Prayer. Welcome.
Today’s message is Out of Body Experience! Patanjali takes us to the next level. a deeper samyama.
145th Patanjali Yoga Sutras, 3rd chapter 39th verse
Bandha karaana saitilyaath prachaara samvedanaasya chithasya para sareera aveshaha
Vivekananda: when the cause of the bondage has become loosened, the yogi by the knowledge …enters into another body
Prabhavananda: when the bonds of the mind caused by karma have been loosened, the yogi can enter into the body of another by knowing the …
Satchitananda: by the …and by knowledge of the procedure of mind stuff functioning..
Osho: loosening the cause of bondage and knowing the channels allows the mind to enter another’s body
Let me reveal the sacred secrets from this sutra. 3 things – 
The technique to loosen yourself from your body is created is taught
To enter into another body is taught
The entering into another body means – entering into a living body, or dead body or creating new body for next birth
So this one samayama explains the siddhi & science of enlightenment. It just teaches how to loosen from your body, enter into a dead or living body or create your own body. you can use it for any purpose. You can use it to attain enlightenment or to assume another body after enlightenment. You can use it to experience anything in the life!
I was taught this samyama by Raghupati Yogi. One day morning in the temple he taught me this samyama – how to loosen yourself from the system & enter into another one body. I will finish this story and then explain. In the temple he made me sit & taught how to loosen yourself from different nerves. It is a simple conscious decision of not getting attached. It is a simple technique. He taught me that. I sat & practiced maybe for ½ hour. I must be maybe 12, 13 or 14 but surely when I was living in Tiruvannamalai. I left Tiruvannamalai at the age of maybe 14 ½ or 15. I used to stay in the polytechnic. So we both were walking after the samyama. We were walking to go around the hill. On the way one Government hospital was there. Throughout the way Raghupati Yogi was talking and telling me – you try to do this samyama on somebody and try to prove. Suddenly, when I was crossing the hospital, I saw a nurse walking inside the hospital. Those days nurses used to wear long dress. She was very elderly lady maybe 50 or 55. I said I will do samyama on her. But I was not able to get into her body completely. I was able to only enter into her eyes. Because in the morning only my eyes got loosened in me that is the part through which you process 80% of the information. I was able to only enter into the eyes part. She was attending a delivery. I described the whole delivery exactly – how the baby was coming out, how the baby was being washed, how she held the baby and beaten. Everything I described in a detailed way because I was seeing through her eyes. In Government hospitals you are not supposed to take bribe. End of delivery after she did everything, the relatives of the mother gave her a silver tumbler as a gift! I saw that also. she just inserted the tumbler in the hip to hide other doctors and officials. I described everything. Raghupati Yogi wanted to check the power of the samyama. So we went into the hospital. He asked me who the person is. I showed him and told the tumbler is in her hip. He went and asked her. She was shocked! Later on Raghupati yogi took inside the place where the baby is there. I described the baby’s body marks and how the baby looked. Everything was perfect and matched my description! I then asked Raghupati yogi why I am not able to do samyama of the whole body? why I am not able to enter into her body completely? Then he said very beautifully – 1st thing this samyama is only to awaken that intelligence in you. 2nd you are a conscious body, so if you enter her whole body, even if you step back she will become enlightened! So that cannot happen. This is just to awaken your own powers on you, to remind you that you can do all these things. So when you enter a person fully and even if you come back, either that person has to live an enlightened life or leave the body. I was shocked!
1st thing understand – your interest on particular pleasure through a particular sense object makes you work through that nerve and experience different experiences of the world! this is the basic rule, basic law. your interest for example if you are highly interested in food, you get into that system which is responsible for diff varieties of food and you taste, digest, enjoy and create more. Seeing – you get into nervous system called seeing which is necessary for seeing and you create more & more experiences for the sake of pleasure of seeing. So whenever you decide that you don’t want to use that particular sense anymore, you are not interested, then immediate a kind of a loosening happens in that nervous system. Now you are independent of that nervous system. If you loose all interest in eating – I am no more interested. It is okay if there is little food to maintain the body, then immediately the nervous system for eating loosens. The weight of engraved memories related to eating slowly losses your system. If you have 100 strong engrams about eating in your eating nervous system. For more than 6 months you are not interested and not attending that engrams, slowly they will die down and even the number. of engrams will drastically drop when you are not interested in reusing them. It is like unused clothes kept in your cupboard which is given away after 6 months. In your system there is a automatic ejection system. That is why after you stop playing with toys, automatically those engrams will get lost. That is why you don’t remember now the toys you played with for years. I am surprised when people are attached to things – maala, particular pillow, bed sheets. But when you stop using them, those engrams get ejected from your system in 6 months. Consciously deciding, working and relaxing from particular pleasure, understandings and ideas . consciously working and understanding the particular nervous systems loosen your connection with it. when the number of engrams get reduced on your body that is the time you experience levitation. When levitation happens on your system, many no. of engrams just get lost. It is literally shaking your body. when you shake how the dust goes away, engrams go away. But the levitation ahs to become more and more deeper. Now you are only levitating at the praanic layer – you are dropping desires and guilt not more than that. You are not yet dropping pain then the stability in the air will happen. It is the pain or fear of getting hurt only that makes you land on the earth. If you raise, why do you want to come back? It is the fear of pain which is responsible for bringing you down, getting you back. So all the levitation happening as on now the kundalini awakening is more praanic layer – the 2nd layer. If you loosen yourself from many more nervous system means many more desires, organs, I want to make it very clear loosening from food does not mean you will stop eating. You will eat casually and will not have any craving for it. it will just be a casual flow where the craving will not be there. Same way, loosening from the attachment of the smell does not mean you will stop smelling. No. there will not be any craving. It will be like your smell nervous system, seeing nervous system, tasting all will be like different cars in a car parking lot. When you want you drive the car and then park it when you don’t want. When you give some rest to the car, it will run long. But you keep it on even when you don’t use it. what will happen to the car?  It gets damaged, destroyed. Many times when you are enjoying smell you are wasting many of your engrams & attachment in seeing. Many time when you are in the mood of experiencing touch, you are wasting part of your energy in tasting. Means you are driving one car but you are not switching off the other car. It is like you saying – I will drive only one car but let all the other engines also run. Then it gets wasted. Machine will get tired, requires repair. It is unnecessary torture and disturbance. 
Yogi is a person who uses the nervous system whenever you need who is able to switch it off whenever you don’t need it. you can loosen yourself from the eyes very easily, from the hearing very easily, from the tasting very easily, smelling very easily, touch very easily. If you are able to loosen yourself from your whole body easily you can enter others body. but you need to understand one very important thing – when you loosen yourself you need to know how to go out and come in or else you will be stuck outside! That is a big problem. You need to retain the umbilical cord connection. You need to go out and come in! 
Today morning I was scanning some of the Hata Yoga sutras which connects and gives elaborate & deeper understanding for this sutra. I will speak on that tomorrow by connecting and giving you a very clear system.
Now understand this basic sacred secrets – 
You can loosen yourself by any one of your nervous system by a simple conscious decision to detach yourself
From any nervous system when you detach yourself you will know the science of how it runs and you will be able to get out and get in by your will
When you can get out and get in you will be easily able to get in and get out of any body
Not only you can get in and get out of living or dead bodies, you will be able to consciously create a body for next birth
Or even while you are living in this body, you can get into another one child’s body or create another child’s body , get into it and live in both bodies simultaneously. It is possible. 
Just few days before one guy who does this kind of Uchatana came to our Ashram. Uchatana means using traditional and sacred sounds. Using these 2 they will be able to do some supernatural things as per human standards. They will be able to do in a limited way. That guy came to know that I teleport vibudhi from one place to another place. He enrolled for kalpataru and came to our Ashram. He told us that he has everything and he wants only enlightenment from me. He said he wants enlightenment and he is a seeker. I looked into him and saw that this guy knows the science of Uchatana but unfortunately does not know how to loosen himself and relax into one of his nervous system. This is the problem with all these guys. They can play with one or two powers. But they cannot disconnect themselves from their nerves in their nervous system. Ability to disconnect yourself from your naadi and enter as you want, as you feel is real freedom! We should teach all these sciences to our kids. The 1st step for this is intensely build your body without creating desires. Build the body heavily but not for the sake of enjoying sexual pleasure or taste or another pleasure. Just build the pure body which you will be able to connect when you want or loosen when you don’t want.
I will explain the deeper sides & deeper mysteries of this sutra. So whatever Patanjali says – the basic things I am revealing in this sutra. Tomorrow I will reveal in detailed way along with other commentators of Patanjali. For next few days I will talk on this samyama and lead you everyday to diff technique and process to experience your naadi & at least one outer body experience.
