only try to fulfill your desires about them, that’s all. You will only keep them such a way that continuously they give their attention to you. They are almost like your extensions, that’s all. You will only use them. You will never love them. You will never give something to them. When you center yourself on your heart, you really become a beautiful wife and beautiful mother, and beautiful husband. As long as you have your energies on others, you will never be a neither good mother, nor good father, or good wife. Only when you can stand up and say no to anybody, only when you have the freedom to say no, only when you have the courage to say yes when you want to say yes. When you want to say no, say no. When you have the courage you are integrated in your heart. Then I tell you, your health also will be beautiful, your love towards others also will be really beautiful. Otherwise you will be only disturbing your health, and you will be disturbing others health.

Understand very clearly, go and write first this homework. Day after tomorrow itself, do it. First write this and put it in your bedroom so that continuously your personality starts growing. You remember all these guys can depress me. So, you integrate yourself. The solidification of the personality is the first thing for spirituality. The basic condition for spiritual growth is solidifying your personality. That happens only when you center yourself on the heart. That is why I tell you, the technique to work on the Anahata chakra is the basic technique for everybody. The Mahamantra. Now we will enter into the meditation technique to center our heart, our energy into our being. This technique will totally awaken your real freedom. Only when you bother about your being, only then your health and the others health can be maintained. So now, let us work on the Anahata chakra, the heart center, to center yourself into the being. It’s a beautiful meditation technique from Tibetan Buddhism. Let Me explain this technique, then you will start doing. Any of you who have not done this Maha Mantra meditation, raise your hands. Oh there are so many. Four instructions: Listen properly. People are doing the second time, third time, attend totally so that the next time, the teachers training time, it will be useful for you. It can be useful. You can use this for teachers training time. Four instructions: One is sitting straight. Sitting straight means your neck, head and the backbone should be in one line. Next instruction, let Me finish all the instructions, then you do it.

Next instruction, closing your eyes. When I say close your eyes, I don’t mean close your eye lids. I mean something more. Now, as on now, when you open your eyes, you see all these things. When you close your eyes, you see all these things inside TV. Inside there is a TV going on. You see everything in inside TV. Don’t do that. When I say close your eyes, I wanted you to shut the visualization ocean. I wanted you to shut the visualization or seeing the things inside. How to do that? - Whenever you close your eyes, you can always see the eyeballs will be slowly moving. The movements of the eyeballs will be there. Don’t do that. Just give pressure from inside, so that the eyeballs movement stops. Feel, visualize as if both eyeballs have become like a stone, just for sixty seconds, not more than that. Just for sixty seconds, feel both eyeballs have become like a stone. Understand all the four instructions. First sitting straight, next… first sitting straight, next closing the eyes, third, humming from deep stomach. You need to humm, just do the humming. Let your lips be closed, just do the humming from the navel center, from the deep stomach. Let Me show you how to do. (Swamiji does humming) As deeply as possible, as loudly as possible, as lengthily as possible.

Participant: Are we taking the breath from the mouth? HDH: No, only from the nose. You see, when you open the mouth, body takes the whatever is necessary. Actually when you give the gap, breath goes only through the nose inside. But body takes rest, gap, that’s all. Whether you breathe by nose or the mouth, don’t bother. But do it as lengthily as possible, as loudly as possible, and as deeply as possible. Feel your body is an empty vessel and vibrate it totally. Your hands may tremble and your eyes may pour tears, the cough may come out. Don’t bother about anything. Let your hands tremble. Vibrate so much, so that your whole energy can be centered on your heart. Twenty minutes put your whole effort and hum. And next ten minutes sit silently, concentrate on the heart center. In this region, concentrate, just feel that music is coming from here. You would be listening to music. That music is happening from this place. Just concentrate in this region. Not very tightly, relaxed way feel that region.

Four instruction: sitting straight, closing the eyes, humming twenty minutes, silence sitting ten minutes. That’s all. Yes. Participant: When you close the eyes you visualize something or the other. What we should d at that time? HDH: Humming time. Humming time, you concentrate more on humming. Don’t allow the mind to work. Increase the sound of the humming. Your thoughts will disappear to the humming. The thoughts appear, again increase the sound. Increase the sound of the humming. Thoughts will disappear. No other visualization, just feel. You can visualize as if you are an empty vessel and vibrate, that’s more than enough. Participant: You said the humming should start from the navel? HDH: Yes, deep as deeply as possible. Participant: While concentrating on the heart chakra? HDH: That is last ten minutes. First, first twenty minutes, no concentration, just hum totally. Become humming, vibration totally. Participant: Can you show it Swami? Just once. [Swamiji demonstrates humming]

HDH: No, not “Om”. It is much deeper than that. Any doubt in the instructions? Yes. Participant: Swamij, is it starting from the navel? HDH: It will start from deep, much more deeper than navel Ma. Don’t bother from where it starts. Do it totally. Participant: We don't have to focus on dreaming? HDH: No, breathing just. Participant: Does the success of it dependent how forcefully you do it? HDH: How? Participant: How forceful HDH: Yes I wanted you to do it aggressively. Participant: I get a headache when I do it HDH: Don't worry about it. First, if you have the potentiality to get the headache, once or twice, it will come out, it will erupt out. You will never get it back. So, start chanting, start humming totally. Let us start the meditation. First tie the ribbons. Any doubt? Doubt? Mani puraka. Mani means the diamond. Puraka means kept inside. Actually the diamond is kept inside this lotus. There is a beautiful mantra in Buddhism - ‘mani padmeham’. It means the jewel in the lotus, diamond in the lotus. That denotes this manipuraka chakra only. In this chakra, there is a beautiful wealth. Treasure is inside, but it is covered with mud. If you work on this chakra and open up this chakra, it will become tremendous energetic. And not only it will become energetic, if this chakra opens, you will have the intuition, power of intuition. Deep intuition. This chakra is related to worry. Worry and depression.

Participant: I think it's a state of your own mind. HDH: OK. Now one person is in real worrying. Let us ask her what is worrying? HDH: Tell me Participant: Swamiji is my worry. 😃 No. I don't know the definition Swamiji. HDH: Tell me some definition, What do you mean by ? See, there is a person who doesn’t know worry at all. Tell me what is your experience about worry? Participant: Maybe your system is filled with negativity or something physiology is disturbed with negative thoughts HDH: OK. Nice, she said, she said the right words. Physiology is disturbed by negative thoughts. Not only psychology. We always think only psychology is disturbed. Don’t think only psychology is disturbed by negative thoughts. Directly your physiology is disturbed. Don’t think, ‘oh today if I think negative thoughts, tomorrow or day after tomorrow, I may get the result. No. Today if I do all negative things, maybe when the time of leaving death, birth, leaving the body, I make get some shapa or I may get some - punishment. Don’t think. Negative thoughts doesn’t wait. Negative thoughts not only affects the psychology,iIt directly affects the physiology. When you eat, don’t think you digest only your food. You digest your thoughts also. Don’t think only the food which you have taken in works on your body. The thoughts also are working on your body. Continuously your thoughts are working on your body. Your thoughts create your body.

That is why in the East, there is a beautiful Shastra. Shastra means scripture… called Samudrika Lakshana. According to your body structure, they will tell your character. According to your body structure, they will tell you your character; because continuously, your mind is creating your body. If your mind changes, your body will be created a new way. That is why the people who do the meditation camp, they get healed. So many of our devotees, they come and tell me, ‘Swamiji I had this problem, it has disappeared. I had that problem, it has disappeared, I have been healed. I’ve become alright.’ How can it be? Because when your thought system is changed, when your thinking system is organised, then naturally your physiology also becomes alright. Let us go to Anand Vimal. Where is Anand Vimal? Ah yes. Tell me what is worry? The heater machine? 😀 Then? Participant: “Worry is a state of concern, concern over things that are negative HDH: Let Me put the whole thing in nutshell form. Worry is nothing but a habit. Worry is nothing but continuously repeating particular words, even without your knowledge, words which create shrinking feeling in you. Those words will be continuously repeated in your mind, without your permission, without your control, that’s all. It is not even under your control.

We have two kinds of talking: one is talking to other, another one is talking to yourself. Talking to yourself only is called inner chattering. In the inner chattering, without even your control, some portions are continuously repeating the same word. It just gets depressed. When the system is corrupted, when a portion of your program is corrupted, you repeat the same words continuously, to yourself, without even your knowledge or control. The same thought continues to come up again, and again and again. How much you try to take it out, you will not be able to. The moment you are playing, enjoying, you will forget. The moment you finish your play, enjoy, come and sit, immediately it starts. doiiiiii. Tambura shruti come to the same tune. Your mind is back to your tune. That becomes a basic tune in your mind. Again come back to same doiiiiii. When you do some work or some job, you forget for few minutes and you feel you are away from it. But the moment you rest, again, you fall to the same ditch.

The inner chattering, when it becomes totally corrupted, the inner chattering when it gets totally disturbed, the inner chattering when its flow is not happening like a river... Your inner chattering is like a river. But whenever it never flows and when it stops and it becomes a whirlpool, you are just pulled inside. If you fall in the river, you can save yourself always. If you are caught in the whirlpool, never; because you will be just sucked inside. It’s like a tornado. Tornado means up ↑, whirlpool sucks in. The inner chattering, when it is disturbed, when it is not a flow, when it is not a river, then it just disturbs you. You have something called inner chattering from your navel, actually inner chattering starts only from the navel. If your navel is disturbed, your inner chattering gets corrupted. If your inner chattering is corrupted, your navel gets disturbed. Both are very closely associated to each other. If the lake is poisoned, the water will be, the pipeline will be poison water. If the pipeline is poisoned, the lake will be poisoned. You can do in the both either way. First lake can be poisoned and then the whole water supply will be poisoned. Water will be full of poison. If you poison the pipeline, you see, the water supply, maybe the water only goes in this way, but in the thought it goes in the two way. If you thoughts are corrupted, corrupted, it corrupts the navel chakra.

How navel chakra gets corrupted? How Manipuraka gets corrupted? Your navel gets corrupted by the suppressions and depression. You continuously suppress and depress yourself. In so many times, you have to suppress your anger, you have to repress your sex, you have to repress your violence, you have to repress your feelings, suffering, sorrow; so many things you cannot express always. So many times you have to suppress. By suppressing, suppressing, suppressing, you make your navel totally corrupted.

Your navel becomes just like a wound. Almost every one of us are living with a big wound. The cancer is not a real big thing. The wound, disturbed Manipuraka is the worst thing to live it. If you have cancer, you will have only pain where you have cancer. Suppose if somebody has got cancer in the neck, they will have only pain in the neck. If you have the wounded or disturbed navel center, you will have pain throughout the body. All your pain is rooted only in navel center. All your pain, not only stomach troubles, even the pain is related to navel center only. If the navel center is disturbed, only then you get the pain.

It is the worry which is the deep root, which is the reason for all pains. The continuous, disturbed inner chattering is what I call worry. Disturbed inner chattering is what is the worry. If your inner chattering is clean, you will never feel like getting out of the inner chattering. Because your inner chattering is so disturbed, you always want to somehow, silence your mind. We always think, ‘Suddenly if God switches off our mind, that will be the greatest gift, that will be the great relaxation.’ Because it is continuously torturing you, you want to somehow escape. The method or the trials to escape… many, many, many methods, people have tried to escape from their inner chattering. One is continuously drinking, continuously eating. All these things are actually by product or side effect of the disturbance of navel chakra. People actually when they are not able to live with themself, just to forget them only, they drink. And just to forget them only, they continuously eat.

Obesity is very closely associated to the depression. Obesity and depression is very closely associated. When you feel empty, depressed inside, you continuously tend to eat and fill yourself. You continuously tend to eat and fill yourself. So, obesity and the depression, they are very closely related. Continuous collected worries, that only disturbs the navel center. That only disturbs your inner chattering.

We cannot express all our anger, all our suppressed violence, on anywhere and everywhere. That is why, it just gets suppressed and gets… it goes and disturbs the navel center. There is a beautiful meditation technique to work on the navel center, to break your inner chattering, to open the Pandora box. You are all… don’t think you are all sitting on a chair or you are sitting on a carpet. You are sitting on a, on a volcano, big volcano is there inside. You have suppressed all your vengeance, emotions, everything; you are sitting on that. That is why, a small stone, just a small stone is enough to frame you up. One small incident is enough. You are just waiting on whom you will jump. Just waiting, ready. The moment you get some chance, you jump on him, or her, just waiting for every minute, waiting for every moment.

Understand, neither expressing on somebody is going to help, nor suppressing in your system is going to help. If you express it on somebody, what will happen? They will again shout at you. It will create only the Karma chakra, the chain of Karma, link of Karmas. Even if they can’t express it on you, they will go and express it on somebody else. Your boss shouts at you. You yell at your wife, your wife dumps it on the kids, kids go and disturb the pets. Pet comes and bites you. There is a circle. Pets come and bite you. There is the circle, it’s going on. Everybody is throwing up on others. Throwing on others is not going to help you. Neither throwing on others is going to help you, nor suppressing it with you is going to help you. Then, what is the solution? Let us release it in the air. Release it in the air. This is the technique called Manipurika Shuddhi Kriya to release your emotions into the air, to release your violence and vengeance into the air. Everyone of us has got violence inside. Don’t think you don’t have. Anybody who says I don’t have, ‘I don’t have any suppression or repression’, come and sit here.

One guy told Me, “Swamiji I don’t, really I don’t have… me and my wife, we both never fight with each other.” I was very shocked, surprised. I asked him how, how is it possible? How do you manage it? He said, “The moment I got married, I stopped speaking.” The moment I got married, I stopped speaking. Over. Maybe there’s a chance in that way, to keep quiet. One guy came and told Me, “Swamiji, last one week I have not spoken with my wife.” I asked him. “Why, why ? Are you mad at her?” “No, I am afraid of interrupting her.” You may be keeping quiet in that way but never think you don’t have. We have enough of stuff inside. We have enough of stuff inside.

The moment you close your eyes, you can immediately remember only the people who disturbed you, who cheated you, who exploited you, who gave money to you and asking back and who took money from you and not giving back. Only these guys come in the mind. Only these guys appear in your being. So understand, neither expressing it on others is going to help, nor suppressing it in your system is going to help. When you suppress, you disturb yourself. When you express, you disturb others. That’s what happens. When you express, you shout at everybody, you yell at everybody. When you suppress on you, you disturb your Manipuraka. And now they say a special type of acid is released when you get angry; a chemical is released in your system. So if you continuously suppress, your being becomes just like a acid tub. You are continuously taking bath in acid tub. Participant: When we get a fear that some kind of a body smell is coming out, some animals or something….[inaudible]

SWAMIJI: That’s. He raised a beautiful thing, subject. Now, there’s one more research. Tigers never attack human beings if they are not afraid. Tigers are actually not against human beings. But when you get afraid, frightened, when you are frightened when you see the tiger, you release a smell. Tigers don’t like that smell actually. They say if you just stay, without getting frightened in front of a tiger, it never gets… it never gets disturbed or it never attacks you. Of course research scholars, they are proving. That’s why, the way they handle in the zoos. If you don’t get frightened, they never attack you. When you get frightened, you release a chemical, you release a smell. They’re afraid of… they don’t like that smell. That is the reason they attack you. Not only, actually, Vivekananda once faced the tiger. Not only the tiger did not attack him, and it simply went away. Because he never, he was never frightened. He was there as it is. So it is your fear, just like this fear, the worry also, the anger also releases a chemical in you. Neither expressing on somebody is going to help, nor suppressing in your system is going to help. Then what is the way ? Release it in the air.

There is a meditation technique to release your anger, violence, vengeance in the air, to cleanse the Manipuraka. It’s like vomiting out. In the Yoga system, two kinds of vomiting. One is, one is literally vomiting, really vomiting the food. After eating, they will make a special kind of water with salt. It’s a Kriya. It’s a Kriya to cleanse your navel. Physiologically they will cleanse. They will.. you will be made to drink that water and then you will vomit. Your body will become so clean and so fresh. You will be surprised. You will never feel so fresh. It will be cleansed thoroughly. That is actually only physiological level. Now, we are going to do it in psychological level. Cleaning your navel and cleaning the Manipuraka. Cleaning the navel is different. Cleaning the navel center is different. Cleaning the navel is like vomiting, simple vomiting. Cleaning the navel center is emotional vomiting. Now we are going to do the emotional vomiting. How to do?

The meditation technique says. Talk in the language which you don’t know. That’s all. That is what the meditation technique says. When you are asked to speak except the languages which you know, your mind stops and emotions start working. It’s like, you see, big volcano is there, inside. You put a cover, on that you are sitting. The cover is inner chattering. The verbalization is, the languages which you know is the cover. When you remove the verbalization, the languages which you know, simply the emotion starts coming out. The volcano erupts out. You can throw all your emotions out. When you throw your emotions out, the navel center is totally cleansed. Psychological vomiting happens. Participant: Is it like a baby who can't talk? HDH: Yes! Babies do this meditation, that is why they are so graceful. I always, every ASP I ask, nobody has answered. I always ask: “Have you seen a ugly baby?” Have you seen… all over the world, you see, in all countries, have you seen a single kid who is ugly? Have you seen a single grown up man who is beautiful? 😀

When they are, when you are a kid, you maintain your navel center. Navel center is the in charge of your aura body. If your navel is empty, pure, beautiful, you have a special grace around you. Kids will practice two techniques. One is that blabbering. Once you feed them and put them in the cradle, immediately they will start shouting and kicking the legs, vahhyannn, something they will be shouting. That actually cleanses their Manipuraka. It helps them to digest the food. It activates the navel center. That’s one something. And second thing, the spinning, whirling. Only if your navel is pure, you can whirl. If your navel is not pure, if you whirl, you will get dizziness. The pita will increase. You will fall. Many people try to imitate my dancing. After three whirling [Swamiji gestures with hand as if falling down]😀 after three spinning 😀. New, new people could not understand what I speak. Many I have seen, they try to spin. He also tried and fallen.

When your navel center is pure, only then you can spin or whirl. Kids, you can see, they will whirl like anything and they will never feel giddy. Of course, we are not going to practise the second technique. We will practise the first. First, let us do the psychological vomiting. Let us cleanse the navel center. Let Me give the instruction for the meditation. First one minute, you will concentrate on the navel center. Then, just start creating some sound, as if you are fighting and throwing away your anger. Bring all your intimate enemies and kill them and start fighting with them. Just create as much sound as possible, as deeply as possible, as loud as possible. Creating sound opens the navel chakra. Creating sound shakes the inner chattering. Creating sounds shakes the inner chattering. Only one condition, you cannot stop for any reason. You cannot stop for, till the meditation is over. Till the meditation is over you cannot stop. Continue… and in the starting, you need to act as if you are acting, as if you are acting. After few minutes you will see really your emotions are getting flooded out. Your emotions are getting released. Participant: With my inner chattering sometimes I bring up anger but sometimes I bring up guilt.

HDH: Anger, guilt, everything, mood, disturbs the Manipuraka, navel. You see inverted anger is guilt. Anger standing in sirsasana is guilt. Participant: Okay with anger I can bring up …inaudible... people I am angry with. HDH: Guilt, just guilt, you will start weeping. Guilt will come out as a tear. Tears. Participant: Do I call out the people I have hurt? SWAMIJI: Ah yes. You see, one thing. When the guilt comes up, you will see that automatically the self-pity, the anger on yourself comes. And that will, that will ooze out as a tear. That will come out as tears. Participant: But when you call out names, are we using something…? HDH: No, no language. Just shout, shout the names, shout the sounds, that’s all. Don’t say the names or don’t say the things which you understand. The inner chattering will start working. Don’t allow the inner chattering to work. Continuously create sounds so that just emotions are released in the air. Understand the technique. You can fight, jump, scream, yell, roll, dance, anything, except beating the next person. Only you cannot harm the next person. Except that, you can do anything, yes. Participant: I don't quite understand. So what we are doing is using sounds automatically?

HDH: Just create sounds, then you will see; just shout as much as possiblem, create, different, different kinds of sounds. Then you will see, automatically emotion opens up. See you will be man only as long as you have the inner chattering. You have mind. That is why manushya it is called; in Sanskrit they call… man who has got mind is manushya. When you throw away your mind, the animal portion will come up and you will become totally violent. I tell you to be utterly violent for few minutes so that you psychologically vomit it out. Otherwise you will be vomiting on everybody. Boss vomits on you. You vomit on your wife, your wife on the kids, kids on the pets, pets on you 😀 Circle. Same circle is happening. Each one is vomiting on others. You always feel you are hurt because your navel is hurt.

I have seen many people, for no reason, they will feel he has hurt me, he has hurt me, he has hurt me. He wants to take me over. He wants to rule me. He wants to do this. He wants to do that. No. Nobody wants to hurt you. Nobody wants to rule you. It is our feeling. We always say that he is like this, he is like this, he is like this. So, because your navel is hurt, you feel continuously hurt. Empty your navel, vomit out, then you will see your whole being undergoes a new transformation. Then after the meditation, last ten minutes just sit silently concentrating on the navel, relaxing the navel. First one minute you will concentrate on the navel. When I say ‘Start’, start creating sounds. You can see very clearly from navel the sounds are coming. After the meditation, when I say ‘Sit’, sit silently and concentrate on the navel. Ready? Yes. HDH: Ah! You see, imagination of creativity is totally different. Imagination of the Muladhara is totally different. In Sanskrit, there are two words. Bhavana, Kalpana. Kalpana means you will chisel the other. Bhavana means you will chisel yourself. Bhavana is creativity. Kalpana is imagination. Actually, when your muladhara opens you will have more Kalpana, more Bhavana. Sorry, more Bhavana. More creativity. Your creativity will become more. So, work on the Muladhara. Open the Muladhara. Drop the imagination, you will have real creativity.

Participant: Is this really happens or is it just your imagination?
HDH: No. Imagination, imagination means it will not be so solid. It'll not happen at the time of meditation. Imaginations can happen only when you drink or when you take the drugs. If it happens at the time of meditation it is only a experience.
Every chakra has got a tune of their own. So the… every meditation if you see it exactly suits with that tune. So it suits with that chakra.
Inner ecstasy, in, in sanskrit the word is Paravasa Paravasa. You see, whenever the ecstasy or the joy happens inside without the outer person, that's what we call Paravasa. Inner orgasm, inner orgasm.

HDH: No, it is one step less than Ananda. Ananda happens even without meditation, it just continuously oozes out. That is Ananda. One step less than Ananda. But, much, much ahead of outer joy. Much, much, more superior than outer joy. You became independent of the outer person. You become totally independent of the other. Your, you became self sufficient as far as the joy is concerned. Then, whenever you are with the other person, you give your joy. Instead of demanding from that person, instead of expecting, you just flow; that is the beauty of this meditation. Yes,

Let us work on the Svadhisthana Chakra. Now we are going to work on the spleen chakra, spleen center - Svadishtana. Just below the Manipuraga above the Muladhara is the exactly two inch below the navel, just two, three inch above the Muladhara, this chakra is situated. Svadishtana means where your being is established. “Swa” means “Self”, “adishta” means “established”. This is the region where your being, your Self is established. How to prove? What is the proof? She was asking me: “Is it the sex center?” No, it's the life center, it is the place where your energy is installed, where your being is installed. Delegate: “Some books say it like that, so I was curious.”

Swamiji: If you want to get confused in your life, read books on these chakras. Delegate: “In your own book, in your own book probably is something mixed up.” Swamiji: No, actually that, that page is not by Me. Somehow when we print, gave it for printing, that guy added. Swamiji: That guy, when he thought, ahh, when he saw the chakras, he thought: “Let me have my message.” (Swamiji laughing) That is why we have not reprinted that book, that old edition.

Anyhow, how to prove this a life center? In Zen Samurais, have you heard of Samurais, Zen fighters in Zen Buddhism, Sumo warriors, when they are defeated, they commit suicide, actually. If they are defeated. The way in which they commit suicide is a very unique way. They take a small needle and just insert it on the Svadishtana, that's all. If you exactly insert it on the spot Svadishtana, your life leaves you without pain. Just by a small needle. Of course, I won't teach you that. (Swamiji laughing) This proves that your life energy is centered in Svadishtana and it is called “Hara Kriya”.

Just by a small needle, without having any pain you can leave the body. This is the center for death. Here the Self is established, your being is established. How this chakra gets locked and how it can be opened? By fear this chakra gets locked. If you know how to face the fear, if you enter into the fear, this chakra gets opened. This is the master key. Let us understand the fear stroke, then you will understand fear, because as on now we cannot understand really what is fear. It is too much complicated subject. Let us understand fear stroke. It's a new term maybe for newcomers. Have you heard of this word fear stroke? Kamla!

(Swamiji laughing) If you are walking in the night time in your house garden, suddenly you see a coiled rope. What happens? Delegates: You think it’s a snake. Swamiji: At the moment you think it's a snake - totally you are shocked. Your hair stands and sometimes (showing up with the fingers and laughing) - one or two, if it is too much, one or two ... happens.

Swamiji: A serious shock. (Swamiji laughing) Why she’s laughing little late? I think she missed the joke. (All laughing) Swamiji: It will be a little time for her to catch the joke. Anyhow, the moment... for one moment... you are shaken totally. Whole being is shaken, it's almost like a shock. That shock only I call it as a fear stroke. Of course, next moment you come back. You understand “no it is not a snake, it's a rope”, which you yourself thrown… ah… today morning. You understand everything. Then you get settled, that is different. I'm speaking about the experience. The shock... that shock only is called as a fear stroke. So are so many instances (..) Start mentioning some more. Let us give time for the newcomers.

Delegate: “When you think you lost your keys or your wallet.” Swamiji: Ha, yes! The moment you search and you don't find, that moment you get a fear stroke. And especially in the McDonald's, after eating. (Swamiji laughing) Here also the same system? They pay after eating? Delegate: “No, here not. Before eating.” Swamiji: Before eating. Oh, ok. In India they pay after eating. Then, any other example? Delegate: “Swamiji, when you have a crazy cab driver to the airport Swamiji: That is not fear stroke, fear itself. Then? Delegate: “Um, when I’m start to fall asleep driving and then all of a sudden you wake up and you're going off the road or something.” Swamiji: Yes, yes. Sleeping on the wheels. That is not fear stroke for you, for others. <<Delegates laughing<< Swamiji: That’s fear stroke for others. Delegate: “Is it a cop coming behind you..” Swamiji: Aaaa, cop, cop, cop <<Delegates laughing<< Swamiji: Cop is the right reason for fear stroke in America. Delegates: “Yeah, yes Delegate: When you fall asleep late in the afternoon and you look at the clock and it says 8 o'clock and you don't know if it's morning or night. Swamiji: Ah, yes! Swamiji: And one thing you all, all of you have forgotten; You get the fear stroke in dreams also. Not only in the day time, in the dreams also you get fear stroke. Any fear stroke in the dream? Delegate: “Swamiji, in your dreams like a, you see the presence of somebody being there and you are like in a state (..) You're seeing yourself that you're half awake, half asleep and you want to scream or say and nothing comes out. You know, you are just in moment...yes Swamiji: Yes, yes, yes. Actually, it's the shifting of consciousness, it's like a shifting the gear, shifting of consciousness.

It will be stuck in Sva (..), you will be entering into Svadhisthana, but you will not be able to possess the whole body. Just you're half half, that is the space you are talking. Now if you want to delay any process, hurry up. If you want to delay any work, hurry up. Because when you hurry up, you will not commit small mistakes. You will be so careful not to commit small mistakes, you will do big blunters. Because your conscious will become dull.

Swamiji: So any more instances about the fear stroke? Delegate: “A diagnose is given by a doctor.” Swamiji: Ah yes, hm, yes, yes, yes, yes . She's asking a right, nice question: “Have you had any fear stroke?” Before Enlightenment I had. I... I was staying in Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh, Central India. It was the evening, ahh, maybe around seven o'clock. It's a deep forest, 30 kilometers away from the nearest village. Nearest village also don't have electricity. To get roti you have to go to the nearest village, 30 kilometers away. Once in a week I used to go and get five rotis - that is the food for whole week. So, I... I was staying in a sort of a cave, a beautiful cave. I was sitting on the rock actually. On the rock I was sitting and just enjoying the evening breeze. It's a beautiful life.

I don't have to take ASP. (Swamiji laughing) I don't have to heal from morning to evening... and I was just enjoying the evening breeze. Suddenly I saw one elderly man, black, tall elderly man. Black, short elderly man walking towards Me. I know for sure that next 30 kilometers there is no village surrounding. And why this guy has come in this time here? Whether he missed the way or not, what happened to him? Let Me at least go and invite him, let him come and stay in the cave. Tomorrow morning he can find his way.

I just jumped down from My rock, I was seeing some five, six feet high rock. I jumped down and went near him. When I went just four, five feet near him, only I discovered it's a bear ... walking with two legs. I had a total fear stroke. And not only that I thought I will give him dinner, but I decided that I am going to be dinner. (Swamiji laughing) I just stood. Somehow I don't know why I did not shout or move out. I had a fear stroke, that much I am sure. It's not that I did not have fear, because at that time I was not enlightened. I did not. It is not that I did not have fear. I had a fear stroke, but I did not move anything, just I was standing and gazing at him. I just looked at his eyes. I don't know what has happened, he looked at My eyes, just turned this way and that way, put his left hands down and walked out, went away.

And he just put his hands down and went away. That's one incident I had fear stroke and then something had Me. No, that's the one incident I had fear stroke. Delegate: “Swamiji, just out of curiosity, let, let's say you're in a situation where, now, some terrorists come and attack or What would your reaction be? Because you are now enlightened Swamiji: No, as far as now my experience goes, fear stroke never happens. And there are so many instances, people who live around me, if you ask them they will tell you. (Swamiji laughing)

Swamiji: In Oklahoma (..) Delegate: “Fire accident..” Swamiji: Suddenly a small fire accident happened, everybody started shouting and moving here and there, jumping except doing an intelligent thing, they will start doing everything else. And they pour water on the fire, these, that, nothing. It was just spreading, spreading, spreading. Swamiji: Calling, fire, everything was happening. I was the only guy who was very cool, just took one mug of water and pour just outside the fire, so that it did not spread. Very cool way things have been done. Finally whole thing is got settled. Except me, everybody was rolling on the ground. And nobody did even a single intelligent thing.

Whenever you get a fear stroke, you lose your logic. So as on now, after Enlightenment I never even have... had a single fear stroke. It's not that I'm not facing incidents. There are so many incidences, so many incidences. A big cobra was just one or two feet in front of Me, in the ashram. Cheetah, facing the cheetah and so many instances I can say, I did not have fear stroke... after the Enlightenment. Maybe.. even in the ... today in the… when the lift stopped I started laughing: “Hey nice, we can stay here, let us, let us delay the class.” (Swamiji laughing)

Swamiji: Anyhow, now I don't get the fear stroke - as on now. But I do not know what is the thing, but according to the scripture, enlightened man never gets a fear stroke. Then, any other question? Delegate: “How about when we get bad news?” Delegate 2: “Nothing affects him”. Delegate: “No, no, not you, fear stroke Swamiji: A, of course that’s a fear stroke. Even if I get the bad news, I immediately decide what is the way to do the next thing, not the (..) fear stroke. Delegate: “Isn’t fear a good thing though in many cases, for example if a mother is aa, it's kind of a natural response. The mother is fearful of protecting the children, she, she is afraid, you know that Swamiji: But when the fear stroke happens you lose your intelligence, you don't work properly. Your whole efficiency is not expressed. You actually only mess up the whole thing.

See there are three, four things about fear stroke I want to tell you. The people who lot of researches they are doing on the fear stroke they say, minimum of six to twelve fear strokes you get every 24 hours minor or major. When you undergo the fear stroke minimum of six to twelve times you undergo the fear stroke in 24 hours in day and dream both. Including the dream also. If you get too many fear strokes in the day you don’t get in dreams. If you don’t get in days you get in dreams. It balance it. It’s like a shaking a rose plant. If you continuously shake the rose plants six times per day what will happen to the plant? It is just like the shaking the rose plant. It is like shaking your being. The third thing because of this shaking your immune system gets weakened. Fourth thing aging process is quickened, speeded up. So, the lifespan gets reduced.

So, the fear actually chase you. Never think you are afraid of dying, fear brings death. You always think you are afraid because you are going to die. But it is the other way death comes because of you afraid. The fear stroke speeds up the process of aging. So, naturally the lifespan is reduced. You look old in young age itself. Four things, understand remember these four things. 6 to12 times you undergo minor or major fear stroke in every 24 hours. And it is just like a shaking the roots of a rose plant, it weakens your immune system. It speeds up the aging process. Because of this the life span is getting reduced. Now you all know we will have to work on the fear stroke. What is the way? Let Me give the explanation to face the fear stroke.

If you face the fear, you see the fear is the root of the fear stroke. If you face the fear then you can overcome the fear stroke. Vedanta gives you a beautiful solution for the fear stroke, the root of the fear stroke is fears only. Face the fears. Face the fear - Abhī (अभी) that is the only one sanskrit word. Abhī means not the man who doesn’t have the fear, not fearlessness. Man who has got the courage to face the fear. It is only is Abhī. All of you understand Abhi; Abhī is the Sanskrit word gives this meditation. Man who has got the courage to face his fears. The Vedanta explains what is actually fear? Actually what happens to you when you are under fear or when you are frightened? Audience saying ‘adrenaline effect.’ Some chemical changes which happens to you which you are not able to back, which you are not able to tolerate. You just want to jump out of your skin, you just don’t want to stay there anymore, stay with the situation or stay with the person or stay with the mood.

That is what is.. ‘ the hormones prepares you for fight and flight’ ..ah yes. That is what is the fear. I tell you if you can manage the hormonal change or the chemical change in your being even if the fear comes, even if the fear stroke comes you will not be shaken. You will not be shaken. Your whole energy will be totally centered. You will be with yourself to move or to go ahead or the next step. Facing your fear, it’s like a .. you are not able to digest or tolerate the chemical changes which happens to you at that time. If you voluntarily consciously create the same chemical changes and face it consciously when that happens to you automatically, involuntarily you will be able to face it. That is the ultimate solution. Now let us create all the fears. This is the meditation technique which you are going to do. All of you understand please if you are not understanding now itself argue. Then only you will be able to meditate totally. If you don’t understand you can’t. Fear is nothing but the hormonal changes or chemical changes which happens inside you which you are not able to bear.

Understand, your system undergoes a hormonal change or chemical change which you are not able to bear. Once you know how to be centred, even when that happens, you can open the Svadhisthana. You can manage the situation. You will be centered, even when the fear stroke happens to you. The quality and the quantity of the fear stroke will disappear. Many people after doing this meditation, they come and tell me, “Swamiji, the total fear stroke itself has disappeared in my life. Even if the same situation raises I don’t get the same fear stroke.” This will totally heal your Svadhisthana.

When the fear stroke happens you can see, the Svadhisthana only will be shaken. That is why immediately you go for (Swamiji gestures 1, 2) one or two. Immediately your Svadhisthana is shaken. Love you can feel from Anahata. Depression you will...worry you will feel from navel, Manipuraka. Fear stroke you will feel from Svadhisthana. Sex you will feel in the Mooladhara. Exactly you can feel the emotions in that space…. Now we...we understood one thing, we should face the fears, layers of fears, to face the fear stroke. Or to reduce the quantity and quality of the fear strokes.

What are all the fears? Okay, now let us classify all these fears, under major four layers. If you find some more fear, then you can tell me, we will find where it can be placed. First thing, first layer, fear of losing your wealth, comforts, name and fame, social status. First layer of fear, fear of losing the outer world things. Participant: Not Audible Swamiji: No, outer world things, that is the first fear.

Next, fear of losing your health, or accident, or losing your… some parts of your body. Fear of your own health. Third thing, fear of losing the near and dear ones, or the love of the near and dear ones. Not only losing them, and losing their love. This is the third layer. Fourth layer, fear of unknown. Fear of death, fear of darkness, fear of ghost, fear of black magic, fear of hell or the heaven, all these things are under fear of unknown. These are the four major fears.

Let Me give you the basic four instruction about this meditation. First thing, this meditation is not like, other three meditations you practiced. It’s not like, I’ll give instruction you will do. It’s like a guiding. When I guide, you need to do. In the other things, I know what you are supposed to do. I tell you, you do that same thing. But here, I can only guide you. I can only show you the path. You need to imagine, you need to visualize and do.

It’s like a, if you have the fear, of losing the name and fame, feel, visualize you have lost it. When you visualize, really feel that you’ve lost it. Your whole body will feel the fear or the pain, suffering. You will feel as if you want to jump out of your skin, or you want to run away from this hall. You don’t want to visualize any more. Your mind will tell “no no no no, when it comes let us face, let us not do now itself all these things.” Your mind will try its best to do all this… all this...problems. Don’t listen to your mind.

When I guide you, you need to visualize or imagine deeply. You need to practice this meditation technique deeply. I can only guide you, you need to practice. This is the first thing. Second thing, don’t think, “what imagination can help me? Ahhh, I know everything. Why should I imagine?” Don’t think if you imagine, only then you will understand what all the things are locking you. Where all the... you are caught. You may think, “I know what all are my fears. What is there in imagining? What is there in visualizing? What it is going to do. I know how to come out. I’ll do.”

If you think in that way, it’s a intellectual knowledge. Intellectual knowledge is… value of intellectual knowledge you know, it’s like a zero zero zero zero, ten zero. Spiritual experience is one. If you don’t have the one, what’s the value? Ten zero is equal to one zero only. hu..So if you add the one, only then the zeroes get value. So have the experience, only then your intellectual knowledge will get value.

So, don’t think what imagination can do for you. Imagine deeply, visualize totally, then you will understand how much it can help you. Because, by visualizing, the Manipuraka totally gets cleared. Actually it gets unwinded. Now it is like a… twisted towel. For example, a wet towel if you twist, how it is. Your Svadhisthana is just like that, That is why you always, you’re holding it, you’re tight in that region. If you visualize and do this meditation, it will slowly get relaxed. It is just total relax. It will totally heal the Svadhisthana. So, visualize total, second thing.

Third thing, don’t have a fear, “Will I die once for all.” Don’t have a fear, you’ll come back. Fourth thing, there are four layers I’ll be explaining, I’ll be guiding you. All will not have fear of all four layers. You will have other, 2, 3 layers, only little bit, little bit. Some one layer you will have a deep fear. Work on that deep fear layer some more time, even if I go to next layer. Don’t bother about it. The four layers, losing the outer comforts, name and fame, social status. Losing your own body health, or some parts of your body or accident. Losing the near and dear ones or the love of the near and dear ones. Fear of your own death and the unknown, fear of unknown.

If you’re caught in any one layer deeply, work on that layer. Deeply. So anymore doubt about this meditation? Visualize totally, let your eyes pour tears. Let your hands tremble. Let you feel that you are sinking, let you feel you are dying. Nothing wrong. Allow everything to happen. Everything to come up. Only then your consciousness will get strengthened to face the fears and reduce the quality and quantity of the fear stroke.

I am against the present marriage system. In ancient days what we had as the marriage system, that is the ultimate thing. Two people are given the choice to live together to flower. That’s all. It’s like a only… how a marriage should be, you know? Both should be totally independent. And when one person falls sick or feels depressed, the other person should give the lap. And when she falls sick or depressed this guy should be able to give his shoulder. Supporting the other whenever the other is needy, other is in need. That’s all.

There should be no other commitment, no other sentiment, no other bondage. Then you will see, it will be just like a flower. The moment you put that dog chain made out of gold.. made out of gold, the whole thing is reduced to a... the whole prestige of a marriage is lost. See, the prestige of the marriage is lost. What for the system.. you know the word, meaning of the word ‘vivaha’? Any of you know the meaning of the word vivaha? It is just sharing your bhaga. Actually vibhaga, in the pronunciation it became vivaha. Your bhaga, you are just sharing your being. That’s all. That is what the vivaha means. Muhurta means you are just entering into the other person to explore the multi dimensions of the other person. And she lives with you to explore your multi dimensions, to help you to open your multi dimensions. You stay with her to help her to open her multi dimensions. Even this is a complications… complicated solution, complicated explanation; the vivaha - sharing the being. The whole respect of marriage is lost.

Participant: “Swamiji, when You say you support the ancient marriage, what do You mean by that”? HDH: In ancient time there was no like these tortures on each other. There was no bondage. If you read the vivaha mantras you will understand. In that very clearly it says step by step - I am here only to support you. You are here only to support me. Never to exploit each other, never to demand anything from each other. And not only that, there is a beautiful verse says ‘In the eleventh year let you become my son, let me become your daughter. The relationship becomes totally different. It’s a caring… more caring for the other, not hitting the head or nagging. That is what ..hm

Participant: What do these scriptures talking about gay marriages? Same sex marriages… HDH: He is asking did the scriptures talk about same sex marriages or gay marriages? You see, as on now we are able to find only one or two references in Mahabharata time. The Shikhandi… Shikhandi and one or two references. The women being married to women and male being married to male. But I do not know how far the scriptures are accepted that or the shastras have accepted it. In kama sutra there is a four layers of sex, just like a the four layers of fear. In NSP I speak on that four layers of sex. There are four layers of sex - auto sex, homo sex, hetero sex, and brahmachaya - the final floweing. Brahmacharya means dropping out of sex, going into the inner orgasm. The four layers are explained in kama sutra, but I do not know how much socially they accepted in the ancient time. Because except these few places no other mention is found. If it was accepted in the ancient time, in the scriptures there must be at least some more references. There are references, there are references. There, it was in practice. That much I am sure. But how much in the idea of enlightenment it has been accepted I don’t know. How much in the idea of spirituality it has been accepted I don’t know. But here the social freedom is a totally different thing.

We have a three layers of energy. I always taught with the small story to speak about these three layers of energy which… which has happened in My life. It is very fact, it is not even a story. It’s a fact which I directly saw. I was staying in Himalayas at that time in a place called Mayavati. Anybody who has or been to Himalayas? Oh, so many are there in this group. That’s nice. If you go and see Himalayas you really miss one dimension of the life. It is not like other mountains, never think that if you have seen snow capped mountains you have seen Himalayas. No. It is un-comparable. All over the world I am seeing everything. I am seeing tall mountains, snow capped mountains, rivers or forests, what not everything I have seen but nothing compared to Himalayas. It is not even a physical grandeur, it's a energy; it’s a totally different energy.

If you have not seen Himalayas really you miss one dimension of the life, one dimension of the planet earth. It’s a in a way is the spiritual capital of the whole world. I was staying there in a small ashram. Ashram means not like this build buildings. A huts, some five, six huts. In one hut one person can stay like this huts. The beauty of the ashram is every night tigers will come. It’s a tiger hunted zone. One day night suddenly we heard tiger roaring sound. Elderly Swami he shouted, “Eh, tiger is coming all of you get into your room and lock your doors.” Locking the door is no way help. Because if tiger gives one push not only the door, even the wall will give way. 😊 Like this small, small huts. So, he shouted, “Lock the door, and support some stone.” So that the door doesn’t opens, gives way.

All the Swamis they locked their doors and supported some stone. Next day morning in the daytime tigers go away. I think they may be going for rest. Next day morning that Swami came out and all of us came out to see how many are still alive. Everybody is out except one person. One person is missing. We immediately rushed to his room. We wanted to just open the room and see. But the Swami shouted, “Eh, don’t do that because there are many chances tiger maybe sitting inside.” It would have gone from above after having a good dinner, maybe waiting for a breakfast to be served for room service, waiting for room service. So you do not know don’t go and open the door directly. Then immediately we started shouting, “Swamiji, Swamiji.” From inside we heard the voice then we are comfortable that he is alive at least. He shouted, “Come inside and help me to come out.” Then we just broke the window and entered inside. Inside we saw he kept a big stone to support the door.

With all our… four, five people effort putting together we just moved that stone, opened the door and brought him out. I asked him, “Swamiji, now four, five of us put together with the help of crowbar only we moved the stone. How did you moved the stone alone yesterday night”? You should hear his reply he said, “What? I moved the stone, when I heard the tiger is coming I simply lifted the stone.” It is not a small stone more than two hundred kg stone. It is the stone in with which they grind the wheat, wheat and oil which they grind that stone. Not one feet, two feet more than three hundred feet he has lifted the stone and walked. The moment he heard that tiger is coming he rushed to the kitchen and he saw this side, that side he couldn’t see anything only the wheat stone was there he just lifted that stone rushed to his room, closed the door and supported with that stone.

And he says, “Really I am not able to remember Swamiji how I brought that stone into my room. Suddenly today morning I saw a big stone is there in my room. I was shocked how this size stone is there. I did not even see the size in the night. I did not even see the size, today morning I saw a big stone is there in my room supporting the door.” See, you need to understand one thing: the same man is able to lift the same stone night but next day morning he is not able to even move it. When the fear is there, when the emergency to safeguard, to guard his life anything can be done. If you see that only then you will understand what I say. Really it is not a small stone the at least two hundred kg. The… to make roti they will grind wheat and the oil any of you have seen that type of stones? In the north India they use. In south India to grind the rice they use. Audience says “chakki.”. Chakki ah yes.

Whatever name I don’t know but such big stone. You will be shocked. I was really shocked to see that stone, how he lifted or how he handled. Even one feet, two feet you can understand three hundred feet he has walked with that stone. Carrying the stone he walked three hundred feet, went to the room and supported the door with that stone. From this incident you can understand you have special energy which is used only at the time of emergency. The first layer of energy is the energy used for the day to day activities. From morning till night by the time it’s eight o’clock you are out; nothing more than anybody asks anything you only get irritated. You just shout at them or jump on them. Second layer is emergency layer. Layer of energy which you use only at the time of emergency. Third layer, third layer of energy is the energy which is spiritual energy.

At the time of spiritual experiences what energy you feel and the energy with which they use all the miracles, they do all miracles. The spiritual people do miracles. This is the third layer of energy. Third layer of energy is called as God, Paramatman, universal energy or existence. Once you know how to connect yourself with the third level of energy you are enlightened. That’s all. Enlightenment is nothing else, don't think enlightenment is two big horn will come. No. We have a weird ideas of enlightenment. Enlightenment they will… as if they will fly on the earth. Enlightenment is nothing but having access to the third layer of energy. When you can enter into the third layer of energy any time by your will that is what is enlightenment.

Participant: What was the second Swamiji? Swamiji: Emergency layer. First layer is … not adrenal layer. Who said adrenal layer? Participant: You know second layer actually what You are saying I think I could be wrong too, but when we get into under fear, and when emergencies come and when there is one like You were talking yesterday chemical changes takes place. Adrenaline is one of the chemical which is pumped in and that prepares us for the fight or flight experiences. Swamiji: But you say it only neurologically. It is a only very small dimension of what happens at that time. Participant: I agree..yea Swamiji: It’s like a you are seeing the top of the iceberg but what ice mountain is inside you do not know. Because second layer does miracles. Participant: Oh yea, people pick up those drugs and all that all of a sudden you can get the energy and you can just do wonders. Swamiji: Emergency layer not only opens at the time of fear it opens at the time of greed also. That is why any fool falls in love writes becomes a poet. 😊 Start writing poetry. And only fools fall in love that is different. Participant: I'm sorry I didn’t hear the first layer. Swamiji: Day to day layer. Participant: What? Swamiji: First layer is the energy which you use for everyday activity, day today activities.

The third layer of the energy is called as God or the Divine. All these three layers of energy meet and merge in the vishuddhi chakra - throat center. Throat center is the doorway or the gateway to all these three layers of energy. You can access to all these three layers of energy through visuddhi. You should understand one thing: the three layers of energy is always available to you continuously. Only we don't use it by and by because we never used we forgot we have three layers of energy. A small example. Have you seen the boat jetty? What do you call here? Peer? Where you stop the boats.. peer? In India it is called boat jetties. In the ocean, in the bank of ocean, in the harbors they will build a small wall, so that safely they can stop the .. they can keep the boats. A portion of the ocean will be separated by walls. So that they can make the boat stand. Sameway you also separated a portion of your being for your day to day activities. If the whole ocean is directly available it is difficult to control the boats. It will be going to the too peak and too low energies. So, to just to keep the body in a normal condition you build a boat jetty. The boat jetty is called only the mind or ego. Mind is the boat jetty you built. By and by you never travel into the ocean. For a long time you never visited the ocean, you stay only in the harbor. By and by staying only in the harbor you forget ocean belongs to you and you belong to ocean. That is the same thing happens to you. You are already God, you are third layer energy but for the sake of convenience you built few walls around you to keep your body intact. So, by and by you stop traveling into the ocean; you stop traveling into the third layer energy. Because you have not traveled into the third layer for long time you forgot that there is something called third layer energy at all. It’s like a you come and settle here thirty years before, thirty years you are here. By and by if you don’t speak your mother tongue you forget. It’s not that it is lost, you forget suddenly if somebody speaks, “bagu nara” then immediately whole thing comes back. You remember the whole thing.

Now if you see a Master who handles, who lives with all the three layers of energy suddenly you also remember. When I speak to you in the language of energy you remember that is what happens when you see a Master. When you see a person who speaks in your mother tongue you remember the mother tongue. Same way when you see a person who remembers who speaks in your … see mother tongue is the verbal mother tongue. Energy language is the mother language of the body. Body language of … How to explain? You understand in this way. Mother language … mother tongue means the verbal language. Same way there is one more thing we have to coin new word mother-body language. Mother-verbal language is your mother tongue. Mother-body language the third layer energy is your mother-body language in your nature.

Yesterday I received a reminiscence of one of our ashram inmate. She was writing few moments, just I wanted to read. This is actually related to our subject. That is why I wanted to… One day in a rare moment of .. in a moment of rare intimacy I told Him playfully … the devotee is writing. You know Swami you are behaving like a .. you are behaving just like a five year old boy. ‘I am five years old ma.’ He told me in dead seriousness. I laughed watching him. Who was He? This boy God.
Who was watching me intently challenging me to ask the very question?
He might have been 8 or 80; man or woman I simply could not fathom Him. Who are You? I faltered gazing at Him. I should have known better than to ask for Swamiji, for Swamiji was in a mood to reveal Himself. Even as His eyes looked into mine without moving a muscle His space took on a terrible grandeur unknown, unknowable. In that moment in the dark depths of His eyes I seem to sense towering mountains, roaring seas, whirling galaxies. I know what… I know not what; I saw nothing but I saw them all. Suddenly I was seized with raw of fear. Oh, please don’t show me I don't want to see, I don’t want to see. I wait pathetically covering my eyes in fright ‘It is okay ma now you see, see the same old Swami.’ He reassured me it was five minute before I gathered the courage look into His face again. Again a mischievous boy with dancing eyes was smiling at me once more. But dare I trust that smile anymore. ‘Why did you ask’? He teased me gently. I was still shaking. What was it Swamiji? ‘See ma to move about in the world I have I need to use, I need to make use of a thin layer of mind. When you asked Me who am I? I just dropped that mind for a moment, that is all. In the Moment when you sensed Me boundary less when you sensed My original roopa, you sensed your original roopa also. That is why your ego is felt so much frightened, shocked. If you had waited for a moment you would have seen the total viswaroopam of mine and yours. But you silly girl don’t have .. you don’t have courage. You have no courage, you have no courage.’ At that moment I had no wish to posses that sought of courage for who knows where it might have lead me. Every moment on the brink of revelation what is this life we live with you? Oh Nithya!

It is one of the devotees' reminiscences. Actually it happened one day we were sitting and chatting in ashram. The… may be around night 12 o’clock. A group of all the ashramite residents, we were all sitting and chatting and in ashram in My seat there will be stones and the small stick. If they don’t mediate properly I just throw the stones on them. There will be group meditation if they drowse or if they dove, if they sleep immediately the stone will fly. So, somebody was sitting and he was just yawning, I just exactly throw the stone it fell in the mouth. 😊 So, exactly it just went into his mouth. And he started spitting the stone out and then he asked, “What is this Swamiji You are behaving like just like a small boy.” She shouted at Me. And then I was laughing, sitting and speaking here some serious things about Enlightenment, spirituality all these things. And that guy was sitting and yawning. So, I threw stone.

And I am a very good 😊. Then immediately she asked Me, “What is this? You are behaving like a small boy.” Then she asked suddenly, “Who are You”? Then for a moment the whole atmosphere became serious. I just told, “Look, see who am I?” That very moment only she saw something universal and got shocked. And started shaking and started crying. “Oh, no, no, no, don’t show I am not able to bear.” Then she asked, “What has happened actually”? After few minutes I told, “Don't worry now open your eyes and see I am normal.” She asked what has happened. That's what just as on now to live with you all I have to use first layer energy. The moment I dropped the first layer energy and showed the third layer energy.

When I show My third layer energy you also remember you are third layer energy. but our ego is not so matured, so it got little frightened. If you have to go the third layer energy means you have to leave the first layer energy. So, she is not so mature. She is totally frightened, shocked about the third layer energy. The same thing happened to Arjuna when Krishna showed the vishwaroopa. He says, “No, no, no I don’t want to see anymore. I am not able to tolerate, I am not able to digest. Oh, Lord just cover yourself. I want to see only the two handed boy - Krishna.” We are connected to the third layer of energy. There is no doubt. If you know just the technique to access to the third layer energy you will not have fear you can directly access it. That’s all. If you don’t know the technique then you get frightened, but when you actually know the technique, method you can verily have the access of third layer energy.

Arrey just imagine in front of TV itself you don’t sit for more than fifteen minutes without changing the channel. Fifteen minutes do you see the same channel tell Me? Tak, tak, tak, tak, tad specially with these kids, fifteen minutes they will go one full round. How many channels here in America? Over hundred. I think it will take some twenty minutes for one round. In twenty one minutes one full energy cycle like that. In twenty one minutes they will go full one channel circle. Hardly fifteen minutes even fifteen minutes we don’t sit in front of TV watching one channel. From yesterday almost fifteen hours you are sitting in front of a man who is continuously talking to you. Can you believe that you are doing this? In Philosophy class, how many hours you get bored? One hour, two hour class means immediately get bored, drained. Audience says, ‘Go home take a nap.’ hm… “Go home and take nap after class.” That’s all.

It’s going on, going, going on. Not only listening the discourse and all sorts of things in the name of meditation and going up and down in all sorts of emotions: the joy, suffering, pain, the terrible feeling, going peaks and valleys of emotions, everything is happening just in these two days. After all these things, jumping and dancing till the midnight twelve o’clock .. what time? Audience murmurs..What time we finish? ‘Twelve thirty.’ Twelve thirty and again today morning fresh to jump once more one more day. Imagine, have you thought that you will do this? You will be able to do this? No. Most of us get dry in two hours, three hours of work. But you are continuing. When you finish that meditation your first layer energy will be over when you go for the night jumping and dancing the second layer of energy will open. Actually that is also a technique to awaken the second layer of energy.

Don’t think it is just a play. The whole program is a technique to make you to break your mental setup of sleeping at particular time and eating in particular time. In India you won’t be even .. you will not be given even food. Here I am afraid of suing. I do not want to trouble the course. That is why. In India we don’t give food, no food and no sleep. For full 36 hours no food, no sleep. I know nothing will happen. Even here I know nothing will happen but these guys will not trust and do. That is why I tell them alright eat whatever you want, do whatever you want. Participant: Do they have food or anything? Swamiji: Very little, very little, you heard from… if you have heard that somebody has done ASP in India then you will understand. Participant: No, I know we can do it. I know that. Swamiji: Actually we can do, we can do but we can’t believe these guys. That is why I don’t do it. Participant: I think we are more energetic when you eaten. Swamiji: Not only that ma the techniques are such it will do much more deeply if you don't eat and sleep.

It’s like alchemy process. Participant says, “ if we don’t eat and sleep is a habitual thing for 36 hours? 36 hours. ‘You don’t sleep at all’ They don’t in this way not only in India so many other more rules, more regulations to work on the deepest layers of alchemy. So, here first initial and people are not habituated for this type of life na. That is the reason I do it in a much less way. It is like a short version of ASP. That is why we don’t… we miss so many mystical dimensions of ASP. You get only the psychological effects of it, never the mystical effects of it. The mystical effects of this meditation is something far far higher when you do it with all those alchemy processes. Okay, when you actually, totally involved in the night program the second layer energy opens. That is why in India there is a habit ekadashi and Shivaratri, these two days people don’t sleep. People don't sleep in the night to break the habit of sleeping only.

That’s also a mental habit. If you break the habit you release tremendous energy in your system. Habit means blocking your energy, any habit. Habit means blocking your energy. If you break the … Participant: Can anyone do this? I mean even if they have health problems doesn’t matter? Swamiji: No Problem, health problem disappear actually. When the energy is flooded into your system. Participant: How long can go without sleep? Swamiji: If you meditate rightly 22 hours. 22 hours you can just work and sleep two hours in the regular life itself. Participant: Daily? Swamiji: Daily. There is a small technique actually. At a particular time of two hours of your sleep your body temperature falls two degree. That two hours you have to find out.

How to find out? Tell someone of your friend or relative to check your temperature once in two hours. For three days if they check particular exact time of your sleep .. particular time of your sleep two hours of your sleep your body temperature will be two degree low. That is the time if you sleep that time, other time you don’t need sleep. Your quality of sleep will increase, the quantity can be reduced. Whenever the quality increases the quantity can’t be reduced. The two types of people are there; chadramani and sauramani. Chandramani means when the moon is alive they will be alive. Chandramani’s need early morning sleep. Sauramani means they will… they will go to the bed early and they are early birds. They will wake up very early. They will be alive they will be alive with the surya. Somebody asked Me, “Swamiji, I get to sleep both the time also.” 😊

Then you neither chandramani nor sauraramani you are avamani. 😊 You are avamana. Neither chandramana nor sauramana, avamana. Find out you will someone type only. Then you can actually if you are a sauramani sleep between 10-12 at night. If you are chandramani, sleep 4-6 in the morning. That will be the time generally. If you find out the time and sleep you don’t need too much of sleep. The quantity of sleep can be reduced and the quality will be intense…. Anyhow if you work on the second layer in the night by singing, dancing, relaxing the second layer energy opens. Now again you are going to do all sorts of meditation now. Then by the time you reach the evening Energy Darshan the third layer energy opens. The vishuddhi chakra is the chakra of the all the three layers. If you work on the throat center all the three layers can be opened. All the three layers can be accessed easily.

This vishuddhi chakra is the chakra of all the three layers. If you work on this throat center all the three layers can be opened. All the three layers can be accessed easily. How this chakra gets locked and how it is gets opened! When you don’t understand your uniqueness, actually every one of you is unique. You are all connected to ocean. You are ocean. When you don’t understand you are unique start feeling petty jealousy with others, comparing with others. The comparison and jealousy makes you dull. And gives you a very small image about yourself. Low self esteem is the root cause of jealousy and comparison. The jealousy locks this chakra. Understanding your own uniqueness … understand one thing there is enough abundance in the world.

There is enough of things for everybody. There is no need to feel jealous about the other at all. From morning till night I am preaching against this jealousy these devotees again jealous of each other and possessing Me. I have seen many guys from morning till night I am preaching against jealousy but again these guys are jealousy on each other, “He is close to Swamiji, I am not close. Swamiji is talking to him and he is not talking to me. I am not able to serve Swamiji, He is not able to serve Swamiji.” Again they create some more jealousy. Actually I have abundant love enough of love for everybody. Not only Me in the whole world there is enough of things for everybody. But what we do, we do not even want the things from the world, we want the things from our enemy.

Whether we have or not we don’t bother he should not have that. 😊 Actually that is the basic problem. She was telling yesterday one gene story. Same way one guy opened the bottle. But he is not philosopher, he is a very practical guy, practical guy opened that bottle. When he opened the bottle gene came out and asked, “I will give you three boons whenever you are practical you will get more. Whenever you get philosophical you get only one and that also very rare.” And I am surprised how these philosophical guys gets boon? The gene must have been poor gene. He said, “I have three boons. But one condition whatever you asked hundred times your wife will get. Hundred times your wife will get.” Now that guy is in trouble. But anyhow he doesn’t want to miss the chance. He asked, “I wanted a big, biggest possible bungalow on the bank of Thames river.” Immediately he got it and just the opposite side hundred bungalow the lady got.

Next he said, “I wanted the best car of the world for myself.” Immediately he got the best rolls royce. And that lady got hundred rolls royce. He asked, “I want the third boon I wanted a small heart attack.” 😊 A small heart attack 😊 layer of heart attack. 😊 Immediately done, over. So, we don’t even want the things from the world. We want things from others should not have. That is the main thing I have seen many guys. Participant: The gene should have done like have one hundred smaller attacks. Swamiji: 😊But one hundred smaller attack was not a small thing. If we get continuously tak, tak, tak and then go 😊…. So, it is not even what we get others should not get. (04:50) The jealousy when you compare with yourself with others when you feel the jealousy actually jealousy is a very shrinking feeling. Jealousy is the root for many worst diseases. I tell you, if you have a wheezing trouble and any trouble related to air, air circulation, it is based on jealousy. Jealousy is the root. Any trouble based on air circulation because the pran, pran moves only in this area. (throat) Pran is controlled .. pran means don’t think only the air, there are five energies, five air energies: prana, vyana, uthana, samana, apana. Five air energies are controlled by this vishuddhi chakra only. Any disease related to air energy is based on jealousy only. You can always feel even if you feel jealous, you feel very shrunk, very low self esteem and very depressed, disturbed. Jealousy is nothing but a poison.

You cannot even say it is a slow poison. One guy was sitting in a bar and drinking. He saw a old lady with a long white robe from salvation army going from table to table and convincing the people, convincing the people not to drink, to drop the habit of drinking. This guy somehow wanted avoid eye contact with her, but even then she came and just sat on his table and started preaching. “Don’t you understand you are doing a great sin; don’t you know it’s slow poison.” This guy replied in very cool way, “I know this is a slow poison, I am taking this because I am not in a hurry. Even then I am taking because I am not in a hurry.” Jealousy is also a ‘slow poison.’ No it’s a poison.

It can directly work on you. Jealousy and comparison eats away your being, takes away your joy, takes away the moment of living. Not only in the world, in anything, in anything jealousy eats away your being. And you can always see in jealousy you are never creative, you are always destructive. Whenever you are in jealous you are destructive. Even speaking about jealousy we destroy. You are destructive, you try to destroy the other. You somehow want some bad thing happen to him or her. You feel joy when that guy doesn’t get. And in jealousy you do all sorts of foolish things. The greatest problem in the rat race is even if you win you are a rat. You are nothing but a rat. One … there was a competition if you don't laugh for a hundred joke you will get a million dollar. (08:20) One guy entered the stage he could only withstand for fifty jokes, the other guy sixty, one Sardarji entered, somehow managed ninety. He did not laugh, ninety fifth joke a small smile, the beam of smile started appearing. His wife was sitting she started shouting, “Hey keep quite, keep quite one million dollar, don’t laugh, don’t laugh. One million dollar somehow manage for five more minutes.” But anyhow nothing could be done that guy laughed ninety eighth joke.” Good belly laughter you know how they laugh when they start laughing, good belly laughter. He could not control after the laughing he lost the game and came down. She asked, “Fellow you managed ninety eight you could have waited only for two more minutes. You would have won one million dollars. One million dollar we lost by two minutes. Why did you laugh”? That guy said, “No, only then I understood the first joke.” 😊

So, they are guilt, they laugh in their own time. When you compare, when you are in jealousy you decide this type of foolish things only, foolish things you end up. You can see in your own life how many times you decided comparing with your sister, comparing with your brother, comparing with your neighbor, comparing with your colleague and ended up in loss or failure. People ask Me, “Swamiji, don't we grow by comparing with others?” Never, never, never understand. By comparing with other you may grow as he has grown not as you are supposed to grow. So, creativity never works when you compare creativity never works. Comparison is like following a dead body. Past is dead. You are following his past; it's like a following the dead. It can never going to lead you to life. It will lead you only to the graveyard.

If you follow a dead body where will you be led? You will be going to the graveyard. So, following the dead is not going to help. Jealous will kill you. Actually jealousy catches your throat. That is the truth. Jealousy not only locks the visuddhi it catches your throat. You almost die. Understand, It’s not going to be the real life you are not going to understand your life totally. There is enough in the whole world, enough of things in the whole world. I always tell our people, our people come and ask Me, “ Swamiji, can we go to other Swamjis? Can we go to other camps”? I tell them you must go. you must go wherever it is possible. Even in My books I write, go to all gardens pluck the beautiful flowers, make a garland for you. Go to all spiritual gardens and pluck the flowers, make a beautiful bouquet. Then they come and tell Me, “Swamiji, if we go to those… some other Swamis they tell us, “don’t… not to go anywhere, here and there.” Some they tell us not to go anywhere to drop the… all the faiths and you are supposed to follow only one, not to go anywhere what to do Swamiji?

Then I always tell them then you are into trouble. If you have jealousy you don’t have confident of your stuff you are telling. you don’t have confidence about the stuff which you are offering. That's why you are possessive. I have always seen a beautiful wife never possess her husband. Because she is very confident on herself. This guy will not get much better material anywhere else. He will not get much better things anywhere else. But only when you have low self esteem you feel jealous and you start possessing and torturing the other. When you try to possess them you dehumanize them, you degrade them. A living being is reduced to a matter. You can possess the chair, you can possess the mic, you can possess the statue. Can you possess a living being? No. When you try to possess what you do? You convert her into a material. Life is brought to matter. Energy is brought to matter. The living being is reduced as a matter. You disrespect any possessiveness is a simple disrespect to the other being. That is why when somebody possesses you you feel very sick, you feel sick. You try to escape from that person.

No possessiveness is going to help you. The root of the possessiveness is low self esteem. Understand there is enough of things in the world for everybody. Once you understand that, once you understand you are ocean. You are not simply boat jetty. You are not simply fear, you are ocean. Then you will lose all the jealousy or all the low self esteem or all the comparison. Once you have access to the third layer of energy automatically you will not have all these things. Jealousy, comparison cannot be destroyed by fighting with them. In the Ramayana there is a beautiful character Vali. That guy has got a special power. If you fight with him directly he gets half of your power, over. Anybody who goes and stands in front of him to fight, the Vali gets half of that guy’s power.

Then he is already is having some power, and his half power also comes to him naturally nobody can win him. Jealousy and comparison is like a Vali only. When you go and stand in front of him to fight you lose half of your power. you can never fight and win. By entering into the third layer energy automatically they will disappear. That is why it can be done. So, penetrate into your third layer. Participant: All the negative energy vibes like greed and lust or just jealousy and comparison? Swamiji: See, the words may be different the main dimensions I am talking whatever comes out of jealousy will disappear if you work on the third layer… work on the vishuddhi chakra. Greed means if it is based on lust it. It belongs to muladhara. If it is based on jealousy there is some greed based on jealousy just because he got refrigerator and we want microwave.

If he brings AC our house temperature will increase😊. We want something else. So, greed based on jealousy belongs to this chakra only. but greed based on sex belongs to muladhara. So, greed based on different layers are there. So jealousy, greed based on jealousy belongs to this layer. If you work on this layer the greed based on jealousy it disappear. Just because your sister has become lawyer you also try to become a lawyer.

You see, there is one great thing about the truth. There is one great thing. If you become conscious, aware of truth, it automatically changes your life. If you just understand that fire burns you, naturally you will not put your hand in the fire. Even in unconscious, you will not put your hand in the fire. If you understand you are psychological slaves of all these guys, naturally you will see your personality will get integrated because in everyday, in every moment, you will remember that these are the guys I am slave for them. So you will see by and by, step by step.... just yesterday one devotee was telling Me, “Swamiji, suddenly for last three-four months, I don't feel connected to all my family. It's not that I don't love them.” This is the very word she told Me. “It is not that I don't love them. I love them but somehow I don't feel attracted. I don't feel that continuously I bothering about them. Previously I used to everyday ring up and find out. Now I don't feel like ringing up and finding out but I love them. I am totally very detached. Is it right?”

It is really a good feeling. You are growing. You are really growing. You see, when the Anahata opens, when you center yourself, you will not continuously bother or worry about the others. It is not that you will hate them. You will love them. You will care for them but you will be totally an individual. You will understand you are a total individual. You will first time respect yourself. You will have the dignity, the real self esteem about yourself. If you are continuously bothering means don't think you are loving them. You are bothering about their attention towards you. You care just so that they will care for you. It is a business contract. It is just a bargain. You stand with a big begging bowl, “Oh! please give me your attention, give me your attention” and she is standing with a much bigger begging bowl and both begging bowls hit each other everyday ‘tak tak’. All the sounds which you hear in your house is nothing but the clashes of begging bowls, clashes of begging bowls.

Really when you love, you become totally detached and then also you care. It's not that you don't care but you are not slave. Have a list in your bedroom very clearly. You can even…if you feel that my husband will read, my kids will read, you do one thing. Have a nickname for everybody and write that, that's all. Have a small cartoon diagram for everybody. If your husband has two big teeth, write teeth. If your wife is very short then have a small cartoon of round. Have at least a cartoon or nickname so that only you understand. Everyday at least once you remember these all the people can depress you, they have got the potential power to depress you. You will see your personality get strengthened. You are weak because you don't know you are weak.

The freedom has got its own intelligence. The truth has got its own capacity. The very moment you understand you are slave, you work for freedom. As long as you don't understand you are slave, you never work for freedom. The moment you understand you are slave, you work for freedom. This will continuously remind you all these people can exploit you. If you are a slave of somebody psychologically, then verily they can exploit you. I tell you, the fatal diseases come only when you have the low self esteem and attention for... begging for others attention. If you can't stand on your own leg, if you can't stand independently, if you can't center your energy in your own heart, only then you get all fatal diseases. All fatal diseases are caused if you can't stand independently on your own feet.

Don't walk with a hundred legs. It means you are not walking, you are crawling. Not even crawling, rolling. If you walk with two legs, you are walking. If you are walking with hundred legs, you are crawling. Understand, whether you are walking or crawling, write very clearly, ‘I am psychological slave of all these guys’ and write very clearly list of names so that again and again your personality will be getting integrated.

Swamiji: (To a devotee) Forgot your name, what you are, mother- daughter? I forgot one more instruction. Husband-wife, mother-daughter, relatives should not sit next to each other. Why you know? Whenever I support or tell some story supporting the husband, immediately husband will tell, “Listen, listen.” Whenever I support the wife, wife will tell, “How many times I told you? At least when Swami says, understand.” So, instead of listening My discourse you will be giving your own discourse. So next session onwards, please don't sit husband-wife, daughter-mother, relatives, don't sit next to each other. Just shuffle yourself.

Q: How about behind? Swamiji: You are always behind. No problem. You are always behind. So okay, no problem. Understand this one thing. You see, the very simple understanding that you are psychological slaves of so many persons will integrate you and you will start giving real love. When I checked that person, yesterday the person who spoke to Me that “Swamiji, I am losing the attachment to everybody,” I just checked that person's energy. The heart has started functioning so beautifully. The Anahata has become so integrated, the growth has started happening.

I tell you, when you grow, even your detachment is the great service to others. If you don't grow, even your attachment is a big possessiveness for others. You will be eating others' heads. Most of the time in the name of love, we only eat others' head. Don't think you are loving. How much you are eating others head only if you ask others they will tell you. Just go and talk to your husband. Then you will understand how much you eat his head. Whatever you do in the name of love, if you go and talk to their kids, then you will understand how much they are eating their head. If you really mature, integrate your energy, even your detachment will be such a beautiful help for them, others. You will understand everybody. If you are just very wildy possessive of others, then you will never bother about others' good. You will only try to fulfill your desires about them, that's all. You will only keep them such a way that continuously they will give their attention to you. They are almost like your extensions, that's all. You will only use them. You will never love them. You will never give something to them.

When you center yourself on your heart, you really become a beautiful wife and beautiful mother and beautiful husband. As long as you have your energies on others, you will never be neither a good mother nor good father or good wife. Only when you can stand up and say no to anybody, only when you have the freedom to say no, only when you have the courage to say yes when you want to say yes. When you want to say no, say no. When you have the courage, you are integrated in your heart. Then I tell you, your health also will be beautiful. Your love towards others also will be really beautiful. Otherwise, you will be only disturbing your health and you will be disturbing others’ health.

Understand very clearly, go and write first this homework. Day after tomorrow itself do it. First write this and put it in your bedroom so that continuously your personality starts growing. You remember all these guys can depress me. So you integrate yourself. The solidification of the personality is the first thing for spirituality. The basic condition for spiritual growth is solidifying your personality. That happens only when you center yourself on the heart. That is why I tell you, the technique to work on the Anahata chakra is the basic technique for everybody. The Mahamantra. Now we will enter into the meditation technique to center our heart, our energy into our being. This technique will totally awaken your real freedom. Only when you bother about your being, only then your health and the others' health can be maintained.

So now let us work on the Anahata chakra, the Heart center to center yourself into the being. It is a beautiful meditation technique from Tibetan Buddhism. Let Me explain this technique. Then you will start doing. Four instruction. Listen properly, four instruction. One is sitting straight. Sitting straight means your neck, head and the backbone should be in one line. Next instruction. Let Me finish all the instruction. Then you do it. Next instruction: closing your eyes. When I say close your eyes, I don't mean close your eyelids. I mean something more. Now, as on now, when you open your eyes you see all these things. When you close your eyes you see all these things inside TV. Inside there is a TV going on. You see everything in inside TV. Don’t do that. When I say close your eyes, I wanted you to shut the visualization portion. I wanted you to shut the visualization or seeing the things inside. How to do that?

Whenever you close your eyes, you can always see, the eyeballs will be slowly moving. The movements of the eyeballs will be there. Don't do that. Just give pressure from inside so that the eyeball movement stops. Feel, visualize as if both eyeballs have become like a stone. Just for sixty seconds, not more than that. Just for sixty seconds, feel both eyeballs have become like a stone. Understand all the four instruction: first, sitting straight. Next, closing the eyes. Third, humming from deep stomach. You need to hum. Just do the humming. Let your lips be closed. Just do the humming from the navel center, from deep stomach.

Let Me show you how to do. (Swamiji demonstrates the humming). As deeply as possible, as loudly as possible, as lengthily as possible. Just give pressure from inside so that the eyeball moment stops. Feel, visualize as if both eyeballs have become like a stone. Just for sixty seconds, not more than that. Just for sixty seconds, feel both eyeballs have become like a stone. Understand all the four instructions. First, sitting straight. Next, closing the eyes. Third, humming from deep stomach. You need to hum. Just do the humming. Let your lips be closed. Q: Are we taking the breath from the mouth? Swamiji: No, only from the nose. You see, when you open the mouth, body takes the… whatever is necessary. Actually when you give the gap, breath goes only through the nose inside but body takes rest, gap. That's all. Whether you breathe by nose or the mouth, don't bother but do it as lengthily as possible, as loudly as possible and as deeply as possible. Feel your body is an empty vessel and vibrate it totally. Your hands may tremble and your eyes may pour tears. The cough may come out. Don't bother about anything. Let your hands tremble, vibrate so much so that your whole energy can be centered on your heart. Twenty minutes put your whole effort and hum and next ten minutes, sit silently, concentrate on the heart center. In this region concentrate. Just feel that music is coming from here. You will be listening a music. That music is happening from this place. Just concentrate in this region. Not very tightly, relaxed way. Feel that region. Four instruction: sitting straight, closing the eyes, humming twenty minutes, silent sitting ten minutes, that's all.

Q: When you close the eyes, usually you will be doing something or the other. What we should do at that time? Swamiji: Humming time? Humming time, you concentrate more on humming. Don't the mind to work. Increase the sound of the humming. Your thoughts will disappear into the humming. If the thoughts appear, again increase the sound, increase the sound of the humming. Thoughts will disappear. No other visualization. Just feel. You can visualize as if you are a empty vessel and vibrate. That is more than enough.

Q: Should we start humming from the navel? Swamiji: Yes, deep, as deeply as possible Q: By concentrating on the heart chakra? Swamiji: And that is last ten minutes. First twenty minutes no concentration. Just hum totally. Become humming, vibration, totally. Q: Can you show us the humming just once again? ( Swamiji demonstrates) Q: Is it similar to the way we say ‘Om’? Swamiji: No, not Om. It is much deeper than that. Any doubt in the instruction? Yes?

Q: Swamiji, is it starting from the navel? Swamiji: It will start from deep, much more deeper than navel, Ma. Don't bother from where it starts. Do it totally. Q: We don't have to focus on breathing? Breathing just goes out? Swamiji: Yes. Q: Just the success depends on comfort, how do you do it? Swamiji: How…? Q: How forcefully… Swamiji: Yes, I wanted you to do it aggressively. Q: I get a headache when I do it. Swamiji: Don't worry about it. First, if you have the potentiality to get the headache, once or twice it will come, it will erupt out. You will never get it back. Mani puraka. Mani means the diamond. Puraka means kept inside. Actually the diamond is kept inside this lotus. There is a beautiful mantra in Buddhism: Mani Padme Hum. It means the jewel in the lotus, diamond in the lotus. That denotes this Manipuraka chakra only. In this chakra, there is a beautiful wealth. Treasure is inside but it is covered with mud. If you work on this chakra and open up this chakra, it will become tremendous energetic and not only it will become energetic, if this chakra opens, you will have the intuition, power of intuition, deep intuition.

This chakra is related to worry, worry and depression. Don't think, “Oh! Today if I think negative thoughts, tomorrow or day after tomorrow I may get the result.” No. “Today if I do all negative things, maybe when the time of leaving the body, I may get some punishment.” Don't think. Negative thoughts doesn't wait. Negative thoughts not only affects the psychology, it directly affects the physiology. When you eat, don't think you digest only your food. You digest your thoughts also. Don't think only the food which you have taken in works on your body. The thoughts also are working on your body. Continuously your thoughts are working on your body. Your thoughts create your body.

That is why in the East, there is a beautiful shastra. Shastra means scripture called Samudrika Lakshanam. According to your body structure they will tell your character. According to your body structure they will tell your character because continuously your mind is creating your body. If your mind changes, your body will be created in a new way. That is why the people who do the meditation camp, they get healed. So many of our devotees, they come and tell Me, “Swamiji, I had this problem. It has disappeared. I had that problem. It has disappeared. I have been healed. I have become alright.” How can it be? Because when your thought system is changed, when your thinking system is organized, then naturally your physiology also becomes alright.

Q: I think it is when you feel like you have lot of things…(not clear) Swamiji: No, she has got some intuition. That is why My eyes are always with her. No, no, she has got the wisdom of innocence. Whenever you are not yet corrupted by the society, you have the clear vision about everything. In course of bringing up, we bring them down. Never think that you are bringing up your children. You are bringing down your children. So you bring them down. Then they get confused. Then you feel comfortable, “Oh they are also like me…. Now I have our own people.” Till they are confused, you don't feel happy with them. That is why we continuously suppress them. We continuously disturb them. Why do you control your kids so much?

Let Me put the whole thing in nutshell form. Worry is nothing but a habit. Worry is nothing but continuously repeating particular words even without your knowledge. Words which creates shrinking feeling in you, those words will be continuously repeated in your mind without your permission, without your control, that's all. It is not even under your control. We have two kinds of talking: one is talking to other, another one is talking to yourself. Talking to yourself only is called inner chattering. In the inner chattering, without even your control, some portions are continuously repeating the same word. It just gets depressed.

When the system is corrupted, when the portion of your program is corrupted, you repeat the same words continuously to yourself without even your knowledge or control. The same thought continues to come up again and again and again. How much you try to take it out, you will not be able to. The moment you are playing, enjoying, you will forget. The moment you finish your play, enjoy, come and sit, immediately it starts doiiii…. tambura shruti come to that same tune. Your mind is back to your tune. That becomes a basic tune in your mind. Again come back to same doiiii. When you do some work or some job, you forget for few minutes and you feel you are away from it but the moment you rest, again you fall into the same ditch.

The inner chattering, when it becomes totally corrupted, the inner chattering when it gets totally disturbed, the inner chattering, when its flow is not happening like a river... your inner chattering is like a river but whenever it never flows, and when it stops and when it becomes a whirlpool, you are just pulled inside. If you fall in the river, you can save yourself always. If you are caught in the whirlpool, never because you will be just sucked inside. It is like a tornado. Tornado lifts up, whirlpool sucks in. The inner chattering, when it is disturbed, when it is not a flow, when it is not a river, then it just disturbs you.

You have something called inner chattering from your navel. Actually inner chattering starts only from the navel. If your navel is disturbed, your inner chattering gets corrupted. If your inner chattering is corrupted, your navel gets disturbed. Both are very closely associated to each other. If the lake is poisoned, the water will be... the pipeline will be poisoned water. If the pipeline is poisoned, the lake will be poisoned. You can do in the both either way. First, lake can be poisoned and then the whole water supply will be…..water will be full of poison. If you poison the pipeline, you see, in the water supply, maybe the water only goes in this way. But in the thought it goes in the two way. If your thoughts are corrupted, it corrupts the navel chakra.

How navel chakra gets corrupted? How Manipuraka gets corrupted? Your navel gets corrupted by the suppressions and depression. You continuously suppress and depress yourself. In so many times, you have to suppress your anger. You have to repress your sex. You have to repress your violence. You have to repress your feelings, sufferings, sorrow. So many things you cannot express always. So many times you have to suppress. By suppressing, suppressing, suppressing, you make your navel totally corrupted. Your navel becomes just like a wound. Almost everyone of us are living with a big wound. The cancer is not a real big thing. The wound, disturbed Manipuraka is the worst thing to live with. If you have cancer, you will have only pain where you have cancer. Suppose if somebody has got cancer in the neck, they will have only pain in the neck. If you have the wounded or disturbed navel center, you will have pain throughout the body.

All your pain is rooted only in navel center. All your pain. Not only stomach troubles, even the pain is related to navel center only. If the navel center is disturbed, only then you get the pain. It is the worry which is the deep root, which is the reason for all pains. Continuous disturbed inner chattering is what I call worry. Disturbed inner chattering is what is the worry. If your inner chattering is clean, you will never feel like getting out of the inner chattering. Because your inner chattering is so disturbed, you always want to somehow silence your mind. We always think “Suddenly if God switches off our mind that will be the greatest gift.” That will be the great relaxation. Because it is continuously torturing you, you want to somehow escape.

The method or the trials to escape…. many, many, many methods people have tried to escape from their inner chattering. One is continuously drinking, continuously eating. All these things are actually byproduct or side effect of the disturbance of navel chakra. People actually when they are not able to live with themselves, just to forget them only they drink and just to forget them only they continuously eat. Obesity is very closely associated to depression. Obesity and depression is very closely associated. When you feel empty, depressed inside, you continuously tend to eat and fill yourself. You continuously tend to eat and fill yourself. So obesity and the depression, they are very closely related. Continuous collected worries, that only disturbs the navel center. That only disturbs your inner chattering. We cannot express all our anger, all our suppressed violence on anywhere and everywhere. That is why it is just gets suppressed or it gets…it goes and disturbs the navel center.

There is a beautiful meditation technique to work on the navel center, to break your inner chattering, to open the Pandora box. Don't think you are all sitting on a chair or you are sitting on a carpet. You are sitting on a volcano. Big volcano is there inside. You have suppressed all your vengeance, emotions, everything. You are sitting on that. That is why a small stone, just a small stone is enough to flare you up. One small incident is enough. You are just waiting on whom you will jump. Just waiting, ready. The moment you get some chance, you jump on him or her. Just waiting for every minute, waiting for every moment.

Understand, neither expressing on somebody is going to help nor suppressing in your system is going to help. If you express it on somebody, what will happen? They will again shout at you. It will create only the Karma Chakra, the chain of karma, link of karmas. Even if they can't express it on you, they will go and express it on somebody else. Your boss shouts at you. You yell at your wife. Your wife dumps it on the kids. Kids go and disturb the pets. Pet comes and bites you. There is a circle. Pets come and bite you, over! That is the circle it is going on. Everybody is throwing up on others. Throwing on others is not going to help you. Neither throwing on others is going to help you nor suppressing it with you is going to help you. Then what is the solution?

Let us release it in the air. Release it in the air. This is the technique called Manipuraka Shuddhi Kriya to release your emotions into the air, to release your violence and vengeance into the air. Everyone of us have got violence inside. Don't think you don't have. Anybody who says, “I don't have, I don’t have any suppression or repression,” come and sit here. One guy told Me, “Swamiji, I don't…really I don’t have. Me and my wife, we both never fight with each other.” I was really surprised. Asked him, “How? How is it possible? How do you manage it?” He said, “The moment I got married I stopped speaking…. The moment I got married I stopped speaking.” Over! Maybe there is a chance in that way to keep quiet.

One guy came and told Me, “Swamiji, last one week I have not spoken with my wife. I asked him, “Why, why? Are you mad at her?” “No, I am afraid of interrupting her.”

You may be keeping quiet that way but never think you don't have. We have enough of stuff inside. We have enough of stuff inside. Q: When we get a fear, that some kind of body smell is coming out, some animals or something…. Swamiji: That.... he has raised a beautiful thing, subject. Now there is one more research. Tigers never attack human beings if they are not afraid. Tigers are actually not against human beings but when you get afraid, frightened, when you are frightened when you see the tiger, you release a smell. Tigers don't like that smell actually. They say if you just stay without getting frightened in front of a tiger, it never gets disturbed or it never attacks you. Of course, research scholars they are proving. That is why they handle in the zoos. If you don't get frightened, they never attack you. When you get frightened, you release a chemical, you release a smell. They are afraid. They don't like that smell. That is the reason they attack you.

Not only.... Actually Vivekananda once faced the tiger. Not only the tiger did not attack him and it simply went away because he was never frightened. He was there as it is. So it is your fear. Just like this fear, the worry also, the anger also releases a chemical in you. Neither expressing on somebody is going to help nor suppressing in your system is going to help. Then what is the way? Release it in the air. There is a meditation technique to release your anger, violence, vengeance in the air to cleanse the Manipuraka. It is like a vomiting out. In the yoga system, two kinds of vomiting: one is literally vomiting, really vomiting the food. After eating, they will make a special kind of water with salt. It is a Kriya. It is a Kriya to cleanse your navel. Physiologically they will cleanse. You will be made to drink that water and then you will vomit. Your body will become so clean and so fresh, you will be surprised. You will never feel so fresh. It will be cleansed thoroughly. That is actually only physiological level. Now we are going to do it in a psychological level.

Cleaning your navel and cleaning the Manipuraka. Cleaning the navel is different, cleaning the navel center is different. Cleaning the navel is like a vomiting, simple vomiting. Cleaning the navel center is emotional vomiting. Now we are going to do the emotional vomiting. How to do? There is a beautiful technique. It is from Eastern Christianity, Christianity of Saint Thomas. Saint Thomas wrote a gospel. Any of you have read it? It is a fifth gospel, beautiful gospel but the problem is, he is too advaitic. He is too spiritual. He is not a guy on whom you can build religion. So that is why they didn't accept Saint Thomas Gospel as a gospel. It is a fifth gospel.

Saint Thomas is the real founder of Christianity. The third year of Jesus crucification, already the church is built in India. Just the third year of Jesus crucification, Saint Thomas took some three years from there to come to India. So, the third year of crucification, Saint Thomas has built church for Jesus. The first church on the planet earth is done by Saint Thomas in Kerala, deep South India and Saint Thomas is a man who really created the Christianity. He is the person who created the Christianity. It is a technique from his Parampara, his tradition. He created a big tradition. It is from his tradition. Vatican, Rome, all these things are much later. First, earliest Christianity is Saint Thomas Christianity.

The meditation technique says, “Talk in the language which you don't know.” That's all. That is what the meditation technique says. When you are asked to speak except the languages which you know, your mind stops and emotion starts working. It is like a.... you see, a big volcano is there inside. You put a cover. On that you are sitting. The cover is inner chattering. The verbalization is the languages which you know is the cover. When you remove the verbalization, the languages which you know, simply the emotions start coming out. The volcano erupts out. You can throw all your emotions out. When you throw your emotions out, the navel center is totally cleansed. Psychological vomiting happens.

Q: Is it like a baby who can talk? Swamiji: Yes, babies do this meditation. That is why they are so graceful. I always... Every ASP I ask. Nobody has answered. I always ask, have you seen a ugly baby? Have you seen? All over the world... you see, in all countries, have you seen a single kid who is ugly? Have you seen a single grown up man who is beautiful? When you are kid, you maintain your navel center. Navel center is the in-charge of your aura body. If your navel is empty, pure, beautiful, you have a special grace around you. Kids will practice two techniques: one is that blabbering,,,,,aaaa. Once you feed them and put them in the cradle, immediately they will start shouting and kicking the legs, aaaaaa. Something they will be shouting. That actually cleanses their Manipuraka. It helps them to digest the food. It activates the navel center.

That is one thing and second thing, the spinning, whirling. Only if your navel is pure you can whirl. If your navel is not pure, if you whirl you will get dizziness. The Pitha will increase. You will fall. Many people try to imitate My dancing. After three whirling, after three spinning.... new, new people could not understand what I speak…. Many I have seen. They try to spin. That Janaki also tried and fallen. When your navel center is pure, only then you can spin or whirl. Kids you can see, they will whirl like anything and they will never feel giddy. Of course, we are not going to practice the second technique. We will practice the first. First let us do the psychological vomiting. Let us cleanse the navel center.

Swamiji: Number four. Four, how many languages you know? You are the four? How many languages you know? Q: Three Swamiji: Three? What are the languages? Q: English, Vietnamese, French and Chinese. Swamiji: English, Vietnamese and then? French and Chinese. Four language. You can speak in any other language.. Better you speak in Tamil. What I say.... Let Me give the instruction for the meditation. First one minute you will concentrate on the navel center. Then just start creating some sound as if you are fighting and throwing away your anger. Bring all your intimate enemies and kill them and start fighting with them. Just create as much sound as possible, as deeply as possible, as loud as possible. Creating sound opens the navel chakra. Creating sound shakes the inner chattering. Creating sounds shakes the inner chattering. Only one condition. You can not stop at any reason. You cannot stop for till the meditation is over. Till the meditation is over you cannot stop. Continue.... in the starting, you need to act as if you are acting, as if you are acting. After few minutes, you will see, really your emotions are getting flooded out, your emotions are getting released.

Q: Then the singing also stops inner chattering? Swamiji: No, singing never stops.

Q: With my inner chattering, sometimes I bring up anger but sometimes I bring up guilt. Swamiji: Anger, guilt, everything disturbs the Manipura-navel. You see, inverted anger is guilt. Anger standing in Shirshasana is guilt. Q: Okay, with anger, I can..(not clear) Swamiji: Guilt.. Just guilt, you will start weeping. Guilt will come out as a tear, tears.

Q: Do I call up the people I am hurt? Swamiji: Yes. You see, one thing. When the guilt comes up, you will see that automatically the self pity, the anger on yourself comes. And that will ooze out as a tear. That will come out as tears. Q: But when you call out names…. Swamiji: No, no language, just shout the name, shout the sounds, that's all. Don't say the names or don't say the things which you understand. Your inner chattering will start working. Don't allow the inner chattering to work. Continuously create sounds so that just the emotions are released in the air. Understand the technique. You can fight, jump, scream, yell, roll, dance, anything except beating the next person. Only you can not harm the next person. Except that, you can do anything.

Q: I couldn’t understand. What do you do just using sounds? Swamiji: Just create sounds. Then you will see. Just shout as much as possible. Create different, different kinds of sounds. Then you will see automatically emotion opens up. See, you will be man only as long as you have the inner chattering. You have mind. That is why manushya it is called in Sanskrit. They call man who has got mind is manushya. When you throw away your mind, the animal portion will come up and you will become totally violent. I tell you, to be utterly violent for few minutes so that you psychologically vomit it out. Otherwise you will be vomiting on everybody: Boss vomits on you. You vomit on your wife. Your wife on the kids. Kids on the pets. Pets on you. Circle. Same circle is happening. Each one is vomiting on others. You always feel you are hurt because your navel is hurt.

I have seen many people. For no reason, they will feel, “He has hurt me, he has hurt me, he has hurt me. He wants to take me over, he wants to rule me, he wants to do this, he wants to do that.” No! Nobody wants to hurt you. Nobody wants to rule you. It is our feeling. We always say that he is like this, he is like this, he is like this. So because your navel is hurt, you feel continuously hurt. Empty your navel. Vomit out. Then you will see your whole being undergoes a new transformation. Then after meditation, last ten minutes, just sit silently concentrating on the navel, relaxing the navel. First one minute you will concentrate on the navel. When I say start, start creating sounds. You can see very clearly from navel the sounds are coming. After the meditation when I say sit, sit silently and concentrate on the navel. Ready?

Yes, tie the ribbon. You got any body pain, any pain-knee pain, stomach pain, back pain and knee pain, any pain, this meditation is the ultimate solution. Any pain and any skin disease, for both, this meditation is a powerful solution. If you have suppressed laughter for a long time, you will laugh. If you have done some Japa, that Mantra will automatically start coming because from navel only you do Mantra Japa. Any Mantra if you have put as a seed in the navel, it will grow like a tree. Actually the pain is nothing but the shrinking feeling. When your psychology opens up, your physiology also gets released.

Q: Should we just look at the navel or should we look at the sign when we are concentrating Swamiji: No, no need to look at the sign. Remember the region. That is enough Q: Just the region? Or when we are sitting it is kind of,,,it is curved a little bit. So it is not we are doing that it is straight Swamiji: That is not a problem. If you meditate on that region, that is more than enough. Q: I felt as a kind of..one kind of laughing like when I laugh so hard with my…. Swamiji: It will be like a layer. You see, the laughter and the crying, whatever you suppressed will be like a layer by layer. If you continue to laugh then you will reach the layer of crying. If you continue to cry, then you will reach the deeper layers. The layer by layer it will be vomited out. It will be cleansed out.
