Life Positive Conference - Unclutch, you will learn the science of inner bliss. We have two identities; One which we show to the outer world and the other one which we believe as the inner world. The identity which we project to the outer world, how we want society to recognize us; how we want the society to repects us, In Sanskrit we use the word ahankar. The identity which we project to the outer world is ahankar. Usually it will always be a little more than what we are. And the society which we believe in the inner world, as we are, is mamakar. Which will always be less than what we are. Ahankar will always be a little more than what
we are. 

svādhiṣṭhānāhvayaṁ cakraṁ liṅgamūle ṣaḍasrake |
nābhideśe sthitaṁ cakraṁ daśāraṁ maṇipūrakam || 172||
In the place near the heart the Anahatha Chakra with its 12 petals
exists. And, Hey Lord Brahma, this is called the Poorna Giri Peeta. 
In the edge of the anus is the Swadishtana Chakra with six petals. - Near the belly is the Mani Poora Chakra with its ten petals.

This scripture on which this course is based is taken from the "Yoga Sika
Upanishad, Verse 172", which belongs to the "Shaivagama" branch of the 
Hindu Scriptural tree.
