First… First, few basic truths, basic understandings. One, health is not just absence of illness. If you are not in the hospital, if you are in the house, don’t think you are healthy. Health is not just absence of illness. It is something more than that, it is well-being. Just, because you are not in the hospital, absence of disease does not mean you are healthy - first truth. I want you to internalise these few truths so that we will further work on some homeworks. Second, health is a state of physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being, where you feel life is good. Rarely, sometimes when you wake up in the morning, may be for ten minutes or less than ten minutes you will feel life is good. Wow. But, very rarely you feel that. Those are the moments you are healthy. But, in the modern day, especially city life, the stress level is so high you forgot, like this sometimes you even feel life is good. Health is a state of physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

There are two keys connected directly to your health, one is happiness. Please understand, I have hundreds of researches; I can give you references. University of Kentucky has done researches, hundreds of researches have been done. Again and again they come to the conclusion, even the people who use the word joy, thanks in their verbal language live longer, than others. Understand, feeling joyful, feeling grateful is secondary. If you feel, then your whole health goes through a transformation. Even if you use those words, you live longer. I can give you one references; it says, the people who use the word, joy and thankful live ten years more than the people who don’t use. Ten years if you want to live long, start using this word joy and thankfulness. It is just amazing, it is just a very preliminary level. But, there are many other researches shows - The key function, key biological functions of your body, goes through a complete transformation, when you feel joy even for a moment. Suddenly, morning you get up and you see a good SMS from your friend. Just greeting you or sending his love or wishes to you, just the SMS, you are in joy for 10 minutes, ah you… you feel there are some people to standby you. Even that ten minute joy, can transform the key functions of your biological system. Liver, heart, intestine, lungs all the key functions can be transformed. Hundreds of… hundreds and hundreds of researches are again and again showing, your patterns the way in which you live directly impacts your health. Now, I will make you understand experientially, not only your patterns, the way you think about you... I have some more references for you. More studies done in psycho-biological connections, University of… University College, London scientists just to give you one or two references I have, they say even your, the blood chemicals… Please understand, stress does not change just your blood pressure; you would have heard only blood pressure is changed. If you get stressed, your blood pressure will go up, that only you know. But, the psycho-biological connections, the researches done in that line by the University College of London says, not just blood pressure, even the chemicals, ingredients of blood changes along with your stress level. If your stress level goes up, the poison level, the toxins level in your blood goes up.

I wanted you to understand, not only your patterns or engram, even the way you feel about you, is very important for your health. Even if you don’t have any external stress, but if you have a wrong idea about you, that itself can destroy your health. I have seen many villagers, they don’t have any stress, they are not in corporate companies, they don’t need to get up and just eat their breakfast in the… while driving and land in the corporate office and whole day get kicked by the boss and the evening, come back and just sit in front of TV for one hour and fall asleep. No, they don’t live that life. Many Indian villagers still retain their innocent life. Morning slowly they will wake up around 9’o clock, come and sit in the village tea shop and drink the tea and talk the whole politics and story, everything till 12’o clock, then slowly 1’o clock take bath and go around and see the land, the agricultural happening, come back 7’o clock and sit in-front of TV till 10 in the night fall asleep. There are people... even they fall sick and they also don’t live long, because the concepts they carry about themself, the ideas they carry about themselves; not only the active pattern, the passive beliefs you have, also affects your system, also affects your health.

Now, we are going to work on your active patterns and passive beliefs, both. We are going to work on both. The passive beliefs alone can raise your bad cholesterol. If you believe, I cannot walk fast, I can only be always slow, I cannot lift weight, just the beliefs are enough to build bad cholesterol in you. Your beliefs, even if they are passive, can build disease in you, can build negativities in you. So, your health is just the expression of what you believe as you.... even your medicine is what you believe as you. The recent studies are showing, many of the pharmaceutical companies are shocked, because when they give their medicines for the trial, you see... any medicine has to go through a pharmaceutical trial. They will give a placebo medicine, placebo medicine means just pseudo medicine like a sugar water in a capsule, ordinary water in a capsule and medicine. They call it trial, medical trial. All medicine has to cure more number of patients than the placebo medicine. For example, two hundred people, hundred people here, hundred people here. These hundred people (gestures on His right) are given pseudo medicine, just hot water, sugar water or capsule with ordinary water... pseudo medicine. These people (gestures on His left) are given real medicine. How many people get healed this side (gestures on His right) is called placebo effect. This side (gestures on His left) at least more number of people should get healed, twice; means two times they will do this same trial. Both the trials – here (gestures on His right) if 50 people are getting healed with pseudo medicine, placebo effect, at least, 51 people should get healed, in this side (gestures on His left). 50 - at least 1person extra this side(gestures on His left), only then this will be accepted as medicine. In two independent trials, they have to do this.

Now, all the modern day pharmaceutical companies are in big trouble because more and more medicines are curing less number of people than the placebo effect. Placebo effect is able to cure more number of people. More number, than the medicine itself. For example, when the anacin company or metacin, these basic medicines, when they started their first clinical trial, 30% placebo, 40% medicine cure, so they launched the medicine. Now, the name has become so popular, the placebo effect has gone up. So now, the same name, if the placebo medicines are given, already… placebo medicine itself 80% people are getting cured, and the real medicine is not able to compete with that, real medicine is stuck with 50%. So, understand. Please understand, even your medicine is what you believe as medicine. Many of the modern day pharmaceutical companies… I have a reference for you. Recently an article… Can you show that… It is from Meditech drugs magazine, an international magazine. They are very clearly proving, placebos are getting more effective. Drug makers are desperate. Drug makers are getting desperate, because placebos are becoming effective, they don’t know why. We know why. I am telling you this is the secret - the secret is - whether your health or disease or medicine, it is all what you feel as you passively. It’s an article, in Wired magazine.

Many time, what you feel as you, your passive beliefs, are more powerful than active engrams. We need to work on both. Now, I will give you a process to work on both. We will be… introspecting and doing a small homework. So, it is a small exercise to find out your engrams, your patterns which destroys your health, which restricts your health. Then, I will answer your individual questions and help you to clear your engrams related to health. Look into your life and describe in detail, the major fears you experience in your life related to health - both physical and mental health. Look into your life and describe in detail, the major guilts you experience in your life related to health - both physical and mental health. Look into your life and describe in detail, the major pains you experience in your life related to health. Sometime its physical, sometime it is psychological - both physical and mental health. May be back pain, neck pain, sometime only when you see your spouse, headache ☺, so many. Fourth, look into your life and describe in detail, the major worries you experience in your life related to health. So, fears related to health, guilt related health, pains related to health, worries related to health. Please start pending down; each question is 100 mark question, so you need to write two-page answer. Once you dig out your own engrams… If you want, I will give you some examples also, certain example. Please understand, first question, look into your life and describe in detail, the major fears you experience in your life related to health. You may have fears, “Oh, I may get heart attack because my father had. I may get diabetes, because my mother had. I may get cancer, because my elder brother had.” This kind of fears, this may come, that may come. The way I am eating, my stomach is going to blast, burst one day. So many things, you must be having. The way I am living, I am going to die only in heart attack. So many fears, you may have in the deep corners of your mind, deep corners of your heart; record them, get them out. Let you know first about that. Then we can find solution for it.

Same way, guilts you have related to health. It’s another one important problem, you see… Many time, you want to work-out, maintain your diet, keep yourself healthy. But, you will fail after one week. You may want to stop smoking, but every month 11 times you will be stopping, means twelve times you are starting. So, you may have guilt about that. How many of you tried jogging, running, some gymming, exercise and did not continue after a week and stopped. All of you will be having that guilt. All of you will be having that guilt. So, pen down all the guilts you have, related to physical health, mental health, your efforts to breaking the engram... but, you failed. When you fail, naturally guilt comes. Guilt becomes a strong engram, and does not even allow you to do the effort once more. If you fail twice going to the gym, after paying the gym… third time, you will never pay and you will never start. You will never plan for even taking the step because that guilt is there. So, pen down all those guilts; and major pains you experience in your life, related to health, physical pain, mental pain. Many time, you even does not even want to remember about your body; because, you have some guilt, pain associated with it. And, then, worries you have, related to your health. Worries are same like fear, fear is little strong, worry is little superficial, that’s all. Come on, please pen down. If you are not even able to find, where they are, no one can help you... and I cannot get into you and find. Only you have to find. I can only get… help you to break it.

Please understand Ma. The holding, pro… that accumulating starts hab… becomes a habit of your Bio-Memory also, your muscles also and goes on accumulating fat, even though it is not required. I tell you, please understand. I am working with millions of people around the world. Thousands and thousands, every day come to listen my discourses. I am working with millions, not just me… alone talking, listening to their problems and their patterns and their pro… engrams. I tell you from my experience. I always give an advice to people, If you are not using something more than six months. Give it away to somebody, to your friends or family, anything you are not using for last six months. Don't keep, give it away to your friend or family or some orphanage or some temple or some ashrams, to somebody give it away.

You may think it is a moral advice. No, it is not moral advice. The habit of holding, when it starts in your mind, slowly it gets into your Muscle-Memory, then it becomes your Bio-Memory. Let me explain, this Muscle-Memory and Bio-Memory. For example you see, when a thought is just there, superficial in your mind, it's like a liquid. That is what we call Engram. For example, I will give you a one example. I can… I have to smoke, the moment I finish my dinner. This is a engram. If you continue to do that for one year, it will become Muscle-Memory. Means, if I don't smoke, I cannot sleep. Then after three years, it will become Bio-Memory. If I don't smoke, I can't even sit. I will feel uneasiness, I will feel so many physical problems. As long as it is in the form of engram, it gives only little, kind of a missing feeling, emptiness.

When it becomes Muscle-Memory, it gives psychological problems. When it becomes Bio-Memory, it gives physical problems. It's like a water becoming ice, ice becoming stone. So this holding habit, hold, hold, hold. When it becomes in the initially as a mind, Bio-Memory. You will only hold things outside. More furniture, more land, more money. You will only be running in that. When it becomes Bio-Memory, then more fat, more things which are really not required for your life, you start holding.

Many time, the root of the obesity starts from holding. I tell you, I will give you a very strange solution, ma. One, now I will break the pattern through the Kriya. Second, go to the house, just go around of the house. Whatever you are not using more than six months, throw them out. You will really see, you may think how can this help me in losing weight. But, I promise <04:06> because I have seen. I am working with millions of people, I have developed Kriyas, I have developed methods. Per day, one pound people lose. My Yoga… Weight Loss Kriyas are the most searched in the internet and most successful all over the world. Per day, a pound you can lose. Just by Pranayama and Kriya. Of course, you are going to do that also now. Even in the deeper roots, if you break that pattern of holding. He will never gather weight… gain weight. You will be able to maintain.

Weight is not just related to fat alone ma. There are many toxins which are not required. You go on keeping it inside the body without leaving, without leaving. So, now just these two thing; one, the Kriya which you are going to do, that will break the pattern and continue to do this Kriya at least for next 21 days. Just this Kriya, you don't need to do all the Kriyas we are going to do in these two days. Just this one Kriya, 21 days and this another one small thing, go around the house anything which you have not used, other than your spouse and the family… kids. Tell everything else to get out. Tell them, “Six months, you guys are not useful for me, get out of life, get out of my house”. See many time, these go on keeping things for next 25 years. When are you going to use that again? After 25th year, when my son grows, when my daughter is going to get married. Where is your daughter? She is in the hip, sometimes inside the tummy. No, really. So our mind ma, when the accumulation; holding becomes Bio-Memory, that causes so many health issues.

I welcome you all with My love and respects. En-Health and Wealth...I wanted you to understand just few basic truths. Whether it is your health or wealth, restrictive patterns are from the same roots. Please understand, expansion in life is freedom. Anything which restricts, brings bondage and suffering; when I say expansion, I don’t mean this expansion (gestures towards belly expansion); I mean expanding in health, expanding in wealth, expanding in every field is success; that is life. But there are many patterns, which stops the expansion… restrictive patterns. In these two days we will specially work and break the patterns which restricts you in your health and wealth.
Please understand, there are thousands and thousands of engrams. Engram means engraved memory. Thousands and thousands of engraved memories, thought patterns in you, which are restricting you experiencing the ultimate; which are constantly showing you that you are not ultimate and you cannot expand, by giving foolish, self-created, restrictive circumstances. Never ever think circumstances are more powerful than your reality, no. Our reality is more powerful, our capacity to create the reality is more powerful than any circumstances. Let me define engram. Engram means, a memory gets into your system, makes you work in the same way, even if you don’t want.
For example, you are addicted to smoking or drinking pattern, that engram gets into your system very strongly… after two years, even if you want to give up, you won’t be able to give up. When the time comes from inside you’ll hear - “smoking, cigarette”, when the time comes from inside you’ll hear - “come on open the bottle”. Simply you can’t do anything; your body will just move, it will open, drink, fall asleep. Next day morning, when you are having fight with your spouse only you will even remember it is not good for your health.

Engram, engraved memories again and again making you do the same action, even if you understand that is not going to be fulfilling you in your life. Whether it is physical or mental or spiritual - all restrictive patterns are engrams. Your whole life you live and die within these engrams and patterns. There are many of these patterns destroy your health. Please understand, in the young age if your mother teaches you, “Ehh, don’t go in the rain, you’ll catch cold”. When that becomes pattern in you, even after you grow up, your immune system has become strong, you are 50 now, even now you don’t even need to go in the rain, see the rain through the window, aahhcch... The moment you see the rain through the window what happens ‘aahhcch...’ start sneezing.
I can give you one more example, if you have seen in India, how they train the elephants; Indians are the only people who tamed elephants. Even in Africa the technology of taming elephants was never a systematic; they learnt it from India. India is the only country who tamed the elephants.
How they tame the elephants, when they are babies they tie a strong thick rope around their leg. They try their best to break the rope they won’t be able to, they fail. Even after they grow strong, old, even when they can break the rope they will never try… because of their engram. After they grow up, one: they have become strong, second: the rope has become old. Now simply they can break, the elephants can break the rope; they won’t even try; they will be there, stuck. You can show this photograph… you can see. They won’t even try when they become old. Ok ma.
So understand, many time the engrams created in you, samskaras created in you, patterns created in you in the young age, about health is still affecting you, even though those engrams are no more useful to you. They are outdated, they are no more relevant; but still you will be struggling and suffering; your health will be restricted by those engrams.

Same way wealth; many of the engrams you carry about wealth, about money, the concept of wealth, many of those engrams will be restricting the way you approach money. Not only that many of them make you tired the moment you have little money and many time the hatred you have for the people with money turns towards money itself. You think “money means arrogance, let me not have it.” Unconsciously, you will be fighting with money many time. Please understand, money is not arrogance; just because money minded people are arrogant, you don’t need to hate money itself. Like these so many engrams, so many restricting patterns destroys your health and wealth.
These two days we will work only on the patterns which is restricting and destroying your health and wealth. There are many patterns which stops your Enlightenment, which stops your conscious growth, which stops your relationships. Of course, we will not be able to work on those engrams now.
These two days we will concentrate only on patterns, engrams, which stops, which restricts your health or your wealth. Creating healthy inner space, healthy consciousness, wealthy consciousness, so that you attract health and wealth towards you. What you feel as you, what you strongly believe as you, you just attract that towards you, nothing else. You just expand that towards you… you express that in you.

One of the biggest lesson, I have learned from My life and I wanted to share with all of you is, Have a strong experiential clarity about you. Nobody should be able to penetrate and alter your idea about you within you. Constantly if people tell, that you are miser, you are a miser, you are a miser, you are a cheat, you are a cheat, you are a cheat, you should not start believing it; that strong clarity about yourself… if you just have that that’s enough, you won the game of life. Nothing else can protect you, other than the clarity about you; if that is there nobody can harm you. Please understand, you are so weak, when people around you doubt, you also start doubting you.
That’s one of the biggest weakness human beings carry. Destroying others' opinion about you is not that big failure; but if you are also influenced by the others’ opinion about you, you are a failure. “In My case the only reason I won the game, they lost the game is they are able to convince the whole world about Me. But they are not able to create one doubt about Me in Me”.
Have a strong fort, nobody can take away your kingdom. Strong fort means, in your inner space, be authentic and clear about what you are and what you believe, what you want. Many time, in you–when the clarity is not there, when you have restrictive patterns–suffering starts for you.

Suffering is not by others believing about you, suffering starts when you start doubting about you. These two days, I am going to work only on these two patterns - the patterns which restricts your health and patterns which restricts your wealth. That’s it. First time I am working on health and wealth together.
Usually I do this as a 4-day program; health separately 2-days and wealth separately 2-days. When I was working two, three times I realized both patterns has a same root. So,I don’t need a 4-days. In 2-days I can work; because the root is one and the same.
If I can go to the root and cut the root, I can free people from the health and wealth restricting patterns in 2-days. My only request is please do it sincerely, intensely. I know only because you are really sincere you are here. I only request - get into the program also with the same sincerity; go through the program also with the same sincerity, with the same intensity.

Please sit straight just two minutes, take a strong decision inside you, you will go through this whole program sincerely, intensely. Forget about all the distractions; distractions will be there till the world is there; even after the world dies, it will be there. Let us decide what we want in the life. Take a strong decision to yourself… that you will be intense, authentic doing this whole program.
