Atma Shanti for the three law enforcement officers and a plice dog who were killed in Kentucky, USA while serving a domentic violence warrant.

The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam prays to Paramashiva for the atma shanti for the three officers and a police dog who were killed, and the rapid recovery and healing for the six other law enforcement officers who were injured. The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam prays to Paramashiva for peace and healing in the community.

For all these departed souls, The SPH JGM Nithyananda Paramashivam blesses and gives liberation during Maheshwara Puja. This is a yeoman service provided free by KAILASA.

About Maheshwara Puja:

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam says, "The best place on Planet Earth to give “pinda tarpana” is the stomach of a sannyasi. That is, the hunger fire (jatharagni) of a sannyasi is the best fire into which you can offer the “pinda tharpana”, the “shraaddha”, which reaches the departed ancestors, (pitrus) directly.

The Somasambhu Paddhati says, it is thousand times more greater than offering any “shraaddha”, any “pinda”, in any river, any water-body, any lake, any holy land, any holy place. Offering it in the stomach of the living incarnation of Paramashiva is the best form of “pinda tharpana” and 'shraaddha'. In Hinduism, Shraadhha wherein food is offered to sanyasis for the completion with the departed souls, is called Maheshwara puja.

In the Somashambhu Paddhati, Shraadhha vidhi,Sloka 3

लिङ्गिनो ब्राह्मणाद्याश्च श्राद्धीयाः शिवदीक्षिताः ।
liṅgino brāhmaṇādyāśca śrāddhīyāḥ śivadīkṣitāḥ ।

The translation goes “The Sannyasis and Brahmanas who have been initiated into the Shiva deeksha are eligible to be appointed as the representatives of Pitrus in the Shraadhha.”

KAILASA’s Department of Religion & Worship conducts the Maheshwara Puja as prescribed by the Vedas and Agamas revived by The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam. In the Maheshwara Puja, as the 1008th living incarnation of Paramashiva, The SPH personally receives the Bhiksha (alms) and He liberates the departed soul along with the Nithyananda Sanyas Order (Monastic Order).

In preparation for welcoming our beloved Guru in our lives, Kailasa Southeast USA offered Guru Puja & Jeevan Mukti Vratam Sankalpa.

Devotees from Texas & Southeast USA tied the yellow sacred thread after making the Sankalpa & made the Guru Mudi, thereby, officially commencing the Jeevan Mukti Vratam.

Guru Mudi is made using an unbroken coconut ( representing our ego ) & uncooked rice ( representing our Karmic baggage ) . These two are tied to the two ends of a clean , dry, white cotton cloth . 🥥🍚

Every Saturday, for 250+ weeks, the Sangha Jananis perform the Thiru Vilakku (Lamp) Puja.

‘Vilakku’ (Lamp) is the symbol of Devi Maha Lakshmi, the Deity of Abundance and Prosperity.

Light Symbolizes God, and Knowledge. Oil or Ghee Symbolizes Vasanas / Negative Tendencies. Wick Symbolizes Ego - It Exhausts Slowly Just As Ego in Us Has To Burn & Perish. Higher Ideals are Indicated By the Lamp Burning Upwards

The worshipping of Devi Lakshmi during Vilakku puja brings auspiciousness for ourselves, our extended family & in turn the whole world.

GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. ABHISHEKAM & ALANKARAM Seva

Abhishekam, Alankaram and Ararti was done , by the grace and blessings of The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam.

3. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

4. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 1142 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja.
