Title:
Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyanananda Paramashivam
Description:
End of the Brahmotsavam
The 10-day Brahmotsav celebrations came to an end on 3rd January 2008. The Brahmotsav flag was brought down and the Nithyotsav flag was hoisted by Swamiji, thereby marking the beginning of Nithyotsav, where every day is a celebration. The Brahmotsav flag is offered at the feet of Anandeshwara and Anandeshwari after it was brought down. This was followed by offering of the energized water in the pots which were kept in the Yaga sala (where fire rituals were conducted every day) during the Brahmotsav, which is blessed by Swamiji before it is offered to deities.
